The best restaurants serving American food in West Midlands

Ordered from their website, said 45 mins which I thought reasonable for Friday evening. One and a half hours later still no sign of food, went to online portal and it says on way ( for the past 45 mins) tried calling and it just rings out. Woefull service, not worth using ever again, flaming great have yet again spoiled the rare treat I get for myself. Dreadfull service food is at best average, I'm gutted I chose this over an Indian takeaway. Never again. Edit. 2hrs after order placed food delivered. It was cold.

Went through the drive though today and was helped by Mandy, she was lovely, very helpful and always gives service with a smile!

Called in last week picked up box of 10 chicken pieces & rap & box of 20 hot wings on way home checked no rap went back put hot wings I freezer to have now only 17 pieces not 20 some one must be making there own box. ( lets con the customers) .

Absolutely terrible service will never come to this McDonalds again cold food hardly any chips, McFlurrys had melted by the time we had waited for our food (25mins)

The quality of the food is not good. Hardly ever fresh. Fries are always cold and rubbery and the burgers are so dry. Will never buy food again from bilston store.

Everything about my order was disgusting. The boxes didn't have the freshness seals, my dip was squashed into the pizza (given the wrong dips as well), my side had the box open, the boxes were covered in grease on the outside with burnt cheese stuck to them, the delivery driver pulled up halfway down my street and phoned me to say he was "outside my house", and to top it all off MY PIZZA WASN'T EVEN CUT. Working in the industry myself, I have never seen service this bad. Ever. Edit: Months have passed, and I've given this Papa John's another opportunity. Sadly, I'm disappointed again. Thankfully, the food wasn't damaged this time. My order tracking moved to "on its way" almost instantly and stayed on that for at least half an hour. When it arrived, I was greeted by a young guy in no uniform, a white Addidas hoodie with his hood up, joggers on, and zero manners or customer service skills. He had no bag he'd brought my order in, just loose in his hands. Safe to say, my food was all stone cold.

Asked for a fillet tower box meal and was charged for a fillet tower burger and a drink! I asked her and she said she didn’t charge me for the meal!! Poor service, cold chips , rubbish AVOID!!

I was there leading a hen party and I thought it was a great venue. Lots of character, clean and with a nearby multi storey car park.

Never been to a more miserable subway, think they forget their jobs to make sandwiches and smile. Huffed and puffed when I asked for bbq sauce needs sacking Get a BK opposite lads

nice friendly staff, the one chap did carry on his personal conversation whilst serving which was a bit weird. but coffee was good and the cake I decided to have too and they got my name right !

Without doubt one of the worst breakfast rolls. The roll was stale and inedible. The bacon was undercooked and the sausages were flavourless. Avoid the food if at possible. A positive note was the happy attitude of the staff, however I suspect this was down to them not being able to eat the food they serve. Lucky people.

Oh my awful awful awful...Brian the manager needs to come forward and pre warn people of waiting times, then customers are forgiving!! 😡 Young staff working hard but no manager coming forward..I demanded a partial refund as half my order was wrong or incomplete.. Shambles, should of remembered my son had to walk out the only time him and his family had ever been in and never been back since..Mcdonald's get some help for manager for goodness sake.. ps seem to prioritise drive through. Obviously need to employ more staff. Come on Head office I

Worst KFC ever! We called into his KFC for the first and last time. Although food is served fairly quickly the standard was poor, No juicy white chicken just pale grey greasy meat.the indoor bins were full with waste and the unisex toilets disgusting . I don’t want to share a toilet with a man who pees on the floor and over the pan Avoid this restaurant at all costs

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.
