The best restaurants serving American food in West Midlands

Starbucks: Totally bloody awful. Food cold, coffee gross. In future would go somewhere else - Even KFC and that is as bad.

Turned up at 4.30 on a Friday afternoon. "Sorry we have serving food". Not a great first visit. Will I come back again, make a guess.

April 18 11 am called in for a coffee usually the service is good but not today not only the staff served other people before me but continued gossiping too eachother before realising my order has not even been put in how rude shall I go back? Not unless these perticuler staff members book themselves in to a customer service course promptly. Dissatisfied customer. James Freeman West Midlands

We made a reservation for three at 6o clock on 16th July but at 1 minute past 6 when we where almost there due to traffic we got a email saying reservation cancelled no explanation given , we where then left to find somewhere else to eat, disgusting way to run a business

KFC New Osscott branch. Bought bargin bucket got it home only to find after handing it out the our kids and them eating a few portions of chicken my daughter shout out that she had bad taste in her mouth. We treat a peace and certainly could taste a chemical on the chicken like TCP. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him what had happened and the taste on the meat. My Mrs told me as she went to buy the food she could smell cleaning chemicals. I questioned the manager on what products they clean their areas with he replied We don't use chemical to clean and the sides don't get cleaned down till the following day ? We returned the order got our money back and also keep a peace of children and put it in the freezer. It was recently collected by Birmingham City council Environment Heath / Food Agency.

ordered breakfast buns, with no breakfast in it. ordered a big order for work half of them never had any eggs in them and the other half didnt have any sausage in them.

Went into Greggs about 5.00pm, was pretty quiet. I had no problems with any staff, they were polite, however my problem was with the food. So we ordered two drinks, two sausage rolls and a novelty cake/bun for my daughter. After packing our sausage rolls, the man then asked what novelty bun we would like. While my daughter choosing there were three big dirty flies flying all around the cakes (possibly been around the sausage rolls too). I was hesitant to still purchase the cake but because of my anxiety i felt i couldn’t change my mind because of a fly. Even the customers behind me were saying ‘eww look at the flies’. Safe to say my daughter did not eat the cake, i threw it away as soon as i got home. However because we were on a day trip, being 6 months pregnant i was on the verge of passing out if i didnt eat. So after really close inspection i decided to eat the sausage roll. However all i could think about was how i hope it doesn’t make me poorly…WELL fast forward a few hours i had horrendous nausea and stomach pain. I had diarrhoea and sickness that evening/night. Could have been a coincidence but then again, there were A LOT of flies landing on food. I am so glad i didn’t allow my daughter to eat her cake that day.

Comida horrible, el pollo estaba congelado quemado y gomoso. Nunca imaginarías un lugar como este para servir algo tan horrible como esto. Las papas fritas eran decentes, pero incluso entonces las cosas congeladas de los supermercados son lo mismo. Real decepciona y cuesta más que los lugares locales que son mucho mejores.

Used to order from here on a weekly basis but the food is not the same anymore...so not anymore. A shame really...

You couldn’t find a slower waffle service in London if you went out and bought a waffle maker, made the batter and cooked it yourself.

No one showed up with the food and marked it as deliveried!!!

i observed an interaction and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. would return again !!
