Having done drive thru, staff missed taking my order only to tell me at the delivery counter to go-around again. How exactly can customer be at fault when the staff are busy amongst themselves and miss taking order? That's not worse, the staff were laughing at the incident instead of trying to help. There is always a long & slow queue suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Thursday 23rd March and we were travelling along the M5 on our way from Seaton, Devon to Bolton. We stopped at this Service Station for a quick bite and a pit. We visited this branch of McDonald's which is located in the circular Food Hall area in the Service Station. It has a number of eateries, including this one around the edge of the area with seating in the centre. We ordered and paid for our food and drinks, two cheeseburgers and two flat whites, via self ordering screens. We did not have to wait long for our order to be prepared and collected. The burgers were tasty and at a good temperature, the coffee was as always flavoursome, fans of McD's coffee. The seating area was clean and well maintained. This was one of the best Service Station's that we have visited and McDonald's did not disappoint.

I used to be a regular at The Signal Box. Covid stopped that. Had to meet two of my grown up children yesterday, so chose my ex regular venue. Oh dear. I arrived slightly early and chose to enjoy a coffee while I waited. No coffee on. None. I then remembered that had happened previously when I was a regular. OK … machines break down, but can’t they have some instant available for such occasions? So I had sparkling water. My family arrived and all was good … chatting in a relaxed atmosphere. Then the food problem. My daughter is vegan and ordered a simple salad and sweetcorn on the side. I didn’t go to the bar with her but understand there was awful confusion over ordering. She was told that the dressing was not vegan, but they didn’t know why. She asked for a simple oil and vinegar mix instead but they were unable to help. Uh? No olive oil or no wine vinegar available? Apparently not. So she had to consume the salad dry! C’mon Signal Box …. Surely you can do better than this. Finally … once we had eaten, there was nobody coming to the tables to clear plates and glasses. And they were far from busy. Such a shame …. Will need to find a new venue now. That was embarrassing.

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!

Sin servicio de mostrador, debe pedir en los quioscos, probado durante 10 minutos sin resultado. Terminé usando la unidad - a través de la orden, luego llevando mi comida dentro para comer. Por el lado positivo, la comida era buena cuando la recibí. Por favor, ponga personal en las cajas para ayudarnos a las personas que no son grandes con TI.

ordered a meal on their touch machine, it took my money but no receipt or order number, went to desk explained three times to young women who still could not under stand , so a chap came out and asked if we could prove it had taken our money, which we obviously couldn't, any way , reordered at counter, when i got home cheeked account and yes they had taken two payments, have tried for hours to find a contact , it seems there whole internet presence is a sham or deliberately set out to be impossible to contact , and their phone care line is never working.

Pulled in the filling station as was desperate for the loo, only to find this was blocked off by food trolleys. I didn't want to faff again by going into the main building, when facillities are here !

I spotted the carpark attendant who had no visible ID of any sort. I asked what she was doing looking at the cars and taking photos of the registration numbers. Having previously receive a parking charge notice through the post after only 20 minutes parking. There is no information on the 20 minute limit on the signage board. This is no becoming a police state but this particular attendant is really viscious.

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.

customer services needs improvement. i returned my wrap after biting to taste there was hardly any sauce .. the girl took my wrap opened it up showed to work colleagues then returned with the same wrap, i was disgusted and her facial expressions showed she didn’t care .. your staff needs training to know to put customers first .. so customers are left pleased not displeased.
