Whilst queuing to place my order I was watching a female member of staff re stocking the cakes. She had gloves on and picked up maple and pecan swirls to put in the display, then without changing gloves picked up cinnamon swirls and put them in the display. I myself have a nut allergy and the cross contamination that may have happened from this worker not changing gloves between handling an item with nuts and ons without has ensured I will not be ordering any sweet treats from Starbucks in the future.

We asked for 2 strawberry açai refreshas and the drinks came with no strawberries. When we asked a worker about this, they said they knew that there was no strawberries in the cafe. This annoys me as they didn’t warn us before ordering. They didn’t offer us any sympathy and ignored us half the time. We left and the cups were over half full with just ice. This means that we paid £10.50 for a tiny bit of drink and horrible customer service. Good job Starbucks!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, easy access, free parking, clean, tidy, quick service, great atmosphere, took less than 5 minutes from entering to leaving with drinks. Will be coming back again.

Every empty table cluttered with dirty cups etc. Staff sullen and rude, customer service zero. Got our order wrong and not happy we mentioned it! Prices extortionate. Charged £1 extra for a dash of cream for americano! Avoid!

Not good the establishment is dirty and not clean, tables were also sticky. Staff really didn’t seem to care and the manager on shift looked absolutely clueless. Would rather go to McDonald’s down the road then spend my money in here.

I intended on getting a coffee before work today and I arrived at 1805hrs after checking both the Starbucks app and google for their closing time. The closing time that was advertised was 1830hrs however, upon my arrival at 1805hrs the store was closed. The employees were still on the premises but declined the service. This is not the first complaint I have made about this store and still to this day find no improvement in their services. I do not believe this to be a publishing error, more of an employee based decision on when they feel they should close.

The window sills are dirty and the floor still had food on the floor from yesterday as we went in as it opened! The toilets were filthy! And also smelled terrible!There were 2 members of staff and they were both very pleasant. Starbucks stop being complacent and sort the cleaning out..... a very unpleasant environment!

I have started revisiting again once I found out it was under a new manager and I can definitely say that Droitwich Starbucks is now back to its old self! I was sad to find out that my the lovely young girl who normally makes me my flat white perfectly, has sadly left which the new manager told me. I will be doing my working from home in Starbucks Droitwich from now on, it’s ever so welcoming in there now. I’m hoping these standards will continue.

Convenient for a business meeting as very close to junction 5 of the M5 (literally a few minutes). Plenty of space, clean and friendly staff.I was shocked to see previous 1 and 2 star ratings for this place, perhaps they've sorted all the issues out now or I was just lucky?!

This place is always dirty, tables especially and the toilets have been disgraceful on every occasion I have visited.There is always a shortage of something and the shelves are never stacked with product.Worst thing is the staff, who are rude , not helpful and completely forget that people are coming in to buy products . It almost seems as though it’s an inconvenience to serve you !Step in Starbucks and save your reputationAnd the 1 star is for the coffee being ok

Every time I go I want a filter, every time it is not poss so am offered an American and an apology. Thinking I’d get the Americans for the lower price of the unavailable filter because that’s what they do at Pret. Not here. Watch out and ask for the lower cost. One very pleasant barista. One not.

Came in Sunday morning for a quick breakfast and a large much needed Latte. There were two men waiting in front of us. There was a lady behind the counter shouting at the young man making coffee. She kept going on the back coming out shouting, then she went on the phone. Still I stood waiting. The young man served the two men waiting. I was still standing waiting. I then said to her "Are you not serving?" She looked up and said "were closed !" I said I've been waiting over ten minutes you have totally ignored me. I've got till problems were closed. She was rude and abrupt. Two other ladies came in then she shouted were closed! They said no signs on the door. I said were closed I have till problems. I spoke to the young man who waited for the lady to go out and served us with coffee. Customer service from him was brilliant from her absolutely pathetic. That had been open about 15 minutes there were 5 dirty tables, toilets were not clean and were smelly. The sides were stained, not clean and had dirty windows. That was not from 15 minutes of opening. Need a spruce up and customer service training.

They often get my drink orders wrong which need to be right seeing as I have dietary requirements. They also don’t always make very nice drinks and I’m not sure why as sometimes they’re fine but sometimes they’re really horrible.

I have been going to this Starbucks on and off since it opened and initially, it was okay, but now it’s terrible! It is so hit and miss and these days it is 99% of the time, miss!

I have been a regular customer since the store opened last year, it had great standards and wonderful staff however over the recent few weeks there has been a dramatic slip in standards. I feel unwelcome and I feel forced to take away rather than sit in, a member of staff informed me that the manger has changed and this might be the reason why standards are low.

Staying at the Travelodge i used this establishment every day and the Staff are very helpful and friendly, the food and drink was hot and served quickly and the table area clean, well lit, and spacious. Great work people, keep up the great job your all doing

Everything about my order was disgusting. The boxes didn't have the freshness seals, my dip was squashed into the pizza (given the wrong dips as well), my side had the box open, the boxes were covered in grease on the outside with burnt cheese stuck to them, the delivery driver pulled up halfway down my street and phoned me to say he was "outside my house", and to top it all off MY PIZZA WASN'T EVEN CUT. Working in the industry myself, I have never seen service this bad. Ever. Edit: Months have passed, and I've given this Papa John's another opportunity. Sadly, I'm disappointed again. Thankfully, the food wasn't damaged this time. My order tracking moved to "on its way" almost instantly and stayed on that for at least half an hour. When it arrived, I was greeted by a young guy in no uniform, a white Addidas hoodie with his hood up, joggers on, and zero manners or customer service skills. He had no bag he'd brought my order in, just loose in his hands. Safe to say, my food was all stone cold.

Dan was our waiter and he was absolutely lovely, made sure we had everything we need and was so polite. Really made our experience enjoyable! Food was lovely and again Dan making sure everything was ok.
