The best restaurants serving American food in England

I wait more 1.30 hours for delivery and when come has cold.i contact the shop and them answer was is not them fault and they can't do nothing and I should complain to customer service

They took their vegan waffles and crepes off the menu which was a shame, but then don’t answer messages on any platforms or calls when I try to find out why.

Greeted at the entrance by a young man called George. George literally didn’t stop cleaning the entire time we were in the restaurant. This was undoubtedly the cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been in! Service and food standard McDonalds, staff friendly, George exceptional! The management of the branch should be proud of him

Ordered a family kebab and fries ,i honestly think they forgot to put the food in the nan bread , at a push it would feed a family from the borrowers!!, 2 tiny kofta ,1 chicken leg from an anorexic chicken , 6 pieces of chicken tikka, 5 pieces of unknown meat ,too desiccated and dry to determine origin, and a handful of kebab meat , thanks for the extra nan ,but you didn't give us enough to fill the original nan, so don't normally leave bad reviews, because can't be arsed usually, but 20 quid is 20 quid and you should at least get enough to feed a couple of people, this literally fed one person, didn't take photos because I'm not that organised

Amazing looking menu! Food disappointing. Burger inedible as cheap meat, one friend described as smelling like dog food, salt and pepper chips were just potato wedges, the chicken wings we couldn't touch as the looked like chickens feet! Very disappointed.

Poor value crap in my opinion, especially whan queueing at the drive through.+All the young dudesbugaloo news

Visited on 27th December on a road trip to see family. Was obviously very busy but we ordered via the app and were served our food promptly. Food was good McDonald’s food - the chips were warm. We will continue stopping here every Christmas holidays when we drive by.

A real let down, stay away from this branch. Chef was cooking in the kitchen with a swimming trunk look a like short !!! looked very unprofessional & unhygienic... We ordered 4 burgers for collection when we got home and open them we realised that chicken burger and onion rings were very dark brown just because they probably cooked in the oil which hasn't been changed for a long time...

La fiesta de Nochevieja fue muy decepcionante, DJ fue muy malo, la comida no era buena, nada estaba organizado correctamente, el propietario fue sacado el altavoz para horo búlgaro pero no estaba pasando nada, fue una noche muy aburrida y muy caro para este servicio. Creo que deberías pensar si quieres servir a la gente o no. Muy decepcionado ☹️

Absolutely disgusting. Tenner for a hot dog from a can in what is likely an Asda essentials bun served with a side of cold greasy chips that look as anemic as my 95 year old dead gran. Whats worse is I paid for that rubbish and I didn't even get to keep it down…. Hygiene in this place is as far out as their prices. Service was terrible and the place was empty so I should have known really but ya know… you're not you when you're hungry. Staff seemed as washed out as the decor, 7% vat added? Owner clearly between lucid and insane because the last time I checked I was in an American style diner not the US of A. One of the worst places I've ever eaten in, even King Charles looked disappointed when I had to hand the wonga over for the plate of council estate I had suffered.

Tuvimos una muy buena comida, pedí el tocino y la hamburguesa con queso y patatas fritas. La hamburguesa tenía un sabor delicioso y fue cocinado maravillosamente sin duda vale la pena el costo! La salsa de patatas fritas era preciosa, pero las patatas en sí eran un poco decepcionante y se sentía un poco empapado. El servicio era muy bueno y no tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para la comida.

El restaurante tiene un ambiente agradable, personal amable y muy buenos cócteles. Sin embargo, la comida fue decepcionante. El pan no era casero, y la mantequilla era dura como una roca, claramente acaba de sacarse de la nevera. Los filetes no eran de buena calidad. Pedí un filete azul, pero obviamente era mediano. El solomillo, solicitado medio -raro, no estaba ni cerca de eso-, su textura era dura, más como cuero. La salsa de mantequilla de queso azul derretida aún estaba sólida cuando se servía. Además, la papa, que debería haber sido lenta - cocinada durante horas, estaba mal cocida y todavía crujiente en el medio. Esto no fue culpa del personal, sino de la cocina. Llegamos a las 8-20 pm y tuvimos la clara impresión de que la cocina se apresuraba a cerrar. Incluso vimos a los chefs caminando a través del restaurante cuando todavía estábamos comiendo. Para una comida de £ 150, la calidad simplemente no era aceptable. He comido en muchos restaurantes Marco Pierre White y esta fue una experiencia decepcionante.
