food was missing and the food I got was cold

My order was incomplete and also incorrect. The food was cold. I am seeking a refund as I am extremely disappointed.

Ive complained bout this allready im taking you trading standard this food did not get delivered how can they let it go without the code

what is going on with KFC? I stopped ordering meals from them a while ago as I never got the correct order so I thought I would give them another go. 1st order I ordered 4 x chicken portions and only 2 came, I advised them and the last few orders it has not been replaced plus have had the wrong chicken portions every order since...I give up!

Took over an hour to arrive while the app kept fluctuating between 9 minutes and 16 minutes. Food arrived lukewarm with no explanation for the hour long delay

The fact that it arrived on time and fresh and hot

Ask several times .please no wing ..guess what..they ignored for 3 orders consecutively proving they dont care .straight in the bin..4 peice meals turnt into 2 peice. 1st order mistake, 2nd order ,maybe cant read,3rd -4th they just dont care

Absolutely useless. Missed half the order. No drink and chips with a meal. Honestly? What are you doing over there? Is it that hard?

KFC here tastes bad not like any KFC I have eaten before. Chicken doesn't taste fresh and the batter is not done properly. Definitely not finger licking good.

I had a really bad experience today with one of the managers called sachina or sachini. Personally the way she handled the situation she shouldn’t even be a manager, I wish I could record the situation but she was so rude that I would never go to this kfc ever again.

Ordered food on just eat and they kept putting the time back. Food arrived freezing cold after a wait of an hour when I live 15 mins drive maximum away. How they let food go out like this is disgusting and a massive health and safety concern. I'll be complaining directly through the website about this also

Don’t order anything from here their drivers do not deliver the food they steal the food and claim they got the wrong order and they will go back to kfc to get the right one then say the delivered

It’s the first time I’ve ordered from here but it won’t be the last. The burgers were delicious the chip’s were amazing and it was good value for money. Well done 👍

Food was a bit over cooked and darker than I would have liked. But edible. No sauces to go with the fries though. As I made a request for some. Last weeks order from new street came with a few. But ha ho. Thanks for excellent delivery

The delivery time kept changing. It took longer than usual to deliver. The sauces and napkins were not included in the order.

Service issues due to language barrier. It is imperative to have English speaking employees in the drive thru.. the African lady couldn't speak or understand a word of English and refuse to co operate when asked to repeat what she was mumbling. Terrible.

Food is good and orders are followed correctly but the service here is diabolical the Caribbean lady manager is extremely rude and the Asian guy on drive through always has an attitude

Waste of time spent 10min in drive through went to get vegi meal, after 10 min said they were really busy out of stock when the shop was empty. What a joke. Ended up going to domino's whom provided a good service. And quick service

Delivery poor. They got mixed up & wouldn,t hand over the order at first chips missing not a good advert for you.

Quality was good, however for the price, it was not much food. Only had 4 piece chicken whereas when ordered it states 6 piece. Otherwise delivery time was ok

Food was cold due to delivery driver being so slow from delivering multiple orders . Just eat need to sort out the delivery drivers.

bag was ripped and wet, food was opened and boxes were damaged the fillet tower was all mashed up the mini wrap was cold and inedable, the 3 portions of chips were cold aswell, not happy. the delivery driver, basically shoved the food at us and left. The quality of the food was terrible, the packaging was soaking wet and falling apart the driver obviously was not taking any care with the food being delivered. we paid £51 for this, an unacceptable service.

My order come freezing cold, missing a can off pop and my zinger burger! Also one of the popcorn chickens from the boneless banquet and put two beans not one gravy and beans !
