Lovely food Milkshakes are so good would order again

If you love your food dripped and smashed in oil then it s a great place !

The food was great , but the 50 minute wait was a bit much for a fast food place. We had the chicken tenders , blue cheese fries, potato tots, milkshakes and refillable drinks. All great food.

Typical fast food. But great burgurs.

Staff were very polite and attentive, great food and vibe. Would definitely recommend!

After spending the afternoon furniture shopping on the retail park, we stopped in Smashbruger to enjoy the lunch deal (classic burger, fries and drink for £10) and it was so tasty. We were greeted by very friendly staff and service was very quick and yet the food was fresh and mouth wateringly good!

Pleasant ambience, the lady at the order counter was very helpful and polite in helping me to make the right choice for my order. I ordered the crispy chipotle jalapeno, well it was crispy and fully loaded with fresh salad/jalapeno, great burger, well cooked, but they could improve the taste of the chicken 🐓,

Ordered chicken burger and tenders, both was overcooked and not fresh, it was like frozen processed chicken deep fried. The only thing that was nice was the fries. Disappointed will not return.

Had not been for a long time decided to give a go the difference in food from 2years ago was alarming it's now a greasy food cafe no where near the quality it used to be for that 3 star the service/staff are always the best can't fault them

I wonderful service today from all the staff especially from Aliyah, who gave everything a special touch by giving grandchildren a mini-milkshake to make them feel special...the staff were particularly attentive and patient to my grandchildren which is more than I could have wished for.

Maybe just just an off night but a takeaway order took 20 minutes and the kitchen just looked like a disorganised mess. They are pitching themselves as a competitor to Five Guys and other premium burger fast food, but sadly it was not in the same league (although prices are comparable). For a restaurant called smash burger, I was surprised that the burger was actually quite thick and not what I would consider a smash burger, but the quality was OK. I think fundamentally the restaurant is not very well setup which doesn't help the staff, and I saw several orders with mistakes in my extended wait for my takeaway order. I wad excited to try it as a burger fan, but I doubt I'll be going back any time soon. Skin on fries were good, but the bacon cheeseburger was nothing to write home about; and I had to prompt them for the rest of my order that was forgotten. If you're not in a hurry and like to sit back and observe pandemonium it might be for you; if not maybe try and pick a quiet time or find a Five Guys.

The burgers are far superior to the other chains around here, and the sweet potato fries are a must. The service from the staff, especially Mohammad, is friendly and professional and the place is very clean.

Regular place to order our takeaway but unfortunately not anymore… burger was missed off the order, I called the shop to discuss this but was turned away after admitting that the burger was definitely missed to just get refund for the burger missed from just eat. If we wanted the burger still we’d have to order again?🤦🏽‍♀️ I then asked if we order burger again if they could replace the sides to be fresh to eat together ( didn’t mind my burger being cold) again was turned away… for people who order from these regular the customer service was shocking! If it was a fault on your end it defiantly needs to be sorted.

Quick service! Tasty food and a very clean environment, especially the toilet! Would come again! Served by Casper and Mohammad who were both welcoming and friendly.

Food never arrived!! Avoid ordering from this plate over 6pm unless you want to wait hours and still be hungry.

Smash Burger Junction 9 never fails to deliver exceptional food, and customer service. Emma in particular is always personable and it is clear she enjoys her job and engages well with customers.

This is my daughter's favourite place in the world, I bring her as often as I can. We love the Freestyle machine, the fries are the best, but the burgers are just amazing. The staff are always welcoming and super helpful - shout out to Mohammed! 🤎🍔🍔🥤

Food was initially delivered cold had to send it back. Fries weren’t brilliant everything else , burgers and chicken were great.

at this price the worst burger I've ever eaten in a fast food place, it's worse than McDonald's 5 types of sweet potato fries that are no different, the burger itself is small and without any particular taste, it seems to be unseasoned. the place is dark and has a strange atmosphere of an abandoned place despite the people inside. the toilet is cold, there is no hot water and the staff asks stupid questions while you try their product with your mouth full of food. a one-time adventure

A lovely burger and friendly staff!

This is a nice new modern burger place. You order off a touch screen pad and they bring your burger to your table. You can buy a meal for a set price. But some things on the menu come as a supplement. The drinks especially are extra, you can only really get a coke without paying more. I found smash burger to be quite pricey and a burger from 5 guys seems more meaty. But smash burger do have a bigger menu. Based on the price I give this place 3 out of 5.

We are regular visitors to the Wednesbury branch. Visited for Valentine’s Day. We are both vegetarian and they offer a good selection. Food was great as always and staff are lovely.

Must say the burger we had to take away was fantastic…. Until 4hrs later when it all came flying back up thanks to food poisoning, both me and my partner shared a bacon double cheeseburger meal as a snack and suffered from excruciating stomach pains, sickness and diarrhoea, temperature and nausea… They have a sign next to burger kings that says better burgers 500m…. Whilst it was a fantastic burger it should have said better burgers that destroy your insides 500m Whilst I’m sure some people have a good experience any place that gives a person food poisoning illustrates either poor food hygiene or poor cleaning procedures either way you’ve been warned

I have been here before a few times and the standard of the food is always impeccable. I have had the pleasure of being served by Emma a couple of times and she honestly cannot do about to help you- a wonderful lady, especially as I always have problems using the self serve machines. The restaurant is really clean as are the toilets.

Very disappointing. Cold greasy food that was weirdly dry at the same time when it eventually arrived. The burgers were overcooked. Ordered at 12.15 and didn’t arrive until 1.45. Over pricey for what it is. Stick to small business local shops and support them instead, they care more. The quality isn’t there for Smashburger and the wait time definitely isn’t acceptable or worth the wait. Won’t buy again.

Although we were missing some items which i was so upset about, the burgers alone are amazing!!! Would definitely order again, this is a much try. Yummiie

2nd time coming here as we live nearly an hour away. Both times food has been absolutely delicious. Staff are super welcoming and friendly. Come today 8th jan at 2pm and the staff on shift where lovely, the female waitress was exceptionally nice. So wanted to give her a mention as she is a credit to your store. Ordered: 2 burgers Loaded fries Tator totts Mac and cheese bites and a drink. Come to £48 seems steep however when you see the portion sizes and the freshness of the food it is worth the money. We purposely go to IKEA just so we can go here after.

The best Gluten free burger ! As a coeliac I struggle to find decent GF food out in the road. This place is a life saver!! Emma was superb and really helpful - a credit to the company 👍

food was delivered on time but the food was cold, the burgers looked a mess, the sauce was all on top of the bun and fries were bland.

Bought kids meals whilst out shopping. Tasted like cardboard and nothing in them. Kids were very unhappy.

Love these build your own burger. Best burger iv ever had by far. This WAS!!! the case which has forced me to change this review. I have these often no problems until now., My burger came plastered in cheese. I DON'T have Cheese which is why I build my own. Unfortunately only takes one time in my experience and have a feeling it won't be the last probably. I normally leave a little note asking to read the order carefully. Should I have to do that? Really disappointed with them or whoever put my order up. Left hungry and trying for a refund from JustEat.

Came here not so long back and what looked to me were around 10 staff, only 1 of those appeared to be hard at work. This was the burger guy. The rest of them were all just busy chatting away, meanwhile I am joking you not I waited around 25 mins to get 2 milk shakes.. the place other than the lazy staff was empty, no way should I be waiting this long for 2 milkshakes.. Staff member wasn't sorry about my wait or anything, poor attitude. Even though the milkshakes tasted lovely I cannot bring myself to return. Shame... After reading your response, I have had to laugh out loud... apparently you can't find a recipt anywhere that has 2 milkshakes on it... Suggested I have made this up..

I cannot rate the staff at smashburger more highly. when presented with issues caused by others they reacted quickly to resolve them without question. The best possible customer service and great staff.

Food was cold. Burger was dry and not of usual smash burger quality. We’ve eaten in before and had delivery a couple of times so know the food is nice. I paid over £22 for dry, cold burger, sweet potato fries and onion rings. Had to put my chips and onion rings in the air fryer to heat it. The burger wasn’t even salvageable so just ate it as it was. Very disappointing considering how your burgers have been in the past.

Went here the other day one of the best chicken burgers I've had in a while il be back very soon. Definitely reccomend for a bite out.

I ordered a takeaway and I am completely lost for words. My fries are raw! My patty appears to be half eaten, or like it's been dropped on the floor and given to me. The attached pictures say it all! How you are a restaurant and how you have any customers is beyond me. I will never order or come again! Disgusting!

Ate here today I can't honestly fault the food or service. Quite expensive for what it was at nearly £40 for 2 meals, although the other half did upgrade a couple of items (sweet potato fries and shake) On the touch screen it charges you for everything, salad etc and not cheap to do so ethier, I think it was something like 0.75p for a lettuce leaf. The staff were really friendly. Confused why bottle drinks was supplied with food rather than the ability to use the draft machines clearly placed in the center, although this could be my fault while ordering? Have to say for the similar price to other food places of the same type, I think I prefer FiveGuys, can't say I will honestly return.

Cheese burger chips are the business and the rest of the food is amazing. Recommend thinking of here if you have the kids with you as there meals are great portions.
