The best restaurants serving American food in North West

We came to Grange over Sands for the weekend and visited this pub in the evening for some drinks. I didn't personally order any food, however what I saw being brought out to other guests looked and smelled lovely. The tables and toilets were clean, the service was amazing and there was a bright & cosy atmosphere. A particular thank you to Paddy, who recommended some lovely drinks for us to try. Thank you for making us feel welcome and allowing us to have a lovely evening!

Got a take out on this occasion. Average!

Placed order for delivery; told it would be within 45 minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later, not yet arrived. Phoned to query; the woman on the phone laughed before telling me it had left the restaurant. Food eventually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after order was placed. Upon arrival asked for £2 more than the price stated when order placed. Money not the issue but after the pathetic service, the nerve surprised me. Needless to say, food was cold and it was average at best. Used to order from here nearly every weekend. Not been for a while... standards have slumped! Will not be ordering from here again. Many local places which provide much better food and much better service.

Don't have high expectations of fast food places, but the staff here were excellent, really quick service, very clean seating area, and a nice atmosphere.

We ordered on the kfc app for pickup. We asked for a sauce and lettuce removed from a couple of items, both items had said lettuce and sauce inside when we received them. My partner took them back, waited a long time, only to come back to the table with yet again the wrong order. He went back again, and returned with no sauce but lettuce. By this point our food was freezing. He took it back and asked for fresh food, which they then made wrong and told him he will have to wait whilst they remake it, they will bring it to the table. They brought our wrap over but not the chips. We then were both missing the cheese from our wraps which we paid for, but at this point we were done interacting. Awful service, staff barely apologised, very dismissive and clearly don't give two hoots

Great pub,good food sensible prices, great function room and buffet

I would rate this a 0 if I could 2 burgers and 2 cokes £30 burgers were terable, soggy buns burnt, and possibly the worst i have tasted went in the bin.

Waited 20 minutes in the Mc Drive for a wrong order (Mc Drive empty except for one car in front of us) in the parking lot it looks like shit

Staff seemed genuinely clueless, the woman on the fries didn't move for 15 minutes and waited 10 minutes just for the staff to serve us and let us pay. My girlfriend asked for no mayo and was given cheese on her burger which she can not eat! The burger buns were nearly frozen and stone cold. The chips were half cold and the staff barely moved. Worst KFC i have personally been to

Staff not friendly at all when we all walked in. Loads of lads in there shouting and drunk very loud. Food wasn't up to parr at all sent food back twice. Not child friendly at all. Went toilet also my male family members did and found empty bags in floor and 2 male male members taking drugs. Wouldn't ever recommend this roo anyone.

Great and kind staff, delightful food, decent prices. Will order more for sure. Additionally to my surprise as a new customer on the website I managed to get a decent discount too which made my day just before pay day!

Becky, phoebe and Rachel always make the visit nice. Their friendly service is always great.

In Blackpool for a holiday and there was so many takeaways to choose from, pizza land won my vote on value and good reviews and I must say it didn’t disappoint great mixed kebab, delivered ahead of schedule and was piping hot
