Sat in at the moment with two young girls (aged about 14) two tables away from us who have bought nothing just walked and parked their arses down......and then took it upon themselves to start vaping after reporting to a member of staff who said they would inform the manager 30mins later still nothing done about it.......the manager and McDonald's should be ashamed DO YOU NOT KNOW THE LAW

I was missing items from my order

Went through the drive though last week and paid via contactless. The employee at the next window said there was an issue with the payment system and we would need to pay again. We argued that it had gone through. Employee said unless we pay again we would not receive our food, and if the payment went out twice they would refund once we could prove it had passed pending. She insisted on taking our phone which we were not overly happy about, and she took it to the other window. Went today with the receipt and online bank statement to show it had taken two payments, to be told that we must have ordered it twice and no refund would be issued 👍🤨

Staff too busy talking and not listening to orders. Brought wrong order out. Finally corrected everything. Took 15 mins to go through drive through .

Well... I thought Leyland was bad, but from one side of Preston to the other and still the same indigestible and bedraggled thrown together menu item cooked by kids. In case your wondering what the hell I ordered because it is cremated beyond recognition, I ordered a Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin. I don't usually litter, but I chucked this out of the car window for the circling feral seagulls doing laps around the Mcdonalds carpark at the Docks... and initially, it did get some interest but my offer wasn't taken up even by these scrounging vultures. They was more interested in trying to scran a paper bag near the bin. If these omnivores won't even eat your crap, and prefer a paper bag then that's proof your food is definately not fit for human consumption. Qualifications might not be necessary, but common sense is desirable... what donkey in their right mind would look at this and think... 'yeh, that looks good enough to eat', I'll slap a cheese slice on it, and screw up a wax paper wrapper around it, and hand it to a customer? Shameful.

Gone downhill. Smaller portion whatever happened to the tomatoes and gherkins on your burger one tiny lettuce leaf. Go large for extra and get medium fries and drink. Dirty outdated run by young staff on minimum wage why should they care about customers. Won't be returning

Ridiculously long wait at the drive thru this week. 9 items on our order, had to wait in grill bay and they still missed two items off the order. Phoned from home when we realised the items were missing. No apology or compensation, just a code so we can pick up our fries next time we’re there. Was last resort for tea after most places were shut Tuesday evening, should have gone home and cooked instead.

Almost nothing inside burgers. no sauce and few things in each burgers

I think they "cook" the chips under an LED at this McDonald's, everytime floppy, pale, starchy undercooked chips, they are inedible greasy and disgusting. The worst bit is, I waited nearly fifteen minutes for the order, so god knows what they were doing but it wasn't cooking

I had a veggie wrap tonight as part of the meal deal. I also ordered some mozzarella sticks. This was a takeaway around 9pm. The meal was stone cold which was disappointing. I won’t be eating here again.

Always make you park up and wait for your food i think it's a joke really. Service is slow

Shocking, tried to use points to get a coffee but they have connectivity problems so nothing worked. Manager not interested said pay or go. Totally crap customer service.

The last 2 orders from this place have had missing items (Cheese Dippers and Choc Pie) so that sucks. Aside from that the quality is good.

Came for McDonald’s Breakfast, ordered a breakfast wrap. Ended up waiting 20 minutes in the car park because there was no space at the front, and a miserable worker came over to the car and blamed us for parking too far away. When I opened my meal there was also no hash brown on the wrap. Completely disappointing, obviously ran by degenerates of society who are incapable of opening their eyes and walking an extra 2 metres and also making a meal with every ingredient in. Will not be returning.

My latest experience hasn't been the straw that broke the camels back at this restaurant. I would recommend going to a different McDonalds. Repeatedly when I order a Happy Meal in the drive thru from this branch I am asked to park up and the service is then very slow so that food ends up being cold. Today I had to go inside after waiting almost 20 minutes. If you're hoping to have a normal level of McDonalds service I'm sad to say you will more than likely be disappointed. My advice is to go to the KFC or Burger King (which is due to open soon) nearby. The service is much better!

McDonalds at the docks at Preston. Shocking. Sit in meal (wraps, served cold; lettuce looked bed,, cold bacon,, no sauce on one) cold chips, hot chocolate was tepid brown water. The table service was polite. As leaving ordered triple cheese burger and large fries and drink to take out. 20 minutes to get served, would not feed the burger to a dog it was that much of a mess and chips were cold again. Took it back and 10 minutes to change. Not impressed

Fast food service. Breakfast good

Went through the drive through, my daughter wanted the Grinch Happy meal, for the toy as it is one of her favourite films. Our order arrived, the happy meals were in Grinch boxes. We drove home, and on opening the GRINCH boxes we found a Paddington toy. Bad form McDonald's!!!! 😢

Yet again something missing from a happy meal.. equals unhappy kids refusing to eat. How hard can it be to look at an order and put said items in a bag.. somebody needs to have a word or start deducting money from staff if they don’t put all items in the order…!!

Left waiting outside for my order 30 min they served over 20 other customers asked to speak to the manager I was told she is busy I finally spoke with her and got attitude even though her team lost my order we'll I can get ur breakfast now she said er no u will refund customer service skills rated -10 I got a full refund and left Totally disgusting way to run a business

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal from the drive through. Got a cheeseburger. That was squashed, I don’t know what they’ve done to it. It was freezing cold and so were the fries. The hot chocolate was Luke warm chocolate and only half a cup. All went into the bin.

Every time I order from this specific restaurant I never get what I want , it’s ALWAYS wrong. Rather under cooked or overcooked terrible just terrible

Husband had to wait quite awhile for the order. McSpicy and Filet of Fish were both ok however the fries were definitely not fresh and probably one of the worst fries ever ordered so almost all went in the bin. Rather disappointing meal.

Always check your order! If you buy a Double Big Mac that usually means double patties but I got a normal Big Mac burger? I didn’t even receive the apple pies I bought and they only gave 2 nuggets in one of the happy meals. It’s happened before with this McDonald’s and looking back it’s always the weekend!?! Must be the staff or the managers on duty but please always check your meals.

Very disappointed with McDonald's here. Ordered a large hot chocolate and received hot water. It didn't tasted like hot chocolate at all.

The taste of Hot Chocolate is awful. Just hot water with chocolate powder. I have complained straight to them many times before. Always they say machine is not working well. Dear Mcd administration, Get these preston mcd’s a nice new maxhine.

Food gone to waste , normally order and food is good with the odd problem , more than recently when ordering multiple times they've either got the order wrong and given us the wrong person's food or like this time every piece of food turned up cold , the fries turned up stale and cold and the milkshakes have turned up that icey that you can't drink them without it crunching in your mouth , I do not recommend buying for delivery (ordered multiple different items and every single one turned up cold or stale and when trying to contact them over the phone no one answers , total waste of money

On this particular visit, food was a little below the usual standards. Our wait was quite long, with other cars who were also waiting backing up causing chaos in the car park. Staff pleasant enough.

Order wrong ,staff not interested

This is the worst McDonald's in Lancashire. Consistently slow service and low quality food. Pretty sure it's a franchise store so whoever the owner is needs to sort this store out. Fries are nearly always cold, today I had a breakfast muffin that was slapped together and really greasy. Just don't rate this McDonald's at all, will avoid coming here in future.

Really enjoyed our burgers & chips. Was a bit surprised at how the burgers had shrunk in size!! Staff was really lovely. Will be back again.

Visited peddlers Lane, for a healthy option, this afternoon. Long queue; ordered chicken salad, dry chicken, 2 slices of dry cucumber, 2 slices of tomato, one edible 1 not and a LOT of lettuce. Coffee weak and watery. Perhaps the worst salad I have ever had. Provided 'feedback' at the counter but I got the couldn't care less attitude 'I'll tell management, but it won't make any difference'. Wasn't even busy in store. The worst £3.89 I've spent in a long while. Need to do much better.

I went to drive thru at this mcdonalds I was behind about 2 cars it took about 20 minutes for those 2 cars to pass also I once came here to pick up my order in drive thru and I saw what seems to be a couple workers making right at the drive thru window that stopped as soon as we appeared also I once got a big mac instead of a philly cheese steak what happened to this mcdonalds it use to be the best one

Definitely the worst McDonalds in Preston! They never get your order right. There is ALWAYS something missing from your order. The food is cold & limp and of terrible quality.

The Driver listened to my specific delivery instructions simple easy efficient delivery Driver went the extra Mile! He was pleasant & polite & understood English perfectly which is always an added bonus lol! Thank-You🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time I’ve ordered off these jokers and second time items have been missing. Won’t bother wasting my time again. Ordered a large double Quarter pounder meal with a water and a double cheeseburger, surprise surprise the double quarter pounder was missing. The chips were also cold. I honestly don’t know how they get away with it, the staff have a very very simple job and can’t complete very basic tasks. I ended up getting a refund through uber eats customer helpline but that doesn’t make up for the fact I ordered because I was hungry. Pathetic service time and time again, employ more competent staff and not just exploit cheap labour in kids please McDonalds you’re taking the mick!!!

Order food late night for baby but all the chips are really really cold like its been for many hours and burger is missing called to the shop but no any good response shit place to order food . Never gonna order from next time and suggest new customers to avoid this shop.

The chicken burger was spicy when we were told it wasn't. Two attempts to get it right, gave up. Toilets out of order no warning as well.

Today, while I was eating out, some yobs I didn't know started bothering me, and sadly, no one from the restaurant stepped in to help. By the time I was leaving, two cops showed up, but the yobs were already gone. Honestly, this town has way too many rude kids running around.

Well if you have younger kids and want play on the outside area have to keep an eye on them as there's always bigger kids messing around screaming and trying climb the slide and jumping and running everywhere. So we went inside in the end and was nice.

Absolutely abysmal 3rd time ordering from here they got it wrong. Last night they missed a whole meal off, of the 2 large meals that came large chips were only filled quarter of the way. We’ve all been ill today too so in half a mind to report this place because the kitchen must quite clearly be dirty. I will never order from here again

fantastic as always, every other mcdonalds always forgot something id ordered or was stone cold. i tried this 1 1 day and was piping hot with every item i ordered i only use this mcdonalds now

just came in with my friends, we was waiting around 2 minutes to get through to the first window, then got handed the wrong food. We then told one of the crew that the food that was given wasn’t ours, we then got told to move to the next window and was waiting around 5 minutes. One of the managers came over with our food and forgot our two drinks, we then was sat at that window for a good 10/15 minutes waiting… my friend then had to reverse to the window behind us to remind them that they had forgotten my drinks. Got home and we noticed the fries were half full and cold, my drink was warm and half full I hadn’t received my dip that I paid for. Diabolical!! I work in fast food myself and I understand how frustrating and exhausting it can get.. but this is taking the p***!!

Same as last time. Decided to eat in but i t was soon full of youths on scooters just hanging round giving abuse to staff. Police came - pushed and shoved them out and over the road. 2 miutes later theyr'e back in again laughing and joking. It seems theres a few Mcdonalds that have become a place for Anti social behaviour. Probably why the service is been affected. Staff were to busy trying to deal with them

Came in just after 1pm on a Saturday expecting the usual mess and rush. The restaurant was immaculate, we were greeted upon entry and ordered table service. Three meals within 10 minutes, piping hot and straws/ serviettes on the tray already. A member of the team even asked how our food was...! A mcdonalds, run like a proper restaurant rather than working on reputation alone.. well bloody done to the manager and the team. This is the standard!

Worst MacDonalds in the north west,if disabled don't bother in attempting on visiting,this MacDonalds let's all park in disabled spaces,not only that let cars park on the rd Infront of them disabled spaces,big long lines ,awfully to get through while carparks empty,not only can I not get any tea today,most of the times when Visit the orders 9 out of 10 are done wrong,with very simple things like literally reading the order ,they can't get that right here

Always makes you wait round the front if you go through the drive through. Tables outside are filthy. I asked for a cloth to be told I couldn't have one and was given napkins. I wet the napkins to clean the table and they were actually black when I finished

This is in my opinion the best McDonald’s in Preston. The only thing is it gets so busy that it takes longer for food and can be difficult to find a table

Gone down hill with the food!!! Served us our Big Mac meals….luke warm, and milkshake only half full. Considering they are making them from fresh and to order, I cannot understand why they are luke warm????? Grandsons chocolate milkshake was full to top of cup, whereas my banana shake was only half full. Not impressed. Won’t bother going again. Only popped here as was walking around the docks with grandson.
