We made a reservation for three at 6o clock on 16th July but at 1 minute past 6 when we where almost there due to traffic we got a email saying reservation cancelled no explanation given , we where then left to find somewhere else to eat, disgusting way to run a business

Booked in weeks advance, wasn’t a table ready for us on arrival, table got put together outside on cloudy cold day. Only drinks available was cocktails from menu no draught cider or beer or wine. Food missing from order and had to approach bar an hour after who said ran out of halloumi, if I didn’t go up and ask I wouldn’t have got refund. “Katsu chicken loaded fries” was chips with thin layer of “sauce” and two plastic cheese slices, couldn’t eat. Staff taking orders and payment under age and spilt several drinks over us (not anyones fault but no rebate). Asked to be seated inside after started raining, no music or atmosphere inside, screeching sound through speakers. Bad service, really poor food.

We came in as a large group for a hen do and the staff were amazing. Incredibly accomodating and very attentive. The drinks were delicious, would 100% recommend!

I’m writing this review as the management seem to think it’s ok not to give deposits back for 24 ppl who had this booking for a 16th birthday for a girl who was left upset due to having to leave due to poor service food ect Where do I start…. Arrived at bootons for a Bottomless brunch yesterday our time slot was 4-6 pm! We arrived a bit early to just stand around not to be told to where we would be seated! About 4:10 a girl came over and said this is your table. We all sat down waiting for someone to come and take our order which was by this time 4:30. We all put our order in and sat waiting for all 24 drinks to be done! At that point some nachos came out I. Silver trays! No plates nothing. They then began to bring chicken out in oven trays which looked like they had been cooked in! The chicken was cold so no one wanted to eat this. At this point we’re still waiting for our drinks. Still nothing. I asked for plates so someone brought plates in a pile and left them on the side saying nothing!!! We handed plates out ourself ! The drinks started to come which was meant to be a porn star martini there was no Throth on the top no passion fruit and no proceco must of been from a carton. It was vile! I’d say we got 6 pornstar martinis and 4 mocktails to which were all not drinkable! I approached the ‘MANGER’ whilst all staff were arguing swearing at each other! To the point one member of staff was crying and actually walked out! Baring in mind all staff are young it was awful to see. I asked for a comple refund as it cost us £595 pound for us all. To which we had to wait a further 30minuets for the ‘MANAGER’ to get authority to do so! We managed to get back what we had paid that day! But held our deposits of 10.00 pers Person as it’s a non refundable deposit which I agree. If you received the correct service in the beginning! Why i we didn’t!! Since speaking to the manager there is no sign of getting our deposit back which was £240 for nothing!!! I’m so upset at the fact that a surprise for my daughters 16th birthday with all her family being there was ruined!! The service was shocking from both ‘MANAGER’ and ‘OWNER’ my advice to everyone would be don’t waste time or money on this place! QUICK ENOUGH TAKING MONEY but when not happy with the service you receive try to say you had food drinks ect and didn’t want to pay. ITS POOR NEEDS CLODING DOWN!!!

Breakfast was missing items did ask about it still waiting to know manger was rubbish be tell if come mooning about I face legal action lol

I visited Bootons with some friends for their bottomless brunch. Upon booking I made them aware I was Gluten Free, and they said it was not a problem and they could accommodate. I turned up on the day and reminded each server (3 different people) that i was Gluten Free, again they said it was ok. The food turned up and it was horrible. It was all burnt and tasted dry. I was hungry so I decided to eat some of the food. The drinks started to turn up and after 1 and a half drinks I started to feel really sick. I stopped drinking as I thought it may have been the drinks. I then spent half an hour being sick and feeling really unwell. The staff were aware of me being ill and being sick, and because we were the only people in, they decided to tell us we had to leave because they were closing (it was not even 10pm on a Saturday night) I was given a bucket and I had to wait outside of the bar, in the rain, still being sick for a family member to collect me. We asked if we could wait inside, and they said no. I know the difference between being sick from drinking, and being sick from gluten. And as I barely drank, it was definitely not from drinking. I was then unwell for days after, as that is what my condition does to me. I’ve heard good things about bootons, so I was sad to have had such a bad experience. My friends who are not gluten free also didn’t touch their food, as theirs was also burnt. Definitely not recommended if you have allergens. I would give it a 0 if I could.

I’d been looking at their Instagram page for a while so I said to my friend let’s just book the bottomless brunch and see what it’s about, I just want to say it was NOT a mistake! We had the best time, the food and drinks were amazing but also the staff were so friendly and fun. We laughed from start to finish. Will definitely be going again

Having discovered Bootons recently, it has quickly become our favourite place ! Garden has been transformed unbelievably. All drinks and cocktails spot on , and freshly cooked food to die for ! Cannot praise management and staff enough , always welcoming and a fantastic atmosphere! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Been here multiply times before second lockdown including celebrating my engagement with the girls for bottomless brunch. Staff/managers are so lovely, food is AMAZING, cocktails are brilliant!! I’m so happy there now on JUSTEAT now to! Atmosphere is always so positive is chill.

Never been before but would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back. Booked a table with family and friends after shopping for my bridesmaid dresses and they made the visit so special.. I can’t recommend enough! Food was amazing, staff so tentative... roll on re-opening we will be back.. total touch of class to Brierley Hill! Keep up the good work guys and stay safe.. see you soon xx
