Brewski Sheffield in Sheffield

We went here for my partners birthday, there was a handwritten card on the table which contained a free drink voucher which was a really kind and personal touch. We got the BYOB- the lamb nachos were incredible and so were the maple chicken tacos. The bone marrow burger was a wild card for us and whilst flavourful, was too salty. The big downside for us was the burritos were dry and lacked a sauce/much flavour. I’d recommend this restaurant for those who can never chose just one thing to have, it would be ideal for groups of 2-4! Alan was our server and was cheerful and friendly, he ensured we had what we needed and even moved us over to another table to accommodate for all the food we had!

The food was cold not just ones but twice we will never go back again the staff was not helpful. Please don't go ir was a waste of time Mcdonald do a better burger and I don't eat there as well

My mate and I went on Saturday to Sheffield specifically to try both Brewskis and the Butcher and Butter meal. Unfortunately it was a total let down. The picture of our meal we took looked nothing like what is shown on social media. If you look at the video of the Butcher & Butter on Instagram or the picture below advertising the meal then there is a big difference. Everything was smaller. The Burgers were half the size/ height of ours. The mash had no sauce on it at all and there was less of it. It only had 5 small bits if steak on top. The bacon steak was smaller than shown here and the tacos were also smaller had half the filling on them. The fried chicken is comparable but again no sauce. Plus the whole meal was brought to the table barely warm. Half the meal but full price charged. At £80 it really should have been as shown in the advertising picture below. The picture shows the difference. £80 plus drinks and 10% service charge automatically added to the bill. Unfortunately we felt ripped off and like we were a victim of bait and switch. Poor. Be warned.

Had an amazing birthday with exceptional food! Great atmosphere. Our waiter Jonny at the Sheffield branch was amazing and attended to all our needs and even made me birthday special with some extra touches.

Leanne was our server n was pure banter, and had class dance moves, what a g🙌🏻

We went here for some birthday celebrations. The staff were all super friendly, especially our server Jonny, really attentive and gave some great food recommendations! Good value for money as we did the "build your own banquet" option and had food leftover for another day! Highly recommend for anyone, our advice is make sure you're hungry, you won't be when you leave!

Jonny was very helpful with guiding us around the menu as it was our first time here. Food was great my friend had the 8oz Aberdeen Angus stake loaded fries with prawns and he absolutely loved it 😊

We were extremely let down by the Sunday share platter. The reality was a far cry from the enticing picture online. The food itself was subpar, and the £95 bill for that plus two drinks was outrageous. It felt like we paid a premium for a visually appealing but ultimately tasteless experience.

Had a lovely meal here on Monday night, Freya really looked after us and we liked our cocktails made by Georgie. Will be coming back!

We were having a wonderful birthday celebration great staff and up to the last point they were very attentive. We were waiting for sweet course and it was taking along time. My husband was playing with his great granddaughter who is two and he was making her giggle. The waiter Johnny came up and said, “whilst grandad and granddaughter are having a good time that we needed to be more respectful of the noise for other diners.” We were astounded to say the least. We asked the family that were near us if they had been disturbed they had no idea what we were talking about. There was music and loud laughter coming from a group on the raised level so who was being disturbed for the few minutes they were playing I’ve no idea. Truly spoilt the evening. A birthday treat that we had travelled for over an hour ruined. We won’t be back that’s for sure. Spoilt by one over zealous individual.

Cuando llegó nuestra comida estaba cambiando a nuestra niña. Para evitar que mi comida se enfriara, un miembro del personal lo puso debajo de la placa caliente y me vio volver! Además del servicio increíble la comida era increíble! Tenía el Burrito de Queso de Filadelfia y mi marido la hamburguesa de cordero. Ambos eran tan buenos y excelentes tamaños de porción. Definitivamente regresaré.

The staff at Brewski were amazing! We went in with our baby and had multiple staff ask us if we need help getting the pushchair up and down th stairs. When our food came I was changing our little girl. To stop my food going cold, a member of staff put it back under the hot plate and watched for me to come back! On top of the Amazing service the food was incredible! I had the Philly Cheese Burrito and my husband the lamb smash burger. Both were so good and excellent portion sizes. Will definitely be returning.

Brewski in Sheffield delivered on its promise of delicious comfort food. The mac and cheese was a standout, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's a great spot for a casual and satisfying meal.

Amazing food. We had the Sunday sharer and was beautiful. Roast potatoes was amazing!! Only thing peppercorn sauce was abit to pepperery(may sound silly but if you try it you’ll know what I mean😂). We left the whole bowl of sauce as we found it ruined thr steak etc.

Saw this place on Facebook. The food looked amazing so we combined a trip to Meadowhall Sheffield. Shopping and food. We chose the build your own banquet. Every was tasty and well made. We didn't eat it all, but knew it would be probably to much so we were quite tactical, leaving the wrap for another day. Service was great, friendly and helpful. 100% will go back.

Amazing food, will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Strangely we were asked to leave our table at 9:30pm as they needed it for another booking, but there were many empty tables in the restaurant. Otherwise, service was good, food came out quick and was delicious

Came with a friend for the mate date sweet ski sharer. We were both impressed and would definitely have it again! The sticky Biscoffy pudding was really rich and warming- my favourite. The oreo and white chocolate truffle balls were really tasty too, as was the Malteser mousse pie!

Absolutely loved our visit here. The food was genuinely fantastic and felt as if a lot of care had been put into it's preparation and presentation. The menu has a good variety of interesting flavours and ingredients and it was all timed perfectly (admittedly it wasn't very busy, but still spot on). The staff were superb - helpful, attentive and funny. Jonny was out main contact and we all liked him instantly for his knowledge of the menu and his fun character with a bit of an edge (judged perfectly). He was definitely an integral part of the experience. The surroundings were great, the decor was interesting but not overbearing and even the toilets were quirky but excellent and clean (don't often mention toilets in a review but it just highlights the thought that has gone into this place). We had literally nothing negative to say about Brewski - they even gave me a handwritten birthday card with a drink voucher inside - a very nice touch! You won't be disappointed when you try it yourself!

I want to start by saying Leanne our server was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and gave recommendations. The food was good - burger and burrito. It wasnt amazing. My biggest criticism was this - we booked after seeing the phenomenal pictures on facebook and instagram the food and portions looked insane. I get that not all social media posts are for Sheffield and can sometimes be edited but our menu didnt give what the socials portray. Overall good place, staff amazing and our food was good but nothing out of this world and the socials are misleading

Really nice food but I think pictures and videos most definitely make you think it’s going to be the best food you’ve tasted and it’s not. Was good I’d score 6/10. My husband scored 7/10. I think it’s overrated. Duck tacos were far too sweet wasn’t keen at all however beef tacos were nice. Chicken thighs a little hard as overcooked. The halloumi & pork belly starters were great. For main we had dirty peppercorn steak fry’s which were ok but nothing fantastic, like I said overrated but we enjoyed it. Was it the best food I’ve had-no way!

Service was great our waiter was so friendly and kind however the food just isn’t worth the price, we had the ski season platter, the burgers were lovely but your supposed to get a 10 ounce steak and there was about 5 skinny strips of steak that were nearly all fat, not worth the money, definitely doesn’t look like it does on the photos

Staff member on front desk was really rude/unfriendly as we arrived and when she showed us to our table. Staff member who was running about like a headless chicken (for no visible reason) came across as angry and rude to our party. Food temperature was cold and some food was way too spicy and salty. Some personal preference issues but the salt and temperature of food is not great for the price. The guy who served us was OK and did knock money off which was kind of him. Milkshake was poor. No real area to wait in when your table is not ready so we were constantly in the way which was not a great start to the experience.

Loved our dine experience, we chose to have the ‘build your own banquet’ and it was delicious!! Shared between two, which we were unable to finish but not from trying. Our waiter (Mark) was lovely and super friendly

Absolutely amazing. Came for my birthday. We'd been wanting to come for a while and it does not disappoint! We had a sharing platter and, honestly a week later and we're still talking about it. We can't wait to come back. The food, the drinks were amazing and the staff are all fantastic too.

The service provided by Johnny was second to none. The food itself was very well presented. The meats & burgers were cooked just right and flavoursome. Duck spring rolls mozzarella wedges were a novel way of being served. The macaroni cheese was the best we've tasted. The only thing from this being a 5* rating is the amount of potatoes that were served "hidden" below the meats. Far too many IMO. Also felt that this was done in such a way as to give the platter the appearance of there being more meat than there actually was. The wine was really well priced & the lagers and ciders in a price bracket you would reasonably expect. Desserts were just about the right size and were fine. We shared one. Mains were more then enough but we decided to at the very least sample a dessert.

Very nice food and amazing service. Was mine and my boyfriend’s first time visiting and it was the best. Big thanks to our server Jonny who made our visit amazing.

WHAT CAN WE SAY! from the attention to detail, the atmosphere and most importantly the food. Wow. Absolutely unreal the food had so much flavour. Nothing lacked at all every dish had its own unique flavour and it was all quality food. BIG SHOUT OUT TO LEANNE !!! WHAT A TOP BIRD! Proper Yorkshire down to earth and didn't take no sh** from the other diners who wanted to let confetti cannons off. Absolutely class in her recommendations, wasn't too invasive but was present at all times. Dancing away and singing. Me and my other half had our first night out since our baby 11months ago we was celebrating my 30th the way leanne made us feel just by being so happy in her job is up there with the main reasons we will return. What a credit to the Brewski team. Again food was top banana. We've been once before but ordered the set platter which is to die for but this time we chose a few from the main side and starter menu and had them all come out at once. 100% will reccomened and return.

We visited before Christmas on a Sunday. It's a shame they don't do a vegetarian Sunday dinner. All the desserts were Christmas themed and not very appealing at all. The same crispy chicken was used across alot of their food and was rather hard and flavourless. Service felt rushed and we had to flag the waiters down on multiple occasions. One of the servers told us we needed to order in the next 3 minutes... then came back around a minute later to take our order. It looks amazing on Instagram and the food looks good. Just didn't taste as good as it looked.

Imagine TFI Fridays, but DONE RIGHT! Look at the menu and you might think this is just another American style burger bar / theme restaurant - which I am NOT a fan of, but was convinced to try this place by my partner and…. Instant convert Staff were amazing, and the food, omg, I don’t know how I carried myself back to the car, I carried on eating well after I felt full, not because I’m a glutton (debatable) but because it was a shame to waste even a morsel In the end I was defeated, but gave it a bloody good go It’s out of my way so can’t come often, but will always be on my shortlist when I’m in Sheffield Thanks guys!

My partner and I visited for NYE! What a treat! We have followed Brewski on socials for ages and it ABSOLUTELY met our expectations! Brilliant food like words cannot describe the burgers we had. The triple chocolate orange trifle was heavenly, the best desert I've ever had and to top it off Leanne is by far the best server I have encountered! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and just so funny. Pure delight. Fully coming back for Leanne. A memorable ans iconic first visit. See you soon😍😍

We came on a Monday afternoon so it was a little quieter but the atmosphere was nice, chill, clean and super comfortable. The food was really good, presented nicely, great flavours. The service is what made our experience amazing though, the staff which served us were all super attentive, friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. Everything was out fast and the service was really smooth. We will definitely be back to tackle the burritos and sharing platters! Thanks so much to the team!

In a country who's cities are currently inundated with western style, over the top restaurants that serve dishes made for Instagram, Brewski are the kings! Food is always the best tasting as well as being crazy to look at! They have a great selection of drinks and the rotating craft beers are always the right ones! This place is the real deal amongst the imposters!

Definitely lives up to the hype! We came from Nottingham to try Brewksi & it was out of this world! We had the steak dirty fries, bone marrow burger, mac & cheese & original poutine fries - absolutely delicious 😍 Thank you to our server Leanne, I truly have never met someone so happy & positive to serve us! I had been to Brewski restaurant over a year ago and the food was spectacular, the burgers were juicy and full of flavour, so decided to bring my family over today. Burritos were good, but the burgers were very dry, overcooked, not as good as I remember them :( not sure if it's just one off or they have a different cook or the cook had a bad day, but today's visit was a bit disappointing

We had someone called Leanne looking after us. She was ace, couldn’t do enough and a fab personality. Food was rich and sooo tasty. I highly recommend the Mac and cheese… best we have ever had. Will be going to this place for every birthday from now on :-)
