Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

Came with a friend, 5 staff behind the counter chatting, stayed half an hour and there were 9 dirty tables full of cups etc that none of them bothered to empty, people coming in sat at dirty tables. It wasn't busy either. Not good at all. No people in the queue and they just stood chatting away to each other.

They werent that busy on arrival. No tables had been cleared or cleaned.Absolutely filthy. They were 4 staff members that a cud see. All standing by the tills chatting. I ordered coffee. Wen someone came from the back and said something they all moved. My coffee was made swiftly. And then someone came threw the drive threw.. found a seat and cleared the table. I put the dishes on the side of the counter hoping it wud prompt someone too clear the tables. Did it heck. Tables and dirty dishes still there on every table as I left. I was there for 45 mins

My friend and I decided to have a coffee whilst shopping. We understand that due to covid certain limitations are in place. However I've never encountered such rude staff who treated me like an idiot. The girl at the till acted like she couldn't understand a word I said when I asked for a milk alternative and then when I "dared" ask for sugar on collecting my coffee I was tutted at for not asking before, (never been here so didn't know the rules) and thrown one sugar when asked for 3. Horrendous customer service when you think in these times you wotld be grateful for people spending their precious money. Will not return.

Visited this Starbucks recently and it is definitely not as good as it once was. I was there reasonably early, the floors were covered in crumbs, like it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Service was quite slow and staff were chatting behind the counter when there were tables to be cleared. Coffee was good, but the surroundings were not.

Me my mum and my sister had visited on Easter Sunday and just went back for something to drink and we met a nice lad called Harvey he is very good at his job and entertaining the customers he is extremely nice and I recommend popping in for something to eat or drink

I am a regular visitor to this Starbucks when shopping at the potteries Centre. A flat white is just perfect to start the day! This store can get very busy throughout the day, and I have to admit there can be times when the tables are covered in cups and plates. Priority should be taken to clear the tables more often when it’s busy.

Visited today at 6pm. Not busy but almost every table dirty. The two drinks we ordered were overly laden with sugar. Both of us feel sick. Disappointing.
