Lovely lunch and excellent service by our waiter Sammy, very polite and professional and an asset to the team!

Sadly, it's not the place it used to be. Steak poor quality and fatty. It is possibly the worst service I have encountered. Staff calling staff in front of us. Waiting for drinks and cutlery.

Katie was great! The food was fab as usual!

Service was great , food was lovely perhaps more variety on the children’s menu also the price is a quite expensive for a child’s meal and doesn’t include a drink, families with 2 or more children would be put off .

The 3 course was great but maybe do a 2 course also a Sunday lunch menu like a roast inc beef chicken Turkey pork etc

Amazing place and perfect vibes. My server Katie was lovely. She was friendly and talkative. Would highly recommend this place for brilliant night outs with friends or family.

The food was amazing, it always is! Service was brilliant especially our waitress Kirsty who went above and beyond for us. We have been a few times and Kirsty always remembers us and makes us feel welcome and takes good care of us.

We were served by Bev today and she was absolutely fantastic, she couldn't do enough for us and we were highly impressed by her service. The food was also lovely. We will be asking for Bev next time we visit, thankyou 😊 Leanne, Sam and Laila

Been here several times now. Food is always good, service likewise. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We ordered oat milk for coffee and brought us normal milk; they only had decaf as they finished normal coffee (it can happen but…come on).

Has to be the worst Miller and carter I've ever visited, order was wrong, staff where rude and it's almost as if it was never refurbished from when it was a traditional pub. Going to such an establishment with such a high quality/standard of food and I must add price tag. You would like to think they would ensure their staff where suitably trained but unfortunately there's certain areas where you simply can't just open a Miller and carter anywhere and have staff just because they are local with no quality of service.

Visited on 28th March and the restaurant was quite busy. We enjoyed a fantastic meal and our food was excellent with the steaks being superb as always. There was an issue when our mains arrived but this was managed and resolved in a prompt and effective way by our server Lauren, who was great all through our visit, and the Front of House Mgr. The service we had all through our visit was top class and we fully enjoyed our visit. Can fully recommend Miller and Carter Parbold and we were also very pleased with the level of customer service offered to us during the mains glitch.

Great service gorgeous food and beautiful place to eat, we loved it. We went to celebrate my new job and loved every minute, thank you.

The service from Niall and Harvey was absolutely superb. The steak was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and looked super too.

Served by Ellie, she was so knowledgeable about the menu. Polite and friendly :) steaks were cooked to perfection, we tried the Camembert mash for the first time under Ellie’s recommendation and it was spot on, effort out new fave side!! X

Where do I even start??? Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I suffer from severe social anxiety and a lovely lady called gabby seated me and my fiancee in an area that was quiet to help me. The food was out of this world Iv never had anything like this in a LONG time. And our service from a top lad sammy was great. Good laugh good personality! Management please note these comments! The mentioned staff and the chefs deserve top credit. I can’t wait to return 😊 thanks guys

i had ellouise as a waitress and she was absolutely amazing and her attitude towards people was immaculate, food was amazing and served hot with great prices will be returning if the customer service is this fabulous

First time visiting and will certainly be back. Food was excellent, service was very good despite it being a very busy Easter weekend. Every single member of staff was smiley, helpful and welcoming and a special mention to our lovely waitress Ellie who was superb. Look forward to visiting again soon.

We could not have enjoyed our lunch more or had a warmer welcome. Meet on arrival by Oscar and looked after by Niall, whom provided outstanding customer service. It really was outstanding.

Brilliant meal and service, was informed on the Australian Aberdeen black sirloin by our fantastic server Niall who was very welcoming and hand lovely personality, 5 stars all around for the service and meal.

We often visit and I enjoy a perfect cooked ribeye. I visited with my husband on the 6th march 2024 and the food was amazing again but was made extra special by our server Lauren. She made the experience even better than usual. Thank you to all the staff.

We arrived for a 1830 booking for 2 people on Saturday 23 March and we were seated at approximately 1840. Our meal arrived just before 2000hrs. The waitress (I think it was Ann) was very apologetic and embarrassed that we had to wait so long. The food was excellent when it finally arrived. We wouldn’t hesitate to return because of the food quality but the waiting time was far beyond acceptable. This was our first visit to a Miller and Carter restaurant, a Christmas present from family. I hope this was a one-off experience.

The server almost caught some food off my plate and just put it back on my plate instead of offering me a new starter that hadn't been touched. I found a hair in my starter. Our steaks were not great, we ordered one rump steak medium rare and one ribeye steak well done. When these arrive after waiting for 45mins, they had been mixed up and cold. No one come to ask if everything was okay or was even around to ask until we were almost finished our meal. Overall not a great experience and I think our server knew we wasn't happy however didn't ask if there was any issues. We paid £95 for a middle range meal

Stunning views great location love the new menu especially the new king prawns we went for the lunch option This time and have to say such great value. We have already booked our next date night there parbold it's been a pleasure definitely my favourite miller and carter around you can't beat the service thank you for a lovely Friday lunch

Great lunch off the new lunchtime menu. Great choice and price for a mid week lunch. Recommend the chicken starter and then rump. Service from Eddie was fantastic.

We were two couples out for good food in good surroundings, we got exactly what we wanted. We all had steak and a dessert and they were outstanding. The food was cooked to perfection, the service was on point. They say let your feet do the talking ours definitely will, we will be back.

I couldn't recommend this place more . The food was incredibly. We had the fillet steak as main with beef dripping sauce and I got a side of beef brisket on bone marrow and it was the most amazing thing I have eaten in a long time. It also came with an onion load which was delicious. The waitress was amazing and even went above and beyond to find the right wine choice for us. The sticky toffee pudding is also a must have

Right frrom being warmly welcomed through to the end of our meal, we were diligently served and looked after. Emily our waitress was lovely very attentive and was knowledgeable about the food when asking questions.

We had a very nice time. It was busy but this was probably due to it being Mother's day. The food was nice and tasty yet we were glad we ordered additional side dishes otherwise we would have still been hungry as the portions were a little on the small side. Consequently, be prepared for the price to become more.

The food was lovely. we shared a Butchers Block for a special occasion! But this is more to give credit to our server Bev who was just fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and made the night perfect. Thank you Bev, a credit to the company!

To be absolutely honest, I was really disappointed with the food, particularly considering the price. I've cooked much better steaks at home. I'm also not entirely sure what the lump of lettuce was about. Service was great, the lady that looked after us was lovely. I don't think I'd return to M&C in a hurry.

The Miller & Carter at Parbold is an incredibly friendly restaurant which caters for those who want some interaction and those who don't. The food is always fo the standard you expect and they their best to cater to any additional needs.

Wonderful place to have a meal and great service from Eddie, never felt rushed and yet not neglected either. Food was as excellent as we've come to expect, can't wait for the next visit.
