Always great service at this small Burger King

Can always rely on Burger King to be banging. James is first class.

Went and ordered food for 4 people and they prioritized deliveries over us who had been sat waiting for 50 minutes had multiple people in front that came in after saying their food was cold and missing items. We got not chicken nuggets with out meals and the Women who in presuming was the manager did not apologise at all. We attempted to get their attention and was ignored but the deliveries were able to speak to them. Another women with her family came in and wanted to pay in cash and the women refused to accept their cash and told them they would be waiting 20 minutes if she does accept the cash in a very poor attitude almost passive aggressive and she was lying about the wait time as I waited 50 minutes and was served last after deliveries and after other people came and left and our meal was sat waiting to be out in the bag for ages. Very poor experience. Never coming back. The toilets were disgusting! One of the toilets were full off tissue and blocked. The chain did not flush and the other toilet had tissue drenched around the lid. Appalling manager women. But the food was ok a little cold. But will not come again!

Absolutely useless, ordered family party 2, missing a burger and chilli bites. Sharing box missing onion rings!! Not rocket science to follow an order and put it in a bag!!

I ordered £45 worth food including drinks and employee Brandon refused to refill the cup. Their filling machine is not working too. Really bad experience .

I had a disappointing experience at Burger King today. I was served my Ice Blast first and then asked to wait in the full sun for ages. By the time my food arrived, the drink had melted. When I asked for a replacement, I was refused. I spoke to the manager, who was rude and tried to justify their inadequate processes by comparing them to another fast food chain, insisting I couldn't get a drink with my meal. I ended up wasting nearly £15 on a poor experience. Fast food is expensive these days, and if they want to charge these prices, they should at least get the basics right. With customer service like this, BK is definitely on the decline. Sort it out!

Other than that one missing item the delivery time was good and the driver wasn’t room and rather friendly:)

all of the order didn't come, made a phone, no luck, £32.00 spent then had to go and get the rest of the order, will not be using Burger King again, complete let down

Burger king is better than McDonald's

We ordered Burger King from Just eat and they gave us a completely wrong order from Uber eats! And when we called they sent us a email and got left with the wrong food! This is awful service

Ordered £15 of food and then want to charge me 30p for a mayonnaise. Despite ordering on the app I had to wait 10 minutes for food despite no one being there. One of the staff was outside on a break eating Gregg's which obviously says it all for the food there.Complete shambles and an absolute rip off, hope the whole place goes bust soon, which judging by the lack of customers it will do

I've visited this store a few times now an everytime I go there the service is quick food is good and staff are always friendly.

The food was a little cold, I noticed that in the delivery bag the driver had, the cold drinks was packed next to the hot food.. making the bag of food a little soggy and the food a little cold.

Brilliant place to go to, staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices.

This place is diar full of rude staff and don't take blue light card on Fridays and Saturdays why carers nurses ambulance workers work fri and sat disgusting service

Not an amazing place. Staff were friendly and made the visit acceptable but they don’t seem motivated. There was a pack of fries missing from the order so I had to go back to the counter. The tables were all in need of wiping down as all of the ones I saw had crumbs on them. The order point didn’t print out the receipt so I had to ask for one. Overall it isn’t a disaster but needs some work.

I've been to this Burger King on my lunch break for the past two weeks and each time have been served at the drive through by the most polite and cheery server. He is friendly, attentive and makes all the difference being served by him! Thanks a lot, Brandon! Top Guy!

Freezing and left on doorstep..

Every time I had the impression that they didn’t want to see and serve customers. Always they gathered the chairs and stack them on the tables, so you can’t eat in with 2,3 hours before closing… very disappointing. I will never go again…

The staff didn’t want to Serve me. On the front door there was a sign that stated : only take out order at drive through. I drove my car and they refused to take any order without saying any reason… I ‘ve been a few times there, and always the staff had a not to customer attitude. I drove from Worcester. Too many times I had unpleasant service. I will never return at all…!

Food was freezing and a hamburger shouldn't have cheese on it. My child has a dairy intolerance so couldn't eat it and was left with 5 chips in her small fries.

Delivered, but we never got it. Enjoy the grub neighbours. Not sure it's too difficult to deliver to an address that is on a corner property and has the door number on the gate and the door. Too much rushing around.

we have everyone's the wrong order. the receipt is correct, but the piggery did is wrong.

So much for their service, tried to ring them but they've hung up on me, checked every app and they have nothing to order. This is very disappointing and I'm never ordering from them again.

We went with our noisy family of 10....ate in...the staff were happy, friendly, helpful, chatty, polite, calm ( empty when we arrived, full when we left)...so chilled under pressure. They even sang happy birthday to my nephew with his ice cream pudding with us..... Best ever experience ( could have been stressful with our children).... thank you so much...food cleanliness also outstanding ...got it so right xx
