popped in for lunch, was greeted very pleasantly by a lady named Shazza, am a blue light card holder and she along with another member of staff took the time to help me to access the KFC app and add my blue light card. the meal was lovely, hot and was given a variety of sauces to have with our meal. the toilets were very clean in fact I would go as far as to say this is the cleanest and most welcoming one that we have visited in a long time. thanks everyone at KFC

I just wanted to write thanks. As 2 young girls from Shrewsbury, on our way back from a Birmingham hospital appointment, and completely out of area, your staff at Walsall Junction 10 went above and beyond to help us! We had broken down on M6, and moved to your car park as a 'safe place between approx 3:30pm until 9pm, while we waited for RAC to take us home the rest of the way. We each bought meals, but after explaining the situation, we were given free drinks, and borrowed one of the staffs phone chargers, which was extremely helpful when battery was completely flat! A special thanks to 'Soph' for being extra helpful with regards to all of this, including informing the parking company that unfortunately we overstated, so we would t get fined ect - she was extremely busy but again so helpful in a stressful situation! She certainly made a BAD day better! Thanks Soph! Gabby and Lois x

I went to this kfc with my family after a football game. When we arrived at the drive through, we were automatically racially profiled and treated with the up most disrespect. Staff were very rude, stand off ish, disrespectful etc. We were asked to pull around to park up to wait for our food when our food arrived. The other staff member was EXTREMELY rude, lacked customer service and wasn’t polite. When we were about to drive off the burger was completely thrown in the bag without boxing, we were disgusted and had to drive back. We went into the kfc where the manager continuously mocked and laughed at our complaint and told his colleague jokingly to go round the back. He didn’t apologise for the inconvenience but continued to redo our order. I’VE NEVER EVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE WHAT HAPPENED TO HUMAN DECENY AND RESPECT! we got our food and walked out never will we ever step foot in such a RACIST place again.

Shocking was told at 10.40 can you give me 2 mins. Came back can I take your order. 4 piece chicken meal please Sorry we don’t have any chicken on the bone. Ok anything else then please only hot wings. We close in 20mins So I won’t be using you again

Rubbish southern crumbs were dropping off chicken chips were disgusting absolutely waste of 27 pound, the grease was coming though the chip bags they were herendous don't bother most went in the bin

Restaurant has an adjusted menu due to Covid ordered boneless deal chips were not very warm and we were on site. Not sure if due to Covid but no salt ,napkins cutlery or hand wipes in order

Our food was fine but someone we were with had a mouldy piece of chicken in her boneless banquet which quite frankly was just disgusting. Put us all off and all the staff did was offer to swap the 1 piece instead of the whole box or even a refund. Place was filthy and all. Rank

Avoid it if you can KFC run a dirty place with cold food and rude staff. It is meant to be fast food but you wait for ages and if eating inside i had to clear the table myself of the previous persons waste and eat at a dirty table. They need to sack the manager and replace him with some one with a bit of OCD which always helps. i prefer KFC or better still Burger king to MacDonald but at least macs always clean their venues. Go some where else if you can.

Went in for a late snack last night, and we were served by Lauren. What a lovely young lady, so friendly and polite. It’s not often we go out and get service that stands out. But she was so great, she deserved to be acknowledged for it.

I was on my way to a meeting and was feeling rather hungry, so popped into this KFC which sits just off the M6 Junction 10.Restaurant has recently been refurbished and was clean and tidy.The service was prompt and friendly and I got the pieces I asked for without any issue. (I asked for a breast and a rib as I prefer the chunkier white meat). The meal was hot with a generous portion of fries, the chicken was not at all greasy as I have found it can be in some branches of KFC.

I visited kfc junction 10 recently , the store is so clean and staff are friendly , I came here with my daughter we tend to be regular customers and come to this kfc all the way from West Bromwich ! It’s great service! One very polite staff caught my eye -Maddy her name was , she’s a lovely young lady and asked how our food was :)

The staff at this restaurant are very polite especially the young lady who served me , her name was maddy , she was very kind and enthusiastic, she engaged with all customers clearly and seems very efficient with her job The food was fresh and delicious !Definitely going to be visiting again

Use this KFC on a Thursday evening after footy training. Staff are hit and miss. Some you can tell need customer service training. On a number of occasions when asked what sides you require the answer is sorry we have no gravy! There are numerous adverts on hoardings around site advertising this side order! This needs to be looked at by a manager as to why they haven't got the food advertised!

Drive thru experience 19.1.19 - 22.40Used our £15 KFC voucher as we went KFC junction 9, and it was really bad. This visit was great!! Food was fresh and hot, server (Beth) very polite, and the company is lucky to have to someone with great customer service skills.

After getting the last of my Christmas shopping, I stopped at the drive through. I ordered a one piece snackbox with some hot wings. When I got home to eat, the food was obviously from the day before. The fries were old and tasted as though they had been saturated in oil. The chicken had hairs still visible on the skin, and the wings were so hard. Absolutely disgusting it was and what a waste of £2.98 as it ended up in the bin.I won't be rushing back there on a hurry!!!!!

This KFC was closed down for a while for refurbishment. When it reopened, not much appeared to change other than its appearance The service is quite hit and miss as some staff are friendly and polite whereas some others are just simply rude!

Plenty of staff but seriously badly organised with no system or process in place. Does this place have a manager? If it does, sack the manager would be my advice to the owners.

On our way home from a venue, my partner says what do you want to eat. My reply haven't had a KFC for a while".

On route to joing the m6 I decided to have a snack here. I ordered a 1 piece snack box. Thete were 3 cars ahead of me and yet i was sat in the drive thru for 22 mins. When i was eventually served I received the snack box without a box.....hmmmm!!!!

My 2 children were starving after a function and it was a big relief and an exciting moment to see this conveniently located eating place, Service was quick. The chicken was fresh and yummy, the drink was cold enough to quench our thirst. I will eat there again.

This KFC is a little bit hit and miss depending on the date and time you go. On a couple of occasions they've forgotten something for my order which I've discovered after leaving the drive thru
