It was a McDonald's, not much else to say.

I think they're an innovative and conventional choice for practical and simplified eating experiences in the modern world.

Food was good 👍friendly service

Average McDonalds,food came fairly quickly and was actually correct. Place very busy,definitely needs more staff for the busier times,as people just seem to get there own orders when they are left on the counter.

This is a nice tidy McDonald’s which is well staffed. I would recommend this McDonald’s.

Always good for coffee and ice cream for a treat. Avoid high calorie ultra processed food if possible .

A very clean environment for both seating area and toilets. The food is as McDonald's.

Clean and space's. Very well lit, staff are friendly and polite. Food satisfactory.

I ordered food including a wrap in store at the till and Specifically requested no tomato in my wrap due to an allergy. Paid the girl for the food then got my food. I opened the wrap packaging and looked in, no tomato fab. During eating I've taken a bite near the bottom and instantly spat it out as I could taste tomato! It was hidden in the fold of the wrap at the bottom. I made a complaint via the website as I was already quite far away by the time I'd eaten the wrap. So far I've had no response and this was 3 weeks ago now! Won't be eating in there again as they clearly don't adhere to allergy policies.

No this McDonald's gets five star ticks.very clean,food piping hot, staff very friendly. Nothing like the filthy restaurant at lancaster i went in last week it was disgusting

Was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but I can’t fault the restaurant. The service was quick and the staff are so friendly plus they work non stop

This is one of the best macs around, the staff are very helpful and floor service was terrific. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is, the music is far too loud, especially when you pop in for a coffee and a catch up on work emails.

Good mcdonalds, service is great here. Nice staff.

What can you say about McDonald's? Some clean, some dirty, some warm food, some cold food. Thankfully, the former applies to this particular one. 😀

Absolutely terrible poor food poor service supposed to be fast food placed my order asked to go and park up . Granted it was busy but seeing about 20 just eat drivers come and go. About 15 other cars pull up go in and get there order. Then in the end I have to go in and find out where my order was . Manager did say sorry . Only to get home food cold and tasted rubbish .

Your staff are extremely rude and unpleasant and should not be allowed to deal with the customer if they can not treat people right!!! Me and my girlfriend are on holiday - we came for something quick to eat, which was not the case - we waited over 45 minutes for some nuggets and chips and a milkshake. The food was freezing cold - milkshake wasn’t even thick like normal it was melted and had no taste what so ever, the place was very unhygienic, when we notice that we should of walked out at the point will not be returning

It was terrible from service to the utterly terrible freezing food. Complained all all I got was i can change if your unhappy. No apology or anything. As I was diabetic, i needed to eat something there and then as I felt unwell at the time so didn't want to wait even longer. But the face on the women when something was said was disgusting and if looks could kill, well !!!

Mcdonald's is Mcdonald's. You can have a delicious Chicken wrap or a rubbish one with either really hot fries or sometimes cold ones. Lattes are good tho

Sloppy fries burger wasn't put together arrogant staff don't even listen properly and wait times are a joke

My last visit to a McDonald's period!!!!! Ordered five meals and everyone of them had to be sent back cold ,,then the meals that we had changed weren't much better ,serves me right for going in the first place never really a good place to eat

This is the best McDonald's we've been in. Spotlessly clean, so well kept. Food very good, the only criticism we had, was the chips could have been hotter

After a long day of travelling and working, I decided to grab a quick meal at McDonald's instead of trying to park at the seafront and look for something. I am very disappointed with the presentation of this double big mac. Possibility the most expensive item they sell, you would certainly expect it not to look like this! One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. I must have either been unlucky here or lucky at the others I've visited in the past few months.

Just a quick bite, nothing special at all.

My son and i just drove back from hospital in liverpool. We had a big mack meak wifh orange juice. It was cold. And tasteless. I cant believe how disgusting ut was but we did not want to queue up to bring it all back as we had been out hours and needed to get home. It was the worst take away i have had.

shocking, forgot quarter pounder burger, the fries for large were more like small, missing a happy meal, also the 6 nuggets were missing 2 out of the box! honestly how hard can it be to get something correct!! Wouldn't mind but it's not cheap anymore and now I've have the kids eating and half not! I've had to reorder food. this isn't acceptable.

the food delivered was not what I ordered - it was the wrong order delivered to me. I went back to macdonalds with the items and they gave me what I wanted - no charge. A family tonight have gone without their ordered meal

Kind staff very clean and helpful went in one time and had a problem with technical issues soon resolved supported by cleaning staff

Kids love this place due to the ipads. They enjoy their time there. Food was good as usual and they always tend to give you some extra sauces. Friendly and helpful staff. Toilets are always an issue tho. They never cleaned enough for the amount of foot traffic.

Got my order wrong. Had to go and re order. Full of takeaway drivers. Not enough parking.

Stopped off for some breakfast on the way home. Food was lovely and the staff were very helpful and kind.

One of the coffees had spilt as the lid wasn't fastened properly. the driver was very apologetic and offered to first get me a new order, then go back and replace the coffee. He was very pleasant.

Cold food, missing hamburger, Mcspicy chicken dry, cold and rock hard. Mcflurry's melted. Expensive service charge. Disappointing! Won't be ordering from there again! Delivery man friendly and polite 5⭐.

Fries are really burnt and have gone straight in the bin!!! Forgot the BBQ dip with my nuggets and forgot the extra pickles and Big Mac sauce on the burger. No straw with drink! it’s not difficult to read an order.

When we visited, the place was clean, food came out quickly and was fresh and hot. Staff were lovely. A fuss free visit!

On the rare occasion of McDonald’s putting the dips in with nuggets then the just eat delivery driver delivered wrong drinks. Contacted McDonald’s when we eventually got through to be told it is a just eat issue and to fill in the form on the app. By the time I navigate through that and take photos etc as requested the hot food that was correct was then cold. Worst McDonald’s/ just eat experience ever!

Ordered a 8 things, 4 of them were missing. They said they cant deliver them so I would have to order them again and get a refund, and have to pay delivery again. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I've ordered a large milkshake with my food and got a small strawberry flavour milk

Absolutely fuming expected a strawberry milkshake but with the addition of strawberry flavoured milk on a large meal plus the fact that I had to pay extra has ruined my order

Twice had to go in after ordering online and complain about items missing on the orders perhaps the staff should make sure that when the orders are ready they are done before the delivery drivers turn up not when they are already there

Unfortunately half my order was missing. Very disappointed.

Best McDonald's I know nearly always have everything in stock. Very fast service and hot food.
