Kfc in Sandwell

so much barbecue sauce it was leaking out the box everywhere. I couldn't eat it.. won't order from there again. That was done on purpose

Would reconsider ordering from cape hill kfc again as every time I order a sharing bucket they miss the Large bottle of pop and sometimes other items have been missing too. Which is a same as the food is pretty good.

Food missing again, its always the same with kfc something is always missing.

not happy as I don't eat burger because you can't have sauce taken out of it so I add two pieces of chicken which didn't get delivered with my order and the chocolate chip cookies wasn't in the bag and the price is dear considering it wasn't in the bag what a cheek

I placed the order just before 6pm and it got delivered at 7:50… for a KFC order that too long and the food was cold when it arrived

I notified the restaurant for specific order, however I was giving wrong item, when I phoned the manager at restaurant, they say can't change order, and they didn't receive my notification before order.

I have submitted a refund request for the meal a week ago and still have not received anything, please look into this.

Just horrible.. wrong item sent which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered. Corn tastes out of date, burger was "assembled" very poorly with condiments all over the place.. will definitely never ordering from this particular KFC again. NEVER AGAIN

claiming that there is a new policy that we are no longer allowed to order on the tills and needing to be told to use the kiosk. for the people that are visually impaired, that is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. and the staff were unbelievably disrespectful. will be taking this further

Came up here because Maccies down the road are terrible, no issues. Got my food and headed off, nice and warm. Decent place but parking can be a little tough.

Ordered kfc from the app for delivery and it came cold, I had to chuck away my fries. I let them know and they said there's nothing they can do as it delivered within their time frame. Frustrated! Never ordering from these guys again!

Its so bad......have some respect for customers as they run your business, we are not asking for royal treatment but its your duty to comfort the customer.... ppl keep standing to wait for orders and they just have to order through ordering machine tabs....... No staff would help they wont even look at you if you entered n are standing on counters, as if you are invinsible..... will just prepare orders and dats all, acting like robots...no customer relationship....i dont want to go to a place where you are not served with care n consideration, n i hope no sensible person would too

Ordered bucket, cookies and coleslaw for Friends & Family Friday. Items ordered and paid for were not delivered as part of the order. not sure how that's fair? quizzed driver as to whereabouts of missing items, he was incredibly rude, stating it wasn't his problem. Missing items, rude delivery customer service at its best!

Everytime I order theres either something missing or there’s wrong items.

I made an online order via Uber app. The chicken I received wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the coating was way too salty. As someone who’s pregnant, it is a risk for not only myself but also to the baby. I couldn’t eat it. I don’t want to put it in the oven as it might cause food poisoning. The strips came with this order didn’t look presentable. They looked stale. It’s very disappointing after spending so much of money you had to throw the food away.

I just passing by and I ordered takeaway family basket.As soon as I ordered and I paid on the machine the staff told me that I have to wait 12 minutes. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes. I asked for a glass with extra ice and staff told me I can not have it as I need to buy another drink.WHAT A SHAME....Not even a sorry for waiting so long!!

Never received my order... app said delivered but we was tracking it and was waiting outside no one showed up. normally justeat delivery ask for a code when arrived and delivered nothing was coming up. one min my order said 20minz away the next it said delivered within the space of 5mins. I've never had issues with my delivery before but I was so angry but was given a full refund for my order that wasn't delivered or someone eles claimed

Although the food is always at a standard quality it seems that the specific restaurant intentionally "forgets" to put ketchup/mayo sauces and tissues every time. it is so disrespectful for the customers and also harms the brand-name....

it is a shame that this is the 2nd time I will be experiencing this issue from KFC capehill. I am forced to think it is deliberate. How do dispatch an incomplete order and yet do nothing about it. Again, the 1.5L of Pepsi did not come with my order. After spending £35 plus. Shame
