Amazing!!!! I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment on a Friday evening at 6:30pm with no booking and was promptly seated at a table.The waitress provided fantastic service throughout our meal, and the food was absolutely delightful. What impressed me even more was how efficiently everything was handled, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal and be on our way within an hour. I highly recommend this place for its excellent service, delectable cuisine, and overall efficiency.

Visited with my family . We had lovely time excellent service burgers were delicious we left happy and full . And don't forget to try their cocktails yummy

Best burger ever!!!!!! I loved the "Elvis" burger and the nachos fries were so perfect, not to mention their service, super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it and I will come back more often.

customer service was terrible, staff was rude and the food was average at best. The staff couldn't listen to basic instructions and made fun of me for taking out the lettuce and pickles. They got my order wrong and there was even hair in my fries with watery ketchup. 1 Star.

The service is terrible here. We sat waiting 20 minutes trying to get a server to come over so we could order more drinks. They had 1 worker in the kitchen cooking for a whole full restaurant! And a guy sitting behind the bar just twiddling his thumbs doing nothing. The food is extortionately priced compared to other restaurants in the area. £12.50 for a burger with no chips? As for the food itself it’s very very basic standard burgers, nothing special at all. The chicken burgers and chicken tenders are also not breaded which seems a very weird choice and not clear on the menu. The chicken wings and tenders weren’t even coated in sauce properly. Would never return to this place and absolutely don’t recommend it at all.

Well...... I just had the best burger by a country mile, succulent is the best way I can describe this particular work if art, pink in the middle with the perfect juices running through it... I smashed it in about 5/6 bites. Absolutely unbelievable, the hype is real ..

The food is fantastic with some really interesting flavours on the menu. Good options for vegan and gluten free diets, we spoke to a member of staff who was knowledgeable about coeliac disease and was happy to answer any questions about the food and recommend some local activities. Will definitely eat again next time I'm in the area.

Great burgers and good vegetarian choice

called in Thursday night, was quite to start with but soon started to fill up, Oliver severed us, so helpful with recommendations and samples of beer, orders given drinks delivered and soon after burgers and fries, oh dear so nice and juicy so much better than the popular drive through place, husband had struggled to decide which burger so had a second the Elvis burger comes with peanut butter and blueberry jam( I know ) but he said it was good, If we lived nearer we would dine again, when in the area we will be back

Good burgers, the missis had a classic bacon cheeseburger cooked really well and tasty. I got flaming rooster burger decent heat without being overwhelming. Chill cheese fries and onion strings were great, mac n cheese was okay but not great cheese taste a bit artificial. That was the only thing stopping me giving it five stars. Fancy a burger and fries this is pretty good.

Underwhelming is the best way to describe the burger. Burgers didn't really have any char or grill so really missed the maillard reaction to give them good flavour. Chips were good though and the staff friendly enough

the food is good but nothing more. you can stop to eat, but to come back specially for a second time I think not. the waiters and the atmosphere are definitely yes!

Went with Friends who recommended, waitress was great manager was the problem. after my friends order two Orio milkshakes which turned out to be no more then milk with crushed biscuits inside they took them back where they were presented with the biscuit jar and told to add them themselves after making no difference to the flavour they asked if they could be redone to where they were told to "Order something else" shocked we asked for the manager to ware we were told the comment was from the manager. wont be going back as clearly doesn't care for his local clients.

We recently visited TBS and were quite disappointed with our experience. The burgers were notably small, which was unexpected. Perhaps we missed some information, but no one mentioned that the meat would not be well done, nor were we asked how we preferred it cooked when placing our order. Additionally, the burgers were served without fries, which had to be purchased separately. The portion size of the fries was also small compared to the price. On the plus side, the kids’ menu seemed like a better deal than the adult options. For a family of four, we spent over £50, which we felt was not worth it given the portion sizes and overall experience.

Never eaten here before. We aren't from this area and were just visiting. Food was pretty good, service was OK....nice young guy, lacked some training and manners but he was a nice guy, just maybe shy? One dessert arrived late, which meant the first one delivered to the table had been eaten already which was annoying but not that much of a problem. Very quiet so can't comment fairly on the atmosphere. Prices OK.... Average I guess.

Lovely tasty burger (I had the Sloppy Joe; chilli, nachos and cheese) and was really good. Fries really tasty and crisp and lovely staff too. Well worth a visit!

Had a very nice family friendly meal at the Burger Shop in Arundel. The kids menu is excellent value for money. The ABC burger tasted great. Good alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. Customer service good and service slick. The new outside area is a great addition. We will definitely be back!

Last minute decision to go out for food and we could not fault this venue. Quick service, food was out in good time and the wait was top knothc.

Meeting my partners friends on a Friday night they chose to visit this burger restaurant. Was seated on the new rear terrace. The service was good, not matched by the Beer or burgers. Two poor pints of pale ale were served but changed when brought to their attention. What puzzles me is how the simple burger can go this wrong. It’s actually a small burger, salad was underwhelming, the bun is basic too. But the beef burger was tasteless, almost a bit sour/ old. Cooked on a flat top grill didn’t get any grill flavour at all. This restaurant has a five star food rating, so I was extremely surprised to find all the burgers so undercooked. They were extremely pink and this led to them tasting not very good. Food safety advice from any local authority would be to cook minced products to a minimum core temperature - unless strict safety controls are in place. I’m not sure this restaurant has that level of control approved by local environmental health officers.

Great food and fantastic service! Location is really useful for central Arundel

Came down to visit the castle and stopped here for a burger, we where very happy to find out they have outside seating, the staff was very friendly and helpful offering us a shaded seating outside as we had our baby daughter with us, the service was very good and the burgers tasted delicious. Things got better when a Euro game started playing on they're screen outside

Once you’ve order the basic kind of meal most people will want - burger, drink and some sort of fries you are looking at roughly £20 per person! Which is ridiculous, especially considering the size of the burger and fries. You could get a quality pub lunch and pint for this sort of money. Therefore absolutely one to avoid.

It's very American and great food. Only one word sums the chips up, YUM!

Lovely dinner out with my family. We had such a great time from start to finish. Welcoming team makes us feel very comfortable, well presented and tasty burgers .I had a couple of cocktails 🍸 they were really nice 👌 . It was definitely worth it we will be back!

The burgers were delicious. The craft lager was light and refreshing on a summers evening. It was quiet when we dined as it was early Friday evening which we like. It was filling up as we left. Would I return? Definitely yes. Recommend the onion straws.

We visited tonight. My partner is coeliac and the menu looked like they catered ..... and they did!!! A great atmosphere, the waitress was lovely, polite and very helpful. We had sweet potato fries.. heavenly! Chilli fries... not to be missed, a GF bacon cheese burger which more than delivered and a honey we meet again burger... pulled pork as a relish... it was yummy! If you're in town give them a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!

Every other restaurant was full so we came to TBS for dinner after a long walk. Burgers are delicious! Honey we meat again is a must try. Tenders were dry to my liking but decent price for alot of food. Fries are crisp and fresh 👍

Amazing burgers and fries best I've had in a long time

Popped in late on Saturday. My first meal out in four years due to severe food intolerance (including some not on the recognised allergen list). The staff were amazing, checking everything for me to ensure it didn't contain any hidden dangers. Food was fantastic, burgers cooked to perfection. Thankyou so much for making the experience so easy. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Arundel with the family.

Portions were just the right amount. Burger was cooked to perfection and the cherry bomb cocktail was lovely. Service was fast and friendly. Had halloumi fries on the side which I admit I have had better elsewhere but the skin on fries were very good. Would definitely come back.

Solid burger. My only complaint is that they don't season the beef and rely upon the toppings for all the flavor. At least the toppings are really good! Chili cheese fries were also good.

Wow.. 10/10! Great burgers and really friendly staff. Would highly recommend the classic cheese and honey Sriracha wings. The restaurant had a fantastic Atmosphere with great music. We will Definitely be back.

First time visit on the occasion of my son’s 30th birthday weekend. The burgers we had were delicious. I had ‘The Rooster’ and it was moist and well balanced with other filling. Also ordered the house slaw which was excellent. Pudding was waffle with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup; the waffle was soft and the ice cream was thick and tasty, served with plenty of syrup. Yum. Would definitely repeat this experience. Service was friendly and efficient.

We visited for lunch whilst on our holiday and took advantage of the £10 lunchtime deal, it was easily one of the best burgers we had ever eaten and the front of house member of staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend!

Very poor food, pricing and communication. These had offers in the window to start with which made it pleasing and fair to go in on eat. Once being settle with drinks and started to order food we were then told the off is Monday to Friday. There is nothing clear on the signs with TC or indicating only week days. Meat was running off my plate and mooing so had to be cooked more. The sweet pot fries had a weird taste and couldn't eat them. Bacon was poor and fatty. Very poor amd expensive. 2 burgers 1 drink one sweet pot fries cost £30. Would not recommend

We made a trip over, after the Horsham location closed. Lovely food, it was peak time so packed busy and a bit noisy but that's to be expected! 😆 Yummy! Would totally recommend!

Sensational burger. Our second time here in a month (just to be sure we didn't just hit lucky first time) and the classic with American cheese was unbelievably wonderful (again!!). Great fries too. Add to this a great place, super friendly and efficient staff, a clever choice of draught beer (Meantime brewery) and top music and the whole experience is superb. Sensible pricing too.

Our experience at the burger shop was fantastic . We arrived rather late on a Saturday evening ( just before they closed ) and when most businesses would have looked at our arrival as an inconvenience, these guys were more than accommodating. Showing us to our table and were super attentive. Our burgers were delicious, the wings the best we have had in a long time and the cocktails were perfect . Thanks so much for a fab dinner.

I love burgers and these are very tasty if a bit greasy which probably means they are cooked on a flat plate. The problem is the grease permeates into the bun. Worth drying them off before construction. All it all though, I great burger with nice sauce. I will go again.

The menus were great, easy to read. Service was fantastic, food was cooked well-very American, very naughty! They happily put some alcohol in my slushie as well which was lovely. Clean restaurant, clean toilets. Only reason we marked them down was that the restaurant was very cold, therefore we didn't stay long. Shame.

Best burger in the area. Except no burger imitations. Ditch the golden arches and the king and all others. Trust me. The Rooster is the don hands down. Can't comment on atmos as only got a take out. But it looks nice inside the shop.

We visited Arundel twice over the past 3 months and both times we have opted for here! The staff and great, friendly and efficient. The burgers are superb as are the chicken dippers with the blue sauce… yumME And the milkshakes are not too bad either… just missing a banana shake from the menu 😉 Great place, warm friendly and superb food

Very friendly staff, excellent rum punch, great chicken, and good burgers. We ended up here by accident on a rainy day just after Xmas after the place we we're planning to go was unexpectedly shut. We were a group of 8 with 2 small children. They served us quickly and efficiently. It was the perfect spot to warm up and dry off and to have a casual lunch. They didn't hurry us out the door after eating. We'll definitely go back again.

Went in at 12 on the dot. Totally empty. I had to chase the waiter and he gave me the “I’m dealing with a booking, go sit back down, I’ll come over” rift. So drop a star. Maybe deal with what’s in front of you, like real customers. We ordered nachos and the basic burger and chips with skins on. They came quickly which was good. The chips were piping hot and ok, but layered in way too much salt. So drop a star. The nachos were the kind of thing you’d get in a cheap cinema, with poured cheese on, pre prepared chillies, and little flavour. The burger however was the lowlight. Just over halfway through, one of my teeth was wrecked. A piece of bone being the culprit. They asked us how the food was about halfway through and could see I had left mine, so I told the lady and showed her the piece of bone, they knocked the price of the burger off, which is about two thousand five hundred pounds shy of a new crown or dental implant. They said it’s because the meat is prepared in London. So it’s not from a local butcher. Anyway they said they’d raise it with the butcher, which will do about as much good as my asking the dentist for a free tooth, If you have teeth like Jaws off James Bond, then give it a go, otherwise bite tentatively, or better still ,don’t bother.

Service was excellent. Made to feel very welcome and served quickly. I had the vegan waffle burger - extremely filling and a bit sickly but in a good way - you don't go to a place like this for healthy food! A nice vanilla milkshake too!

One of the best gluten free burger shacks between the coast and London hands down. My wife was chuffed she finally found a GF burger joint that ticked all of the dirty, tasty, messy tick boxes for a good burger joint. She had the Elvis which looked epic, and I doubled up on the Sloppy Joe while the kids had simple but great cheese burgers. And the staff were just great with our two kids as well, definitely would recommend if in the area and you’ve got some hangry kids.

Very good burger 🤌🏾. You’ve got the option of selecting what cheese you’d like in your burger which is great if you don’t want the standard cheese. And the fries were really good. Overall great experience. The only gripe I had was they used served cheap mayonnaise. They could stock up on some Hellman’s or Heinz mayo.

Average experience, food was OK, our waiter, a bald gentleman, didn't seem very interested and was a bit rude in general.

First time at TBS co. It was an earlier dinner around 3pm we were one of three customers so very quite. Service quick and food served hot. I was disappointed with the Rooster burger, the cooking oil was the overpowering taste, lacked flavour and the bun and fillings were low quality. My husband had The Elvis and was satisfied with his but neither would visit again.

Overs Prized, small burgers, supermarket buns, frozen burgers, sad frozen chips.

Right up there with my favourite. Had a classic cheese burger. I hate it when they overstuffed the burger to make it look tasty and big. There is no need, just make it in proportion so you don't get slops coming out the sides and making it a sloppy mess. The taste was perfect.

Awesome lunch! Most succulent bacon and cheese burger I have ever eaten. Servers were great with kids, attentive and informative about their menu. All other places overcook their burgers however these guys nailed it! A true burger place!

Walked in as a group of nine unexpectedly - fully accommodated and treated wonderfully. Food was high quality, delicious, adjusted to request and came in a decent time window. Also the pricing is pretty great, considering the quality and compared to other places. Staff were incredibly friendly, funny and treated us very well - even bantering with us at some points. Highly recommended, would love to go back.
