Frankie & Benny's in Cheshire West and Chester

We love this frankies and bennies and always visit even though its over 50 miles away The staff are always lovely fast service and amazing food This time there was a bill discrepancy and its not been a good visit this time i had a taste card which is 241 on starters mains and deserts yet they only took it off my starters and desert i tried asking the server why this was as there was no mains taken off and he said its the way it does it and i shown him the t&cs and still wouldnt get it So im not too happy

Well where do I start. Sat at our table and given a menu each. Thought grief they gone expensive since our last visit, so checked online at the menus, this is still awaiting some service for a drink to start with. (Quiet in the restaurant). Happen to glance over at a lady behind the bar, she said if I was ready to order come to the bar. 3 steps away from where we was sitting ffs. So I got up asked for 2 cokes which did not taste like coke either. I said was there a dinner time meal deal menu which I had seen online. She said yes there is, we were not given this menus or told anything about it, then charged full price for drinks which free refills at dinner time. Wtf are the staff not trained or what to help customers. Then it took an absolute age for us to then get served with what we wanted to order. Food was ok not spectacular tbh and certainly not F&B style. Then I had to ask for our bill as our empty plates sat on our table for must have been nearly 10 mins, then yet again took an age to finally pay. If staff spent less time talking or texting behind the bar whilst they are serving customers, then maybe just maybe I could have left a nice review. Wish we had gone somewhere else like the establishments either side where we maybe would have had better service.

Great food and atmosphere service was great and food came out quickly, good portion sizes aswell! We come every year for a birthday meal!

Went here Friday night and the service was excellent. My little boy was being really grumpy about choosing and the waitress was really patient and let him look at the buttons on her till to cheer him up. Service is often so poor that she really stood out. Food was fine but it was the service that made it a reay nice visit so thank you to the girl who served us, unfortunately didn't get her name but she had brown curly hair.

COSISTANCY. This one falls below the average I have experienced within the group. You get the same menu, in the same style but somehow its just not as good as most. I was delighted when I discovered F&B; was on Tastecard. After selling it to my sister we went for lunch with her two kids. The kids food was great, really tasty and looked good. I had a rump steak....the first time it was overcooked and I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife! The second time it was perfectly cooked but still like leather, clearly suggesting that it was the cut of meat, I mean the chefs can only work with what they have....our server was very attentive, friendly and sorted the steak problems effortlessly - even removing from the bill without us asking. I would definitely go back as I love the menu, service and atmosphere but definitely wouldn't have the steak again. Let's hope it was just a dodgy batch of steak because I do love it here. First time in Frankie & bennys very disappointed the quality of food terrible. Ordered a well done steak it was burnt to a cinder. Never in a million years was it a 28 day aged steak so tough. Music so loud we could not hear each other. Never again.

Had lunch here yesterday before going to the cinema. It was busy but we were seated very quickly and our drinks and nibbles arrived promptly. I had the chicken in pitta which was really nice, chicken was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right, the coleslaw was very tasty and the fries nice and crispy although a bit on the tepid side. My partner had the spaghetti carbonara which he said was very good. Both meals were generous portions. Our waitress was very attentive (Carla or Carly I think) making sure we were happy with everything or if we needed drinks. Would defiantly call again in we were in the area.

One attentive server who deserves to be working at a more upscale restaurant, The food and the rest of the service was like a production line and for me unimpressive and disappointing. Food was tasteless to me.

Nothing in this restaurant is going to surprise you. The menu is the same as any other F&B; and in all probability taste almost identical. The only difference could come down to the quality of service. This I can't fault.

I'm my last review I said I'd never eat here again but a friend persuaded me to try breakfast here and I was pleasantly surprised.

Visitado Frankie y bennys en broughton de nuevo. Estamos de Ellesmere Port, pero prefiero a 20 minutos en coche de la broughton Cheshire Oaks! La comida y el servicio de atención al cliente en broughton es en la escala, joe el director hizo por encima y más allá de clasificar nuestro cupón. Nos sentaron inmediatamente, mesa era estar limpio era agradable. Comida caliente nos encanta venir aquí! Estado en unos cuantos restaurantes benny Frankie y y este es uno de los mejores que hemos encontrado. Preciosa decoración vibrante y el personal super agradable. La comida estaba muy buena y nos sirvieron muy rápidamente. El camarero nos trajo la cuenta equivocada cuando nos pidieron pagar, error totalmente inocentes y se arregló de inmediato. Primera vez en la zona, y sin duda lo recomiendo a cualquiera que visite la zona de nuevo.

Me fui con mis hermanas y un amigo para el desayuno hoy y fue muy agradable. El restaurante estaba muy limpio y el personal era muy agradable. El menú del desayuno era bastante variado y un buen precio. Yo tenía los huevos benedict, que era poco muy bonito un poco pesado en el limón en la salsa. Todos disfrutamos de sus comidas, es una pena que no tienen lácteos mantequilla gratis por mi amigo, pero ella todavía disfrutó su desayuno. Me gustaría volver a probar el menú del almuerzo.
