Decent McDonald’s can be a bit busy at times

Park up order not ready, Everytime! Food never fresh

Ordered 9 chicken selects, was given nuggets. Called to advise and was told not their problem. No apology. Just told to check before leaving next time...Wont be a next time. KFC from now on.

Always check your order. Guaranteed to be something either missing or incorrect. Spend all their time messing with mcdelivery orders and stuff the customs who actually go in. Worst franchise on the face of the planet

Normally food is good but we received stale fries and the burgers had no sauce very dissatisfied, even the hot drinks were wrong! please train your staff!!!!

Past 3 times I have been they have forgotten to put food in the bag in the drive through and haven't checked until I got home. Chicken burger was disgusting and sauce smelt off. Worst MacDonalds I've been too.

Forced my 12 YO daughter and friend to eat outside stood up in the cold, because they have a policy that children unaccompanied by an adult can't sit inside. Absolute nonsense especially when there was space inside and no tables free outside, can you imagine being told to stand up and eat outside of a restaurant. If there is a problem with some youth then ban them, please don't tarnish all children with the same brush.

Asked for sweet curry dip got tomato and I asked for a crispy chicken wrap and got a grilled one ur workers really need to learn how to read

Delivery time was push back 5 times and food is stone cold. Not good enough

I ordered food at 7:55 and it got to around half 9 and still had not been prepared. I had to cancel my order, re order it and then it came within that time.

Ordered 20chicken nuggets as part of my order and it only had 15 nuggets in it . Rest of order was ok

food arrived cold it was delivered by someone on a bicycle. it must have taken at least 20 minutes to cycle to my house from mcdonalds and it cold out side. last order i will be placing!

All food arrived cold, the McFlurry and McFrezzy's where completly melted, was able to Microwave some of food and feed the kids, but overall this was very bad and waste of money, I thought the delivery would be better as when picking up from the store yoy are left waiting for ages - it is certinaly NOT fast food.

Cold food, that had sat there for ages

Food is hit and miss from here but the breakfast is always good, right, quick and hot. Just a shame they never get anything right from the afternoon onwards.

I received a 1/4 meal and meant to be a double. I selected cheese and ketchup only yet everything is on this burger. It’s not edible for me

Over 30 minute wait for so called fast drive through food. Waited in the chaos that took over the car park. Don’t bother with this McDonald’s

The McMuffins had fallen apart and coffee spilt in the bag

We didn't receive a code and the delivery driver wouldn't give us the food he left it on the floor on the door step and just argued about getting a code but McDonald's didn't send me the code so the food sat their getting freezing while he argued.

what should have been hot was cold! what should have been cold/frozen was melting (latte cold as placed next to a frozen lemonade). all food cold, dips - tepid.

No matter what time of day you go to this place if you're in the drive thru you'll get parked up or if you're inside you'll wait ages for your order. Went in there and ordered on the app yet their app doesn't work properly. Not only that, it feels dead greasy/grubby in there. In summary, it's gone downhill.

Just what was needed, a large latte, busy at this time of day.

Good quality was shocking. Cold and badly prepared. Apple pie had no filling. Not just eats fault. Skelmersdale McDonalds prep and attention to detail was terrible. Will not be using again.

Each time I try this place it's shocking. Waited 15 minutes for one single item at drive through. Parking bays to wait all full. Sent to park in hatched off area of the shopping centre car park that's known to enforce parking outside of bays strictly with fines. Buying a burger at lunchtime really shouldn't be such an ordeal. And if it was just a one off I wouldn't be making this review.

I have called the store to complain and didn't seem bothered that food was missing and cold! this isn't the drivers fault as i watched him travel on the map.
