Always good to visit MOD - if only to see how many toppings you can actually get on a pizza for the same price ! Food was excellent, hot and plentiful - came with a group of friends and had a good time.

We have been here many times now and it never disappoints. This is the perfect place for us to stop for a bite to eat while out with the kids. I love that their pizza selection is a bit different to the usual. My favourite is the Calexico- chicken, blue cheese and buffalo sauce.

Boys brought me out for a meal, easy ordering system and pizza was freshly made to order and ready within a few minutes... (tasted so nice I ordered another one and brought the remainder home. Ordered a side salad but there was way to much for us so will order a smaller one next time

We got an incredible deal on Saturday because there was a guy outside with a wheel of fortune with free pizzas and free sides on. So we got three free pizzas and one free side from a group of 6. Winning! The pizzas were excellent and the cheesy garlic bread.

I stumbled across this restaurant in Romford (I’m not a big pizza fan) was hesitant about trying it, but I did and it was DELICIOUS. Make ur pizza exactly how u want it to taste, very generous with toppings and all sauces. Since eating there the first time I have been back a few times and have introduced my family to it. The staff are soo helpful and very attentive. I would like to mention in Sebastian in particular as I felt he went out of his way to make my daughter smile. He welcomed us with a smile and continued to give us the best customer service throughout our meal. Before we left the restaurant Sebastian gave her a helium balloon which took us by surprise as she was already excited about colouring in the restaurant. Recommend to all, can’t go wrong withh the price, cheap, cheerful and tastes fab. Will be back :)

A new favourite place to eat for myself and family. Pizzas are tasty, make your own pizzas offer individuality and generous topping amounts. Staff always helpful and friendly. Extremely cheap (in our opinion) for what you are getting.

Toppings given inconsistent leaving us feel short changed. Our pizzas had barely any toppings compared to the pizzas staff were making when we were leaving. Items missing from order had to go back to counter to request. Pizza tasted OK could have been more flavoursome maybe If they weren’t so tight with the toppings it would have been better.

MOD is now one of my favourite places to have Pizza in Romford, The value is excellent and they have very nice sides and they have milkshakes that are absolutely to die for - My favourite Pizza is a Mad Dog with Extra Bacon & an Oreo Milkshake - Must Visit

Crap. The worst customer service ever. The pizza was cold and the milkshake warm. Don’t bother visiting

Concept is fabulous. Cheap delicious pizza, pick one or make your own with as many toppings at no extra cost. You pay for the base and that’s it, and the help of Fabio to make the evening great! I was a bit surprised that there is no option for coffee or hot drinks. As there was 9 of us at the table, this would’ve rounded our evening off nicely especially as we would’ve ordered dessert too to go with it. But sadly we left after eating the pizza and didn’t order anything afterwards. But I suppose that’s what MOD wants, for a quicker turn around. It’s a shame as the restaurant was empty last night. That would be the only negative I have though. Otherwise a great place to eat.

MOD pizza is an amazing idea! Under £10 for an 11' pizza with a massive range of all you can eat toppings. The service here os also great. The only problem I have is choosing what to put on my pizza and that's a problem I enjoy having!

Visited with family. Three sizes of pizza but amazing choice of combinations. I had a salad and likewise it's made up using same choices as pizza. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We went here today from work , there was 16 of us , we told them what we wanted and wow within 25 min all the food came out at once , no delays , no mistakes , just tasty pizzas and salads and the potato wedges were delicious , the pizzas were fresh and you can choose from so many toppings , perfect for kids too. The guy serving us was so helpful and polite and everyone worked so hard . The toilets were really clean and a few of them too . We def will go back and soon Thank you to all the staff for working so hard at lunch time

A perfect pizza place - you can choose as many toppings you like, starters and drinks well prices as well. The staff members are friendly and helpful, service is quick so perfect place for a quick dinner before movies. Unfortunately they haven’t got the same happy hour offer that MOD in Leicester Square or a goat cheese on the menu, but hopefully one day.

Had a good meal at MOD, I like the fact that you can have as many toppings as you want so evey time you come back you never have the same pizza. Food was cooked well and tasted good. Will be heading back soon. Service can sometimes be a bit slow and not helpful, but this time it was good.

My nephews can be a little on the fussy side when it comes to food, so MOD is the perfect place for me to bring them. They get to choose their own pizza size, base, sauce (we call it RED, and we never use the t word!), and toppings. With the refillable drinks, they get to try a little before they decide. We finished with the delicious cinnamon strips with two sauces - chocolate and strawberry - yet more decisions.

Love the fact you can choose your own toppings, they have set pizzas also. Pizza freshly made in front of you. Cooked and delivered to table very quickly, service is good and staff very welcoming. Good value for money.

First order few weeks ago was beatiful but this weeks was cold even though they had post code. I used Deliveroo but no option to leave feedback. Almost £4 delivery charge. Not a good experience

We get a takeaway delivered at least once a fortnight, this is simply the best pizza place we know. It’s absolutely delicious, and much better than the likes of Dominoes in terms of both quality and value for money.

Came for my birthday with family. Have been before several times before with them and family. Always a great time with amazing food for the price.

Not the ordinary pizza outlet. You actually order the type of base you want and it is prepared to perfection. Great pricing too. You get good value for money in this place. It is not the biggest of restaurants and yet it has a calm feel to it. I will definitely go back there some time.

The Mod Pizza in the Brewery Romford is a new restaurant. It's a really good pizza restaurant with a difference, you order your pizza base and all the toppings are free as many toppings as you want. It's a great restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff.

If Carlsberg did pizza then they would trade as Modpizza!!! Superb value for money and refillable drinks. Yet the Pizza base is superb, amazing, crisp and flavoursome. The toppings fresh and juicy. Management could not be any more helpful and the staff very friendly. A word of caution, do not overload the toppings as this can cause the base to be wet due to high temp cooking but for only a few minutes, the veg steaks off, still lovely n crunchy but it does effect the quality base. Defo be back again and against n. Download the app, it’s worth it!! Best of luck Guys.

We ordered through Deliveroo on a Friday night and absolutely loved it. Pizza was delicious, great price and concept and quality ingredients with generous toppings.

Popped along to mod pizza Romford on the recommendation of a colleague and wow! I wasn't disappointed, the welcome by the staff was genuine and warm and the restaurant itself was really clean and trendy without trying to be. The pizza is really fresh and is clearly made with quality ingredients. We had a selection of pizzas picked off the menu which were all amazing and I took advantage of the make it yourself deal which didn't disappoint, they seriously didn't skimp on the amount of toppings they give you! I'll definitely be back again soon!!

Popped in last week for a quick pizza meal. You really can't fault the choice, price or speed of the pizza here. We really like the new starters - hummus and pizza dough! I've stopped ordering pizza anywhere else as it never lives up to MOD standard! If you haven't already, eat here!

Our first visit to this pizza restaurant, glad we ate here, good pizzas, good wine, and very friendly and helpful staff, which made us feel very welcome, I wish I had taken our servers name, he was very polite and professional, top marks that man. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend this pizza house.

Attended for a quick lunch with my partner. I was really happy with my choice of pizza and thought that it tasted amazing. My partner wasn't very happy with his.

Love the Mod concept of pizza and love the prices even more. As prices are the same for toppings with sizes charged differently. The pizzas are baked thin and nicely charred. The sauce is full of flavour and the toppings are generous without being over the top.

Great decor and vibe to the place Absolutely great place to take kids. They eat free too. Prices are ridiculously low and quality is good

We ordered our MOD Pizza through Deliveroo. We were blown by how much you could customise your pizza to suit you, with all the unlimited different toppings, sauces, etc, but all still being one fixed price! The fixed price is so good too! The pizza was delivered on time and was delicious! We were only visiting the area, but if we were to return, or if we found another MOD Pizza branch elsewhere, we would definitely have it again, based on this experience!

Not too busy on a cold Saturday night in January, we got a table right away after seeing a film at the cinema.

We keep coming back for more. This place has it all. The food is delicious and the pizza dough so light and crispy. Super friendly staff. Great modern decor. It’s a firm favourite in this house.

Another great pizza at MOD. Food is always super hot, super fresh and super tasty! We'd had a bad experience with Deliveroo so ended up driving into town to eat in the restaurant. Our waitress, Diana, was lovely! Very helpful and smiley! Fabio ensures pizzas are cooked to perfection and customers are happy.

Really pleasant experience. Staff were very helpful and accommodating for children. Lots of choice and can make your own pizza/salad. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Would like to eat here again.

I loved my experience here as there is so many pizza options and I am also in love with the flavoured lemonades which are including in the unlimited/self serve sodas. We ordered some wedges which took a while to arrive, staff where honest with delay and we did eventually get them- food was so delicious I did not want to complain about this and staff were very helpful and friendly

Went for an impromptu lunch. Ordering really easy. Basically whatever topping you want fresh made to order. Staff very friendly and helpful guide you through. Food is amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough. Definitely worth a visit. Plus a loyalty card which is always a plus.

It wasn't as busy as we'd expected on a Saturday afternoon before Xmas and with the help of the staff, we soon worked out the ordering process.

Visited midweek to this relatively new restaurant in the Romford Brewery retail area. Staff friendly and efficient and explained the Nando’s type ordering process. Ordered cheesy garlic bread and a couple of the set pizzas but you can construct your own. Reasonably priced. Restaurant spacious and nicely fitted. The cutlery and table were a bit dirty but may have just been unlucky.

1st trip in MOD, did try one if the samples giving away the day before and was very nice so thought we try for lunch. ordering pizza was very weird go to counter and move around I order first then my friend the guy serving was very over friendly. had to pay before getting food and have to helo yourself to knife and folk. friends pizza come out then her wedges I thought we would of got garlic bread first but nope! then my pizza come out 5 mins after hers I only had a plain pizza! then 5 mins later my garlic bread come very mis match there was a steel knife and a plastic fork very ramdom! pizza was ok base was well done compair to the sample had day before! also had yo ask twice for the range dressing. the guy that bought it over was afain very over friendly gave us a card for this site saying we can only take one if we leave a good review if we want to leave a bad one then dont bother! price was good but think I be going back to retailery for pizza

Thanks Mod Pizza Romford - we had a great evening ! We were planning on going next door to TGI fridays, but stopped to look st the Menu, when a charming Italian Waiter came out with a tray of free samples ! The pizza was delicious and the waiter so welcoming that we went straight in ! What a great concept ... we ordered mini pizza and mini salad plus drinks ! Less than £25 for two ... all freshly made and delicious ! Great choice. Great surroundings and great staff ! Will definitely be back!

Been here only once but was amazed. Not your traditional pizza shop but funky, cool and modern. Food was ok too.

So simple. The moment you walk in you're order is taken and you are eating 10 minutes later. Great pizzas, would reccomend.

We really fancied a pizza but hadn’t been to MOD before. We knew it was new in the area so gave it a try. Saturday lunch so we was a bit worried about que times. The place was a ‘nice busy’. Didn’t wait really at all. Greeted at the door by Fiona who helped us for our time here. She was lovely, really helpful and knew her stuff. The ordering process is really easy and simple. Basically help yourself once you’ve paid and I think it’s the way of the future for people who don’t have time to wait for a order to be taken etc. It was surprisingly cheap too! 2 decent sized pizza’s (which we customised ourselves with lots of toppings) a side of cheesy garlic bread and two refill drinks came to 24 quid, which we didn’t complain about at all! We will def be returning soon!

I went to Modpizza with my family. Once we were seated, we were welcomed by a staff member called Fabio. He came across very calm, pleasant, acknowledged everyone one on the table including my 3 children. We told him this was our fist visit to MOD and he explained how to order and even made our options (halal meat) very clear. Once we placed our order which was quite a fun experience (being able to choose however many toppings we want!!). The boys really enjoyed making their own pizza. Fabio he was very attentive throughout the whole time he was there. When his shift finished (during the middle of our meal) he came to say goodbye and even apologised that he was unable to see us though the whole visit. Overall the whole experience at Modpizza was fantastic. Food was fresh and tasty, lovely ambience but what won the night was the excellent customer service from the staff ESPECIALLY Fabio. Will be visiting very soon!!

I invited my sister with my 2 years old nephew to a treat. We were all exited to eat out and to try this new place. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived. As there wasn’t anyone at the front of restaurant we picked a table and we ordered some pizzas While we were halfway through our meals my nephew became bored and restless as he saw 2 kids walking around (an approx. 4 years old boy and a two years old girl) and he wanted to play with them. The other families with kids left and my 2 years old nephew didn’t want to return back to his sit, so we thought to keep an eye on him and leave as soon as we finish. My sister liked the Margarita pizza, she ordered one take away as well. Suddenly one of the members of staff said: “Keep him at the table!” as he passed our table. He was not polite at all, and he didn’t approach us in a polite and professional manner, there were other people who heard him, and they laughed, my sister and I were shocked, it was so embarrassing. I wanted to talk to the manager but the manager that came to talk to me was the same individual and I didn’t receive any compassion from him as we felt terrible insulted by his behaviour. We thought that it was a child friendly place because that is what is says on the website and as long as we watched him, and he didn’t disturb anyone we thought that is not necessary to have a confrontation with a 2 years old child. There were some crayons for kids but there was no drawing paper available. The so-called manager never apologizes even after explaining to him that we have tried hard to keep him seated and that we had the intention to leave soon. He also said that he doesn’t want kids running around his restaurant. If these is how the senior team members behave then I am very disappointed This is a very disappointing start. I am sorry for this review but this is how I felt today!

For the price this pizza is amazing fresh ingredients and freshly made the staff are all friendly will deffo be coming back here again

After MOD Pizza put up posters at our work offering a free pizza for us staff I thought yeah sure why not,

The pizza is good with vegan and gluten free options but the conveyor belt style of assembly takes ages when its busy. Needs more organising. Its also pricey for what it is. But will go again.

Really nice pizzas! With lots of choices, the homemade juices are delicious! Staff really friendly. One fault the toilets were not pleasant.....

Dropped by the Romford branch of Mod Pizza for a quick bite but left feeling a little short changed. You place your order at the counter much like Nando’s choosing the type and size pizza you want, they hand you a trendy tracker device and you move along to get drinks and pay..they failed to point out or mention the drinking containers and free refills however and we bought to San pelegrinos at a huge mark up and found a table which was wet as was the seat. The cutlery is stored near the refill drinks and was covered in food and water marks. The two pizza’s arrived and although they looked ok were dry and lacking in taste. All this at a cost of £20...Pizza Express has nothing to worry about as Mod Pizza could never compete.

I have been into MOD PIZZA to make a party resivation from my 12 year old daughter. Unfortunately on the day of the table we have been told that the table was not reserved and we didn’t have a table.... the shop has a lack of communication and the service is pretty poor. I would highly not recommend this resturant for a company that is trying to make its way into the country. This is a very disappointing start.

We've seen this style of fast pizza service in the US. Pleased to say that the pizzas we ordered here were pretty good. Service was friendly and helpful. Great if you all like different pizza toppings!

I'm no pizza expert but the chance to create your own pizza with so many toppings and have it cooked flame oven style for less than £8 is brilliant. I will be going back.

From the moment you walk in you're made to feel welcome. The energetic hellos throw you but it's actually nice. Love how you can pretty much have what you like for a fixed price. Fresh salads. Pizzas made in front of you. What more can you ask for???

My daughter took me here for lunch is was lovely,you can make your own pizza up or have one made from the menu ,lots of choices for your pizza ,Staff were great .plenty of room in the restaurant for family’s and people in wheelchairs.

Great range of pizzas which you can customize with a range of toppings for the same price. Draught beers are also available as well as a large selection of soft drinks too.

Stopped by for a dinner on a Thursday: we were well welcomed and explained the whole process as it was our first time there.

Choice of suggestions or create your own pizza, simple pricing structure. All pizza 7.87 unless you go 6" @ 4.87 or thick Base. All the ingredients are fresh and the pizzas are made in front of you and the cooked and bought to your table a few minutes later.

Was dying to try this as we LOVE pizza! Definately didnt let us down! They were delicious, perfectly cooked, and seriously tasty; and the staff were so welcoming, and friendly!!! And thank you so much for our free shakes they were awesome!!!

Really can't fault it. Pizzas were v tasty, best I've had in ages. We tried the plain, Dominic and I think top dog?? All great. Brilliant value and good selection of drinks. Menu not vast but salads, some alcohol, a few desserts, you don't need much more. Service friendly and efficient. A great addition to Romford. I'll definitely be going back.

I love everything about MOD Pizza in Romford. The customer service is on point, the vegan cheese is AMAZING and the food is of a high quality without a crazy price. Recommend

It was 32c outside when we wandered into the air conditioned coolness of MOD Pizza, to be greeted with a loud “Hello!” from the staff.

Had pizza this evening with the other half and we both loved the pizza and overall experience. Could this be a taste of things to come in Romford? Didn't feel like I was in Romford sat inside (believe me this is a good thing). Staff are lovely and quirky. Atmosphere is great and restaurant is very welcoming. Great pizza options, all can be modified. Drink options are also great and service is on point with staff checking on you and servicing you for the whole visit. After doing a bit of research beforehand, I see this is an American brand and there aren't many here in the UK. Random to have chosen Romford when there is a branch in Leicester Square, but you know what? I'm honoured to have this on my doorstep and I'm going to run with it. I really hope it thrives as they deserve to. We'll be back.

It was strange to create my pizza from scratch the same way as at Subway but the pizza was high quality, It took a while and not all our orders came at the same time but I expected Teething problems from a new business, I look forward to attending again

Worst pizza ever I had a ment to be hot one well iv had a hotter cup of tea... glases in plastic.. and u have to pay before u get it meal.wont be going again

Came here one night after going to the cinema with a few friends, upon walking to the place I suspected it would be the same as any other run of the pizza place you find, Pizza Hut, dominos etc etc.

My wife, daughter of 10 months and I went to MOD Pizza in Romford on a Saturday evening and it was fantastic. Quick personable service, really nice pizza and a really great open area for families in particular. It's wonderful to see so many young people working here too, all very efficient in their work with a smile. High chair provided too for our little girl, we will be back soon for sure. It's fantastic to see places like this open in our local area.

Visited with family as thought we would try it out.
