Drinks missing from meal deal as code was given at door, who opens and checks bag at front door ??? Yeah we got food but no full order 😕

Great amazing burgers, never had a bad burger from this place, Amazing standard's and staff are always friendly and polite, just a small issue on last visit, the drinks machine was not working properly. We asked if we could have a chilled fizzy drink, which they said was fine. Excellent attitude from management. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Regular visitors to Smash burger, Wednesbury. Really good range of food options for vegetarian and vegan. The kids love the mac and cheese bites. Always greeted as you walk in, very friendly staff - especially Saine who looked after us well. The food is really good - one of the best burgers you can get - the milkshake is something else!

I liked my burger but the person I was with took a bite of mine and it made them feel a bit funny 😵‍💫 enjoyable but nearly £50 for 2 burgers and 1 side? Wouldn’t visit again as it is just nottttt worth the money

Perfect just like the last time and the time before

Great food, awful service. Moody looks, ignoring us and staring at us while we were waiting for a milkshake we ordered that never came. The food was good and one lady that started at 3:30 ish that jumped behind into kitchen was great. Apart from that the rudest service and a blonde girl making milkshakes just ignored us twice. I never leave reviews as someone worked in hospitality I know the struggle but just was awkward to be there.

Maybe just just an off night but a takeaway order took 20 minutes and the kitchen just looked like a disorganised mess. They are pitching themselves as a competitor to Five Guys and other premium burger fast food, but sadly it was not in the same league (although prices are comparable). For a restaurant called smash burger, I was surprised that the burger was actually quite thick and not what I would consider a smash burger, but the quality was OK. I think fundamentally the restaurant is not very well setup which doesn't help the staff, and I saw several orders with mistakes in my extended wait for my takeaway order. I was excited to try it as a burger fan, but I doubt I'll be going back any time soon. Skin on fries were good, but the bacon cheeseburger was nothing to write home about; and I had to prompt them for the rest of my order that was forgotten. If you're not in a hurry and like to sit back and observe pandemonium it might be for you; if not maybe try and pick a quiet time or find a Five Guys.

Food is good ,but the buns are awful,every time I visit it falls apart ( classic cheese burger) The place is super tired and needs a refit

Had heard good things about Smashburger so stopped here on the way to Cheshire - they weren't wrong. Had the Double BBQ Bacon Smash with Smash fries and was amazing. Just wish there was one closer to where I live! Will definitely stop here again.

Lovely food Milkshakes are so good would order again

The food was great , but the 50 minute wait was a bit much for a fast food place. We had the chicken tenders , blue cheese fries, potato tots, milkshakes and refillable drinks. All great food.

After spending the afternoon furniture shopping on the retail park, we stopped in Smashbruger to enjoy the lunch deal (classic burger, fries and drink for £10) and it was so tasty. We were greeted by very friendly staff and service was very quick and yet the food was fresh and mouth wateringly good!

Ordered chicken burger and tenders, both was overcooked and not fresh, it was like frozen processed chicken deep fried. The only thing that was nice was the fries. Disappointed will not return.

Had not been for a long time decided to give a go the difference in food from 2years ago was alarming it's now a greasy food cafe no where near the quality it used to be for that 3 star the service/staff are always the best can't fault them

I wonderful service today from all the staff especially from Aliyah, who gave everything a special touch by giving grandchildren a mini-milkshake to make them feel special...the staff were particularly attentive and patient to my grandchildren which is more than I could have wished for.

The burgers are far superior to the other chains around here, and the sweet potato fries are a must. The service from the staff, especially Mohammad, is friendly and professional and the place is very clean.

Regular place to order our takeaway but unfortunately not anymore… burger was missed off the order, I called the shop to discuss this but was turned away after admitting that the burger was definitely missed to just get refund for the burger missed from just eat. If we wanted the burger still we’d have to order again?🤦🏽‍♀️ I then asked if we order burger again if they could replace the sides to be fresh to eat together ( didn’t mind my burger being cold) again was turned away… for people who order from these regular the customer service was shocking! If it was a fault on your end it defiantly needs to be sorted.

Quick service! Tasty food and a very clean environment, especially the toilet! Would come again! Served by Casper and Mohammad who were both welcoming and friendly.

Smash Burger Junction 9 never fails to deliver exceptional food, and customer service. Emma in particular is always personable and it is clear she enjoys her job and engages well with customers.

Food was initially delivered cold had to send it back. Fries weren’t brilliant everything else , burgers and chicken were great.

This is my daughter's favourite place in the world, I bring her as often as I can. We love the Freestyle machine, the fries are the best, but the burgers are just amazing. The staff are always welcoming and super helpful - shout out to Mohammed! 🤎🍔🍔🥤

at this price the worst burger I've ever eaten in a fast food place, it's worse than McDonald's 5 types of sweet potato fries that are no different, the burger itself is small and without any particular taste, it seems to be unseasoned. the place is dark and has a strange atmosphere of an abandoned place despite the people inside. the toilet is cold, there is no hot water and the staff asks stupid questions while you try their product with your mouth full of food. a one-time adventure

This is a nice new modern burger place. You order off a touch screen pad and they bring your burger to your table. You can buy a meal for a set price. But some things on the menu come as a supplement. The drinks especially are extra, you can only really get a coke without paying more. I found smash burger to be quite pricey and a burger from 5 guys seems more meaty. But smash burger do have a bigger menu. Based on the price I give this place 3 out of 5.

Excellent choice and ease of ordering. Great service. Quality and really tasty food, freshly cooked. Beats all the other fast food outlets eg Burger King and Macdonalds who serve pressed, manufactured burgers.. Well worth the cost. Would recommend and definitely go again. 10/10.
