I went to the restaurant with my family today as it was mentioned in several social media comms. Unfortunately, i was extremely dissapointed with the food. I had the Soeol burger and my wife had a chicken burger meal. I also tried the spicy fries (£2.99!!!) all they had was chilli mayo and in fact i had to ask for some sauce as there was hardly any on the fries. The two burgers were for £9.94 for the meal and £7.49 for the soeol burger. The chicken in the burger was rather small for the price paid...even KFC chicken pieces in the burgers are bigger.the fries was overcooked and crispy, the burgers were not filling at all. Totally disapointed and would not reccomend this place to anyone, if you want a chicken burger, go to KFC as it is better value for money compared to Chickanos. The lesson to be learnt is, more hype less quality!!!!!

KFC New Osscott branch. Bought bargin bucket got it home only to find after handing it out the our kids and them eating a few portions of chicken my daughter shout out that she had bad taste in her mouth. We treat a peace and certainly could taste a chemical on the chicken like TCP. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him what had happened and the taste on the meat. My Mrs told me as she went to buy the food she could smell cleaning chemicals. I questioned the manager on what products they clean their areas with he replied We don't use chemical to clean and the sides don't get cleaned down till the following day ? We returned the order got our money back and also keep a peace of children and put it in the freezer. It was recently collected by Birmingham City council Environment Heath / Food Agency.

Stoney Lane, YardleyI was regular customer on KFC Birmingham - Martineau Place and used to be really enjoyed when I was there. Unfortunately from few month ago, the quality of food is decreased and on my last visit on 5th October it was very rude security guy which he didn't allow my wife use toilet when we arrived and he sent my wife down satires because before want to order we were going to used toilet.... he said general toilet should use downstairs..... when I ask him about his manner , he told me this toilet in this floor is customer toilet if you dont want go out oo go to counter ...... I complain to manager but, she just said, I have word with him ..... I am wonder how this kind of business can hire very rude person that don't care about business and don't know how to have to talk with customer and just don't care ....... if you need some respect as customer, just avoid to go there and never recommend this place .....
