We had a brilliant night here! Food and drink lovely as you’d expect from Miller & Carter. But what really made our night was our server Phil! He was attentive and funny and professional. Thanks a lot for making my birthday meal lovely!

The food, although very good, could have been warmer. Not sure if this was affected by the ambient temperature which was on the cool side

The overall experience was good however I was very disappointed to find that the venue did not have no alcoholic wine options. I expected a restaurant with the reputation of Miller and Carter to have a selection of non-alcoholic wines.

This miller and carter's food is unfortunately not as good as the other branches and depending on the day the service may or may not be good it seems to be a 50/50 tbh.

Held a 90th birthday celebratory meal for my mother. There were 21 guests and none of us had any complaints. A great time was had by all, thanks to Louise and the rest of the staff.

Went to Millers for my anniversary on Saturday. Food was fabulous, what really made the night was the 5 star service we received from our server Sherae, very friendly, professional, nothing was too much trouble, a real asset to Millers.

Service was fantastic as always, not to mention the food. We love coming here, and always will for a steak night out!

Mandy looked after us with first class service.I had a glass of Pinot noir with my ribeye steak, a good choice.My wife had the salmon, very healthy.

great food, loud atmosphere. Service however is not very good. waited upto 3hours for lunch to be cooked and an hour for a small slice of garlic bread. Overall service is rubbish. Wouldnt recommend if you don’t like waiting. drinks very expensive.

Delicious food, mock tails nice too. Not sure about the iceberg lettuce wedge with a sauce on it, bit unusual but steak meal was great!! Loved the onion loaf & red wine sauce. Puddings were tasty too. Joe was our waiter, he was friendly & informative. Some customers weren't as dressed up as we were though.

Miller and Carter is a great restaurant. We were served by Parris and she was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Throughout the meal, she checked on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. Parris was knowledgeable about the dishes and was able to answer all our questions. She was also very efficient in taking our orders and delivering our food promptly. An absolute gem

I went for a meal with my son, Parris, our waitress could not have been more accomadating. Nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel extremely welcome and paid particular attention to my son, taking an interest in Jim, asking questions. The food was delicious, I'd definitely recommend.

Great service, great people, and even better food.. If you feel like having a steak , I definitely recommend Miller & Carter My opinion hasn't changed. It's still one of the best stakes I ever had.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Miller & Carter. Prefect med rare steak and a lunch time set menu which was very good value.

Mandy is a super star! Made us feel proper at home. Miller and carter staff always go above and beyond which is great, it's not just a meal, it's an experience. Which you can't say about alot of places! See you soon 😊

First time visiting here for us. My grandson and his partner love the steaks here. It was my husbands 80th birthday and they treated us. The ambience and set out of the room is lovely. We all had steaks and I have to say they were absolutely superbly cooked to our liking. Molly waited on our table and she was a delight, very friendly and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed. The only gripe we have is it was cold. We did have a pram and were sat by a window, couldn’t fault anything else👍

We were a party of 8 and everyone was delighted with their meals. My chicken was one of the best I have ever had as it was moist and none of it was dry. Our waitress was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she was very pleasant and obviously enjoying her job. I hope she will be complimented on her excellent customer service as I am sure she is an asset to your company.

Donna is always a joy to have serve us when we attend here for food... always available when we need her and nothing is ever too much trouble. Even when I am a pain with my allergies, always makes sure I'm okay and double checks I can eat what I've ordered

Our waitress Donna was excellent. My friend and I decided to try a new dish chicken and chorizo. Unfortunately, the chicken was very greasy and the chorizo was overcooked. Sticky toffee pudding made up for it though. Food is very expensive.

Great food and service Donna was very welcoming and helpful. If I was being really picky the main arrived too soon after the starter and the tomatoe with the steak wasn't really cooked or charred. But that's being picky.

Had a great meal as always, Sarah’s service was ace - helping to organise a secret birthday desert!

Took the Mother inlaw for her dinner great service, many thanks Amy. Food - had the King Prawns followed by sirloin. Both were excellent. All in all had a great experience would recommend and will definitely return.

Our customer service was exceptional, thank you Paris and Phil, very professional, friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble! Paris went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. However this didn’t surprise us as when we arrived we were greeted by the manager Chloe who most definitely leads by example, she was very welcoming and showed genuine concern for my safety and welfare as I was on crutches. Amazing staff, made our evening!

Arrive early, as taxi came earlier then book the staff were very friendly an managed to fit us in earlier than booked. Food was delicious.

We had a family meal for two of our party's birthday celebrations. Donna, our waitress was extremely friendly and patient with our party of fussy eaters and a food phobic. She could not have been more accommodating.

Donna served me and my partner with excellent customer service. We were fasting and she kept out food warm and ready for us to break fast with a nice glass of ice water each. She was always nearby in case we needed anything from her. Donna is a credit to your establishment

Food was fantastic the new 10oz sirloin was so buttery and soft I wish it was on the menu all the time but I think it’s just an Easter special :( and the service from the two ladies on at lunch time was great they was both really attentive and polite, and the blonde girl on the desk she was so friendly. Can’t wait to come back x
