Nice, clean place The staff is nice, they serve pretty fast

Did order and food arrived within few minutes. Food was fresh and hot.

I had a really bad experience today with one of the managers called sachina or sachini. Personally the way she handled the situation she shouldn’t even be a manager, I wish I could record the situation but she was so rude that I would never go to this kfc ever again.

Ordered food on just eat and they kept putting the time back. Food arrived freezing cold after a wait of an hour when I live 15 mins drive maximum away. How they let food go out like this is disgusting and a massive health and safety concern. I'll be complaining directly through the website about this also

Don’t order anything from here their drivers do not deliver the food they steal the food and claim they got the wrong order and they will go back to kfc to get the right one then say the delivered

It’s the first time I’ve ordered from here but it won’t be the last. The burgers were delicious the chip’s were amazing and it was good value for money. Well done 👍

Food was a bit over cooked and darker than I would have liked. But edible. No sauces to go with the fries though. As I made a request for some. Last weeks order from new street came with a few. But ha ho. Thanks for excellent delivery

The delivery time kept changing. It took longer than usual to deliver. The sauces and napkins were not included in the order.

Service issues due to language barrier. It is imperative to have English speaking employees in the drive thru.. the African lady couldn't speak or understand a word of English and refuse to co operate when asked to repeat what she was mumbling. Terrible.

The time kept changing on what time it would arrive & then the whole order was cold.

Waste of time spent 10min in drive through went to get vegi meal, after 10 min said they were really busy out of stock when the shop was empty. What a joke. Ended up going to domino's whom provided a good service. And quick service

Food is good and orders are followed correctly but the service here is diabolical the Caribbean lady manager is extremely rude and the Asian guy on drive through always has an attitude

Quality was good, however for the price, it was not much food. Only had 4 piece chicken whereas when ordered it states 6 piece. Otherwise delivery time was ok

Food was cold due to delivery driver being so slow from delivering multiple orders . Just eat need to sort out the delivery drivers.

bag was ripped and wet, food was opened and boxes were damaged the fillet tower was all mashed up the mini wrap was cold and inedable, the 3 portions of chips were cold aswell, not happy. the delivery driver, basically shoved the food at us and left. The quality of the food was terrible, the packaging was soaking wet and falling apart the driver obviously was not taking any care with the food being delivered. we paid £51 for this, an unacceptable service.

My order come freezing cold, missing a can off pop and my zinger burger! Also one of the popcorn chickens from the boneless banquet and put two beans not one gravy and beans !

Staff is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist.

Items missing from the order, called the restaurant and they just refused to accept that the item was missing. Incredibly poor especially as it was the chicken that was missing from the order…

I visited KFC today and placed an order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor attitude and behavior of an employee named Wasim, who identified himself as an assistant manager. His lack of professionalism was disappointing and affected my overall experience. I hope management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

so much barbecue sauce it was leaking out the box everywhere. I couldn't eat it.. won't order from there again. That was done on purpose

Food missing again, its always the same with kfc something is always missing.

Would reconsider ordering from cape hill kfc again as every time I order a sharing bucket they miss the Large bottle of pop and sometimes other items have been missing too. Which is a same as the food is pretty good.

Awful order through the kfc app missing fries wasn't helpful at all customer advisor promise we get a refund on the whole item but no we didn't only refund on the fries I mention it many times as this has happen in the same restaurant but she promise me I will get a full refund which I did not very disappointed very let down especially my children I don't understand why make false Promises if you can't actually keep it which kfc advisor couldn't keep but I contact them directly and all they said it sorry we can't help or next time we give you the fries back you should be looking at the whole order before you seal it and give it to the customer awful won't be ordering again

not happy as I don't eat burger because you can't have sauce taken out of it so I add two pieces of chicken which didn't get delivered with my order and the chocolate chip cookies wasn't in the bag and the price is dear considering it wasn't in the bag what a cheek

I notified the restaurant for specific order, however I was giving wrong item, when I phoned the manager at restaurant, they say can't change order, and they didn't receive my notification before order.

I have submitted a refund request for the meal a week ago and still have not received anything, please look into this.

KFC sent me a child’s meal instead of the two box meals I had ordered…and I won’t even get a refund on the delivery fee. The poor persons order whose was delivered to me didn’t even receive their full order…

Just horrible.. wrong item sent which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered. Corn tastes out of date, burger was "assembled" very poorly with condiments all over the place.. will definitely never ordering from this particular KFC again. NEVER AGAIN
