Staff are rude u ask for a little extra or to put a bit of corn or olives they say its not allowed like what?! Cheap people want the money only and not giving the good quantity for the money

The branch on Parsonage Street was my usual one, but I've had to switch to this one as that one has now turned haallal. I phoned this one first to make sure it wasn't. I see in some others' comments they say the staff here have an attitude, but truthfully, if I had to deal with the clientele I was seeing while I was in here, I would be a lot worse. I really can't blame the staff at all. No issues with how my Sandwich was made. Everything was done properly and tasted great. Which is good as this will be my go-to branch from now on.

Incompetent staff and rude manager. The customer in front thought my order was his and put his own salad and sauce on my order. Mentioned it to staff that it was my order and she said no, "yours is in the toaster". Turns out that it was my order and staff messed up! The manager told me that it was my fault, even though I did speak up and told the staff. The manager was shouting at me and said I was half asleep, nope- your staff are! Seems like your staff need more training and should improve their communication skills.

not only was the food late by 30mins but the patty was stone cold, so had to heat it up which to more time. However apart from that the food quality was nice.

I got food poisoning last week. I noticed white spider web looking thing on my bread, but I had noticed too late. I had stopped eating and hoped nothing would happen. The worst case scenario took place last week, and I was in an unbelievable amount of pain. I am very shocked that this branch remains open considering the amount of poor reviews.

I had a salad just awhile ago and the salad was not good...veggies was not fresh and the meatballs were really cold...The creamy ceasar dressing was a bit sour...so I couldn't finish the salad....

Order was wrong, so disappointing Ordered: 1 x Tikka Sub 1 x Breakfast Sub & 1 x Sausage & Bacon Sub with Ketchup. Received: 1 x Tikka Sub 2 x Sausage & Bacon Sub? (not what I ordered) hardly anything on the sausage and layered bacon subs, would not use this Subway again.

Order through Uber, delivered uncooked wedges and Uber wouldn’t refund me. They said they will send the concerns but I ain’t eligible for a refund, wonder how they worked that out.

Have not attended this Subway for a year or so and boy the Customer Service is still the same - Poor. Requested a Salad Box with Turkey Breast. I immediately noticed there was roughly a handful of lettuce in the container and the 'Sandwich Artist' went off to collect a new style box (was a smaller white box during my last visit to Subway) but returned with no new bag of lettuce 😲 I then asked for what I wanted and he seemed reluctant to fill my box with the salad items. If you are paying almost a fiver for it, it should be filled! Also. The turkey was not diced small enough. In addition, I requested Chipotle and Honey Mustard dressing and only a drizzle of one sauce was applied. Due the communication barrier, I was unable to understand the artist when I asked that he scan my app so I could collect points, he mentioned printing code on my receipt in order for me to receive my points. A few hours hours on. I checked the app and have realised I have to enter a code which I do not have in order to retrieve my points. This is a new system since the last time I used my app 🤷🏾‍♀️

Worst customer service ever and rude staff, too moody and have too much attitude and need to sort themselves out and be more respectful towards customers . DO NOT GO HERE

Well... there we go... from £12.10 to £16.00 jump in one week (32.2% increase). The new menu is just a disguise for a MASSIVE increase, coupled with the massive reduction in salad on the subs, this is no longer in the " cheap eats" category and up there in the "fine dining" category, without the fine bit. From three times a week, for a couple of years, I think that may be goodbye, and good luck.

Absolutely awful service. The staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No manners and everything they say comes with an attitude. They do not listen properly when making your order so get the order wrong without fail every time. The last time I visited they put far too much sauce on. I tried to scrape of what I could but it was inedible so went in the bin. Don’t waste your time here!

well what can i say this is by far the best food ive had from a takeaway. its full of flavour they got vegetarian foods on the menu as im a vegetarian so i like this place even more for that, also they not stingy on what is put on your sandwiches i had alot for what i paid for, aswell i am definitely ordering again so worth it also its a one on your 5 a day with most sandwiches with salad, also delivery driver had lovely manners polite and everything was nice and hot when i received my food i so i am giving a 6/6 star rating for this.

The worst subway ever I visited. No cleaning. Rude staff. Whatever I ask they ans rudely. Tables are dirty. You have to clean yourself if you eating in. Will not sugest anyone to come here, and I will not back here.

Went there and one of the staff yelled at me about having my (clearly identified) assistance dog. Felt really humiliated. Did speak to the Franchisee who was very nice and understanding about it. Sandwich was typical Subway fare, had tuna and it was ok. The tables outside were not available as people who weren't even eating there were using them! No one cleaned them after people left. There are several other subways nearby.
