Just visited this store and the young lady serving me had AirPods in so could hardly hear me and it showed because not once was I listened to, I asked for a six inch Italian with ham and cheese and then she proceeded to put turkey on, after I told her that I didn’t ask for it she took it off and carelessly chucked it back. Not one bit of customer service was given she was quite rude and she just walked away after I tapped my card, I didn’t feel welcome at all she just sighed whilst taking my payment and then walked off.

The services at this subway location were truly terrible. I fell ill after consuming food from there, and I strongly believe that they must have served me old or spoiled food. It's really disappointing and I think they should consider closing until they can ensure the quality and freshness of their products.

I placed an online order , asked for chicken tikka (I received plain chicken) , i also asked for cheese on both of the subs in my order which i also did NOT receive.Additionally I am unable to contact them to inform them as they do not have a number on the website!! Terrible experience!!!! Horrible meal! Waist of money !

Food was ok. Two young lads working behind the counter didn't look happy to be there. Toilets were disgusting, no toilet roll, no soap and floor a mess. I let them know before I left but could tell it wasn't going to be a priority.

Unfortunately, it was a very poor subway experience. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. However, the food was very poor, the worst subway I have ever had. Bread was hard and didn't seem remotely fresh and very poor filling quantity. The only good part was the coffee and cookie. Only ate half the sandwich and left hungry. I would usually have complained, but I had an appointment to attend and was in a bit of a rush, hence grabbing a quick sandwich.

I had awful experience coming in to this place. The female staff was not very welcoming the customers. She was giving attitude towards us. We ordered a footlong subway, but when we got the food it was icy cold. When we asked her to reheat the footlong she said she is very busy making bread. After us there was a white lady came into the store. she was very welcoming towards her and talk to her in nice way. She was showing attitude and being rude to us. I thought subway was is all about customer satisfaction but this incident proved me wrong. This incident just happened now.

Incompetent staff. Ordered the same sandwich three different times and got 3 completely different sandwiches. Imagine ordering a "Big Cheese Melt" and they somehow forget to put any cheese on it. Brilliant. Probably the worst and most inconsistent Subway I've ever been to.

Previously had rude staff and poor service. Met with new manager Melissa today. Excellent service. I have my faith in subway again. It is managers and staff like her that can really take a franchise to the top.

Apathy levels high here. Staff could not have been less interested. I asked for no chillies; the lady added chillies and when I pointed out NO CHILLIES she picked them off one by one and flicked them back in the pot. Good job I'm not allergic. Needless to say, I didn't eat the sandwich.

Great experience! I visited this subway a couple times in the past, but had very bad experience due to the rude staff working here. However, it’s completely changed as they’ve got new staff working here. Kyle Anderson, and Nabeel Aziz were very nice and welcoming. The customer service was excellent because of how kind they both were. Very impressed!!

Staff serve your food like it’s prison sloth. I come here monthly with my kids because it’s what they want and the place is going from bad to worse. Dirty tables even when the place is completely quiet. Rude staff. Poor poor service.

Took over an hour to get served, the guy that was working seemed to have 2 speed's slow and stop, didn't apologise for the wait, didn't have the bread we wanted, 3 sandwiches 1 6inch and 2 foot longs for £17, would have gone somewhere else but pregnancy cravings rule, won't be going back in a hurry

Staff rude, very untidy, every table was empty of customers but all very dirty and uncleaned. Outside tables wasn't any better. Food was very poor, and had to ask a few times for my coffee with the meal deal. Definitely won't be returning

Came here and it isn't the prettiest Subway; lots of signs and ramshackled chairs so wasn't expecting much. The ladies on the counter were efficient and served whatever you needed, which in the end was a good sandwich made really well.

Just been to Subway at Deepdale retail park , very rude lady serving the food, totally impatient and not answering back to questions, she was being clearly rascist . Very bad experience, can’t believe people get jobs and can’t practice the basic principles of kindness and the procedures of customer service .

Came here as a family for dinner, chairs and an outdoor sign were stacked against one door making it look closed. We arrived at 7pm the sign said it closed at 9pm. As we walked in, the place was empty and a scruffy looking young lad (with young looking facial hair) was cleaning the floor, he threw down his brush against the window and came to the counter to serve us. He didn't greet us he just asked us what we wanted as he wiped his nose on his arm. Me, my partner and young son had only just got there and hadn't had a chance to decide and the lad just stormed off into the back in a huff, leaving us stood at the counter waiting. We decided to take our business nextdoor to KFC (which was very busy). We have visited this particular subway alot in the past and always found the staff friendly and welcoming, we will not be returning if we are treated like that again.

it's OK asking for delivery code suddenly, when a driver drops off my food reason because I complained of missing items of a previous order. The guy tonight dropped off my order and asked for a code. i had to then say to him where is my drink? The point in all this is don't presume your customers are ripping you off. look at your drivers! And I am still waiting for being refunded from missing items 2 weeks ago
