McDonald's in West Lancashire

Food was cold and was missing items and isn’t the first time this has happened hope improves in time

Food was cold half of my burger was in the bag no straws and tasted terribe

sent us the completely wrong order don’t know why it’s so hard tbh but anyways

Ordered at 6:49 for 7am delivery. Upon order confirmation was given 7:20 delivery time. Changed to 7:35. Then 7:45. Then 8am. Finally delivered at 8:07. I appreciate it’s a busy time but it’s completely unacceptable service for a basic meal.

not the drivers fault at all, 50 mins from order for 2 cokes ? I think that is a disgrace from the staff inside

Good food everything in the bag fries a little cold but everything else good, Driver was brilliant really friendly with great customer service.

Tell you dam drivers to not to leave the food out the food bags when bring around to the house. The whole point in the thermal bags is to keep it hot between deliveries

Delivery and main order fine. Discard time on apple pie was 14.02 meal not delivered until 17.35. Grease had soaked through the box and pastry was hard not crunchy.

Drive thru. 5 minutes wait for a coffee. I watched it get made, then watched it sit cooling for 5 minutes before someone could be bothered to hand me it.. poor service. Poor food. Poor excuse of a restaurant. I have refused to eat here for almost a year now. (drinks only) Now I will not return at all. Last time I made a food order, it was cold sloppy

Melted ice cream. Who puts hot chocolate next to ice cream? Hot pies are cold. And very late. Not happy at all

I'm allergic to egg. I ordered no egg and it arrived with egg on it. Which would have caused me to die if I had bitten into it without realising.. also I can't eat it obviously so waste of my money..

After waiting for 30 min my order 3 times and eating cold food again this is my last time at Mc Donald’s Skelmersdale. Service is joke I’m sorry but management needs to sort this out as staff members can’t find cars who ordered food from driver thru probably more training would work.

Only come here as the very last resort if everywhere else is closed. Extremely slow service (several times I'm stood there for 20 mins waiting I have even heard people complaining that they waiting 15 mins just for a coffee) food is cold 9 times out of 10 and compared to other sites it is always tasteless. And also check your orders before leaving as it's almost certain they have forgotten something. And the customer service needs looking at.

Drink wasn’t filled properly, pancakes were cold and hard. Was told it’d get here at 7:40, didn’t get here till 8:02. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

half order was missing. order 3 sets of pancakes, only two came and both had sausage patties which where not ordered . no hash owns came the ordered and ordered the duo mcmuffin but that also did not come

Uber and McDonald's can't even help with the order I have been waiting for 2 hours and then they just cancelled my order at 11 pm so they don't have to deliver the order. Even by calling McDonald's and telling them I placed an order 1h ago and there is no update on my order so at least I can pick up my order they just say no and that's it. This is absolute bs. It just shows they have one job and they still can't do that 👏👏👏👏👏

Terrible service- wrong food delivered, which was all cold. Then was asked to swap the incorrect food with the correct one at the drive through. Completely eliminating the point of delivery (and the cost of delivery, time and petrol). No offer of compensation- even when asked- was just told to complain via just eat. Unacceptable.

Ordered 9 chicken selects, was given nuggets. Called to advise and was told not their problem. No apology. Just told to check before leaving next time...Wont be a next time. KFC from now on.
