We was served by the lovely Jamie & Reagan (sorry if spelt wrong) incredible service from them both felt very welcomed accommodated us very well and remembered our order and double checked as my serving of wine got bigger even helped us get seats as we was only in for drinks. Definitely return.

Excellent customer service from Bev, extremely warming and friendly - she is an asset to the team. Bev recommended the blue Stilton lettuce wedge to accompany the Chateaubriand, which was amazing! Food could have been hotter. Would definitely return.

The food was exceptional, it was so filling and fresh and the steak was cooked perfectly. The beef Mac and cheese is some of the best Mac I’ve ever tasted. Lauren was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Served us very quickly and always with a smile on her face, gave us some good recommendations and made our experience even better. 10/10 experience would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great place for a good steak. Staff are brilliant and very attentive, nothing is too much trouble and they are only too happy to help.

Great quality food and drinks and excellent service from Becca. She was pleasent, friendly and professional, great customer service which is always a plus, not everywhere realises how important this is. For stsrters we had the sticky chicken wings and halloumi fries to share, both were delicious. Main we had the steak ciabattas, again they were delicious, sad to say we couldn't face a dessert which was a shame as they looked fabulous. Highly recommend and we will definitely visit again. Where we were sat could do with a little TLC the carpet is very worn but overall extremely happy with our experience.

Friendly greeting and thoughtful table change because of my (slight) mobility issues. The atmosphere is lively but not loud. Our table waitress was Rachel who was friendly, attentive and efficient throughout. Food was excellent. We had a lovely meal, thank you.

Emily was a fantastic host, and the food was great.

This was my wife and I's first visit and we were both very impressed. The restaurant has a nice, friendly relaxed feel and everything about the meal was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Emily was a delight and very helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes - which is so nice to see in a restaurant. Food was delivered promptly but we never felt rushed. Presentation was faultless and the food itself was delicious. We started with the Sticky Chicken and chipotle which was tasty and succulent. My wife then had Sirloin while I had Rib-eye. The steaks were prepared perfectly as requested and complemented by the accompanying sides. We finished off with Lemon Tart and coffee which rounded the meal off perfectly. All in all a very enjoyable birthday meal and, while it was our first visit, I'm sure it won't be our last. Well done to all!

All three couples with us had the e butchers block which represents amazing value, taste and experience. This was awesome. Service was great no issues at all. The cocktails not so much- in particular the pins colada which is really not good at all, we had three of those ordered to our table and all three were left. This was raised at the end of the meal, and the waitress said she'd pass the comments on, but at nearly £30 for these that's not really good enough on a £330 meal for 6 . Thanks

Bang average meal tonight. Nothing wrong with it but the biggest frustration is the amount of questions….. do you want 8,12 or 16oz, how would you like you steak cooked, what sauce on lettuce ( which I’ve never seen the point of), what sides, what sauce, what butter with your steak! Just too many question which made the service feel very robotic with no personality. The steak was nice but no different to ordering a Ribeye anywhere. Staff training definitely needed or a change in the need for all the questions!!! It’s not a cheap meal for 2 and I would return just very flawed if you are looking for any kind of experience for the money you are paying!

I’ve been to a few Miller & Carters but this is my “local.” Never disappoints, and the service is always fantastic. I try to get a variety of different steaks - but a tomahawk or ribeye is always a safe bet. They often have specials which are worth giving a go. On top of the bangin’ steaks, the fries are also fantastic & I love the brownies. Can’t go wrong with an M&C but the staff here really make this location stand out. Eddie’s a top bloke.
