McDonald's in West Lancashire

First time ever my order has been correct = happy kids= happy mum

Food was cold. Delivery quick and on time though

food cold, received 2 half filled hot chocolates instead of the americanos i ordered :))))

burgers was hanging out of buns,fries look warm

Delivery driver was very polite and came with a positive bright personality which made the communication great, I suffer with anxiety so these things are very important to me thanks driver !

late and cold, initial estimate was 25 mins, kept going down to 15 mins then back to 20 mins wait time, it arrived more than an hour after it was ordered

I never received half of my order , it was cold and we had no sauces we paid for and no mc flurry’s I paid for 5 mc flurry’s

Drink game spilt more than half was missing and melted not drinkable

I pressed no on drink and mcflurry still got it

Would of been vetter if wed of has straws for our drinks but food was nice and warm

absolute disgrace. ordered happy meal for.my aon and they sent it without a toy. look of upset on my sons face when he opened it to see what pokemon he got to get nothing. fumming isn't the word right now. skelmersdale maccies never get order right. staf need to be retrained or sacked and more people.who can put a food order together properly need to be hired. bunch of idiots work here!!

This place is the worse place where I have been. She was touching the chips hands without gloves and just putting all this in the bag . Expected delivery time was doubled by the time it arrived, everything stone cold.

After 30 minutes of waiting for my food I got all cold and order not full. AVOID !!!

Ordered food for delivery after the liverpool game for me and my partner. Food arrived, open my wrap and everything fell out the bottom as it wasn't wraped correctly, Ordered a strawberry milkshake and a full fat coke arrived and ordered a chicken mcspicy and it arrived without the chicken. As far as incompetence goes this really does top the list. Ive never ordered a chicken burger before and the chicken be left off. I even checked my uber order to make sure i hadn't made a mistake. I hadn't, it had just been put together by toddlers. Unbelievably bad service.

The courier couldn’t get a reply at my son’s house but kindly left it on the doorstep when I asked him to and gave them the code via text. Thank you

Food was all very cold and missing a Big Mac from a Bic Mac meal. Only chips and drink arrived

Food disgusting once again. Despite saying I would nt go back. I did tonight. Inedible over cooked very small vastly over priced. No quality control here very disappointed. Will never use this place again

Waiting time due to the delivery being a on bike courier, Hot food that is at least 15 - 20 minute away on a bike. shouldn't be allowed

What a joke of a place. Made a £50 order on just eat. Food come with now drinks. Apparently the machine is broken but they charge you for it. Women manger was so rude. No apology or refund

I ordered my daughter a meal and we waiting 1hr I ended up going to the restaurant to get her meal when I got there they said that it wasn’t ordered even though I had a tracking on my phone. I had to buy my daughter another meal . Not happy with the service at the restaurant / delivery the meal was cold

Wrong order. Driver all over the place. ETA moving backwards a number of times. Gave me 2 and only ordered 1. Gave me a coffee and coke and didn’t order this. Only ordered Oasis. Every delivery there is an issue.

For the items we did receive, the bun for the quarter pounder was the size of a small cheese burger bun & not enough sauces as we requested. Never had such a bad order from McDonald’s, it’s disappointing
