Starbucks in Dudley

April 18 11 am called in for a coffee usually the service is good but not today not only the staff served other people before me but continued gossiping too eachother before realising my order has not even been put in how rude shall I go back? Not unless these perticuler staff members book themselves in to a customer service course promptly. Dissatisfied customer. James Freeman West Midlands

Store Assistant Manager Lexi at Merry Hill DT was rude, and behaved awfully towards window staff. Her attitude was disgusting. All the while she was just stood on the till point shouting orders at others. I have been a Store Manager for Starbucks before and have attended the courses the feedback sandwich model was not used, and the manager only gave negative critique, I saw no attempt at an apology and the staff member on the window looked upset.

Disappointed in my Visits of late. I have been to this store a few times recently and the staff just seem to not even bother to acknowledge you until they decide who is going to serve you. Staff seem displeased to have to serve you and you constantly get the feeling you’re unwanted. Whilst the taste of Starbucks coffee outweighs all over brands for me the service in this particular Starbucks store is nothing short of appalling of late.

I was waiting for 2 drinks. one appeared & the other one being done by the slowest Barista on the planet. My drink got took by someone else. I received my other drink & took it to the table. Again waiting for my drink to be replaced. The male barista was talking to the woman who took my drink. Saying how rude I was & offered her a free drink. I only asked where my drink was. He then made me wait another 15 minutes to make a latte. I only said to the woman they only shouted you for food. Plus I was stood right by the counter & my drink. She swiped from under my nose. I wish I'd took his name.

Stopped to get breakfast before a shopping spree. Coffee and food good, but display units with bottles and cups etc for sale was quite inconvenient and lots were getting knocked off.

Visited with my daughter,Brought some smoothies.Staff a bit slow but friendly will come back next time.

Service at the counter is slow. They are now trying the take orders at tables for more drinks & but you get the impression that is only provided if the young man taking the orders thinks you are worthy.

Decided to have coffee in Starbucks today as we were close by. I went to the till to order and was ignored as the 3 staff were having a conversation. Eventually my order was taken there was only me in the queue. I moved on to the serving area and waited there was no sign of any coffee being made eventually I asked if my coffee was coming then a rude girl told me she was doing it. The coffees were almost thrown at me she had no manners at all. My Husband had been at a table waiting and said he could not find a clean table for us. The whole place looked dirty and unkempt. There were very few people in now I know why. We will never go there again it's Costa all the way for us

I've had coffee at Starbucks all over the world, and there is something re-assuring about being ab le to get it at home as well. In times gone by I would have paid £3 for a coffee in a shopping centre, but it seems sort of worth it here.

This is a good place to rest up from the rigours of shopping, watch the world go by, enjoy a coffees and a cake.
