Fantastic food best kebab I’ve had in ages will be back no fat or bones and salad was so fresh. Pleasant and friendly staff true culture 👍

Mixed kebab was nice but overpriced at £19. For a £19 mixed grill in a restaurant, you wouldn't get donner kebab. Both margaritas were overcooked and both looked and felt like cardboard. The garlic sauce was 90p extra and it came in the smallest pots you can buy. They were probably 2cm deep and they weren't overflowing with garlic sauce. You could barely dip your food in. The order came to £59 and change and we received a free portion of chips. I'm not rushing back.

If that was a large I'd hate to see a small kebab. Very salty. Very poor all round

Been here 3 times now and it hasn't disappointed at all. Friendly staff and the food is tasty and seems very fresh. It appears that they put a lot of effort into getting the food right and I think that it's up there as one of the best in the area. Not badly priced either and free garlic bread when spending over £20.

Don't order anything from this store. Their portion is too sma, and not fresh at all. They will also ask you to remove your review, and spamming you if you don't.

Ordered a large kebab on nann chips garlic bread donnor meat and chips nann bread came in a bag on its own very small meat and chips in separate boxes meat was like rubber chips cold and soggy rang several times to complain no answer definitely gone down hill wen you order a kebab you don’t expect to have to make you own on arrival 😂😂

I wish I could send a photo of the state my pizza arrived, over half was stuck to the lid of the box which look like it had been sat on never again will I order from this establishment.. Very disappointed.

I have been a regular customer for years. Pizza we had was great, chicken strips and chips were disappointing no usual seasoning, portion of chips no seasoning as usual, tubs of sauces have gone miniature, completely forgot my kebab, was tasty but the meat was just scrappy bits, needs to improve a bit, might start trying to find a new regular place,

Worst Donna meat I’ve ever had - thickly cut slabs of anemic fatty gristle. Chips were cold, floppy and turning stale. Ordered through just eat - they refused to refund / worst £30 on food we’ve ever spent.

Me and my partner had a bbq pizza and a special burger and it was absolutely amazing we will definitely be ordering again would highly recommend

I’ve decided to order food from Riccardo’s as it was showing delivery time 15-30 min. Once I’ve paid, delivery time changed to 50-80 min.

2nd time we’ve ordered and missed an item again - good food but annoying they missed our drink 😞

I got a cheese burger and chicken and chips. The chicken wasn't much to right about I've had better. The cheese burger was OK. I wouldn't have them again. But the kebabs are fab.

Ordered lots from here previously and used to be consistently ok. Food is now rubbish. The donner is just slimy fatty gristle. Owners not interested when trying to resolve. Will not be using again

They’ve changed the donner meat. Absolutely rank, fatty and full of gristle. Had to throw it and go elsewhere and they refused to give a refund.

Always ordered from here but tonight's was awful. Apparently changed ownership 3 months ago. Ordered a kebab with red chilli sauce and we got slimy meat with a red paste all over it. Also ordered chips and they came covered in red salt, we didn't ask for red salt. Won't be ordering again.

Just ordered a pizza and is not eatable. Is all stucked on the pizza box. They forgot the order for my daughter and the costumer service is horrible. Really rude!!!!

Disgusting lamb kebab was cold and bone fragments in the meat. The chicken was steaming hot clearly been in a microwave £22.50 I have never had worse.

Prices went up, food quality went down. Meet in donner was cold and dried. Naan bread from supermarket, also cold and dry. I can make it better at home. On top of this they do not accept card payments. Adam’s all the way!!!!!

Food is always great from here, staff are always very polite and the takeaway is always kept very clean and tidy.

This used to be my go-to takeaway but it started going downhill last year so haven't used them for months. Tonight, I thought I'd give them another try. I was gobsmacked by how much the prices had gone up but hoped the food would reflect the price........ It didn't. Chips (£3) were lukewarm and soggy. Mighty Meaty pizza, actually seemed overcooked and definitely NOT worth the immense price hike. I won't make thd mistake again, I'll just go elsewhere.

The food here is absolutely amazing, the best part is if you use there app, call them direct or go in the actual shop, if you spend over £10 you get a free 9" garlic bread pizza!!

Cold food bad phone service when complaining

Just ordered the large kebab and my little girl his just pull something out here mouth when eating it what we thought was flat peice of plastic but it was glass will not be ordering from here again kebab definitely not worth a 10er

Twice I’ve had the kebab and twice the meat is warm. Near enough cold. The pitta it comes with has been rock hard both times and they ration the sauce. Quite literally. Both times I’ve had it, I only had ONE line of chilli sauce. Will definitely be avoiding this place!

Food is always freshly made and delicious. Order direct for delivery and it's cheaper than with an external delivery company. Really well priced too. We feed a family of 3 for around £20 and that's main with a few extras. Highly recommend it.

Ordered from here tonight and the guy who placed My order placed it wrong and then when I rang to try to let them know they told me that it was My fault and was incredibly rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And seems like they only take cash as must be tax dodging

Until today would have given 5* review but not any more. Kebab meat was greasy, rubbery, cold and tough. When we rang and complained instead of offering an apology and refund they were rude and defiant. Poor attitude towards customer service so will not go there ever again nor recommend to anyone.

Stopped here on a whim, and actually it was really great food! We ordered a 14 &12 inch pizza and a 9 inch garlic bread with cheese between 2 adults and 2 teens. And albeit we were full to bursting afterwards, we demolished every piece! The pizza had a lovely thin and crisp base with plenty of topping but was not greasy like some takeaway pizza. Would happily recommend and will certainly call again if we're in that neck of the woods. 😊

Wow!! Just ordered a diner kebab. It arrived between two buns instead of a pitta bread. Was so full of grease I thought John travolta and Olivia newton John we’re gonna jump out of it singing! It even had a quiff! I’d rather raid the bins outside McDonald’s. I actually feel sick!

Could not fault the service, and the quality of the food. I use Riccardos every so often, and the quality is always of good quality

Just ordered 2 kebabs and chips and thrown it in the bin….awful. Very disappointing. The kebabs were in a very small pitta bread and not a naan. Tiny portions.

Food was loveley very. Hot staff are friendly and polite well worth a try you can also order off there website and get free delivery plus many more offers great place

Really disappointed with the customer service tonight, I regularly order 4 pieces of riccardos chicken that will last me two meals, tonight I got sent 4 chicken strips no bone which cost me £6.50, disgusting! We order food at least once every two weeks if not more from this restaurant, in all fairness they have just phoned to apologise saying their guy made a mistake this doesn’t distract from the fact when I rang to complain the guy that answered was very rude saying it was what I ordered which it wasn’t which was later confirmed , he hung up on me , so bad customer service needless to say I won’t be ordering off them again and if you have any sense you won’t either!

I always use these guys. The best takeaway in blackpool in my opinion. Excellent food. Excellent customer service. Super fast service.

I have just been to this kebab shop And the kebab size was really small Although i am a returning customer sadly I will find somewhere else. Really disappointed.

Great Pizzas and the chicken was good also, delivery time was quick and the driver was very helpful. The rest of the takaway places in St.Annes/Blackpool are all very poor and I have been looking for a couple of years now.

Called in here for some food, not much else within walking distance of Blackpool Airport. Left stood at the counter for a long time whilst staff attended to other stuff at the rear if the premises. Not once did anyone say "We'll be with you in a minute" there was just a rude awkward silence and looks. Eventually we gave up and walked outside, at that point somebody walked over to serve. Placed our order, food was not very nice, Chicken was overcooked and very greasy, not light coloured as you'd expect, but dark, I left most of it and exited. The food repeated on me all afternoon and had me borking and nearly vomited later on. Not one I'd recommend for Food, Manners or Service.

Just had a pizza. Nice thin Base. Not overly greasy. My wife's chicken burger she said was the best she's had from a takeaway. In my personal opinion you can't please everyone. Take the time to order and try for yourself. Overall the service with the driver was excellent and our food definetly arrived HOT.....

First time ordering from here got a meal deal for $16.50 came quicker than thort when it arrived it was awful. The fried chicken we couldnt eat. Seemed like it had been there for days and full of grease. My gf chicken burger was dry. Never mind the rest. The salad was the nicest part im were not fussy eaters. Would not reccomend.
