KFC in Birmingham

Having done drive thru, staff missed taking my order only to tell me at the delivery counter to go-around again. How exactly can customer be at fault when the staff are busy amongst themselves and miss taking order? That's not worse, the staff were laughing at the incident instead of trying to help. There is always a long & slow queue suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

They can sell an Oreo krushem style drink, whatever that is? But they can't serve a cup of tea. No hot drinks, not even in winter! Think I'll try Twist and flame, opposite next time.

KFC's strength -- and drawback -- is that whilst you'll never be surprised by the food on offer, you're rarely be disappointed.

Ordered via deliveroo to my house total delivery time 15 minutes Ordered arrived totally stone cold Contact store manager who stated all good cooked and never served cold was advised if wanted a replacement to go to store Now I order a delivery ,!! A walk returns would be over a hour Do not engage with store manager a total waste time , effort,energy He has no interest bar saying sorry Sorry is a weak word ,does not get your meal replaced Does not get you a fresh meal in replacement Don't forget you have also wasted hard cash on stone cold food And again please be aware avoide with a first class stone cold honour

I've always visited KFC in person, rather than use the likes of Just Eat or Uber, which may explain why I've never had any of the major issues with my orders raised by other reviewers. The Hall Green drive-through is friendly and efficient, although it suffers from the same limited menu as all of the UK outlets.

I am reviewing the new KFC on Stratford Road near Hall Green station here, the TripAdvisor listing still has this place marked up as by RobinHood roundabout but that branch closed several years ago. Ive been to this place several times now and have got to know it pretty well. Its mainly a drive through. Last time I went the girl passing me my drink spilled it all over my arm, saw what she did but said nothing with no attempt to apologise, this time they basically chucked the drink at me, covered in excess coke dripping all over and as good as threw the meal at me. When i went to eat it there was no napkin, no salt , nothing. Who ever packed really couldn't be bothered. The corn on the cob looked like it had been cooked like yesterday. This place is staffed by kids who quite obviously hate working there, have no self respect and treat their customers like the trash they think they're serving up as food. Whoever owns and manages this place needs to get a grip because your staff are taking you for a ride. If this BRAND NEW KFC is just plain awful now it wont last long. Avoid this depressing dump..use the one in Shirley instead. The folks running this place are currently wasting the money of whoever paid to build a KFC in Hall Green. What a bunch of loosers

Given this place KFC HallGreen Stratford Road more then benefit of the doub, got a take out from there earlier , took it home and we threw it in the bin and went to the local chippy. Go that lil abit extra and travel to the Shirley KFC which was the old Hall Green on the Robin Hood Island don't use this one waste of time and money. Staff ain't got a clue, All a shambles in there so rude, don't follow the rules you can tell. Dont waste your time also theybtrybti keep things back from your order on purpose so makesure you check your ordered before leaving

Visité kfc en hall green birmingham hoy con mi socio y tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida.el personal era tan grosero e ignorante.La señora de la caja tomó nuestro pedido y no se molestó en darnos el recibo y después de gritar un número de pedido aleatorio cuando ni siquiera sabíamos nuestro número de pedido, simplemente fuimos a pedir nuestro número de pedido ya que no nos dieron el recibo. , la respuesta fue no puedes escuchar tu número de pedido. . .también estaba de mal humor mientras tomaba el orden.nunca volveré a visitar.

Siempre usé kfc hall green antes de su cierre. Después de algunas visitas al kfc de Shirley, la comida nunca supo tan bien como recordaba antes. Nunca volveré a comer KFC en todo el mundo después de analizar el perfil / estándares de la empresa y el uso de productos halal.

A mis hijos les encanta que hagamos un viaje a Umberslade Farm y luego a KFC una o dos veces al año. ¡Dos veces hemos llegado a casa y la comida equivocada está en la bolsa! ! ! ! ! ¡Tan malditamente molesto! Long queue at drive thru. Got home with family feast to find included sides and extra sides ordered were missing.

Pretty much a standard KFC drive through and restaurant. Every time we have visited it has not been too busy and service fairly quick. Seating area is kept pretty clean.

sad to say this KFC doesnt live up to the normal standards for a KFC Branch. we have been here a few times now and for some reason the food is nver up to standard. the cips seem like they have been sitting there for a while and have then been re-heated, the chicken coating tastes like a cheap option that you could buy yourself.we now travel to Acocks Green to get a decent KFC

We popped in to this new KFC drive through on Tuesday afternoon, and ordered the "special" Tuesday only chicken offer which was great value (sadly offer now ended) Service was ok and the food was well cooked and hot!!

Had a quick meal with grandkids at the new KFC after a long time. Quick order and service, had Zinger burger for myself - quite tasteful and spicy. Kids like the milkshakes. Sat outside in the sun. Next time will try the drive thru.

Went shortly after this opened. It was a nothing experience, they were doing good business. Not being a KFC regular, I found the menu confusing. The food was generously portioned and hot, very hot. Service was perfunctory. It was clean.

Been going to this kfc for years and Marie is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Food always good and call in at least once a month / six weeksChicken has improved and we can now have the bargain bucket as opposed to boneless box as less oily

One of the best KFC's ive been to the chicken is nice and succulent. Staff are polite and efficient.and the restaurant is very clean.

I've never had cause to be dis-satisfied with a KFC product, but last month I decided to try something different, and had their 'Mighty Bucket for one'. When it arrived I was surprised how small it was. When I see the word mighty, I expect something large, but this item was most certainly not. It should be re-named 'Mini-Bucket' in my opinion, and the 'Bargain Bucket', which is large, should be re-named 'Mighty Bucket' because it is.

Normally have the bargain bucket as you can't go wrong, but my partner persuaded me to have a change. I had a meal deal and my partner just had a burger. We went home and ate it, the next day I looked at my receipt only to read there should have been a dip sauce which was clear on the receipt. We went back and had a bargain bucket a few days later and on finishing the bucket looked like it needed draining from all the grease and oil. This isn't the first time we've had this and is very off putting. We only normally go when we fancy a change, but this place is making every other eatery look fantastic in comparison.

I don't know how this rubbish KFC manages to give me crap tiny pieces of chicken that've obviously been on the shelf too long, time and time agin but somehow they manage to mess it up every time. Don't think I will bother anymore. They're always flapping in here and there's always staff problems. The old lady that works in there is not very popular with the other staff members, the atmosphere is tense. I've heard they're opening a new KFC in Shirley, can't wait to drive past this one.

Good service the staff were polite, the food was really nice and wasn't too costly, they did get the order slightly wrong as they put extra food in so I obviously didn't complain. :) it's my local KFC and never have a problem

Its KFC .. i was a captive audience from the local hotel who's food was not up to anyone's standards .. i can say no more ..
