Had a disappointing experience at Arcade Lounge: the staff were friendly, but the service chaotic. My pizza hadn't arrived after 45 minutes, even after being told a couple of times it would arrive in a couple of minutes. Also, during that time, a member of staff asked me a couple of times if dishes they were about to serve were my order, which they weren't.

I came in on a Friday night nice and quiet table to myself food was absolutely yummy the price was a Steel my cocktails made lovely as well I will definitely come again when in town thanks guys

Best pizza I've had in the area

Literally the very best and most authentic pancakes with syrup, just like my mom would make ! And the hash browns were soooo tasty thank you Saty n Zack 😘

I booked Arcade Lounge for a hen party and was so impressed. The food was such good quality for the price, amazing choice of cocktails which were also very cheap, and the staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, including providing a karaoke machine for us to use free of charge! They were so accommodating even of a last minute menu change to a gluten free pizza. Would 100% recommend booking here for events, meals and drinks out.

We had a family Birthday celebration and hired the venue for 3 hours on Saturday afternoon. Everyone commented that the food was really good and the bar staff are so friendly and helpful. The kids were able to run and play without the worry of upsetting customers and everyone had a nice relaxing time. Very pleasant afternoon and thoroughly enjoyable. Many thanks…👍👍

Hosted my 40th birthday here, the staff were so accommodating, friendly, fun, amazing all round. And the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend them!

Great food, good selection of drinks, nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Outside seating is lovely on a warm evening with cocktails (they'll make you one that's not in the menu too!). Will be returning for sure.

Very friendly and relaxed ideal for the mid day break, yet lively in the evening. Simple foods personaly prepared and enjoyable with some excellent draughts.

I recently hosted a suprise party at Arcade Lounge and it was a great success. We hired the whole place on a saturday and the deposit and minimum spend were totally reasonable. The staff were really helpful in setting everything up and answered all the questions I had. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and they did a vegan pizza for me and my partner even though it's not on the menu. It was delicious. The only downside was they don't do coeliac safe food (cross contamination issues) however they said our coeliac guest could bring their own food and use the microwave to warm it up. The staff put up with our terrible karaoke and drunken rowdiness all night and were just really great. They made the suprise party awesome. I would definitely reccomend if you are looking for a venue, or just a night out in Littlehampton. Thank you so much guys!

Most Probably the best Bar and Grill in Town

Warm, friendly and welcome. Hot fresh food. I had macaroni cheese and my partner had a pizza. Very reasonable. Large cocktail menu.

Celebrated my daughters 1st birthday at the arcade lounge on the weekend and have nothing but good words to say about these guys, the owner was so lovely and made you feel so welcome from when you walk in the door ,staff worked so hard throughout the day and we’re polite and attentive and the buffet was outstanding everyone had compliments for the food. As someone who lives in littlehampton I usually avoid the town center for night life but now I will be happy to visit knowing how lovely it is at the arcade lounge. Hats off to you guys for everything it was an occasion we will never forget ,all my friends and family will be visiting this hidden gem of littlehampton again soon!

This was a terrible experience, the owner is rude and disrespectful. She has been denying any form of ID when they are valid and of age. Won’t be returning here!!! Nor would I recommend for anyone to host a party here, horrible service and staff.

The arcade lounge is our all time favourite restaurant to visit. Being someone who suffers with anxiety, going out to a restaurant is something I really struggle with, however I always feel calm here, and really really appreciate how friendly staff and the manager is. The food always taste so fresh, and both the food and drink is really good value. I wish there were more establishments like the Arcade lounge where the staff and management take such pride in there service they provide and treat customers so well, with consistent brilliant service. Thank you Arcade lounge :)

Yesterday, we visited this place for the first time and we had such a blast. We enjoyed great event with live music, parked for free, almost right in front. The place wasn't crowded at all as we found the place to sit, but also it wasn't empty. It was actually perfect. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. As far as Saturday night out goes, it does not get any better. We will definitely be going back to the wonderful Arcade Lounge and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

I knew Arcade Lounge existed but had never thought about visiting until I saw a picture of the food on Facebook and we decided to try it out. I messaged them through Instagram to find out what their quiet times were as we have a 6 week old baby and didn't want to take her into a busy, loud restaurant. The reply was super friendly and we booked a table for a Thursday at 4pm. On arrival the restaurant was nice and quiet and we were seated in the back. Although the menu is limited to Burgers and Pizza it was easy to find something to eat, there was a fantastic little range of cocktails, the prices were reasonable. We ate a pizza that was half cheesetastic and half farmhouse, a buttermilk and rosemary chicken burger with fries and a side of onion rings. The pizza was delicious and the burger was absolutely amazing, I could not fault it. To top it off, the service was fantastic, attentive and super friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

It’s not often I find myself writing an adverse review and it seems to be that this business which was doing so well has somewhat lost its way. I booked a table for four so that my husband and I celebrate albeit belatedly a dear friends 70th birthday. When booking I was told that it would be quiet evening. Well it was anything but. The food which was no more than adequate took over an hour and 1/4 to arrive. The owner was allowing customers children to walk and play on the bar area and you can’t even enter a supermarket improperly attired but several gentlemen customer were loudly swearing in a half naked state. It seemed to us that they seemed to be trying to satisfy the home delivery demand at the expense of those sitting in the restaurant and inevitably something had to give. The staff were polite but more eager to clear plates FROM tables than to put the food onto the table. Of most concern was the fact that he was employing a 15 year old young lady and allowing her to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, the reason we knew this was because our guests knew the person concerned. After we arrived home I checked the rules and I understand this practise is actually illegal. I feel incredibly sad that our evening was spoilt and I found myself having to apologise to our guests and in spite of the owner being very apologetic, it will be some time before we frequent the restaurant again.

Popped in there today after travelling down from London for the day. Thank god they were open because our food service and atmosphere were amazing!!! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our small family feel extremely welcome!

Have been coming to this lovely bar for a few years but recently asked them to host a surprise party. Fantastic team! Incredibly helpful, great food, amazing atmosphere. Great fun had by all! Would definitely recommend.

A really friendly, welcoming place and very tasty samosas. Lager on tap, no Guinness or bitter, but they are both available in cans or bottles. I'll definitely be going back.

We had a birthday meal here last Saturday evening .for my grandson .my son-in-law booked it as he knows the owner .I had never heard of this place , but this was by far the best meal I have had anywhere . everything is cooked to perfection and the service is impeccable very friendly and family orientated . This is a no frills place just good honest down to earth place , with amazing people working there . Food is amazing . We were so impressed we had a takeaway delivered from there Friday . The owner deserves all the success that will come his way . They even have live music . Keep up the amazing work you are doing ! 100/10 . Recommended highly by all of us !

Was there at a party for my nephew, food was lovely. Ordered an adult burger and blimey was a juicy and big. It is the perfect place if you like burgers and pizza and even chicken.

Came here with my wife and 2 kids (2 and 4) for an evening meal. Great atmosphere, really good sized food portions, (we had loads left over!) and really nice food. A bit limited on food choice, but no complaints from our family as there was enough. The staff (pretty sure they were the owners) were really nice and very welcoming. I would definitely come here again!

This is owned my a young husband and wife team and they are both lovely people, I believe they took this over just before covid but so glad they have managed to stay open. I booked for 3 for a girly night out on entering they could not have been friendlier. Now I am a vegetarian and normally struggle to find anything I like but there were plenty of choices for me. We shared the nachos which were lush, then we all had pizza which was delicious. I must say we ordered medium but got small but it was no big deal. The cocktails were great and well presented. I do hope this young couple succeed as they deserve to with a great value menu and friendly nature.

Came here for our first date since having our baby and we were very impressed. We had a large pizza and three of the small plates between Two of us and all was delicious. Really nice vibe here. Lively music and happy atmosphere. Staff all seemed lovely and easily making you feel welcome and chatty despite the masks and distancing. We will definitely be having another date night here soon Just the kind of place Littlehampton needs.

Excellent food, very reasonably priced and excellent service with a smile. We had a lovely meal here after a day on the beach and it was a perfect place to recharge our batteries before the drive home.

This place has great food, particularly their pizzas, chicken wings and fresh lamb burgers to name a few! We are always in here and the kids love the mac n cheese! So glad they're open again, missed their food during lockdown. We now know they do take away for future though! The owners are lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly!

This place has the BEST cocktails going! Long Island Ice teas are so generous with alcohol.. The homemade pizzas are incredible and massive! Halloumi fries are on point and the mac and cheese is something else 👌 The staff are friendly and owners are so lovely!! Prices are reasonable and atmosphere great. The Arcade Lounge is a tremendous edition to Littlehampton and the food is consistently great. We’ve eaten there many times. As good for a family meal or drinks with friends. Staff are lovely. Well worth supporting their takeaway cocktails during this never ending lockdown.

Ordered pizza making kits for the kids, came quickly and the customer service was great which is rare now days. The kits were great and the kids loved making them. Great taste and hope to go to the restaurant soon once restaurants are allowed open again.

Had an assortment of dishes including a meat feast pizza, beef burger and sides, all the meals were homemade and highly exceeded my expectations. The venue is clean and quaint, with some relaxing low music and overall good atmosphere. Friendly staff too.
