I have been here before a few times and the standard of the food is always impeccable. I have had the pleasure of being served by Emma a couple of times and she honestly cannot do about to help you- a wonderful lady, especially as I always have problems using the self serve machines. The restaurant is really clean as are the toilets.

Very disappointing. Cold greasy food that was weirdly dry at the same time when it eventually arrived. The burgers were overcooked. Ordered at 12.15 and didn’t arrive until 1.45. Over pricey for what it is. Stick to small business local shops and support them instead, they care more. The quality isn’t there for Smashburger and the wait time definitely isn’t acceptable or worth the wait. Won’t buy again.

Although we were missing some items which i was so upset about, the burgers alone are amazing!!! Would definitely order again, this is a much try. Yummiie

2nd time coming here as we live nearly an hour away. Both times food has been absolutely delicious. Staff are super welcoming and friendly. Come today 8th jan at 2pm and the staff on shift where lovely, the female waitress was exceptionally nice. So wanted to give her a mention as she is a credit to your store. Ordered: 2 burgers Loaded fries Tator totts Mac and cheese bites and a drink. Come to £48 seems steep however when you see the portion sizes and the freshness of the food it is worth the money. We purposely go to IKEA just so we can go here after.

The best Gluten free burger ! As a coeliac I struggle to find decent GF food out in the road. This place is a life saver!! Emma was superb and really helpful - a credit to the company 👍

food was delivered on time but the food was cold, the burgers looked a mess, the sauce was all on top of the bun and fries were bland.

Bought kids meals whilst out shopping. Tasted like cardboard and nothing in them. Kids were very unhappy.

Love these build your own burger. Best burger iv ever had by far. This WAS!!! the case which has forced me to change this review. I have these often no problems until now., My burger came plastered in cheese. I DON'T have Cheese which is why I build my own. Unfortunately only takes one time in my experience and have a feeling it won't be the last probably. I normally leave a little note asking to read the order carefully. Should I have to do that? Really disappointed with them or whoever put my order up. Left hungry and trying for a refund from JustEat.

Came here not so long back and what looked to me were around 10 staff, only 1 of those appeared to be hard at work. This was the burger guy. The rest of them were all just busy chatting away, meanwhile I am joking you not I waited around 25 mins to get 2 milk shakes.. the place other than the lazy staff was empty, no way should I be waiting this long for 2 milkshakes.. Staff member wasn't sorry about my wait or anything, poor attitude. Even though the milkshakes tasted lovely I cannot bring myself to return. Shame... After reading your response, I have had to laugh out loud... apparently you can't find a recipt anywhere that has 2 milkshakes on it... Suggested I have made this up..

Sorry guys plastered with cheese. I DONT have cheese which is why I build my own burger.

I cannot rate the staff at smashburger more highly. when presented with issues caused by others they reacted quickly to resolve them without question. The best possible customer service and great staff.

Food was cold. Burger was dry and not of usual smash burger quality. We’ve eaten in before and had delivery a couple of times so know the food is nice. I paid over £22 for dry, cold burger, sweet potato fries and onion rings. Had to put my chips and onion rings in the air fryer to heat it. The burger wasn’t even salvageable so just ate it as it was. Very disappointing considering how your burgers have been in the past.

Went here the other day one of the best chicken burgers I've had in a while il be back very soon. Definitely reccomend for a bite out.

I ordered a takeaway and I am completely lost for words. My fries are raw! My patty appears to be half eaten, or like it's been dropped on the floor and given to me. The attached pictures say it all! How you are a restaurant and how you have any customers is beyond me. I will never order or come again! Disgusting!

Came in today with the misses for a dinner was served by a young lad that said his name was danish he was very polite and patient and the food was great i recommend the hot honey crispy chicken burger as that was a 10/10 will definitely be back

Ate here today I can't honestly fault the food or service. Quite expensive for what it was at nearly £40 for 2 meals, although the other half did upgrade a couple of items (sweet potato fries and shake) On the touch screen it charges you for everything, salad etc and not cheap to do so ethier, I think it was something like 0.75p for a lettuce leaf. The staff were really friendly. Confused why bottle drinks was supplied with food rather than the ability to use the draft machines clearly placed in the center, although this could be my fault while ordering? Have to say for the similar price to other food places of the same type, I think I prefer FiveGuys, can't say I will honestly return.

Cheese burger chips are the business and the rest of the food is amazing. Recommend thinking of here if you have the kids with you as there meals are great portions.

Whilst shopping decided to grab a bite to eat. Being a burger fan, I had high hopes. Ordering was quick and easy. Touch screen system as you enter. Burger smash should be renamed boi is this burger expensive. Not value for money, IMO. Food drink immediately as Isat down, which I really liked! Then the potato tots, then burger about 5 minutes later. I opted for honey burger, underwhelmed. Burgers didn't really have much flavour, even with their special honey sauce, taste was weak at best. Potato tots, unseasoned and boring. Atmosphere, there isn't one. Disappointed considering the cost and local competition in Burger Boi (who's are always amazing) 2 out of 5

The first time eating from smash burger and we will definitely be again. Delivery was delayed a little but the lady who delivered was so lovely especially as we had been at the hospital with our little girl. She even checked that we had a lift home. Thank you ☺️

Ok it's a burger and as I studied the menu it was an expensive burger. However a MaccyD is only 4 pounds less and I have to tell you it was worth the 4 quid, delicious massive taste and my lunch was a pleasure not a drag. Worth it

I have heard about Smash Burger as an American chain, and we decided to try it. It was very quiet in there, lots of tables and seating. Touch screens to order, but I assume you could use the counter as well. It was pretty expensive, over £30 for 2 burgers with fries and drinks. The burgers were pretty good. The meat we seasoned well and tasted good. The salad that came in the burger was a bit off. A single, large, and dirty lettuce leaf was the main problem. Large slices of tomato and onion, which was great. The smash burger sauce didn't really taste much. The fries were very nice, great crispiness to them, and my husband had the smash fries that had a rosemary seasoning to them. It was nice but a little overpowering. Wasn't the wisest suggestion for my husband to try this place due to me having suffered from Bells Palsy recently, but he had a good laugh at me trying to eat a burger. Ended up with some cardboard cutlery, which kept snapping. Luckily, it was pretty empty, so not many people saw me making a mess. It was a nice place to try for a treat, but you could not go every day, budget permitting, of course.

Had the vegan burgers, fries are very nice however the burgers were terrible, cheese was not melted and was cold, gherkin/ chilis were also cold, burger alternative meat was average and the picture of the burger when selecting it is different to what’s ordered. So very deceptive too. Overall it’s very over priced and it’s why there’s no one ever in there. Soft drink machine is also rubbish and everything tastes the same.

An unexpected find trying to find a short cut! Automated service was encouraged, which I'm not a fan of, other than that, the staff were great with my kids and helped out whenever they could. Food was excellent. I'll pop back in next time I'm in the area.

I paid £12 for a burger that I ate in about 4 bites. It was tiny and flat. The same burger at another branch of smash burger has more salad in it and costs half the price. How can there be such a huge discrepancy between two different branches of the same chain?

It was the younger members of the family that insisted on this burger fest. I think ordering on screen is as easy as talking for some, I prefer the old fashion method… Erm. Erm…. Can I have that with that?! 😂 Anyway. Service was really quick. The food was good but a bit over on the pickle…. That said I ate it all sooooooo. Fries were 👌🏻 I found the service great, all very friendly. Never been before so I can’t compare past menus etc. would I go again? Maybe. *Keep an eye on those sticky floors. Other than that, it looked a clean joint to eat in. On a price aspect, pretty much on a par with Five Guys. Who do I prefer … the jury is out. PCB ✌🏻

Bit disappointed. The triple burger - meat was good, but the bun was cold. Personal preference, but I prefer it when the bun is seared on the grill and softened a little under a cover using the steam from the meat. Blue cheese and hot sauce tots were ok, just a little undercooked which made them not quite as crispy as they should be. The fries were excellent - well seasoned and perfectly crispy, but the sweet potato fries were a bit soggy and not crispy. For nearly £45 for the two of us it wasn't quite up to par. Definitely has been better on previous visits. Lastly - my triple burger arrived over 5 minutes before my partner's veggie burger which meant mine was a little cold by the time hers arrived. I know it's tricky to get meat and veggie cooked at the same time but I'd rather have waited and had then both arrive together. The staff were lovely though - friendly and polite.

Previously a 5 star review, we were so excited to return for the fifth time today and they’ve taken all the best stuff off the menu! No more jalapeño loaded tator tots, nothing with avocado on at all. Tried the blue cheese tator tots which were fine but nothing special. The onion rings were previously super slim and amazing, now just big ones that are boring. Burger was just a burger. No proper cutlery anymore, just wooden forks. Now charging for the nice dips. Gutted!

Customer service from Alannah and Caitlin was outstanding, this was my first time to smash burger as I was in Wendsbury working local, the staff was really friendly and informative about the menu and what was on offer. I would definitely recommend and be back when I am next in town.

A great selection of different burger and sides options for Gluten Free including having gluten free buns, other fast food/burger restaurants should take note. The server, Caitlin, was also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the allergen situation. A new place to add to the gluten safe list.

Visited with my two children and had a great experience. Everything from service to food. We were greeted by Caitlin who was attentive throughout our visit. My children said this is better than mcdonalds!
