Burger King in Wyre Forest

Food was hot and fast! I loved it so much. Workers were so kind and patient. The seating are was nice and tidy I could've sat anywhere I liked!!

Poor wait time, food arrived lukewarm. Appreciate it is not Just Eat at fault but Burger King should have done better

Ordered the family combo meal. All our drinks were missing and the chicken nuggets kids meal. Was also a lot later arriving than expected not impressed. I tried calling the restaurant but no answer. I told just eat saying I want a refund but not hopeful.

Driver never come to our door but said it was delivered on the app!The burger king manager confirm my order was never prepared and they cancel my order because closed early for 31.01 how is possible to be delivered on the app?No refund and no food!

food ordered 1.16pm delivery time kept changing. I had to go out 2 hours later and food never arrived in time. i had called and spoken to resturant and they said it was a just eat issue. Never had food so will be in contact for a refund. very very poor service from just eat.

Staff tried their best to be efficient, however, they're coffee machine was on the blink and spent most of time apologising for delays. The food gave us all an upset stomach and we felt sick the whole night.

It worr only 5-7 minutes late so please don't worry about it. Honestly, it is not a problem. And anyways up, I MUST stop ordering cr*p. Yes fresh fruit and vegetables. Healthy food, tint it ! May-at's.

Awful half of the order missing told me to go to store or try and get a refund through the app, well that’s not very good when I’ve been waiting over and hour and I can’t go and pick it up and I’ve got kids without half their dinner?

Cold chips, cold burgers, flat coke, all round worst BK I have eaten from! The only person with any kind of good aptitude was a young lady cleaning the restaurant who helped us with our order while the counter staff stood chatting to each other!. Absolute rubbish service in general with food to match!

Avoid cold food and flat pop served. No atmosphere in the place. The only person who seemed to be doing any work was a young girl cleaning up who tried to help us with ordering screens. Won't visit this one again.

Full of teens, extremely crammed to the point youre practically stood outside and you got to order your own order with a machine.

Security code on the toilets is punitive and not helpful when the staff are nowhere to be seen, food was like warm, and while you can't see staff they're sure screeching at each other a lot somewhere in the building.

I rarely get BK cuz it’s so expensive. Fancied a treat today. Food arrived cold and limp. Burger seemed stale? My BBQ burger was missing the BBQ sauce & the “drenched” in cheese sauce fries were far from drenched. Disgustingly, I found a long white hair in the middle of my burger. Absolutely foul! Worst burger king experience in a while, was suprising aswel as this place is usually good. Maybe got a new manager or summat. Tables and chairs was dirty, air-conditioning freezing. Fries was cold and asked for no bacon on burger but got bacon. Won't be coming back here!

Burger king in Kidderminster consistently misses items from the order it is appalling. They never pick up the phone so everytime I order I am left waiting for just eat to refund with no food.

Went and ordered food for 4 people and they prioritized deliveries over us who had been sat waiting for 50 minutes had multiple people in front that came in after saying their food was cold and missing items. We got not chicken nuggets with out meals and the Women who in presuming was the manager did not apologise at all. We attempted to get their attention and was ignored but the deliveries were able to speak to them. Another women with her family came in and wanted to pay in cash and the women refused to accept their cash and told them they would be waiting 20 minutes if she does accept the cash in a very poor attitude almost passive aggressive and she was lying about the wait time as I waited 50 minutes and was served last after deliveries and after other people came and left and our meal was sat waiting to be out in the bag for ages. Very poor experience. Never coming back. The toilets were disgusting! One of the toilets were full off tissue and blocked. The chain did not flush and the other toilet had tissue drenched around the lid. Appalling manager women. But the food was ok a little cold. But will not come again!

Jokers ... sent halloumi with beef on was for a vegetarian . Tried to call no answer...

I ordered £45 worth food including drinks and employee Brandon refused to refill the cup. Their filling machine is not working too. Really bad experience .

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King today. I was served my Ice Blast first and then asked to wait in the full sun for ages. By the time my food arrived, the drink had melted. When I asked for a replacement, I was refused. I spoke to the manager, who was rude and tried to justify their inadequate processes by comparing them to another fast food chain, insisting I couldn't get a drink with my meal. I ended up wasting nearly £15 on a poor experience. Fast food is expensive these days, and if they want to charge these prices, they should at least get the basics right. With customer service like this, BK is definitely on the decline. Sort it out!

We ordered Burger King from Just eat and they gave us a completely wrong order from Uber eats! And when we called they sent us a email and got left with the wrong food! This is awful service

Ordered £15 of food and then want to charge me 30p for a mayonnaise. Despite ordering on the app I had to wait 10 minutes for food despite no one being there. One of the staff was outside on a break eating Gregg's which obviously says it all for the food there.Complete shambles and an absolute rip off, hope the whole place goes bust soon, which judging by the lack of customers it will do

The food was a little cold, I noticed that in the delivery bag the driver had, the cold drinks was packed next to the hot food.. making the bag of food a little soggy and the food a little cold.
