Unable to find a store on the app. I tried placing order from london st pancras station this morning. Unable to find it on the app. Thought it was because i was not away from the location. On getting there it was the same. I believe the app is to skip queues and delay. Almost missed my train. Only to see st pancras coming up after leaving the station. This had actually happened to me more than 3 times now.

I asked for decaffeinated coffee and watched the Barista make my coffee from the normal coffee spout. I asked her if it was decaffeinated and she said it was, then I explained I have a heart condition and it has to be decaffeinated and she insisted it was, I was very ill for 6 hours afterwards, losing my sight at one stage and my ability to drive on a driving holiday. Why lie and lie again when you can put someone's health at risk unneccesarily? She had indeed served me a caffeinated coffee and lied twice over when asked.

Just awful!!! But not the young teams fault…no senior management, they appear occasionally and sit with their laptops looking efficious whilst the youngsters tackle both drive through and inside customers. Dirty, grimy and entirely unwholesome. It clearly has a massive wasp infestation (not just outside but they were also crawling all over the glass inside). It’s not beyond the wit of even the most dreadful manager to deal with a wasps’ nest. Clearly the manager is beyond dreadful.

Stopped by for coffee and pastries, whilst in the area. In contrast to the recent negative reviews, I was impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless. Whilst we were there staff were busy cleaning tables and regularly touched surfaces like door handles. The coffee was the usual Starbucks quality and the pastries were lovely and fresh, a very pleasant visit.

Yesterday we visited Starbucks and one of the employees, named Victoria, working there was very rude towards me and my friends when we asked for a customised order and for that to all be paid separately. Not only was she rude but she rolled her eyes directly at us, said 'ugh' and started talking about us to her co workers working within the coffee shop. Please sort this out as we would not like to see anybody treated the way we were yesterday.

I had a very rude experience when I visited this starbucks yesterday. I asked Victoria for a customised order but have three of them but could we pay separately. She then told me the price which was £14.50, I was confused because that seemed a lot. I was like sorry would we be able to pay seperately, she then proceeded to turn round and say 'Yes' and then rolled her eyes and went 'ugh' right in front of our faces. We then stood to the side and waited for our drinks. We then over heard her talking about us in a rude manner to her co-workers. This wasn't a very nice experience and felt violated by the staff working that day especially Victoria with her poor customer service. Please sort it out.

Bit of a long way around to get to this one as it is not off the Mile End island directly. Good parking outside and a warm spacious building with outside seating but... yet again with these 'chain' places, you go in and the tables are piled high with left overs and not cleaned at all with food on the floor. I sometimes wonder why we all still keep going to these places? It seems to be totally lacking in management - I challenge them to reply to this review. The staff seemed to ignore the mess for ages so I picked up as much as I could to make space for customers and piled it on the serving area - I think they got the point. I took a photos to back up my evidence - one attached. What must visitors from abroad to Oswestry think about our standards in the UK? No excuse - one to avoid sadly. Would be so easy for them to get it right. Oh, and I was offered my receipt and on getting home found it was someone else's!

25 minutes wait for a coffee & no apology - really? 4 staff on drive thru & 1 valiant member of staff trying to manage the rest in house, with 9 customers waiting to be served, let alone the number waiting for coffee. My partner just returned with my coffee from the drive thru. The cup is half full and not marked decade so I have no idea which drink is decaffeinated out of the three. No receipt given, coffee spilled down the side of the cup. It's always dirty here and staff don't care. A shame for the brand.

Clearly they have taken some notice of some ratings as the inside has had a small refurbishment, however, that said it is still not the cleanest place to sit in. The female toilets are small and often have an unpleasant odour and are missing toilet paper and soap! I’ve learnt to take my own tissues and mini hand wash now!! The coffees and Frappuccino’s are generally great though, so more often than not I tend to use the drive through instead!

I've held off leaving this review in the hope that things might improve, but sadly not. Starbucks should be ashamed of this branch. I have never been in a food and drink establishment that is so dirty. Tables remain uncleared, even in quiet early mornings. Food waste and packaging debris on tables and floors. Dust on every surface and windows so grubby that when the sun shines on them you can barely see out. As for the toilets, you need to hold your breath before entering, unhygenic doesnt come close to describing them.This is an international chain for goodness sake.How can standards be allowed to fall so low. Shut it down, refurbish and install staff who actually have some pride in their establishment.

A year or so back I gave this place a poor review so I called in as I was passing to see if I could give a better review and acknowledge any improvement. I decided not even to buy a coffee- the place was filthy, uncleared tables and the gents toilet had an overwhelming smell of urine and were filthy. I made a shark exist. The correct course of action would be for the local health authorities to close it down.

Come in here most Monday evenings to pass time while daughter at Gymnastics. Staff are not very polite and even begin cleaning the floor around us at 7pm! They are open until 8pm! Coffee often not very hot and one female member of staff can be quite rude! We asked her to explain the cup sizes and she was very abrupt. It is never busy at this time in the evening so that cannot be used as an excuse. Shame because there are not many places to meet in the evening locally for coffee and a chat.

I travel between Lampeter and Manchester regularly, but infrequently, and Croesoswallt is a convenient place to break my journey. On my last three visits, spread over, I suppose, fifteen months, the space where the urinal used to be is vacant; nothing, nada, just three or four holes in the wall to show where the absentee urinal used to lodge. I realise males in general are in the descendency, but come on, Starbucks, get your act together, fix the trough!

All the staff seemed to be working a summer job or something, everything was done very slowly and we were made to feel like we were troubling them by even being there, especially a blonde girl who was very unhelpful and rude. Seems like they need a new manager. Interior is nicely decorated but only a few comfy chairs, most are hard wooden ones. Our drinks were also poor, didn't taste right at all. Starbucks prices also pretty ridiculous- I'd recommend drinking your coffee elsewhere...

Walked several kilometers from our B&B to get to Starbucks which is not in the town, presumably so as not to compete with the smaller independent coffee shops in town. Sunday evening only the pubs are open. The service was not friendly, but they made a fine latte. They closed at 8 pm and I arrived at 6:45 pm, so it was a short evening.

I've been here on so many occasions, each time the service has varied, but on the whole has been good. I've had occasions where my order has been given incorrect, but they've always replaced and fixed it with a smile and an apology! I meet with friends and family here for a relaxed place to sit and chat as well as hold the occasional "out-of-office" meeting!! The only thing I don't like is having to take my own tissues as the ladies toilet never seems to have an left!!

Visited last Saturday for a Latte. Girl cleared and wiped a table with sofas so we could sit down. Thought my husband had ordered decaf skinny latte but realised on tasting that it wasn't 'my usual'. On mentioning to the girl at counter my coffee was change immediately, which I appreciated. Whole area looked clean and we ended up staying for an hour because we felt relaxed and coffee was good. Often a long wait and unfortunately having been twice on both occasions my drink was not what I'd asked for. Soon corrected but still for the cost would expect better service.

Very busy location on A5. However, service is awful. Not staff fault - under-resourced and badly planned. 40 min visit, two flat whites and I have been at the counter for 25 of the 40. Coffee good thoughI know it is a "guaranteed successful location" but please help. This site would die in South East!

Call in here quite frequently to and from Wales and the customer service is awful. Usually kept waiting, no eye contact from staff to say they've seen you, staff chatting while you're kept waiting. I'm a regular at Starbucks and find this one unusually bad.

Coffee was good. Place was clean and tidy. Staff were very patient working on both a drive through and in store. Very friendly and made my drink exactly how i wanted it. Toilets were clean. Overall one of my favourite Starbucks.

Just popped in for a quick lunchtime snack and latte. I frequent Starbucks regularly so I know how the coffee should taste. This was definitely not how it should be, coffee was bitter and flavourless with lots of aerated bubbles on the top that should be smooth. Surely the barista training is the same for everyone obviously not if this coffee was anything to go by!

Called in here at lunch time on Saturday 25th September 2016 to break up a long journey. I can't believe that this place is trading under such a well known brand name. I went to the gents toilet which stank of stale urine. There was faeces smeared wet toilet paper not just in the cubicle but in the hand washing area. My wife said the women's toilet was 'gross'. I ordered two different hot drinks which took ten minutes to serve the first one and another fifteen minutes to serve the second. There was only person in the queue in front of me but there was a clear lack of any coordination or even ability amongst the staff and they couldn't even get the drive through orders right. On waiting to place my order I had to wait while the bloke on the till threw endless balls of rolled up till roll backwards to see if he could get them to land in the litter bin, acting like a totally irresponsible and immature child. I don't mind anyone having a laugh at work but this was just beyond a joke and displayed an amazing disinterest in the cash paying customer. In conclusion this is the worst coffee shop I have ever visited and management needs to get a serious grip on the place.

Stopped for a quick cuppa and a pastry on the way to north wales. I drive past this Starbucks a few times every month on work, the key part of that phrase being "drive past" as I favour the McDonald's a few miles up the road. Yes, I am a classy individual.However, since Mrs Mec was with me she insisted on coming here .......and as usual she won!!She did her usual trick of getting me to order her a decaf tea (why she insists on coming to a coffee shop I don't know), only for me to be told "Don't do decaf tea" (no niceties here!)So I asked for 2 normal teas, a brownie and a cold cinnamon swirl which came hot. I wouldn't mind but we the only people in there. Add to that that it's £9.40 and I defy anybody to find it value for money.I'm off up to maccies!!

Dropped in for a comfort break around 9am on a Saturday morning. Hardly anyone in, the staff were nice and friendly and the coffee and patisserie were up to the usual standard. We made our way to the sofa, comfy chair area. Well, they looked like they were only cleaned when a bottom wiped the dust off. Food stuck to them and an inch of dust on the back of the chairs. It gave the whole place a tacky feel. If it isn't that busy there's no excuse for dirtiness. Get the Dyson out!!!

Whilst the coffee is fine (and predictable as you would expect from a chain), the poor team are understaffed. I visited on a Saturday morning and it feels as if the drive through is prioritised over customers in the cafe. Whilst half of mine and my friend's order came very quickly, I waited about 20 minutes for my food. I think they must have forgotten the order but I'm sure this was down to business of the drive through and a long customer queue. But still, not ideal...

We received a warm and friendly welcome and were made to feel as if we were the only customers in the place, even though it was very busy, we sat down and they advised they would let us know when our drinks were ready, in fact they brought them over which was lovely of them given it was busy and we said just give us a shout most places don't treat you like this but I'm glad they did, we will be back and thank you your all a credit to starbucks

The price is not inline with other branches. Over priced in my opinion a grande is more expensive than a vente in Shrewsbury branch. I completely disagree with over pricing and already over priced product becuase of where the store is located.....it's safe to say they make enough money as is. To me it's very cheeky.

We had been travelling for a few hours and decided to stop for a coffee, we went in to use the loo's instead of using the drive through. Popped to the loo whilst my boyfriend went to grab the drinks. No que. 2 people making drinks. One cleaning tables. My partner was stood for 5 mins whilst before I came to join him. We still waited to be noticed. After another 5 or so mins some else came from out the back, pointed to the next till and said 'I couldn't see you on the camera' implying it was our fault that we were stood in the wrong place. By this point there were a good 10 people behind us in a que all waiting for someone to just notice we were there, all of the staff just carried on making drinks and ignoring us- no eye contact, nothing. Anyway finally ordered our drinks to which we then waited a long time for. A couple were waiting for their drinks when we walked in and as we were handed ours they complained that they still hadn't had theirs and we got ours first! The staff are miserable and clearly need some customer service training. The lady who served us implied it was our fault that we were stood in the wrong place. She needs to learn how to speak to customers without an attitude. The guy with shoulder length dark hair was just ignoring us for 10 mins. Disgrace. We will not be stopping here again and will wait for Shrewsbury. Surely after all of these awful reviews the manager should be doing something about this?!

I like the convenience of the outlet and sitting in is pleasant, however! The service is really poor and slow. In comparison to other coffee shops there appears no shortage of staff. The service is slow and just lacks any warmth just like the coffee at times. Been given the wrong drink and more than one occasion. The main reason for this review is the fact nothing had changed. It had been like this for 12 months now. Please sort it out and reach your potential!
