Missing part of the order, called and was told next time I order they will send it , bad customer service .

working away from home no restaurant in the hotel so we ordered from GoGos food was good and the delivery driver was friendly and polite *****

Absolutely horrendous, Luke warm , greasy … meant to be deep pan but was thin crust , hardly no toppings … pizza go go was great years ago but won’t be ordering again

Cheeky rider asked for a £2 tip complete joke service

They said it was ready for collection but when I arrived they said to wait 15 mins

Greasy, sloppy, topping had slid off the base. Dip tasted off. Not good

My family and I were extremely disappointed with our experience. We didn’t enjoy the food at all; it was completely tasteless and lacked any real flavor. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the meal left us feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Perfect pizza as usual, miscommunication made a mistake but they went out their way to fix the issue, great customer service as usual

food was great. delivery driver on other hand refused to deliver to door and instead made us come down from the 11th floor and meet him outside at his car. pointless having delivery driver if he cant do his job.

Nice food but driver asked for more money as out of area , told him g f*** off as this should be do at checkout.They shouldn’t offer delivery to my area

Food is so good from here, communication from the restaurant is great, constant updates and messages on any delays, delivery driver was extremely polite and friendly just a great experience with great food.

Was a bit small for a £18+ pizza but tasted nice.

Delivery was earlier than expected which was a plus. Unfortunately they sent a CHICKEN hot pizza instead of a vegetarian hot ! No apology from restaurant and just eat wouldn’t refund.

Happy with the food, great to have the full hotdog crust again, always loved pizza gogo. You will need to chage the d coke size on here though as its not 1.5ltr it's 1.25

Ordered stuffed crust with sausage... Compared to passed orders.. There was only half amount of sausage.. Was disappointed.

Food not the usual standard. It was only warm and the pizza tasted warmed up.

I had made a mistake with my order online through a third party but when I called up Caprinos were very understanding and were accepting of my error and still ordered my food. The food has always been great with me and my partner always preferring Caprinos pizza.

First time ordering, Delivery guy was was quick and polite and the food was hot. yummy 😋

Disgraceful delivery time - pizza was cold!

Good food at a genuinely good price, always delivers on time (or early), no complaints.

Garlic bread was cold and shameful needed more garlic pots of sauce were smashed with the pizza, hot dog crust was half hot dog

Thin crust pizza is more like a deep pan, poor quality meat toppings and soggy vegetables. Both pizzas were burnt.

Didn’t receive my drink with my order, was never refunded the full amount, paid £3.79 for a drink I didn’t receive, Poor Service.

The driver after he dropped the pizza, slamed the door and left and when I got out behind him to ask why he's slamming the door like that he said to go back inside to eat my pizza. For sure I will never buy from here.

Have used pizza a go go guide a few times and it's been excellent, however recently the quality ha been gradually declining.

Our order was late again! They don't seem to be able to deliver in time but at least time we didn't have to wait for two hours! Won't be ordering again. By the time it arrives food is barely warm and after years of sticking with these because others had similar issues we are giving up

I use this take away pizza all the time since discovering it late into lockdown. My brother recommended it to us and now my previous pizza suppliers seem so under par in comparison. The dough is made fresh and has a lovely coating- you must get the stuffed crust (they have other options to stuff it with but you can’t beat the standard stuffed crust option in my opinion). The pepperoni is very good quality unlike rubbery slices you sometimes get elsewhere. They are generous with their toppings too! Lastly, the cookie dough desserts… oh my goodness! They are so hot & gooey (even after eating the pizza first)- highly recommend getting the white and milk chocolate together 👌🏻 The chicken wings are good too. You may pay a little extra but it is worth it 100%. Thanks Caprinos!

Driver went to completely wrong address so when food arrived it wasn't piping hot.
