The one in ross on wye Town center and the spur garage are brilliant

Food came within 10 minutes of ordering, outstanding service from Phil who brought our food over. He truly is the best! We will be back

We went to the soulhouse for our works christmas party and the food was amazing! We had a dedicated contact throughout planning the evening and when we arrived the manager dealt with us all night which was brilliant, he was so friendly and efficient, although the lad working with him was miserable but this did not detract from the beautiful food and ambience. We all left with full tummies and satisfied having had a lovely evening together.

We are good customer's of wingers and usually everything is perfect but this evening we had as we usually do the house fries but nothing on them this time, what went wrong, ruined the meal for us all I am afraid. Should have had Skin on fries topped with our signature spice mix, crispy fried onions, coriander and sriracha mayo. But nothing. Really disappointed.

Ordered a delivery and once again it was incorrect. This time paid the extra for the Big Mac Minecraft meal for my son and just sent an ordinary one. Trying to get in touch is then impossible due to the app only having a virtual assistant which does nothing useful. Don’t order online from here. Regularly get it wrong.

Always getting food wrong on the drive through sadly. This and castlegate the worse for it

Very poor. Chewy. First time trying tonight. The pizza bases are so chewy our teeth actually hurt eating it. If it wasn't for that it would be fine but it's hard to overlook. It doesn't visually look overcooked so maybe too much flour in the dough? reheated? Not much topping on the ham and pineapple. The bacon cheese bread starter, I wouldn't say that was enough bacon to put it in the title. All in all very disappointing and not cheap. Delivery driver didn't look for our door number and was hard to communicate with.

Contratamos arriba para el Baby Shower de mi sobrina. Qué hermoso lugar. La decoración en el interior es muy única con un montón de características originales. Todos tuvimos un tiempo fabuloso. La persona del bar Grant era simplemente increíble. Muy educado y amable. Nada era demasiado problema. Hasta sus cócteles eran encantadores. También gracias a Lauren el equipo de cocina. This is probably the worst Starbucks in the UK. On our recent eat-in visit of 4 people, 1 coffee was in a takeaway cup, 1 was in an eat-in cup, 1 was totally forgotten about and 1 passion fruit drink had no passion fruit and came with blueberries in, without a question as to whether that was ok with us. We were told to sit down but nobody called us to tell us the drinks were waiting on the counter, by the time we went looking they were mostly cold. On asking where our missing drink was we were made to feel as if it was our fault by the rude staff. Out of all the countless Starbucks we have visited this is definitely the worst, this was also not our first visit here and the service has never been great but this last experience was dreadful. Better go over the road to the ESSO garage and get a Costa or Greggs!

I waited 25 minutes for my food which came upside down in the bag!! none left in the box and they were as cold as ice 🧊 definitely would not recommend coming here save your money !!!!!!!

No hand sanitation available in broken toilets or disabled toilets. Asking kitchen staff for hand sanitation was non existent. So how do they clean their hands. Disgusting.
