Will not use them again lazy staff who can't do multiple orders on drive thru even though inside was empty and we have a baby in car why we did a drive thru which I explained so if you want to do multiple orders go maccys they have managed to do it 👌

As we were ordering a waiting for our food. There were many loud voices from the kitchen including unprofessional conversations. Also, the restaurant was very cold and an employee asked another employee to bring our food to us. They had been emptying the bins so hand to go into the kitchen and wash their hands before we received our food. We could see our meal on the counter going cold. The first employee then began to make a lot os disruptive noise by screeching chairs across the ground and shaking full and empty bin bags very close to where we were sitting. The food was below standard on this visit in particular the dry chicken. The atmosphere and service made for an awful experience and I don’t think we will be visiting here anytime soon. I have copied this review to KFC themselves. The staff were unprofessional and there were 20-25 flies within the dining area. The carpets were very dirty.

order was correct, still warm. overall great

Order took l55 minutes to arrive and all the food turned up cold and I was given wrong drink. Very disappointed

40 minutes for a McDonald’s is quite a lot

The courier was quick from collection to delivery but the restaurant took longer than they said, I could see in the app the courier was at the restaurant waiting for a while.

Full of morons who don’t seem to understand why there is a 30ft bar and queue in a single line out the doors! You’re not in Primark now, it’s a pub and there is a long bar for a reason, stop keep thinking you’re in a shop queue and don’t moan when people stand along the bar correctly. Staff need to reiterate this to the fools that queue. As for my food, it was truly awful. Very dry steak and the chips were like rubber. I also asked for an egg and they said there’s an egg shortage. What planet are these people on!?!

Best place to go if you are on the go and hungry I would recommend to with family or friends and the price of the food is cheater food is amazing and the food size is massive
