Subway in Sandwell

Great franchise unit.. Peak lunchtime rush.. Good number of sandwich artists.. clean and quick service..

I got food poisoning last week. I noticed white spider web looking thing on my bread, but I had noticed too late. I had stopped eating and hoped nothing would happen. The worst case scenario took place last week, and I was in an unbelievable amount of pain. I am very shocked that this branch remains open considering the amount of poor reviews.

I had a salad just awhile ago and the salad was not good...veggies was not fresh and the meatballs were really cold...The creamy ceasar dressing was a bit sour...so I couldn't finish the salad....

Went to get food and got interrogated by the owner on which subways I've previously been 😂😂 poor customer service, poor owner, poor representation of the brand

Order through Uber, delivered uncooked wedges and Uber wouldn’t refund me. They said they will send the concerns but I ain’t eligible for a refund, wonder how they worked that out.

Worst customer service ever and rude staff, too moody and have too much attitude and need to sort themselves out and be more respectful towards customers . DO NOT GO HERE

Hi I-went collection here for two sandwiches order Very bad quality both my order (leftover toppings) and someone customer service very bad talking with as I never come back here for order

It's a place to have a quiet meal and drink but the staff need to be friendlier and more helpful

Stopped for quick bite, was clean and service efficient- however the staff could be a little friendlier with the odd smile and thank you not going amiss.

Absolutely awful service. The staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No manners and everything they say comes with an attitude. They do not listen properly when making your order so get the order wrong without fail every time. The last time I visited they put far too much sauce on. I tried to scrape of what I could but it was inedible so went in the bin. Don’t waste your time here!

Chicken in salad box was grey in colour and looked like chewed up cat food. Asked for plenty of sauce as they never put enough and they give me less than what they normally do. Tasted vile. Most likely gonna get sick after consuming the tiny amount I did , yeah thanks for that . Chicken bites were stone cold Food went straight in the bin. Avoid this dump at all costs . Be safe !

STAFF ARE RUDE AND HAVE ZERO INTELLIGENCE. THE MAIN GUY AT THE FRONT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T WANT TO WORK THERE SO WHY BOTHER???? AVOID AND GO TO TESCO TO GET A MEAL DEAL FOR HALF THE PRICE !!!!

The worst subway ever I visited. No cleaning. Rude staff. Whatever I ask they ans rudely. Tables are dirty. You have to clean yourself if you eating in. Will not sugest anyone to come here, and I will not back here.

I'm absolutely disgusted with this Subway branch. I've not long ago ordered a meatless meatball marinara as well as other items and it was absolutely horrendous. First, they kept extending the time of delivery then once I've received my order after being late, one of the items was missing then I checked my subway and seen that they've given me the wrong bread. I notified just-eat.co.uk who was kind enough to have given me a full refund due their incompetent and to top it all off, the meatless meatballs tasted like the real meat 🤢

Ordered via ubereats. Food delivered was cold(maybe Ubers fault) and cheese garlic bread with no garlic or much cheese. No sauceso delivered. The order went in the bin. I have too cook now😠 avoid!!!!!

Great service, I have been to all the subways in West Brom and this is by far the best.

O Poor customer services as ordered for 17.30 n now closed n still waiting for it. Paid 4 delivery and asked why don't I pick it up. JOKERS

Would give no stars if possible, the staff have no clue and have a distinct lack of training, The manager also has a distinct lack of managerial skills but an A star for excuses for every problem you may encounter, If I was you I’d walk over the road and go to the subway on the high street it’s far better,

Was ok but always seems messy and food all over the floor..

Found this place to be scruffy, but what really put me off was that one of the staff who served me went out for a break which ok is fair enough(we're all entitled to a break) but he sat outside for a ciggie then spat on the floor right outside in their own seating area. Don't really need to see that especially from a member of staff and when I am eating with my young daughter.

Horrible service. Wasn't served very good, lack of focus from workers, not doing well.

The young Lady who served me was extremely friendly & extremely helpful too! She could see that I was walking with a crutch & she helped me by carrying the rest of my food & my coffee to my table! She is an absolute credit to Subway!

Same as any other subway - great food. However this one in particular is very cold. There is definately a heating issue. All the staff can be seen wearing thermals under the uniform.

this is a great subway our use this very often usually you get a very neat sandwich here however it is very much dependent on which staff are in.

Love Subway, but Subway in New Square is a little tight, and it is not enjoyable to say eat cause it get crowded. Staff is alright, maybe could be a little more welcoming. Other than that it's a good place to fill up and go 👍

Waiting long for burritos wrap. Unfortunately still frozen inside. Imagine when you hungry 😤 . Not happy at all.

Got ill eating here, really run down, not much happening at all. I am not sure the food was as fresh as they advertise, sandwich was packed upside down as well so everything fell out when I opened it up.

Freshly made subs to order, quick service with a smile. The cookies are the best
