Busy when visited and nobody cleaning the tables. Also, people sitting in Five Guys with food from other places making it difficult to get a seat. The food was fine though and the staff friendly.

I've been told to try this place for so long so my expectations were high but to be honest it was a average burger and very sloppy. The shakes were poor at best. It mite just be preferences but ive had far better burgers from independent shops.

I don’t want to be rude towards the other staff who I’m sure work very hard but I’m pretty sure a guy who works there could single handedly run the place. My receipt says his name is Orlando, a black guy, and he’s just fully on it and proactive and a massive credit to Five Guys. I messaged my partner about him today and my partner remembers him from a previous visit. He stands out because he’s fast, efficient, assertive, polite and a true leader. I hope he’s high up, if not then he should be! Yes food is nice as always. Love a Five Guys, melt in the mouth burgers with unlimited refill of Coca Cola! What is not to love?! 😍❤️

We purchased two burgers and fries. The burger's were not hot enough. We took them back to the counter. The guy told us he could cook them again, why wasn't they hot enough first time). No other customers in the store.The server was arrogant and asked if we had eaten here before (Yes we have). Well let me educate you on our cooking times. We waited 11 minutes ( which wasn't a problem) I like hot food,the cheese didn't even start to melt on our burgers. I asked him his name which he wouldn't tell me. I asked for head office number he didn't know it. I won't be going back

Decent enough five guys. Food was the high standard you'd expect but will always believe it could be cheaper.

Could add more per topping especially when only having 2 toppings on burger could be more generous. But great food and will be back for more

Food poisoned My daughter ate here last Friday She said the food smelt off She has been in bed for 4 days now and still being violently ILL. Called doctor out tonight and confirmed its food poisoning. Disgraceful Never eating a Five guys again

The food was delicious, despite the crowds we were able to sit at a table. The only downside and it is a small point. Five Guys is located in a busy large food court, which is naturally busy and noisy at a certain time. Then here you can, the music of five guys is even louder!

Splurge on myself, hence this choice. Burger patty was a bit dry but still okay. Milkshake was great though

Not my cup of tea, the bacon sandwich was cold, the bacon was over cooked, crispy crumbs and very salty. There wasn't anyone cleaning the tables or tidying the seating area. I eventually discarded the sandwich and finished my drink whilst walking through the mall. Not somewhere I would go again.

Awesome burgers, chip.portions are huge so ordering small size is enough for me. Beats any main stream burger hands down. It more expensive but wort it.

I repeated my order 3 times the server still got my order wrong, when we did get our order one burger was cold and greasy, there was a burger missing , waste of money definitely overpriced

Five Guys is like most burger places, but better. It is more expensive, but you get nicer burgers, a crazy amount of fries, and beers. This restaurant is like most of their establishments, but to say it was lunchtime, it was pretty quiet. Either that or the staff were super efficient.

Top quality bigger and fries. Always get extra chips which is maybe an attempt to distract from the price. £20 for burger, fries and drink. One of best burgers in town.

Daughter went food was raw. Offered no refund just a free burger (which I wouldn't give to my dog) I'll let you decide whether or not its cooked 🤮

I was eating my burger when I came across some inedible mush that I almost choked on and had to spit out! On doing so I looked at my burger to see the bottom patty was raw! Felt ill all evening afterwards, not sure what was going on, especially when a burger, small fries and drink came to £19. It’s completely put me off visiting again. Meal just went straight into the bin. Would’ve gone back to complain but as it’s Christmas the queue was 50 deep.

My first five guys and I will be back, the best burger I’ve ever had, very considerate with extra straws for the milkshakes as the paper ones go soggy, lovely fries. Above all that hands down the friendliest and most helpful customer service, a fantastic staff team was what I observed.

Went my family and they were awful ! Service was terrible and food was worse. Not five guys levels. When someone waits so long to get served and it’s garbage at the end it’s just a let down ! Won’t be coming back and I would never recommend to go here !!!!!

Probably the best hot dog I’ve ever had. But to say it is 1 dog cut in half on a bun for £6.25 is A Lot! The food is delicious though would recommend to try.

Food was delicious, however, the staff are basically naughty teenagers and had one of the staff laughing and talking about me because of my disability to another member of staff. Couldn't wait to get out tbh.

Worse burger chain I have ever been too. Thought I'd give it a go as many have recommended it. My sons burger was so dry, my bacon in my BLT was burnt. I like crispy bacon but this was ridiculous. The fries were good but very salty. It was overpriced and not worth the money. Will go elsewhere in future.

Don't understand the hype of 5 Guys. Overpriced burgers, and wrapping them all in tin foil is simply bad for the environment! Never heard of paper!? To be honest, Burger King burgers are better!

This must have been the best burger, fries & shake I have ever bought from a fast food restaurant. Its a little pricey but well worth paying for. Staff were excellent and the food didn't take long at all. It was a brill experience I'll definitely be going again in the future!

Absolute rubbish food even more so for the cost of it, after waiting quite some time, will never go again or to any other Five Guys in the UK, only had a hot dog and fries, I've never had a hot dog cut in half and fried like I mentioned previously absolute yuk.......

Burgers arent actually that special, not for the cost! Great staff though, menu is too pricey for quality.

Really good, expect to pay alot its around 15 pounds per person.

New drinks machines are great. Chips are plenty. Could do with a proper vegetarian option, or an improvement on the Grilled Cheese.

Amazing food as always just bit untidy

Located in Meadow hall shopping centre. First experience with five guys whose selling point is hand made. In honesty the burger was mediocre and not bad but ok. I prefer the taste of a 'King' burger. The fries however are probably the best I've ever had. Prices were fair and comparable to big chains. Atmosphere, well it's in a shopping centre , so what you'd expect. Service was confusing , with the burger from one point and milkshake from another , and not very loud shout on the number. Not fast food, but not slow for custom cooked. Lots of choice , but the hype I'd been given about great burgers didn't hold up for me.

This is a great place to try out an American burger chain here in the Uk. It's on a completely different level to places like McDonald's and Burger King and that fact is reflected in the price. No meal deals or chicken here and the menu is pretty simple. Toppings are unlimited and the fries come generous and with the skin on. Drinks take the form of a Coca-Cola freestyle machine so a lot of different drinks and flavour combinations adds to the experience. Prepare your wallet, this is not a cheap place to eat.

Amazing customer service from Neko-Alexander. They were very friendly and patient. Fries were a little overcooked however.

Bit expensive for my tastes. I have also had better burgers. A bit greasy. The shake was really nice if shakes are your thing. The fries are also really good and you get masses of them but the burgers are meh for the price

Amazing food as always, the burgers are divine, chips are tasty. Service was incredible, I do not know their names but the staff tonight around 4pm ish were amazing. Super helpful, extremely polite and service was swift.

Love 5 guys however they need retraining on hotdogs, my daughter has had the worst food poisoning from having one! It was her lunch treat before starting her shift at 2pm on Thursday, started feeling unwell that evening at work and was so unwell all weekend i almost called for an ambulance, she couldn’t go in work obviously! It’s been over a week now and she’s still not well enough to eat anything other than a piece of toast without horrible stomach ache

Paid £18 for a bacon beef burger with some mushrooms added. It was OK, nothing special to charge so much.

Visited today to get milkshakes for my daughter’s birthday. The guy behind the counter asked if it was her birthday and said that her milkshake was free. In the end they gave us all free milkshakes on the house! A small gesture but genuinely touched by it! Thankyou so much !

I know five guys is pricey but you get what you pay for. My 18 year old daughter and I had a burger, shared some fries with a drink and we were fullZ we sat next to someone Who ate two macdonalds on his own; enough said. Quality over quantity everytime. Place was clean, staff were friendly, food was hot, fresh and tasty

I have to say I never understood what the big deal was about a burger joint....until now! First time visit to five guys & it really surprised me as to how good it is. The staff were very helpful & friendly, our order was ready in no time & tasted delicious. The fries were something else, not like anything we've had before & just cooked to perfection. As for the shakes....wow! We will definitely be visiting a five guys again as it certainly lives up to the hype!

Great burgers . The nearest comparison to a UK version of Johnny Rockets which is a great thing . One portion of fries for 2 people is plenty as you get loads of fries .

OK so the food was just that, OK I've heard the hype and people kept telling me to try it since im quite a foodie but the hype might have made my experience found wanting really. Don't get me wrong the burger was nice and cooked well but that's it, nothing special or memorable just a decent burger, ill try and elaborate.... If I was blindfolded and someone gave me a mcdonalds burger or a burger king one I'd know where they're from as the taste is unique or pizza hut vs papa John's etc I'd tell the difference but the burger I had which was a bacon cheese burger was just that normal I wouldn't tell if it was from five guys or the local takeaway if you get my drift. Chips they was nice, a tad too much salt but potatoes used must have been good as they was pretty decent chips. Drinks machine was generic and half options was available so enough choice I guess. The "diner" was empty only me and my wife and 2 other people present and that made me think its not as "popular" as I was led to believe. Service was great though, staff pleasent and friendly, very professional, place was clean as a whistle. So yeah to summerise: It was OK, I'm not going to lie, I've had better for less, nothing memorable and I wouldn't go out of my way for one but also I wouldn't avoid if friends was going for one, other than the diner having an American appearance, there's nothing unique about it as far as food is concerned, i wished id have tried the hot dogs just incase but was advised to get "the best burger" sadly it wasnt the best in my opinion by a long shot, prices arnt bad but can't see a burger costing over £10 worth it for me, staff are really good but hard to judge under pressure etc when demand isn't high and there's no one in (could have been a one off I suppose).

First and last time of coming here. The burgers here are hyped up to be one of the best out there... the price is ridiculously high for something that tastes so bland that I went to maccies after and that tasted 10 times better in all honesty. The customer service was great but thats all it had going for it 🤷🏻‍♀️. At least i now can say ive tried it and dont rate it at all

Five guys has a good quality product my issue is the prices. You can literally get a meal elsewhere for the same price as one burger which I think is too much. The ingredients are from what I can tell great quality. The burgers are nice, not amazing. The hotdogs are a bit rubbery but im not a hotdog fan to begin with so if you are dont let me put you off. You do get lots of chips if you order them which is good. And refillable soft drinks are probably the best value for money if you're going to have more than one. The milkshakes are really good and i mean really good, if anything I would go back just for those, nothing else unfortunately, not with the prices.

Any 5 guys is a great 5 guys 😁 the food is awesome!! Not many chairs in the store - but plenty in the food court.

Delicious cheeseburger, very tasty fries, helpful staff

Looking forward to the meal for weeks. Finally made the decision to go, albeit in a really busy time at Xmas. Staff very friendly and helpful, however...Sat in uncleaned booth, last persons fries everywhere, but from reviews we still thought okay as from what we had seen on website of the food wanted to try it. 2 adults cheeseburgers and a family bowl fries and the kids had a cheese hotdog and a cheeseburger. 3 cokes and a Reese milkshake. £58.00 in total. (2 adults & 2 kids under 7) I am sorry to report but only my youngest ate the whole burger. I left majority of mine which usually I give to my husband and he declined. The hot dog had one bite out of by my 7yrold and it was a no go. I tried. Very bratwurst style which was okay but I only took one bite and usually my husband hoovers up leftovers but on this occasion declined. I love salt on my fries ( who doesn't) however far too much to the point where after a few, too much - chugging water later. (Tried to cover with ketchup didn't help) milkshake I was so looking forward too...almost 6 pound itself...left very disappointed and did not taste like Reese at all. As I said at the beginning, I thought staff were lovely (thus the 2 stars) but in all fairness will never go back again. Very sad.

The food was good but not what I'd call amazing... The service was good but slow in my opinion since my bar for that is usually McDonald's and they seemed to take longer than that. The atmosphere was that of your typical fast food place nothing special but you can still talk. Five Guys is not somewhere I'd choose to go for me but I would go for someone else if that makes sense. TL;DR: The food was okay but I wouldn't personally suggest going there unless I knew a person I'm going with really likes it

All in all this place is good, foods good, shakes are good. Just don't like the standing around for food coming at different times. The burgers etc are premium I just don't think the experience is.

The burgers here are very good and all cooked to order so hot and fresh when you get them, choose your toppings from a big choice. The milkshakes here are very good. Huge portions of fries and the soft drinks machine has a huge choice. Great experience all round

As always, good burgers and fries. I like the refillable machine although it's usually too busy to sit in. It is expensive but worth it (mostly).
