Food is good, service is good, not many places to sit though. Very cheap for the quantity price and quality.

Both times I’ve been with my child Alex has always been very kind and helpful, warm and welcoming. Such a lovely guy. Food is also amazing comes fresh, hot and good prices

Max was very courteous, helpful in making me make a choice of wraps and was just more than an over-the-counter guy. I’ll patronize Wendy’s every other day cos of Max. He asked me how my day went and offered me a cup of water cos I was feeling sick. He was just so nice! Thanks Max.

Very good service, freshly made burgers and chips. Can't go wrong for a meal at £8. Better than McDonalds any day and I'd say just as good as Five Guys.

Service has improved greatly recently. Still don’t like cheese sauce in a burger but the nuggets and fries are great, as is the breakfast menu.

Pretty decent place to go get some food, a little bit pricey for general fast food but overall good quality; I go regularly and the service by Lewis on the tills is fast and receptive while being well-mannered every time I order! Would Recommend!

Always sure to visit here when we come to London to visit family. Always clean and tidy and food is always good, much better than McDonalds. Special mention to Rachael for coming to check that everything was to our liking.

Spotlessly clean . Alfie worked very efficiently and hard cleaning tables etc and was very friendly and helpful regarding a query I had with the toilets etc. and even clearing away our trays. Update: Having tried this Wendy's again a few months after the opening rush had died down, I found the experience better. I still think the restaurant is too small, but if you go their during a quieter time if day it's fine. Same for the burger. Go there when there's not a mad rush and you'll get a better product. I still think I'd rather walk round the corner to Five Guys, but I wouldn't be unhappy with Wendy's. A disappointing return On the actual burger; If all you want is more meat than McDonald's or Burger King, then Wendy's is the place to go. My order was soggy and looked like it had been slapped together. Taste wise it was fairly average, with the fries being the best part of the meal. What let's this place down is the service. The staff already look like they don't want to be there, and the restaurant is poorly laid out and too small. You wait ages in a cramped space, and are reward with a burger that's been assembled with zero care. If this is the best they can do after 20 years away, I can't see them sticking around too long.

I visited on Wednesday evening with my partner received great service by Alfie C also food was amazing definitely will visit again.

The service at Wendy's was amazing, and my food had fast delivery which is way better than McDonald's and other Romford shops in the area. Their burgers are high quality with my personal favourite being the Baconator which was probably the best burger I have ever ate in a long time (the bacon was fried really good). Will recommend to anyone who wants a good meal with good service, and with fair prices. I'd say Wendy's is my favourite restaurant in Romford to go to!!

Have used just eats delivery 3 times now and each time the food has still been hot and the food just as good as in the restaurant. Obviously not vegan but the Chilli-cheese fries are amazing, the Vegan burger is great too.

I've heard mentions of Wendy's from American tv shows and the internet, and even when they came to the UK, I've never tried them until today. Not only was the food fantastic, but the customer service here was fantastic, and the restaurant itself has a good atmosphere! Will be coming again!

Burgers in there are really juicy and tasty, pretty much my go-to burger place whenever I'm visiting family in Romford.

Very nice burgers, fresh tasting, great salads too. Staff are nice too, orders are always correct even when ordered through uber eats.
