Wild West Diner Family Restaurant in Blackpool

We came across this restaurant by chance and what a lucky find. Ella was such a gem, great customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Love the decor and theme, kids loved their food, as did we great portion sizes and excellent value for money. Fab procedures put in place for covid restrictions well done to all the team and a big thanks to Ella agian xx

We were seated very quickly and our order was taken fast as well. Waitress was happy to let us move tables as the sun was blinding us. Due to a staff shortage they was only two on but she kept us updated and food was fantastic. Will certainly go again.

Went to this place for a family meal for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Amazing decor which my full family were impressed with. We were greated ate seated very quickly, to be fair the place wasnt busy at all. Food came in good time however my son ordered a hot dog, chips and beans and what arrived was a breakfast sausage in a hot dog bun. The sausage was around half the size of the bun. Food was ok, however we were never asked how the food was by the waiting staff. We waited a considerable time before I could pay the bill as the waitning staff seemed to be standing at the bar chatting. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic and the table service, I was unwilling to get up and go and find a waitress. The waitress then appeared at the table with the bill and card machine. Didnt ask if we were finished or wanted anymore drinks, I probably would have had another and again never asking how the food was.

Absolutely lovely staff. Great social distances measures in place and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Kids enjoyed it and the staff were really helpful with their many allergies

Stopped in the off chance for dinner, everywhere else was busy but due to it being so dark inside it looked closed but it wasn't! Staff got us in really quickly, food was quick arriving and was tasty the portions, even for the kids meals, were a really good size. Good value for money would defo recommend

Went with friends for lunch on Sunday 30thFriendly, clean n welcoming Food perfectly cooked, hot n big portions, nothing was too much trouble We all had something different, and all got our food at the same time Highly recommended and will definitely be back again

Me and my daughter came here. The lady at reception greated us and was amazing... high 5 to her. We ordered food and waited a while for it to come. I ordered cheese and bacon potato skins and a cajun chicken burger. My daughter ribs and chips. My daughters food was lovely but way too much sauce on the ribs it was swimming. But my cajun chicken burger was under cooked and my potato skin was burnt and tasted burnt. When i told the waiter he looked at me with a right face. Looked at the chicken and replied "it was probed". Probed or not its pink!! He was pretty rude. I paid for the food and left. Wouldnt go back again!!! FOOD POISIONING isnt on my agenda for been away. Im not one to complain so didnt throw a massive scene and said it calmly and nice but he was well aware it wasnt cooked. And no this issue was not rectified and i took photos.

We love this place and can say hand on heart they make the best steak ever. Totally recommend not just the food but the decor is great too.

Not good at all. Inside looked good and it smelt good. We ordered a hotdog with onions & cheese burger. Well the cheeseburger didn’t have cheese on it originally and there was nothing inside it, just a plain cheese burger - something you can get in Wetherspoons for half the price. The hotdog had LOTS of soggy onions on it making it impossible to eat nicely. The hotdog was near enough green colour and was so greasy. Chips weren’t nice at all either. Sauces are sachets but the cheap kind (not branded) so were not nice Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Went on a quiet Thursday night to eat place it lovely inside and the staff are really nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food was awful the chips tasted cheap I had a chicken burger which was terrible dry and my friend had a hot dog which looked like it had come out of tin. Would not cone again

Came here around 7ish on Tuesday. No entry through the entrance waitress let us in through the exit, did not make us aware they would be closing. There was me, my husband and my two month old baby. Asked regarding changing facilities to be told no changing table but there is a nappy disposal bin in the disabled toilet and if I wanted the key I could go in... not changing my baby on the toilet floor thanks! Changed baby on the seat instead. My baby was due a feed so my husband order a starter and we chose our mains too, was hoping by the time food was cooked starter was finished and the mains were served I would have finished feeding my baby only for the starter to be brought out ten mins after ordering it and then the mains followed two mins after. I ordered a Cajun chicken burger not sure how it was cooked that fast anyway when the waiter did the check back I had not managed to eat my food and when I did the burger was very very very dry. My husband said he enjoyed his food and the chips were nice, we had two lattes which had too much coffee. Our friends tried to join us just after we arrived to be told they could not as they were closing. I made the waitress aware at the end when she cleared the table that the burger was not very nice and this was taken off the bill. Reason for my two start review is the fact it appears to be a family restaurant however no suitable changing facilities and the fact they served that burger in the first place is a no. Would not return unfortunately.

Visited this weekend and although Covid secure I was extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered hotdogs, one of the simplest things to cook. They were either out of date or boiled within an inch of their life, inedible! Very friendly staff and clean premises but need to improve on the quality and cookery of the food served. No baby change facilities either, not good for a family resort.

I felt aggrieved at having to give a 1, the attitude of the staff once we highlighted they had made an error with the bill was disgusting. I had paid the bill, but my husband picked up on checking that he had ordered half rack of ribs, but they charged us for a full rack. The waitress’s answer was... well you have paid now, there is nothing we can do... er yes, you can refund the difference. Then I think it was the manager came over and her answer was, well you ate it! Well of course he ate it! He ordered the half rack of ribs and ribs were put in front of him, so he ate them!She was so rude, it is not often I get upset, but she truly ruined my lovely family day out with the way she spoke to us. Oh and the food was not great eitherAVOID AVOID AVOID!

Can't praise these guys enough. Fully covid compliant I felt reassured that all that could be done was being done. Food arrived promptly and was really good. Would come again.

We had Sunday lunch and it tasted dry and it was clear the food was cheap produce. I looked across at other diners and found that their food looked disappointing too. It is a shame as this place looks great from the outside, good view out of the window and location but the food quality needs to improve. Could barely hear the staff talk with the face masks on.

Visited with family on a Friday night. I will start by saying that Covid regulations were followed and everything was extremely clean. We was shown to our table with no wait and the kids were very excited by the saloon style decor. One thing that stood out about our trip was our waitress, Lawren. She was absolutely outstanding. It’s not very often that you experience such exceptional service in a restaurant these days. However, we was disappointed to find that we was unable to leave a tip for her to keep for herself? Our food was lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to return

Whilst waiting to board a booked tram for the illuminations we spotted this restaurant. We were welcomed and led to a table which had been cleaned. Masks were noted as being worn by staff whilst walking through the restaurant which was appreciated. Our order was taken and we awaited our shared plate of nachos before individual main courses. A mix up occurred whereby our main couses of steak and burgers arrived first. On alerting the waiter he went to speak to the kitchen and our nachos and additional chips and cheese arrived with apologies. It proved to be too much food at one serving and I had to admit defeat. The cost was reasonable compared to others and a tip was left. It was ideal for a family of three about to face the elements. People may have different opinions but this was my review.

Absolutely disgusting how we were treat at this place. I stated I was exempt from wearing face covering to then be asked what is the reason why I'm exempt and then asking what my disability was. I then told Thomas (staff) that I felt completely uncomfortable and disgusted with how he treat us. He then stated he will ask management if we can come in. Safe to say we didn't hang around and left to eat elsewhere.

The decor of this place is absolutely amazing, but other than this I wouldn’t be in a rush to return as nothing else about this restaurant is Wild West, or even American. To start with, in a Wild West restaurant and in keeping with the decor you’d expect country music to be played, but having normal charts music just completely spoils the atmosphere. The food was big portions and filling, but for the price was nothing special. The burgers were very plain, literally just a burger in a plain bun no toppings or anything, and the buns were very hard. Also I would expect the menu to be more American rather than just plain burgers or hot dogs, and maybe more American drinks and deserts.I think that this could be a great restaurant with some improvements, ie the music in keeping with the theme, and the menu to be more American.

Arrived during the day but hadn't booked anywhere to eat, so was pleased after checking the menu out at the door that there would be food I would probably like (I am a awkward vege). We asked if they had a table which the young lady said yes and directed us. We checked over the menu again before the waiter came to take our order. When he came I asked what the vegetarian burger was made of to which (thought it may of been your normal chickpea varity) he replied I dont know tbh I am a meat eater. Puzzled and taken aback I ordered it and my partner placed his order. The meal came very quickly and on further inspection of the veggie option it just looked and smelt like a normal burger. I took it off the roll and ended up basically just eating chips . To be fair I should of asked him to go and check but then again staff should be aware of the food being served. The rest of the meal was ok and my partner enjoyed his. I wont make a conscious effort to vist again but on saying that if you like your burgers and other meats I am sure you would enjoy here.

The food was great. Portion was large with quality products. We ordered 2 main dishes and costs us only 26 pounds. The night before, we were at another small restaurant that didn't serve good food but still cost 26 pounds for a stake. This place hence incomparably great! The decoration is porch. We though it must be expensive, but not at all. The staffs gave us complementary garlic breads too. They don't accept tips on card. Highly recommended.

Ate here with my cousin and his wife. Place was clean but the first thing I noticed was the waitresses were not wearing any kind of mask, first time I’ve seen this since restaurants reopened. We ordered a plate of nachos to share as a starter, these ended up arriving after the mains. Cousin’s wife had the prawn cocktail salad, looked good, plenty of prawns and she enjoyed it. My cousin and I both had burgers, his with cheese. My plain burger was exactly that, a lump of meat in a bun with nothing else just a small side salad on the plate and fries. Meat didn’t seem particularly overcooked but was very dry, almost hard and not very nice. I had beer battered onion rings on the side, clearly out of a freezer bag. Sigh. We just had soft drinks, cousin’s ‘fresh’ orange juice was out of a carton. Final straw was when I came to pay the bill. I don’t begrudge servers a tip even if the food isn’t up to much so I asked her to make the £40 bill up to 45 only to be told they can’t add a tip if I’m paying by card. Huh? What? Never had that happen before in any restaurant. Had 2 quid in change in my pocket so I’m afraid that’s all she got and there was nothing wrong with the service apart from the late nachos. I don’t much like leaving bad reviews but I’d never set foot in this place again, it only gets 2 stars cos the waitresses were nice and friendly.

we went last thursday weve been here before and yet again the food was really good and the staff were really helpful and friendly. we enjoyed our visit and it was reasonable price wise. worth going to from outside you cant tell its open but it is.

Food came out really quick, especially the starters. Almost too quick. Not sure how they made the chicken wings so quickly. Food was nice, but not the best we’ve had. Service was great and quick

Just came back from Blackpool and ate in here 3 times in 2 days. Fantastic food, Amazing service especially Tom. He noticed that we had been in a few tomes and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were looked after he is an absolute credit to the team. Restaurant well laid out for social distance and the manager did not let too many people in at one time which was great. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Blackpool. Definitely worth a visit!

After leaving the tower we stumbled across the Wild West diner, decided to give it a go. Family of 6 we walked in and to be honest there was more staff than customers......it was 3.30 so a little in between eating times. Kids meals were free all the food was very good in particular the burgers! Cooked very well and were good quality! Kids drinks were a bit restricted to "orange juice cartons". The one thing that let it down was the strange atmosphere in there...couldn't quite put my finger on it but something wasn't quite right.

The food was good the service was quick we didn’t wait any time at all for our food. The burger was massive the hot dog delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Been in Blackpool so many times and never even thought to try here for food never found anywhere good for eating til now after all these years visitingFirst time visiting and definitely won't be our last food was amazing quality and great value for the portion sizes,great quick service will definitely be returning on future visits.

I visited this restaurant last Friday (half term) with my boyfriend and two children. The food was lovely and very good value for money. Children ate free during half term which was good. The children's portions were good size and come with a drink. Staff were friendly. We all enjoyed our food and would 100% return.

Ordered nachos to start and potato skins was both lovely but the size of the nachos portion you can share it was huge lol Steak for mains was nice but had better i think it's expensive for what you get considering you have to pay £2.50 extra for a sauce and even butter ! Expensive considering miller and Carter that's all in with the costAgain the alcohol price is mega expensive no need for this if it was reasonable you would buy more The staff are friendly and it's extremely clean Just prices need to be more realistic

Terrible service, food took over 1 hour to arrive and the Tuna salad took the longest! The waitress looked miserable. When the food finally arrived it was great but not worth the wait. Have been here before and the service was good so might of just been a bad day

Visited the Wild West Diner for the first time in August 17', came back in January 18'. The restaurant is brilliantly modeled on the US in the 1800s. Service is quick and polite, food is excellent.

We decided to try this Diner and was very happy with the service and the food. They were very friendly and the food was delicious. Will certainly return.

Stayed in Blackpool for New Year & popped in for lunch . Great menu choices especially for myself being gluten free & vegan . Reasonably priced food & drinks . Friendly helpful staff especially a young waitress we think was called Alisha? But her badge said Natasha . She went out of her way to make sure we had enjoyable experience. Will definitely visit again .

Good selection of food, well cooked, plenty of side dishes as well Staff friendy & very efficient, would recommend not much else to say, it was a very pleasent environment

Visited for lunch, food was lovely, my other half had the hot chilli, be warned it is very hot, I had the burrito (veg) with side dishes which I loved, not much for vegetarians, but can have a lot of side dishs, staff were friendy and efficient

Came in at the weekend with my boyfriend Becky was an excellent server, made us feel so welcome chatty and amicable, food came fast and efficient excellent for a busy night out got seated so quickly hope to return soon! Food was amazing!

Myself and my girlfriend came to eat here last night and after just walking in and being sat straight away we began to look at the menu. After our order was taken one of the members of staff came back and told us they had no more t bone sreaks(originally what i ordered). I thought maybe should have told us this to start with?

Wild west diner was great place for evening meal , good choice of themed meals.

We came on Saturday as a large group (30+) after visiting the circus.

We ate here last night as a family of three including a 7 year old boy. Plenty of choice and staff very helpful. It was busy but we were seated quickly, the restaurant was very pleasant. Food came quickly and was very good. Only downside was I did feel we were rushed out after we had eaten with barely time to finish our drinks, there were people waiting and the staff obviously felt under pressure to seat them, however I also felt I needed time to finish the £6 glass of wine I’d bought!! Overall a lovely place and would visit again.

Had lunch with the family and a friend he had ago of your hot wings challenge and did it no problem to win his free hat, it was also good that they gave my son a hat as well as he asked for one to. Only thing I could say bad is how much two bbq sauces cost which was £5

After looking at Trip Advisor we decided to try the Wild West Diner. Staff were really friendly and we were seated straight away. The food was good and served quickly. We did have to wait for my little boys meal once we'd all nearly finished ours but this was quickly sorted and they didn't charge us for his meal. I would recommend this restaurant as its got very quirky interior and all staff were courteous and very helpful.

Coming in with a push chair, staff just stood and watch us trying to get it down the steps, the food was poor and we didnt enjoy it.

Arrived and waited to be seated. A lady and gentleman that was stood behind us, pushed past us and seated themselves. A member of staff saw this and advised waiting staff on what had happened and we were duly seated at the table they were made to vacate. Service was quick and efficient and the food really good.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting Blackpool Tower, and so glad we went in. The staff were really friendly and welcoming they didn't even say anything when my son started drinking ketchup from the table (oh dear!) and the food was extremely yummy.

What great place to eat the food is amazing and the service second to none we had the steak and rib combo and it's was cooked to perfection I would recommend this place to anyone

Had a lovely 3 course meal and will definitely be returning. Good price for what we had....atmosphere was throughout western even the toilets followed the theme. All clean. Cosey and waitresses were pleasant especially dani :-)

Lovely meal at Wild West Diner. We both had burgers which tasted fantastic, although I wasn't able to finish mine as there was quite a lot! Neither of us realised until we were leaving that the staff were waiting to close - however they didn't rush us out or put us under pressure to leave, and were very friendly and chatty with us as we were paying the bill. Would definitely visit again if we returned to Blackpool.

We popped in because we were watching a show that night at the Sands Venue. The food was well presented and tasty. Perhaps a little over priced for what we got but then you expect it from a themed bar. The staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful. I was with a disabled gentleman whom I care for and the facilities were perfectly satisfactory for him.

Popped in out of curiosity, best move ever very friendly attentive staff, really clean and excellent food. Would definitely recommend it.

We were staying in Blackpool for a few days and between going to the circus and the Pleasure Beach, we needed something to eat.

Went for dinner as we fancied ribs and the food was absolutely vile. We had the loaded potato skins and they were given to us raw with a bit of cheese microwaved on top. The Coke tasted like cleaning fluid as the glass washer was obviously putting too much fluid through. The manager then said "we don't use anything in the glass washer!" Says it all. Walked out in the end.

Stumbled across this place on Friday for tea. The food and service was excellent. In fact it was so nice we ate there Saturday and Sunday. It made a lovely change to over priced soggy fish and chips. On Saturday it was a 45 minute but that did not deter us because we had enjoyed it so much. Prices are very good and the food is plentiful and very fresh. Will definitely be coming back

Stopped in for lunch. Service was good and the place is well presented as a Wild West town. Menu choice is as you would get in most BBQ restaurants but the food was served hot which gets my vote and was good quality.

Chips were undercooked, steak and chicken was over cooked, the garlic and herb sauce was literally melted butter in a gravy boat, they never brought the peppercorn sauce, no one ever checked to see if the food was alright, the wine tasted like mule piss, the chicken wings were floating away in the sauce and the waiter was more interested in fixing his hair in any reflective surface he could find. Feel like Billy the Kid walked in, shot me in the face and stole my wallet.

Very friendly and welcoming place. Food is awesome. I'm very fussy over burgers but not anymore from here. The staff are very efficient. Can't recommend it enough.

Went in for something to eat and found it to be a nice place.The staff from the start were quick and attentive and I was not disappointed with the food and portions we received .would certainly go. Ack again

Me and my partner were hungry and walking along promenade spotted the Wild West diner as it was empty.

Family of eight, Had a lovely meal here last night food piping hot and well presented. Value for money, noticed our drinks on bar for around ten minutes before we received them after dinner our coffees was just about warm. Having been in the catering trade most of my life I do notice things, like how our waitress Becky was extremely efficient and professional and was THE one running that floor maybe other waitresses need to take a leaf out of Becky's book, Also I cannot understand why potential Customers was being refused entry as the girl on the door was turning them away saying the "resturant was full and was a 30 minute wait for food " when clearly this was not the case as quite a numerous of people was leaving the resturant and tables was unoccupied, I can only put it down to as the legends show upstairs was starting to getting busy with food orders and staff was not equipped enough to serve both resturant and the legends show upstairs ...I will definately return to this resturant.

I went in to ask for a table said I'd have to wait , so I sat in the waiting area I was given a table after a wait. Then they did eventually bring a menu . Yet another length wait for my order to be taken . Why not give people menu well waiting then take orders when they get the table ! Food was ok for money nothing special .The salad was swimming in dressing so maybe has well to say if you don't want dressing on your food.

Really enjoyed the food.. however a lot of staff were just standing about talking, while drinks were just sat on the bar going cold or flat.. seemed to be only one member of the food staff doing anything, a young blonde girl, asked her name she said it was Becky.. was a bit confused as there were lots of empty tables and lady stood at the door was turning people away.. food was really nice though but our hot drinks weren't hot!

Second night I was in Blackpool, looking for somewhere good to eat before I went to the circus. Happened upon this place on Blackpool front and I can honestly say it was the best food I had while I was there. It was quite full and we had to wait a short while to be seated but the food was well worth the wait.

We all had different meals chips were frozen ones ribs were like a lump of congealed sauce on top panini cheese wasn't melted enough when we left I asked two separate members of staff if it was all cooked fresh or was it frozen was told fresh there was no way anything was fresh and told them that chips think were cooked in oven they were too dry a waste of £50 wouldn't recommend it

Stopped in here for dinner with my mum and two kids firstly trying to get a table was tricky even though it didn't seem overly busy .... waited for quite a while. It when food turned up there was a lot of it ! The kids meals were free so drinks and dinner only came to £24.90! Couldn't finish the food - so much of it! No complaints good well cooked American style food . Recommended .

We had to find a table ourselves and then had to wait ten minutes for a menu, server was polite and friendly. Starters came after 30 mins and they were good sized portions. The cheese on the nachos we would have preferred it to be more melted - did seem like it'd been microwaved. Potato skins very nice and garlic ciabatta was lovely and a good size.

We were served by Ieshia yesterday lunchtime and she looked after us extremely well. My Mum and I had popped down to Blackpool for a day trip from Scotland and we were tired and hungry when we arrived at the Restaurant having wandered the Prom. Ieshia was friendly, in particular she spoiled my Mum who is 81, nothing was a bother for her.

We had so much choice for food on the first night of our trip we just walked along the promenade and just chose a place to eat that didn't look busy. There was a bouncer on the door which we thought was strange but he was very polite. We were told that the wait time was unknown but we could have a seat and wait for a waitress to take our drink order. No one ever came, but we were eventually sat after 10 minutes in a half empty restaurant. They were so slow, we weren't sure what was going on. However, the staff had to double check what I had ordered which was probably down to a mistake of poor writing, poor interpretation and new staff. What followed from this was a joke, my partner ordered a combination of half rack of ribs and a steak. What arrived was 3 plates of food, my hot-dog, a steak meal and a ribs meal. This was quickly resolved though. The food wasn't bad, however... the air conditioning cooled our food down before you had time to finish it. E.g. the chips were freezing before i'd finished my hot-dog. The desert was lovely, potted ice cream and I had the death by chocolate torte. The slow turn over of tables probably resulted in the long wait. The couple after us had a worse time than us and left after there missing drinks and food order. More training needed by the new staff!

My daughter and I decide to go here on our first night in Blackpool from the start we were very impressed the waiting on staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them our food came within 20 minutes of ordering steak was lovely and my daughters child plate was a very good portion size the food and staff were that nice that we decide to go back the following night look forward to next time thanks

We served by Dannii, she was excellent! Really helpful and polite made us have a great experience, would go again! Food came very quick at a great price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was surprised that a restaurant in such a prominent location was as competitively priced as it is. Then when we came to order to our surprise the kids meals came free; making this a very reasonably priced meal.

We was greeted at the door and taken to our table. The waitress was brilliant I didn't get her name but from other reviews she has been mentioned before as she is the only foreign lady working there. Always smiling and attentive. Just what you need In a restaurant. Kids ate free when selecting from certain parts of the menu which we did so. Myself and my partner both chose the Wild West wagon chicken which was 5 x chicken fillets Coated in bread crumbs served with chips and salad. Our son had a free kids meal of fish gingers. Curly fries and beans which came with a drink. We both also had a pint of bud each. The food was lovely. Plenty of it as well! I wish we had tried the ribs. But defiantly will if we come to Blackpool again! All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Blackpool. And an added bonus was the bill was only £23 for all of us! Fantastic!

Visited for lunch as a family of five (3 young children). Restaurant is based on the American Wild West, with big booths on the inside of restaurant and tables against windows. Restaurant is decorated in typical fashion with a cow skin bar and buffalo heads etc, which the kids found entertaining. The restaurant seemed clean with no issues, however we were first customers in that day.

24.08.2017.Myself my husband and two children called in today for tea and we were not dissappointed in fact we were very impressed. The food was gorgeous and a massive portion.Our waitress Iesha( I hope I've spelt that right) was amazing. She was always smiling and checking if everyone was ok and was constantly doing something. In a world were unfortunately so many are miserable and sour faced Iesha was a delight even down to the simple gesture of popping some extra napkins on our table just at the right moment. I have both worked as a waitress and in the past employed waiting staff and she is a credit to you and I would of been thrilled to of had her as an employee. If we were ever to visit Blackpool again I would have no hesitation in calling in again.

Very welcoming and friendly, great service very nice waitress called Lara I think ( she was foreign ) excellent table manners, it was quick and friendly atmosphere. Food was lovely and very good value for money.

Amazing food, staff were fab too, really helpful as my son can't eat dairy, and such good value for money the children ate for free, we will definitely be coming here again when we next visit Blackpool

Going to somewhere new I was looking forward to a delicious meal and I can say it was delivered on plate in abundance . We had a lovely waitress called Debby (sorry if I spealt it wrong) and she kept 3 children happy which is no mean feat . I had the Rump and rack of ribs and it was cooked to perfection . Every mouthful was devine and the only part I didn't enjoy was eating the last bit of steak as it couldn't have been cooked any better. My wife had just the ribs and chicken and my eldest son had the same as me and my 11 year old son as well. When you go somewhere for the 1st time you measure how good it is on empty the plate was and there wasn't a stray garden pea on 1 plate. 5 empty plates and I was so happy with choosing this fine establishment . I pray you are as lucky to have Debby being your waitress and I know you wlll be in very safe hands and you are guaranteed a fantastic meal as well.

Nice food and good service. This was our first visit but we have already said we will eat here again when we visit Blackpool next time.

Our second visit this year to this restaurant and this visit tried the wildest surf and turf which was described as beef tails filled with prawns. Although the food was tasty our meal had 4 prawns on the smallest medallion of beef I have ever seen !!!! For what you get for £22 I think the food was way overpriced. Service was average but when asked if all was ok and told not really I thought what we got was really poor nothing was offered not even the chance to speak to the manager who was at the time just interested in counting money from the till. My overall experience is this restaurant is very pricey and are not really interested in looking after the paying customer and the portions are very small for high prices

Originally went in and was told it was fully booked as we were leaving we saw a couple get seated, so we went back asked another waitress and were strangely led to a table?? Bit of a mix up on seating!

Went here on the first night of our break away in Blackpool, and had a lovely meal! I had the chicken with jerk sauce, my husband had the half rack of ribs and the kids had burger and hotdogs. All of the food was brilliant, tasty and hot. The kids meals came free, so four of us were able to eat for less than £20! The staff were even happy to provide us with what we needed to warm our baby food up. We tried to go back for a second meal, but went at the wrong time, and couldn't wait... Will definitely be back again for our next visit to Blackpool.

Had food here on Friday night. Service was slow. One person ordered steak well done and it came bloody, it was sent back and was basically a steak that was all fat. Couldn't eat it but they gave us a free drink and our meal for free which was nice. Rest of food was good but corn on the cob was very watery and seemed microwaved. Wouldn't go back. Asked for bill at the end of the night and the waitress couldn't speak English and kept having to fetch people to see to us.

Came here with my partner for our 8th anniversary meal, as we were really interested in coming here as we have passed it a few times on our outings. Was greeted by a man who said that they were busy and to just sit anywhere and didn't even look at us. It took 20 minutes for us to be able to place an order and then a further half an hour for it to arrive and it was disappointing to say the least. My parters bacon and egg burger was burnt and additions were missing off it. He said the bread was as dry as old bones. My chicken meal was tasteless and it was obviously cheap frozen chicken. My sauce smelled disgusting, was oily and split.

We visited here as a family of four on the Sunday of the air show so very busy st 5.30 pm when we got there, couldn't book a table but after a 15 minute wait we were seated, service was good and our food was nice. Lots of negative comments didn't put us off, it's no 5* restaurant but very pleased with our meal

Should of known on entering, told cant book a table, & at least an hour wait, then in the next breath after shaking my head in disgust at his so cold welcome, was asked to take a seat & they would serve us asap. Plenty seats around us, so have no idea why we were told such a long waiting time.

If i would want to try this type of food, i would go to Weatherspoon or Beefeter

It started to rain so dived into here for lunch...so pleased. Food was really nice...two of our family had to wait for food a little longer but they both said it was worth the wait...our waitress was lovely and a credit to the business. We told her this so hope her manager reads this also....anyways great food great price nice atmosphere fab staff. Well done guys.

First let's start with the praise.....just one lady running around doing her best to make things work(think she may of been assistant/manager)but fighting against the tide.

For months me and my family were thinking about visiting this place and had high expectations as it seemed a fun new theme I haven't seen here in blackpool. Safe to say that I wasn't impressed by either the food or the service. After being seated it wasn't long before our order was taken, after a short wait a waitress came over with our drinks and was informed that our request for the ham to be taken off the carbonara for our autistic son wasn't possible as the food comes 'already prepped' so we shrugged it off and decided when it came that we'd simply scoop off the ham for him to enjoy his favourite meal. When our food came the burgers looked good and the salad fresh but our son's food didn't look at all like the usual carbonara, it was swimming in a soup of pure grease, no sign of that lovely creamy sauce that it would normally be cooked in. Too salty and tasted very strongly of garlic (I'm not sure what you think a carbonara is but that wasn't it) he picked at it which he usually would polish off a whole meal as I said before it is his favourite meal. It was obvious that the pasta dishes cooked by your 'executive chef' is all frozen and not at all freshly prepared, this meal would have took 15 mins to cook from fresh so I'm very disappointed. The waiter never asked us if we're were enjoying the meal and when we finished we had to wait around for at least 20 mins for our bill of which we had to grab a passing member of staff for. No smiles were seen in the whole place and the staff seemed to only be doing so to eachother at the bar.

very eye catching from the outside, the theme is so fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it, staff very smiley and friendly, good choice on the menu, good choice also for vegetarians, food came in good time, I had a chicken burrito which I was warned on ordering it's quite spicy which it was but I good amount of spice (not over powering) which I like. good size portions, unfortunately didn't have room for dessert which is unlike me, only thing is say it check your bill as it was kids eat free being advertised and we got charged for the kids hot dogs, which unfortunately my error not checking, and realised later that day when I looked at the receipt, other than that id defiantly eat here again and again.

One of the nicest family meals out, friendly helpful staff, good quality food and portions. Would totally recommend to anyone who likes good food in a nice atmosphere..

Visited here recently and from walking the service was fantastic. Waitress was lovely, very chatty and made us feel very comfortable. Food was amazing too. If you haven't been yet get yourself in and give it a try

Omg amazing place , seated and served within 10 mins , food was hot and tasty portion sizes huge though so dont go in for a wee lunch 2 or 3 hours before dinner x great value for money and lovely staff

Gave this place another go since we had a rather disappointing visit last year- not much has changed unfortunately.

We had a family & friend day out in Blackpool, after a really lovely day in unusually good weather we were all starving.

Where to start firstly we were told it would be a 20 min wait for table which was fine as we had 8 of us in our group, we were shown to a small area and told someone would arrive shortly to take our drinks order, 20 minutes later we were fed up of waiting so went to the bar ourselves another 20 mins or so passed and we were finally shown to our table and given menus ect

We came here with family and friends for a meal before setting off home. We were told by the "Security Guard" on the door that there would be a 30 minute wait on food and a 20 minute wait for a table. We thought about it and we were ok with that.

From the outside this looks like a good place to go for a cowboy themed steak or rack of ribs etc. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving!
