Tuve tiempo para matar antes de llegar en tren a casa, siempre pasaba por lo de Archie y siempre parecía bastante ocupado. Probablemente hasta el tiempo de espera para la comida! Sólo pedí tiras de pollo y tater tots. Esperé más de 15 minutos, un par de pedidos después de que consiguiera su comida. Acaba de leer comentarios y puede ver por qué la gente se equivoca de comida o la gente la toma. El servidor no revisó mi boleto y podría haber tomado la comida de cualquiera. Aunque, después de la espera y tener que correr por mi tren, las dos cosas que sí tenía eran muy buenas. De hecho, me impresionó mucho.

We went through the drive though Dec 2024 & Today 3rd Jan 2025, on both occasions we ordered the double gravy bucket, on both occasions the staff are a credit to the franchise group that have contract with this franchise, granted, we have not eaten inside since we have required a dog, but we can honestly say that we have never received a bad meal or service inside or drive through with the Ellesmere Port KFC

Having done drive thru, staff missed taking my order only to tell me at the delivery counter to go-around again. How exactly can customer be at fault when the staff are busy amongst themselves and miss taking order? That's not worse, the staff were laughing at the incident instead of trying to help. There is always a long & slow queue suggesting the staff are inefficient and damaging customer experience. Appalling experience when compared to McDonalds drive thru.

popped in for lunch, was greeted very pleasantly by a lady named Shazza, am a blue light card holder and she along with another member of staff took the time to help me to access the KFC app and add my blue light card. the meal was lovely, hot and was given a variety of sauces to have with our meal. the toilets were very clean in fact I would go as far as to say this is the cleanest and most welcoming one that we have visited in a long time. thanks everyone at KFC

No 1 Pizza Wolverhampton es verdaderamente de primer nivel! Les hemos pedido varias veces, desde una sola pizza hasta un gran pedido de 50 pizzas, y cada vez, han entregado — literal y figurativamente! Las pizzas siempre llegan calientes, frescas y absolutamente deliciosas. Su equipo es súper profesional, confiable y claramente apasionado por la buena comida. Ya sea que estés buscando un bocado rápido o un catering para un gran evento, No 1 Pizza te tiene cubierto. Muy recomendable para cualquier ocasión!

¡Muy poco profesional! El asistente del mostrador me ignoró por completo y no tomó mi orden hasta aproximadamente 10 minutos. Parece como si estuvieran nevados y no pudieran hacer frente a los pedidos en línea. Mala experiencia

This is now my regular place for breakfast. I have the £1 breakfast offer and it comes to £4.09 for a big breakfast wrap, a hash brown and a large dark roast coffee, which is much better value than other breakfasts available in town The coffee is also larger than the large ones in other fast food places I could mention and the dark roast is the nicest coffee anywhere. It is actually 1p more for just a large americano in Costa than the whole breakfast deal in Tim Hortons, and the coffee is bigger and nicer. Shame the afternoon menu here isnt as good, but as far as breakfast goes, I love this place.

I visited Celebz diner on Ladypool Road for breakfast. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes even though the diner should have opened at 12 on a Saturday. I was told I had to wait for a member of staff to come into work. Finally, the main door opened at 12:15. I ordered my breakfast and was disgusted to find a dead fly on the egg. I was also served cold tea. I complained to the female member of staff who was unapologetic and not helpful at all. She rudely replaced the breakfast. When returning with the tea, she sarcastically asked whether the tea was hot enough. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I requested to speak to the manager, however I was told that he had to leave. I left my number and I am still waiting for a call. Would not recommend this diner!

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

Terrible service to be honest. Called numerous times just rang through. Finally got through and was spoken to disgracefully people shouting in background and asked if delivery was available if not I would collect didnt really speak on the phone obviously taking alot of orders and not really wanting any new customers. I was told well not really delivery wont be today and if I waited it would be 2 hours. Lerson on the phone was rude and didn't give me any options. Totally put me off!

Looked good from first appearances, but was not impressed at all! Food was absolutely awful. Soggy cold chips, a bit of a not really interested attitude from staff. Wouldn't go back.

I went to this kfc today, and the experience what awful. Overall, I had to wait 65 minutes for my food, which wasn't just me - every customer was waiting for over an hour on food. The workers were stood around for most of the time, and when asked by lots of customers around me why the wait was so long, they were given rude responses. After finally receiving my order after 65 minutes, I was given no apology (and neither was anyone else that was there when I was). They also forgot my condiments, to which when I asked for them, they tried to charge me extra. I absolutely do not recommend this KFC, staff need training on customer service skills and preparing orders.

The disabled toilets are miles from the entrance which is very inconvenient for customers on crutches. This seems common in Welcome Break sites.
