The best restaurants serving American food in North West

Appalling attitude by staff member. One of our party took unwell and her husband had to take her back to hotel. Brother in law sat at their table to accept breakfast order. As it took so long we assumed they had cancelled on their way out. When husband came back he said he hadn't cancelled so went to bar to see where it was. Blonde staff member came over to table and started to argue with us that it had been brought out several times but no one was there and made us out to be liars. Unnecessary attitude ,rude and disgusting customer service. Maybe look at your CCTV as the camera overlooked the table ! Perhaps your staff are too scared of you to admit a mistake!

Brilliant food, always comes hot and fresh. Delivery isn’t too long either and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Very affordable and hands down has the best garlic mayo I’ve ever tased 😍Been ordering here for years now and never had a problem. Love it

Food was lovely, reasonably priced and waitress was lovely and friendly.

Very quick service, food was perfect, served attentively by Chloe.H would recommend coming here, the lunch menu is a fair price too.

Brought my nana here for lunch around 12pm place was very busy but every member of staff was warm and friendly. Warned when ordering food there might be a 40 minute wait but that was made clear and there was a sign. Woman who took my order really friendly and upbeat. Smile on her face. Even when I asked for coffee at a busy bar she kept a smile. When I went back for extra sugar another lady handed it me with a smile. Food came out hot and cooked well in 20 minutes. BOGOF made it great value. Again servers were very friendly polite. Asked if we needed anything else. Attentive even when it was a busy rush. Lovely place for food although busy tables were spotless and the staff were working hard. I hope the pub bosses read this and commend their staff for making it a lovely experiance and the staff should be rewarded for the excellent feed back.

Myself and best friend had been to the cinema . And by the time we came out so we decided on frankie and bennys . And boy we were so glad we did !! Our server turned out to be a manager . And I must say ... what an asset to your business! Made us feel so welcome . My friend is very pedantic with food but with the recommendations given she cleared the plate . Thank you so much for making us feel so special ❤️ we will be back Our visit was on Tuesday 8th October xx

Front of house staff are nice. I ordered rump steak. I ordered medium rare. When I was served which was quick. I given a steak that was really bloody.the peppercorn sauce was really salty. We sent both steaks back. When we got our replacement it was the same and the peppercorn sauce was disgusting. Safe to say we will not be going back there.

We love this frankies and bennies and always visit even though its over 50 miles away The staff are always lovely fast service and amazing food This time there was a bill discrepancy and its not been a good visit this time i had a taste card which is 241 on starters mains and deserts yet they only took it off my starters and desert i tried asking the server why this was as there was no mains taken off and he said its the way it does it and i shown him the t&cs and still wouldnt get it So im not too happy

Absolutamente impactante, mala actitud del personal, pidió hot dog esperando salchicha adecuada y consiguió una gran salchicha enlatada. 9 libras por dos bollos con salchicha enlatada es una broma, así que muchos lugares mejores en Blackpool y no volveremos a visitar este lugar de nuevo. Entonces esperan que pagues en efectivo para ayudarlos.

When we entered the restaurant we were warned that they were short staffed and there may be a slightly longer wait than usual. This was not the case. We were shown to a table by a friendly gentleman. He has asked if either of us had any allergies, I replied yes. He then showed me how to use an tablet which took my allergies into account and showed me a tailor made menu with food that was safe for me to eat. Our waitress that evening was called Leigh, she was absolutely wonderful. Even though she was clearly very busy as there were only a few staff members, she always had a smile on her face and was happy to help. She informed me of all the measures she was taking regarding my allergy, even making sure she washed her hands again just before bringing my dish to the table. She was friendly and helpful all throughout our visit, a real credit to the team. I will definitely be returning. Very happy with service and quality.

Pub y bar dando vueltas por esta parte de la ciudad mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos pasar por The Staggered Inn , hemos estado aquí antes en viajes anteriores a Lancaster, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita. El interior es agradable, se ha perdido un poco de su carácter, decoración y mobiliario, una llamativa barra de servicio domina la sala principal y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este bar, es solo un buen bar para relajarse. Estábamos aquí en un hermoso marzo muy tarde por la noche, el bar estaba ocupado con un gran ambiente, pedimos cervezas, estas se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones siendo helado frío y espumoso, nos relajamos y empapamos de la gran vibra en este bar ocupado y popular mientras bebíamos nuestras cervezas. Las cervezas de aquí eran spot on, una cerveza crujiente, estilo lager dorada rebosante de sabor y muy fácil de beber, especialmente cuando se sirve frío helado como en este bar. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras cervezas aquí antes de seguir adelante, la visita fue buena, lo pasamos bien. El Staggered Inn es fácil de ubicar a lo largo de Market Street. El horario de apertura es; Domingo y lunes, cerrado. Martes a sábado, abierto desde el mediodía. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Comida aceptable, definitivamente nada especial, pero muy caro. La hamburguesa era pequeña, sin ensalada ni nada sabroso. Las papas fritas estaban calientes pero no calientes y obviamente habían estado sentadas durante un tiempo antes de ser servidas. Mac y queso se hizo obviamente mucho antes y se recalentó, que está bien en sí mismo, pero se sirvió como una comida lista - presentación horrible, no se tiene cuidado en absoluto. Personal amable, no hay quejas en absoluto sobre el personal, pero deben estar avergonzados de enviar esa comida a los clientes a ese precio.

Love it here. Happy to open a tab without any fuss and offer good food and good service. Plenty of regulars and decent staff. Good pub

I ordered American pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs, along with a hot chocolate. 1. The scrambled eggs were cold and watery, and it looked like they were just microwaved or reheated. 2. The pancakes were boiling in the middle and cold all around the edges, the maple syrup that came with it had an almost sour taste, but the maple bacon tasted lovely and was hot when it arrived. 3. The hot chocolate itself was perfect, however the rest of the meal except the bacon severely disappointed me. In all honesty, I would’ve gotten a better breakfast from McDonalds down the road.
