Ordered a small and regular mc flurry and received the same amount of small ice cream in both 🙃.

Worst MacDonalds in the north west,if disabled don't bother in attempting on visiting,this MacDonalds let's all park in disabled spaces,not only that let cars park on the rd Infront of them disabled spaces,big long lines ,awfully to get through while carparks empty,not only can I not get any tea today,most of the times when Visit the orders 9 out of 10 are done wrong,with very simple things like literally reading the order ,they can't get that right here

All way 10-15 wait times even if its just a coffee. Never staff in site to help.

Always makes you wait round the front if you go through the drive through. Tables outside are filthy. I asked for a cloth to be told I couldn't have one and was given napkins. I wet the napkins to clean the table and they were actually black when I finished

I was literally handed one apple pie from a full order!

So they missed, one fries, one chicken strips and a mcflurry off my order, there are joke

This is in my opinion the best McDonald’s in Preston. The only thing is it gets so busy that it takes longer for food and can be difficult to find a table

First of all wen we got our food we sat down and open our meal wen we opened the bigmac was half gone and cold also the chips were cold dont get me started on the milkshacke was half full......

Gone down hill with the food!!! Served us our Big Mac meals….luke warm, and milkshake only half full. Considering they are making them from fresh and to order, I cannot understand why they are luke warm????? Grandsons chocolate milkshake was full to top of cup, whereas my banana shake was only half full. Not impressed. Won’t bother going again. Only popped here as was walking around the docks with grandson.

No straws no drip and missing 4 chicken nuggets

25 minutes sat in the car park waiting for food. Pointless going through this drive through. Clearly giving priority to online orders. I don’t expect instant food but 25 minutes for ‘fast food’ come on.

Let's start by saying, it was a Wednesday evening when I visited. The restaurant didn't seem busy inside. Can't comment on the drive-thru side of things. It took a staggering 24 minutes for my food to arrive from the time my order number was printed to food in hand. I'm not an expert on McDonald's ways of working, but it certainly wasn't fast. Eventually, when it arrived, I had what looked like a half filled box of fries. In fairness to the staff, they exchanged and upgraded to large fries gratis, when I questioned what had happened. Which were fresh and crispy. The double cheeseburger had definitely seen better days. The cow from which it came from would be ashamed to had been made in such a way. On my way out, I visited the WC. While not dirty, there was scent which can only be described as putrid. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

A very long wait for food for both orders I put through. The second was faster but still very slow. I also seen at least 3 people complaining about the wait for food to be ready. Heard the kitchen staff shouting at each other which doesnt really fit with my previous experiences at many mcdonalds restaurants across the country. Either they were short staffed or the management isnt up to keeping things running smoothly at this location.

I ordered a McFlurry and didn’t even get it

Ordered at 4am came at 5am. I live 5 mins drive, first stated would come at 4:25 then changed to 4:55. Courier was at restaurant at 4:30 and had to wait for order to be prepared. Order was Big Mac and McChicken sandwich. 2 staples so unsure why would take so long to make these products. The fries arrived undercooked looking pale, absolutely caked in salt, salt everywhere when lifting fries out of bag truly inedible. What a disappointment. Why apply to work there if you CBA putting in the effort.

food took.over a hour even tho app said driver was at the resteraunt for around 40 mins and then it came all fries where cold and same with the burger

Everything is overpriced and i don't see the point in going there to wait 30 mins for a milkshake

The food was awful, I've been here before and it's been OK. Today terrible nothing seemed fresh , the food wasn't hot enough, my wife threw her chicken strips away.

Incompetent staff. The past 4 times I have been they’ve missed things off the order. Utterly pitiful. Cannot even do the most basic customer service tasks like chasing up an order and matching what’s in the receipt to what’s in the bag. Please get better, or just try like you actually value your employment.

Probably my favourite McDonald's if one can have one; and in this instance I guess I do? The docs are really lovely to just look out over and as for the McDonald's itself it's just what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

absolutely ridiculous wait time of nearly an hour after ordering from the app, went in to complain and once we got home found out that a meal was missing off the order and the chips were overdone. a massive waste of 50 minutes of my life to not even get what i ordered. i wish this wasn't a regular occurance, however this has happened nearly every single time we ordered from this mcdonald's. completely inadequate service and despicable food. you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Not very clean or well run food was nice

Ordered a 9 chicken select box, double quarter pounder meal, and a triple cheeseburger. Only received the drink and a couple of dips. That is it. AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE

or ordered sandwiches and coffee, yes it was a risky thing but at least they could tell the boy that there was coffee, consequently the sandwiches were all soaked in coffee

Food is standard McDonalds.The kitchen is relatively clean,this particular place is always crowded,but so far we was able to sit down. However,its located near the Preston dokks,so before or after dinner there is a great chanse to have a nice walk around,take a look on the riverside,lighthouse and the boats.

These stupid morons do not understand the difference between chicken and beef. The last 2 times I've ordered a chicken big Mac and they have given me a beef burger which I don't eat. Also this was my original review and a year later I wanted to review again but I can't review twice so here is the old review....do not use Uber Eats and McDonald's unless you want your money stolen and cold food delivered. Uber blame McDonald's yet clearly the food was ready for about 30mins before an Uber driver turned up and decided to take it for another fifteen minute drive whilst doing other orders. Uber refuse the refund and say I should be happy eating cold food and if I have a problem to take it up with McDonald's

Disappointed to see how the customer service level has gone so down hill. Staff no longer care and would sooner chat than serve. Used to be an efficient drivethru but many times queuing for 15-20 mins due to the lack of staff

asked for a triple cheese burger meal and they said they dont offer it. WHY NOT. WHY THE heck NOT. Its the only good burger on the damn menu, why NOT have a flippin MEAL with it. I was very polite though and I ate my triple cheeseburger alone in my car whilst driving 90 miles per hour all hopped up on ADHD meds, monster energy drink and harsh vibes all the way to blackpool

Excellent service for a birthday party. I called to see if I could reserve a table for my daughters party. I didn't know if it was possible as I'd never been to a party there before with my daughter. I spoke to a lovely helpful member of staff who was really helpful, and yes, I could reserve a whole area at the back. They answered any questions I had, and they made it so easy. When we arrived there the staff were all very helpful. They can put up banners, and they provide hats, flags, colouring sheets, and crayons, and they gave out world book day packs. They also asked if we had a cake and they could provide a knife and plates, etc. I went to order all the food and all the staff knew there was a party in, so the order process was easy and quick and the food arrived very promptly. The staff were amazing, and they constantly made sure that we had everything we needed. I can't recommend them enough. They were amazing.

The table tops are regularly filthy. Definitely not cleaned after every sitting. Tip: when you clear away trays, wipe down the tables. Who wants to bring their family here. On this day while your staff were clearly not busy virtually all tables were left unclean. Poor effort.

Would have been great if they got the order right rather than having to park up and wait, they did get the order right when taken, only "lost" it between order window and pay window. Lacklustre burger, why don't they just keep big tasty on all the time?

Ordered 2 meals 2 and only one arrived shocking service and just eat won’t refund sort your staff out

Ordered 2 meals to eat in, mine was the wrong burger, it took 10 mins to get me a fresh one, so my fries were cold, so they did give me fresh fries also, but the food wasn't that nice, the bun was flat and tiny, and didn't look nice. We had coffee with the meals and that was a bit bitter, I expected better. There is a reason we only come to McD once every 5 years or so.....and that's it !

Delivered wrong food again though McDonald's. Delivery driver didn't care, McDonald's on Preston docks didnt care and Just eat never fix these problems with abysmal drivers and don't care. I am not taking another picture and going through refund process again for you incompetent firm again

Sadly recently hygiene seems to be very poor. Tables seem to rarely get wiped. Dread to think what the kitchen is like.

Absolutely disgusting inside, service is slow and then you ask a manager a challenging question they disappear. My three year old granddaughter has more about her!! Toilet was awful and the eating area was messy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Unless you only want to receive a percentage of your order! For some reason at this particular mcdonalds it is more normal to not receive your full order. It's ridiculous, unprofessional and quite frankly they are clearly incompetent here. Not impressed at all!

Order was not completed absolutely terrible

Waited 35min this morning for breakfast wraps when they eventually came with the wrong order,Waited another 10mins asked to speak to a manager young girl in her twentys came, she told me she was trying to get the boy's working in the kitchen quicker, she's said there not with it today 😬

So i went with my dad aphew days ago, it took about 2 minutes for a guy to answer the ordering speaker actually he only replied because my dad got so sick of waiting so well done for having the customer ask the employee. so I ordered a simple big mac meal with a milkshake and I paid the woman nice woman who probably hated her job in reality, we went to the order window where we saw a man and a woman nearly making out at the ordering window next to the phone that does the drive through order machine, Look if you're in a relationship do your making out in your own room Instead of at your work. Anyway the man seemed to notice us go by and quickly walked away when he did see us, so shows he's doing what he should not. So when I got home you couldn't believe this the fries where at room temperature so even though I ordered them probably cooked and left to go room temperature for longer than an hour even though i ordered them from restaurant in person they tasted like frozen oven chips made in an actual oven it's not even like I live far from the mcdonalds, I could walk their if I wanted so don't blame my journey for my fries being served at full room temperature not even warm

Got 2 McFlurrys and they was only half filled You do get full ones but only at certain McDonald’s It’s like if I buy a large coke I don’t expect to get it half filled same applies to a McFlurry

Disappointed at the drive through.... I asked to changed my drink from an oasis summerfruits to a milkshake....I was then given two drinks at the next window... The girl said it was because one came with the meal? I got home and realized I had been given and charged for TWO milkshakes?? I also asked for BBQ sauce ..got home, no BBQ sauce in the bag... Staff clearly not listening and a very disappointing visit...

Super super slow service. Ordered on the app for delivery in the car park. After 20 minutes of waiting we ended up going in to get it and still had dips missing!! Will venture in to centre of Preston next time.

It’s 1am. I’ve just been for food and the staff were awful. The meal wasn’t correct and the coke was flat.

Just been for a chicken happy meal at 10:45 , the person said "we're on breakfast" , i said "what do you mean , it's 24 hour " , no reply so i said "i'll go then" , no comment from the speaker as to when i can order a happy meal so i went to KFC . Not very good customer care .

I ordered a plain cheese burger and it came with everything on it. Imagine if i had a strong alergy to these ingredients (which i dont) i could have been seriously harmed. On top of that service took 20 minutes and they managed to get my order wrong.

Order was right I hate onions but every bite I could taste them so went in the bin will not be back just looked online now they cooked the frozen meat with onions not for me that’s why it’s un eatable image if u allergies to onions joke mcds

No problems with the food but this place is to be avoided you queue every time for a long time even when not busy. Go to the capitol centre instead. Also no WiFi and no phone signal on Vodafone

Last time was the wrong order and food missing (not the first time either) for once you managed to get the order correct but absolutely stone cold..

Absolute joke these guys are literally in capable of making a full order EVERY TIME i order it turns up with items missing and stone cold staff must not be able to read or something absolutley shocking

OM Goodness what is happening at this restaurant have been coming for years, however in last 2 months has gone down hill rapidly. Each time I order always get home to at least 1 May be 2 items missing! Again tonight luckily checked before leaving but again no chicken nuggets, no straws & 1 firs missing! Is really not great and was stood with many others waiting for it to be put right while food goes cold. Sad 😞 as this used to be our favourite place now is a no go sadly.

complete wrong order, can't belive its messed up this bad

Not been to this McDonald's in a while and wow its gone down hill, went in to place my order as the drive in was so full, took 16 minutes to get a big mac and a triple cheeseburger, the staff was very grumpy and quite short with a ot of customers, once I had my order I left drove less than 5 minutes to my friends where both the burgers were lukewarm at best and the triple cheeseburger was a double. Would avoid this McDonald's till they fix their issues.

The food arrived cold and had to be thrown away. The receipt timestamp showed 00:57am on 17/03. The food arrived after 2:00am on 18/03. Google shows the journey as 12 mins from the restaurant

You know what, I was ready to leave a bad review because this McDonald’s has been nothing but disappointing. However this time the driver was on time and the food was actually warm. They even gave sauce 👍🏻

This is a second time in a row when I didn't recieved a dips which I payed for...
