Not a clue what this is , but it certainly isn't lamb Donner kebab 🤮 looks and takes vile

I got a cheese burger and chicken and chips. The chicken wasn't much to right about I've had better. The cheese burger was OK. I wouldn't have them again. But the kebabs are fab.

Ordered lots from here previously and used to be consistently ok. Food is now rubbish. The donner is just slimy fatty gristle. Owners not interested when trying to resolve. Will not be using again

They’ve changed the donner meat. Absolutely rank, fatty and full of gristle. Had to throw it and go elsewhere and they refused to give a refund.

Always ordered from here but tonight's was awful. Apparently changed ownership 3 months ago. Ordered a kebab with red chilli sauce and we got slimy meat with a red paste all over it. Also ordered chips and they came covered in red salt, we didn't ask for red salt. Won't be ordering again.

Just ordered a pizza and is not eatable. Is all stucked on the pizza box. They forgot the order for my daughter and the costumer service is horrible. Really rude!!!!

Food very disappointing now always had kebabs from here but now they use really thick grisly pieces of meat had to throw the kebab in the bin waste of money !

Well worth a visit and the reviews are spot on. Chucked in a free garlic bread for me too. Mmmm

Prices went up, food quality went down. Meet in donner was cold and dried. Naan bread from supermarket, also cold and dry. I can make it better at home. On top of this they do not accept card payments. Adam’s all the way!!!!!

Food is always great from here, staff are always very polite and the takeaway is always kept very clean and tidy.

This used to be my go-to takeaway but it started going downhill last year so haven't used them for months. Tonight, I thought I'd give them another try. I was gobsmacked by how much the prices had gone up but hoped the food would reflect the price........ It didn't. Chips (£3) were lukewarm and soggy. Mighty Meaty pizza, actually seemed overcooked and definitely NOT worth the immense price hike. I won't make thd mistake again, I'll just go elsewhere.

The food here is absolutely amazing, the best part is if you use there app, call them direct or go in the actual shop, if you spend over £10 you get a free 9" garlic bread pizza!!

Ordered here a few times after just recently moving round the corner. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious & well cooked can’t fault it at all

Food always arrives hot ,, on time and perfectly cooked,, been ordering for some time now and can honestly say its our go to place now 🙂

Cold food bad phone service when complaining

Just ordered the large kebab and my little girl his just pull something out here mouth when eating it what we thought was flat peice of plastic but it was glass will not be ordering from here again kebab definitely not worth a 10er

Twice I’ve had the kebab and twice the meat is warm. Near enough cold. The pitta it comes with has been rock hard both times and they ration the sauce. Quite literally. Both times I’ve had it, I only had ONE line of chilli sauce. Will definitely be avoiding this place!

Food is always freshly made and delicious. Order direct for delivery and it's cheaper than with an external delivery company. Really well priced too. We feed a family of 3 for around £20 and that's main with a few extras. Highly recommend it.

Ordered the bbq calzone 10/10 - they told me it was 45 min wait for delivery but was delivered in 20mins! Unreal as always

Ordered from here tonight and the guy who placed My order placed it wrong and then when I rang to try to let them know they told me that it was My fault and was incredibly rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And seems like they only take cash as must be tax dodging

Until today would have given 5* review but not any more. Kebab meat was greasy, rubbery, cold and tough. When we rang and complained instead of offering an apology and refund they were rude and defiant. Poor attitude towards customer service so will not go there ever again nor recommend to anyone.

Stopped here on a whim, and actually it was really great food! We ordered a 14 &12 inch pizza and a 9 inch garlic bread with cheese between 2 adults and 2 teens. And albeit we were full to bursting afterwards, we demolished every piece! The pizza had a lovely thin and crisp base with plenty of topping but was not greasy like some takeaway pizza. Would happily recommend and will certainly call again if we're in that neck of the woods. 😊

Really rude staff. No customer service at all. Im pretty sure they dont like british people. Food is bad.

Ignorant staff, waited 10 minutes at the counter they didn’t even acknowledge me being there, these people need a lesson in customer service skills, even a thanks for waiting we’ll be with you shortly!!!! But sod all!!!! Been going there for years but now never again!!!! total lack of customer service, not going back ever again. Don’t use

Probably the worst Donar Kebab I've ever had..the wifes chicken kebab was even worse..what chicken...!! Definitely won't be ordering from here again

Been using Riccardo's for a few years and the food just keeps getting better, friendly staff and quick delivery.

Food was loveley very. Hot staff are friendly and polite well worth a try you can also order off there website and get free delivery plus many more offers great place

Kebabs and everything really good only thing I don't enjoy is your garlic bread its too thin and goes like cardboard after a bit

Really disappointed with the customer service tonight, I regularly order 4 pieces of riccardos chicken that will last me two meals, tonight I got sent 4 chicken strips no bone which cost me £6.50, disgusting! We order food at least once every two weeks if not more from this restaurant, in all fairness they have just phoned to apologise saying their guy made a mistake this doesn’t distract from the fact when I rang to complain the guy that answered was very rude saying it was what I ordered which it wasn’t which was later confirmed , he hung up on me , so bad customer service needless to say I won’t be ordering off them again and if you have any sense you won’t either!

I always use these guys. The best takeaway in blackpool in my opinion. Excellent food. Excellent customer service. Super fast service.

I have just been to this kebab shop And the kebab size was really small Although i am a returning customer sadly I will find somewhere else. Really disappointed.

Great Pizzas and the chicken was good also, delivery time was quick and the driver was very helpful. The rest of the takaway places in St.Annes/Blackpool are all very poor and I have been looking for a couple of years now.

Called in here for some food, not much else within walking distance of Blackpool Airport.Left stood at the counter for a long time whilst staff attended to other stuff at the rear if the premises.Not once did anyone say "We'll be with you in a minute" there was just a rude awkward silence and looks.Eventually we gave up and walked outside, at that point somebody walked over to serve.Placed our order, food was not very nice, Chicken was overcooked and very greasy, not light coloured as you'd expect, but dark, I left most of it and exited.The food repeated on me all afternoon and had me borking and nearly vomited later on.Not one I'd recommend for Food, Manners or Service.

Just had a pizza. Nice thin Base. Not overly greasy. My wife's chicken burger she said was the best she's had from a takeaway. In my personal opinion you can't please everyone. Take the time to order and try for yourself. Overall the service with the driver was excellent and our food definetly arrived HOT.....

Awful pizza ... both tasted like fat. When I spoke to them they told me to just not order from them again ... shocking

First time ordering from here got a meal deal for $16.50 came quicker than thort when it arrived it was awful. The fried chicken we couldnt eat. Seemed like it had been there for days and full of grease. My gf chicken burger was dry. Never mind the rest. The salad was the nicest part im were not fussy eaters. Would not reccomend.

my food arrived cold. my pizza was incorrect. the chips were soggy and tasted like they had been sat there for ages. when i called to complain and ask for replacements for at least the kebabs. the man on the phone was rude and unpleasant. Did not offer any kind of assistance. He basically told me not to order again. I tried to go through food hub to fix the situation, he was uncooperative with them also. overall i am extremely disappointed with the service i received and will not be using here again nor will i be using food hub as i cant even put a review on there as the restaurant controls the reviews and who sees them. Absolutely disgusted

First time I've ordered from here, (only heard about them because I got a leaflet through my door) and I wasn't disappointed, food arrived earlier than estimated by 20 mins, was hot when it arrived, only downside was will have to double the extra toppings next time and there will be a next time

Visiting Blackpool for the weekend. Came up recommended in just eat. Drove down, ordered, didn’t take long. Had pizza and chips. It’s was lovely and for the cost very reasonable.

On holiday in Blackpool and was unsure where to order a takeaway from. ordered 2 pizzas which were delivered quick with the food, also still being very hot. Food aas yummy no grease at all!!! Very nice. Would recommend.

After being a good customer (and after watching the BBC documentary on JustEat) I was horrified to see Riccardos are now charging £1 for ANY delivery. JustEat is destroying the relationship between take aways and customers by demanding ever larger cuts of profit. I'm sorry, I don't pay for delivery, just to put money in the pockets of JustEat. You're meant to gain not lose customers through them. Well I'm one less now.

Really good burgers, I had the Mega burger. Wasn't as keen on the fried chicken which is why I gave 4 stars not 5. They delivered really quickly and the food was still really hot when it arrived. Would order from here again.

The food that arrived at my home was awful! The pizza was ok, not my personal preference but ok, The 3x chips we ordered came and all the container they came in had all melted...picture to follow. Will not be eating here again.

I phoned Riccardo after receiving my takeaway food which was cold and not even eatable to be told I was a Liar and to use a different takeaway they never offered me a replacement or a refund even though I said all the food was still here barely touched.

Tried to deliver before time and I was not home from work. Delivery driver sat outside my house for over 30min waiting. Food was stone cold. I asked for the order to be changed. The driver then returned 15 minutes later with the same food. After calling the shop the order was then replaced as the original driver had not reported the issue.

This place must be under new owner been using them for years... Just rang and No customer service what so ever and I always order the same thing normally £15 Now £26!!! Was told I couldn't order certain thing coz he didn't want to shameful!! Disrespectful!! And he hung up on me!!!

right I don’t even know where to start, I came on here last night by chance, and boy did this cuisine have brilliant reviews, never seen so many positive reviews, so I thought I’d order a midnight snack, I came 50 minutes early, the driver was lovely done exactly what the note told him to do and that was to phone me as I was staying in a hotel, and just the smell was exquisite, I could not wait to get back to my room, when I opened the box, I was stunned the presentation was above and beyond, and boy did it taste good, I’m ordering again for seconds tonight, I would recommended anybody to try it because it’s well worth the price.

Was a busy period so was expecting longer waiting time so was pleased when it arrived earlier.

Not knocking the order coming early as the delivery time was 2145, cane early and was really appreciated

food arrived early which i am not complaining about when we sat down to eat the food was dissgusting all 3 pizzas was salty and the meat toppings tasted like they were off the garlic bread was hard like cardboard. after the reviews on here i thought that the food was going to be better than what got delivered. totally dissapointed with this as i ordered as a special occasion for my sons birthday. 1st and last time i order at this place.

I'm sorry I ordered this food and it really disappointed me the pizza was salty and didn't taste right, Garlic bread was tough and the onion rings were burnt.i have to say I really was not impressed with paying £23.10 and didn't get to eat it.

Food was cold hardly no sauce on the pizza was dry and hard kids nuggets were cold and chewy like they had been re heated

Generally good but kebab was unusually a bit limp and kofteh a bit overdone. Pizza though was great.
