KFC in Birmingham - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

So I ordered a meal from the Birmingham New Street - not for the first time, but most definitely now the last time. Usually they get orders wrong or the driver just doesn’t bother turning up - this time however, it was the portion size. Omg who are they feeding - mice????? £8.99 for the smallest portion of food to have ever graced my plate. These KFC franchisers are killing the once respected brand

Sometimes when going to the bus stop I buy chicken chips with sweetcorn. I eat some on the way home and the rest when I reach home. Every August when I go to Blackpool I buy a bucket of chicken a d share it with guys on the street.

Not being used to eating at KFC, I did not know what to expect. There was no indication that one that order at an un-user friendly machine, then wait in line for someone to holler my number at me. No cutlery was provided, no napkins ... awful place to eat - won't go there again.

Very disappointed especially with the attitude of the assistant manager, raising her voice at customers, making fun of customers with the another staff named OLA, bursting out with laugher, acting immature, very unprofessional. The assistant manager should know better. she is not setting good examples for her staff. She needs to go to Marks and Spencers to learn how managers and supervisors act and behave. Not going back ever!!!!

this is the only KFC place i like. fast, piping hot, clean and friendly staff. there is always someone cleaning in there around the clock. even before the pandemic.

On the 3rd of August.Went into this restaurant.Was confronted by a racist door supervisor.Told me and my partner that we can'nt enter because of our manners and not wearing a face mask.He wasnt wearing one for him to judge or tell us not to..Plus we told him we couldnt because of our condition.He asked for proof..I asked if he was a medic.To which he had no reply..KFC have no right in asking for customers to show why they shouldnt be wearing a mask.Or even a racist door man who doesnt even wear one himself..I have tried to contact the store by phone but it just rings out..I will be contacting head office and making a formal and written complaint..

Cant understand why there has been bad things said about this place. i find it clean. and everytime i come here there is always someone cleaning making it nice and fresh. food here is also very good. infact its one of the best KFCs i been to. food always 100%. and friendly staff

Hicimos el pedido en la máquina y no nos dio el ticket por lo que no podíamos recoger la comida, tuvimos problemas para aclarar todo. Para colmo después de esperar muchísimo tiempo por el incidente se olvidaron un item de los que habíamos pedido. Sólo hemos ido a un KFC en Reino Unido pero si los comparas con España, al menos este, la comida deja mucho que desear, el sabor es totalmente distinto y que decir del pollo, seco y sin sabor.

The toilets were filthy and food a good place how can the establishment such as KFC run the restaurant like this. I will never be eating in here again as if the public toilets are like this then what would the staff toilets look like.

Firstly, just to be fair, I know that KFC on the whole is slower than other fast food outlets. Now, this place takes slow fast food to another level. The machines are glacial. The staff are borderline rude. They mix up the orders continually (I have witnessed this with colleagues). It always seems crowded but thats because of the service issues. On my order it was the little things like a missing hot wing or beans instead of gravy. One to miss out in the future. There are better alternatives elsewhere

I come here all the time. this is a very busy restaurant. and i can see the staff work very hard to please everyone. The food taken 10 minutes to wait. but worth it. the only problem was that the fries now comes with skins. not keen on it. old fries back please.

Ordered a large Fillet box meal only to get a mini fillet and was told you only get large drink And fries which wasn’t what I was charged for or wanted??? Seriously Took it back to them and told them to keep it for f*** sake

Ouch there have been a lot of bad reviews about this place, this review is no different. Some staff are friendly though, but the decor is tired. Prices are way too high as well. I had the box with the chicken fillets which were dangerously salty. However, my corn on the cob and popcorn chicken was nice. I don't know why my friend wanted to come here, learn from our mistake and go somewhere else!

The queues in this place are wild. The chicken here doesn’t taste the same as other branches and will most likely give you a belly ache. Store often filthy too.

I don't know why I didn't turn around and leave straightaway. But instead I ordered too much chicken for one, and with a feeling of self loathing took myself into a corner of this dingy, miserable eatery and forced myself to consume it. I didn't enjoy it - I'd not had KFC for years, and I thought at least the coating would be crispy, but it was just soggy. An undignified end for the chicken. The chips were also bad. I would have complained, but the serving staff looked so despondent to be there that I didn't have the heart. So I left, feeling quite sad about the whole experience, and slightly sullied.
