Viva Vegas Diner, Bar & Grill in Blackpool

FANTASTIC place to visit for a show. Staff polite, cast good, Leye funny.... Have been to wath a show for a few years now, never fails to put on a good show

Always had a good meal here. Burgers are lovely. Fab music and atmosphere. Our waitress on this vist (Sophie) was also lovely

Decor is good, and the chips were very tasty. Good rock and roll music m On the more expensive side compared to other restaurants. The kids food doesn't come in the Cadillac as pictured. Food takes about 40 mins to arrive despite not being busy - we saw people walk out while still waiting, and there's a despairing vibe in there due to the long wait. The milkshakes weren't available and they don't do cups of tea. I imagine drinks in the bar would be good

Very disappointed. Went on a Saturday night, they had no Caesar wraps which I understand some items sometimes aren’t available. So the mrs ordered a chicken wrap and I have to say the chicken was tough as old boots and inedible. No cheese sauce for my hotdog plus the chips were lukewarm at best and to top it off I was I asked to pay before the food came which I e never had to at a restaurant before

Terrible, the waitress did say there was no wraps or pizza. Chicken burger on the menu said served with lettuce and relish but they had also none left. No milkshake, the chips were very greasy and the burgers were burnt. Staff weren’t interested as they said they were closing down! Lots of food on the floor.

We ordered our food and drinks. The drinks were brought over promptly. We waiting over a hour for food to brought over the hot dog was cold and the bun looked as though it had been sat in a fridge the red sauce was rock hard to the bun. We ordered two burgers one with relish and one without. Both were brought over without relish apparently they had ran out. My husband wasn’t given the option to have something else and he wasmt informed when ordering they had ran. If he knew this he would have ordered another item of the menu. Both burgers were cold the fries were re heated rubbish. These meals were t to a standard for serving we didn’t the meals as were on holiday and didn’t want to be I’ll because of these meals. My husband refused to pay the meals. I can almost guarantee the food wasn’t anywhere the temperature it should have been for serving to the public. I think the health and food standards need to paying this place a visit. Will definitely not return.

We had booked a table for dinner after a day out in Blackpool. Order was taken quickly,that was all that was quick. Had to ask for kids squash drinks that had been ordered and not arrived. We ordered at 5.30pm and didn't receive our meals until 6.40pm that was after asking where they were. There was no mention of a food wait at all,if there was we probably wouldn't have stayed. Food wasn't even worth the wait,but we ate it as we were very hungry. I paid the bill and left. I work in hospitality and if we treated our customers this way,we wouldn't have any. Definitely wouldn't visit again if we came back to Blackpool.

Very disappointing. They had run out of two of the things we wanted to order. I finally decided on a blue burger and what came out was anything but. It had a nacho cheese sauce and something white? No blue cheese anywhere. Was supposed to have bacon but that had been left off. I can only assume I'd been given the wrong meal entirely. When I asked our server what burger I had, they said they didn't know. The "poutine" was edible and the pizza my son had was okay. We ordered 2 large drinks and were served 2 small, later the server brought up 2 large and tried to play it off as "here just have these on us" rather than owning up to the error. The milkshakes were incredibly sweet. They had cream on the top but no way to eat it and the straws weren't up to the task. As we left, we noticed a couple of other tables that left as much as we had. On a positive note, the fries were nice. They were fresh and crisp outside with fluffy insides.

Staff are lovely and very helpful, but the food is overpriced as it's not of a good quality. A number of things were missing from the menu.

We had chicken wraps,pizza and a hot dog. It was delicious. And I would come back again. Servers were very well mannered.

We went as a family of 5 for my little girls birthday. They had put balloons on the table etc which was a nice touch but that’s really where it ends the rest isn’t great. We waited 45 mins for drinks and over an hour for food and it wasn’t particularly busy. After 45 mins when enquiring about the drinks there was some they didn’t have in stock. Staff generally look disinterested and no one kept us informed. We had booked for 1pm and by 14:20 we just got our food. The food was ok. Childrens portion sizes are really smalI I gave the chips from my meal to split between the 3 kids. definitely would avoid. Not worth the money and the service is terrible. We now know why it was quiet on a Saturday.

Literally the worst restaurant I have ever visited. You couldn’t make it up! The place made Fawlty Towers seem professional. Waited ten minutes to be seated even though the place was only half full. Lots of dirty tables. We ordered and the food arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes! We only stayed as they gave us a free round of drinks after 45 minutes but we would’ve left if we had known the food would’ve been another half an hour. Lots of other people asking out. My chicken burger was literally a dry piece of chicken on a dry bun. The menu said it was supposed to come with mayo and relish. Sent it back. After 15 minutes I had to ask for it and when it came back it was the exact same piece of chicken (but now cooked to a crisp) and half a jar of mayo dripping off it but no relish. You couldn’t pick it up it was swimming in mayo. Toilets reek of urine. So many different staff members but you only saw most of them once, I don’t know where they were hiding. Tables were dirty for the entire time we were in there. They ended up saying that we didn’t need to pay for anything but that was just the right thing to do at that stage. We had been in there for over 2 hours. My mum almost passed out waiting for food as she is diabetic and our little kids had the latest night out they have ever had. It became almost comical in the end. You couldn’t make it up. We joked we must be on Candid Camera it was so terrible! Avoid like the plague…
