I arranged my little sister’s 30th Birthday lunch at Hencote this weekend and was helped by the event managers. From start to finish we were doted on by all the staff. The food, drinks and service was fantastic! Thank you to all the Hencote staff for making my sister’s Birthday so special!

Didn't have food, so I can't give a rating. The atmosphere was absolutely missing. Staff even stopped a friend and myself playing pool because they decided to close early due to a lack of custom. I'm not gonna let this 1 time be the only opportunity, so I will give it a go again sometime. Maybe.... maybe.

This restaurant tries to be trendy, normally this fails, but in the case of the Socialite, it succeeds. Not only is the place obviously attractive in location and decor, but the food and service is very good. There is something for everyone here, a great view, a DJ and fun surroundings. There is real thought put into the place, including very good acoustics, which mean conversations are easy, without a stuffy atmosphere. It’s not cheap, but I have been several times now and would happily return again.

We went here for my partners birthday, there was a handwritten card on the table which contained a free drink voucher which was a really kind and personal touch. We got the BYOB- the lamb nachos were incredible and so were the maple chicken tacos. The bone marrow burger was a wild card for us and whilst flavourful, was too salty. The big downside for us was the burritos were dry and lacked a sauce/much flavour. I’d recommend this restaurant for those who can never chose just one thing to have, it would be ideal for groups of 2-4! Alan was our server and was cheerful and friendly, he ensured we had what we needed and even moved us over to another table to accommodate for all the food we had!

Lovely little pub sitting in the shadow of the cathedral. Great selection of beers on tap. Warm, cosy vibe. Stayed in the annexe part of the building. Compact and bijou no frills accommodation, but clean and comfortable. Please note, there is no parking here. Recommend Waitrose for overnight stays.

This is a lovely breakfast place just outside of Worcester. The food and service are really good and the place seems to be very popular with locals. There is a little shop inside, where you could get crackers, cheese, sauces, etc. The atmosphere is very lively and family friendly.
