Pink Coconut in Birmingham

Not pleased, did not like my drink ordered a karak chai server was lovely however the manager I believe, overcharged us and was not pleasant. Will not return

Ambiance. 5 star Service. 5 star Presentation 5 star FOOD. HORRIBLE We ordered san sebastian and strawberry sundae... tasteless and texture less dessert ever.

Very disappointed as the quality of the food is very poor.all the food we ordered was a poor quality,including the ice cream.Would not return there.

Went with my kids. I ordered 2 Sundaes which were rubbish and rubbery pancakes. Went to wash my hands and toilet facilities were disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE AS BETTER PLACES OUT THERE

Have been here twice now and have been greeted very politely by the staff on arrival. One staff member kindly moved the entrance barriers to make more space for the puschair to come through (which doesn't happen everywhere), it just shows care and thoughtfulness. The chocolate mouse cheesecake was absolutely delicious... just the right amount of sweetness balanced with a deep chocolately flavour. Gorgeously decorated. Would definitely recommend :)

Best dessrt shop in Birmingham, the desserts are very tasty and fresh I would highly recommend to anyone

AVOID Do not send your phone to this company..frauds the lot of them..! Sent them 4 phones over 3 months ago & they continue to lie regarding payments. Will be visiting the shop soon on Washwood Heath Road Saltley with a few friends to discuss further. AVOID..! Asif Mahmood is also in charge of a company called Pink Coconut. Visited yesterday2/1/23 for my daughter’s birthday. Food was delicious and not too sickly. Annie served us and her customer service was 5*

Went to Pink coconut withy family this afternoon and were amazed by the friendly staff, Daniel, who went out of his way to accommodated us. We ordered strawberry and Oreo waffles that tasted scrumptious and were presented beautifully. I highly recommend Pink Coconut to satisfy your sweet tooth!!

Pink Coconut is a new dessert lounge on Ladypool Rd and yes almost everything inside is Pink! The place looks absolutely spot on with new furniture, brilliant branding and clear menus. We visited on the second week of opening where they had a offer "Mon-Wed, 2 x Waffles or Cooke Doughs for £10" so thought why not give it a go! The staff were very friendly and explained the different items on the menu and was generous to include ALL cookie doughs/waffles listed even the ones with a more premium price if bought seperately. Service was fast and the food arrived within 10 mins. - Cookie Monster: White Choc Sauce Choc Chip Cookies Bubble Gum Ice Cream Scoop - Terrys Orange Cookie Dough: Belgium Sauce Vanilla Scoop I would give this a overall score of 10/10.
