This is my favourite place ever I come everyday without a fail. My heart pulses as I drink my drink it’s absolutely refreshing and gives me so much strength, integrity and passion. I recommend here too all family and friends as it has a special place in my heart. The music that is played in here also creates a lovely friendly atmosphere and adds to comforting experience, for example they play ‘take me home’ by jess Glynn, while I romantically sip my water. The seats are really comfortable and foamy as my bum sinks into them

This is good spot to enjoy with friends with no disturbance and staff was also very supportive and behaviour were also very nuce and calm

Having been to Derby Tim Hortons and had less than average food, we were hesitant to try again. We took advantage of the breakfast offer - any breakfast free with a hot drink. After attempting to order through the self-serve we had to go to the counter to order. Friendly staff and order placed. The wait wasn't long so we sat down at a table. The tables were clean and a choice of seating. One of us had ordered tea but the teabag had been removed and there was no milk so it meant having to go back to the counter to ask for some. This was addressed by a team member. The breakfast wraps were better than expected and tasty. Definitely better than the first experience. The tea wasn't the best, but American outlets don't seem to get tea the way I like. We took our rubbish to the bins, which needed emptying and left. On the whole, a positive second visit.

It’s like a MacDonalds but without any flavor whatsoever, we had bacon rolls with brown sauce, decent bacon but flavorless sauce, hash browns like cheap supermarket ones, pancakes with maple syrup but the syrup was Lyons’s golden syrup. Won’t be back here in a hurry.

I am reviewing Burton but the same goes for Derby and Nuneaton. The whole experience needs drastic review. The amount of times I get my food bag and an item is missing is just too many. Prices seem to have shot up . The breakfast deal still advertised on the internet is not the same as you pay. Cold restaurant now its winter. Staff seem unhappy. If the owners read this you need to improve to compete.

The worst thing I have ever tried to eat! Cheese burgers are awful. Cheap nasty cold and gray and the taste is one I can’t describe it’s that bad. Two bites and I was out of there. No atmosphere, dirty toilets and zombie like staff. Won’t be long before another To Let sign goes up !

Such a shame ! Gone downhill fast because of poor customer service and lack of staff. The company have obviously invested money into the property but inefficient staff with big wait times and busy foyer if eating inside totally spoils the experience. I've been twice recently and experienced this.

I've been a few times now, drive thru breakfasts. The staff can't remember the simplest of an order because are pre-programmed trying to sell me a frappe at 6am that I don't want. The food is ALWAYS cold, not even vaguely warm after the minute journey from there to my place of work. I actually sat in the car park last week and ate my breakfast muffin straight after being handed it, stone cold. The coffee is much better than McDonalds, that's the only positive. I'm done with the place, I'll give it a year maximum before it closed.

This is more of a review of Tim Hortons as a whole rather than this specific locations, although the staff here were rather cold and dismissive. Don't believe the hype this is is just an expensive McDonald's clone. Really disappointing hearing how Canadians rave about this but it really is just garbage food done badly.

Absolutely awful, the burgers have a horrid aftertaste to them, the fries are waffles 🧇 & are stale & overcooked - dreadful experience - won’t ever go again

Waste of money, staff are rude. Food was overpriced, burgers were chewy with a horrible after taste. Over powering mustard. Waffle fries stuck together and were so greasy. Coffee was so strong you could not taste the vanilla and the donuts were the worst we had ever had. No flavour and missing the apple part in mine! Avoid this place. Only nice thing is the chairs are comfortable

Really feel like I wasted £30 on 3 crappy meals which was supposed to be a treat for my sons! All three meals arrived quite cold, the fritter waffle chips were chewy and cold, strawberry cream shake was too strong and synthetic tasting, the burgers were chilled too and not particularly pleasant with fatty, soggy bacon which is advertised as crispy! Yak!! Food did however arrive quick, premises was clean so not all bad, just won’t ever be going back!!! Such a shame for such a new restaurant, wish it was a Five Guys!

Chaotic 25 minute wait for breakfast which was very similar, but vastly inferior to and smaller than McDonalds. A very strange place - ultra processed fast food in a coffee chain environment. Tip - McDonalds do fast food better. Costa and Starbucks (and independents) do coffee better - I don’t get it.

Staff were ignorant and not polite or welcoming. Food very over rated and pricey I found this very well marketed to drive a demand which I would like if the staff were as welcoming . Customer focus Tim Hortons is definitely not.

A canadian style chain restaurant, offers a great range of items on the breakfast menu. The beverages are bigger than your usual UK size, the seating is cosy. You can place your order via a kiosk or at the till (if using a defence discount use the till) and it also does delivery. The toliets are unisex, and are spotless, as is the restaurant. It is a child friendly place with available seating. Most notably it is known for its coffee and donuts.
