Terrible place, we visited at 1130pm for takeaway and the upstairs toilets were closed, the downstairs disabled wc was locked I asked to use this and the 2 rude security guards said no, that’s illegal. No apology nothing. Not American service here!

Absolutely appalling. Took 40 mins to get two coffees. There were people queuing up to complain that items were missing from their orders. The people serving just had no idea. It got so bad they had to look through every order to check what was inside and still forgot to give people things like drinks. Some people ordered ages after us and got their order before us. Abysmal service. Worst ever.

After waiting for an hour for my family to get their Jollybee order I went a few door down to get a vegan burger at Burger King. I hadn’t eaten all day so it was 5pm and looking forward to something. I checked and double checked the vegan double bacon cheese sandwich for sauces, which I don’t like so I always customise my order at places like this. There was no option to remove sauces and none shown on the photo so assumed it didn’t come with any. To my surprise when I finally sat at Leister Square I realised it had ketchup in it, which I can’t eat. So paid £12 for fries and a drink basically, I was too exhausted by this point to return and start an argument. Burger King everywhere is always such a let down for different reasons, don’t know why I keep giving them chances. Never have a good experience for one reason or another

I would like to say that I had bad experience yesterday. Your stuff was entirely rude, giving us the wrong burgers when we ordered for chicken for beef burgers and then they started arguing with my family members and said they would call the police so I will never be coming to this place again, so please either improve on his stuff or get some VI awareness training done because I am vision impaired goodbye long could you could not even help me with a disability what kind of service to you called us.

Even when typing this review I feel sick to the stomach. Last night I ordered some food around 1 in the morning while waiting to collect my order I was watching the kitchen staff and was disgusted to see that none of them handling food were wearing gloves. Then one of the guys touched his face then wiped his hand on his trousers. Totally wrong and does not meet hygiene standards vile place and not for for purpose. Rude staff and yes I agree disgusting surroundings do yourself a favour go to somewhere else instead.

I have been a loyal customer of Burger King for several years, and I recently visited the Burger King branch located at Leicester Square in London. It was around 12:40 am when I arrived. Rather than using the self-service kiosk, I opted to wait in line to be served by a staff member at the tills, as I felt more comfortable with that option. When a member of the team finally attended to me, I presented my BK app and requested to redeem the offer I had on the app. To my surprise, the staff member flatly refused to take my order from the app and claimed that I couldn't use the app at 12 am. Furthermore, he insisted that I had to order from their night menu and pay the full price. Naturally, I inquired whether this was a personal policy or an official Burger King policy. The staff member, who identified himself as the assistant manager named Sheraz Khan, asserted that it was Burger King's policy. Given this response, I asked if I could place my order at the till instead. However, once again, the assistant manager refused to take my order on the till and stated that only cash orders were accepted at the tills, and card payments could only be made through the kiosk. This struck me as highly unusual and raised my suspicion that the assistant manager was providing me with inaccurate information. Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I decided to record the interaction on my phone to document the encounter, as it seemed highly unprofessional and unhelpful. It was disheartening to experience such poor service, particularly from an establishment as prominent as Burger King, and to discover that the assistant manager himself was the one responsible. Unfortunately, given that the assistant manager was Sheraz Khan, I was unable to escalate the matter to the manager directly. To ensure that others are aware of the subpar service I received at Burger King Leicester Square, I intend to leave a review on Google and share my experience on all my social media accounts. It is my hope that by doing so, I can help inform people of what they might expect if they choose to visit Burger King in Leicester Square.

Everything about this place is just disgusting. 8 people on duty no one caring one single bit about cleaning. I’ve never eating a place this disgusting… too bad because the food is alright.

J'ai rarement vue un fast food avec des employés aussi peut aimable et pourtant la restauration rapide je sais très bien ce que c'est j'y ai travailler mais alors là , oublie des trucs dans les commande et ose te dire que tu ne l'a pas payer parce que t'as pas de ticket alors que t'est venue leurs dire 5 fois en 30 min qu'il y avait pas de papier au borne font aucun effort avec les étrangers . Alors oui il est bien placer mais bon c'est la seul chose qui les sauvent très mal organisé aussi bref une cata aller a McDo en face en traversant le square eux au moins ils sont plus aimable .

Very busy Burger King. The line was long and the counter where you pick up your food was crammed in a corner. Needs to be redesigned to properly cater for the amount of people wanting to eat here. The food and everything else is standard Burger King. You get what you expect. Our order was correct, even with the adjustments we made, so no complaints.

What has happened to Burger King?? The fact the burgers are half the size/They don’t cook anything other than Fries/Snacks on-site?? & warm everything in the microwave.. Well I tried the Leicester Square- Ordered online & collected The Whopper burger had so much Mayo/Sauce in I was scraping it all off the thinly sliced burger/Bun & the Other cheese burger thingy I ordered was so badly put together & overly sauced & Microwaved so much it stuck to the wrapper- The cheese burger I threw to the pigeons who were begging me for my lunch & even they gave up trying to peck at it that it just ended up the bin that I picked up before leaving The Only half decent food was the chips as the Refill Fanta orange was disgusting/Flat.. Usually Burger King is an ideal place for a quick snack. However on this occasion the french fries were cold and the drinks dispenser delivered a combination of coke and sprite when I only requested sprite. I did find this machine a tad awkward to operate and required assistance.

Came here for a quick bite on a Saturday evening before a night out. Wasn't incredibly busy but it took near to half an hour from the time i joined the queue to when I eventually got my food. Staff are both taking orders at the till, and putting together food trays and serving it to the customers which is hardly the most efficient.

Got to London late and needed a quick bite to eat before our show. The organisation of the place was dreadful; there wasn't any kind of queuing system and the member of staff took our order then shouted 'next' before telling us that our food would be a while. After about 5 minutes of our fries sitting on the side, our burgers were added to our tray and our food was given to us.

I went there on a Sunday evening. The line took 20 minutes and it didn’t seem more crowded than any other fast food. For some reason none of the lines were moving. Maybe the staff isn’t properly trained? Or the management not knowledgeable about how to run a fast food place? Or maybe not enough staff works on Sundays? When I complained to the manger, he didn’t care. This is was by far the worst Burger King we have ever visited.

Went there to buy milkshakes for the family. Only three registers were opened and the lines were out the door. Each cashier is trying to take orders and pack orders one customer at a time. Worst system for efficiency and customer experience. I paid for two shakes for £5 and change, and the cashier (also the manager) voided my transaction 3 times (so he says), not sure if by mistake, then asked to see my ID and credit card to verify a £5 transaction “for my security.” I refused so he called the BK security guards to escort me out. Talk about a shady place that tries to bully customers to see their personal credit card information and ID, absolutely broken ordering and fulfillment system, and below poor management from Piara “the manager.” BK, you lost a life long customer up until this point for two milkshakes. Never again.

To be honest it’s not the kind of venue that I would choose, but was persuaded by family members . Yes indeed I was pleasantly surprised not just by the customer service, but equally so by the meal. The food was hot, tasty, and most enjoyable.

We visited late at night after a show. The restaurant was really busy we could not sit in as the seating area was closed but you could have it as a takeaway . I was pleasantly suprised , my meal was freshly cooked and very hot , which was great as we took it back to our hotel nearby to eat it. It was very enjoyable. The staff were pleasant too.
