Waited over 20 minutes for our food before asking how much longer it would be. Staff response was ‘we don’t know…we are short staffed”. I requested a refund at this point…the manager didn’t seem interested and gave excuses about being short staffed and that he personally was new to the role.

Very slow service with staff taking their time over taking orders. On ordering was told the only cold drink was Coke…no other options available which isn’t good when you can’t have sugar or caffeine! 20 minutes after ordering I asked how much longer our food would be only to be told they didn’t know as they were short staffed! I asked for a refund and the manager came over who seemed like he couldn’t care less about the poor service…when I asked him about it he said “I’m new and we are short staffed” as if this made it acceptable.

Girl named Jess who served us need to improved her customer service skills no smile or any positive energy coming from her. Food was ok never coming back because the whopper taste exactly like McDonald’s cheese burgers, overpriced and overrated.

Was told a 30p sauce packet does not qualify for an eat-in seat. Despite my efforts I was forced to buy a 99p small drink which is not even food! It's a beverage! Unbelievable, I shall be buying my sauce packets elsewhere from now on.

What I really wanted was the Burger King breakfast, but none of the restaurants in my home city provide it. Disappointing.

Walking in to order, there was two girls in the office who just looked at us and turned back around. The shift manager came and served us. There were a number of items which were out of stock. The bins were over flowing. No napkins available and the bathroom were dirty. The staff were walking around the kitchen area with their own personal coats on and then told the shift manager that they were going out for a cigarette in the same jackets they have been wearing amongst all of the food. The food was cold when it arrived and someone else had complained about their food being cold.

Food disgusting no staff all in office not very tasty

I'm not sure if this is standard for burger Kings, as it was my first time having it. But we saw the advert for the melts and thought they looked good. The reality was unfortunately very disappointing as you can see from the pictures. Plain, bland and chewy burger meat. I couldn't finish it. I couldn't fault the fries though, they were good

I can understand that customer service is a very draining and challenging job from time to time. however, there is never an excuse to be rude or react in such an unprofessional manner. me and my partner ordered food and did not get a receipt (which was not a big deal) but when collecting our food, the girl who discharged the food shouted a number and we asked “sorry what order is that we don’t have a receipt”? and she abruptly says the order of the meal and slams down a receipt. rolls her eyes and walks away with no thank yous or goodbyes.

Had the misfortune to go to this establishment on Thursday. I was met by customer service I can only describe as pathetic,cold chips luke warm burger served by staff who did not care ,don't care appalling

Ordered food via the burger king app on Sunday, order went through & money taken from my bank. Get to Burger King to find shutters down & closed. Why didn't they say on the app they weren't taking orders??

Went here today and it was lovely , I’m quite fussy and changed quite abit on my burger and they was very attentive , nothing was to much trouble , everything was very fresh , and they was very nice and polite with my child , the manager on shift was very attentive making sure everything was okay , very polite and bubbly will definitely visit again :)

Rish served me I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was very helpful - helped me pick one of the new chicken melts and was amazing! Deffo coming again

before the mention about the issue, i was a chef trainer at nandos for 4 years. What i saw i wanna write it. Shift manager touched to food with naked hands. No hairnet, no gloves. She putted some food to fryer with naked hands. Where is the food hygiene, where is the health and safety. What is the funny thing she is a manager. Burger King i can give you training about the validness, health and safety and food hygiene as a free. UNBELİEVEABLE. I am serious about the training. If you need you can forward this message by mail.

Order mixed up no one interested in putting it right hit and miss take it or leave it attitude by staff won't be back anytime soon

Went to Burger King in St George’s today (28th December). As I entered there was a sign saying no fizzy drinks, there was quite a wait and it appeared there was only one person serving. When talking to the server they said the machine had broke but they had limited fizzy drinks in bottles (different coke variety’s and sprite), they didn’t have any milkshakes available despite it being advertised and when asked they said the machine had been broken for sometime now. The worst bit about our experience was the disabled toilet. The door was locked by radar key but a member of staff quickly supplied it. As we entered the smell was pungent, there was poo and wee all over the toilet and it was evident that the toilet was not cleaned in sometime. There was nothing to suggest that the toilet was monitored either. The toilet itself was broken and visible air bubbles were rising up from the toilet. It was so disgusting that me and my mum both wanted to be sick. We made a quick escape as the smell was overwhelming and we needed fresh air so we didn’t complain in person at the time.

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered online and missed half of our order so rang up to inform them and I've never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Young man tone and manners horrendous and then he put the phone down on us. Awful Order number 76800197

The food here was great as always, nice and hot and tastes amazing. The staff were amazing as always, Stephen C on the till was lovely to talk to, will definitely go here again

Friendly staff but burger was a bit underwhelming and luke warm Fries were hot and tasty just not enough of them

Ordered double melt box meals with loaded fries fresh and hot staff cheerful and helpful had a slight issue not concerning food and staff attended to it promptly

Avoid at all costs. The staff are rude and don't listen to instructions after repeating it. Food was awful and the chips tasted bland and undercooked.

Welcoming staff great food and not too expensive

Amazing service, I’m in a wheelchair and I was made more than comfortable and staff bring food to me and probably the best bloody double whopper I’ve had, wanted to add some other sauces and cheese and Stephen made sure it came as I asked all hot and fresh within a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back!

From the get go, I entered the store disappointed with another local fast food as I didn’t get what I order, so I didn’t expect anything less for Burger King, but how I was wrong. When I entered the store I was greeted by the energetic staff members with a bubbly spirt, I ordered a chicken royal meal with out mayo and requested they add BBQ sauce as I’m obsessed with the sauce, which they were happy to oblige. My order took no more than 2 minutes tops. I can say I was happy with my visit at this restaurant. Thanks to the staff members stephen and Chloe.

Had lunch here today with the hubby to be .. I had the farmhouse Angus with cheese and bacon fries .. the hubby had double cheeseburger.. bloody lovely.. nice to have food from a fast food restaurant actually be hot and fresh. McDonald's could do with taking a leaf out of burger kings book. Ace staff .. clean dining area and like the drinks machine that is let's you pick your flavour of pepsi/coke

omg basically paid £8 and it was taken out my account etc etc. THEN stephen said the machine was broken after i waited 8 minutes then said “have you got any cash” i said no obvs? then he said the money will go back into my account cos the order was cancelled… money isn’t back in my account and my dads a lawyer. love y’all😘 also i asked for a sandwhich and they made it a meal r they deaf

Ordered a burger meal for me and my dad for a spot of lunch. It took nearly 30 mins to arrive. There was a lot of customers behind me in the cue who got their food before me.

Worse Burger King I’ve ever visited. Miserable staff, 30min wait for food even though hardly any customers visiting and several members of staff inside. 75% of the seating area closed off so nowhere to sit and eat your food. I had to hang around outside and keep popping inside as there was no way of knowing if my food ready - just to be told “no it’s not ready”! What are the staff doing in here? Not waiting or making food in a hurry that’s for sure! Food was substandard too and the few tables that were available were all dirty. Will never visit again.

Bad service, dirty floor and tables, poorly trained staff more interested in chatting about their weekend than providing good service. It took them 20 mins for some fries because they forgot about them. Never coming here again

Expensive meals without using offers on the app. However I got a Plant based Whopper on a No Meat Monday app offer for £1.99. Had to take away as it was late, but could use the tables outside. Never busy here.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru, when the restaurant looked empty, and there were only 3 cars in front of us. Everything was on the cold side and I ordered large but got normal size chips and drinks. Also, the Argentinian burger didn't look like their menu. Very poor.

Always exceptional! Great deals on the app, the staff will always swap fries for a drink (I'm not into fries) and they put the fast in fast food! Seriously, in comparison to McD's or KFC they're grill ninjas! Soooo much better than Maccie D's burgers too, I'll never understand why anyone would choose a Big Mac over a Bacon King 🤯

Slow service, and the self-serving drinks machine is a no go in COVID. I know BK have had this set up for awhile but personally I'd stop it. No rubber mat so extremely slippy around it. Never got cleaned in the 15mins I was there. Curve ball it guys.

Went for a quick snack while shopping and was mortified 😱😭 I have one treat day a week and I wasted it here. Not only was the food luke warm (I had to change the whopper with cheese, it was stone cold), the drinks machine was clogged with ice like kids had been playing with it. Tables weren't being wiped. When I changed my burger the lady just looked annoyed, binned it and asked for another one. Treated me like I ruined her day! Avoid at all cost!!!

Ordered a bacon double cheese XL meal, the burger bun was not big enough to fit the normal size burger in it. It was about the size of a 99p cheese burger bun from McDonald’s, with a normal size burger!! And the onion rings were black and soggy 🤮 For £7.99 and I binned most of it.

Because they still do veg options, during pandemic. Other restaurants stopped doing their vege burgers.

Food is same same , it's Burger King so it delicious! However I always seem to be served by the least interested in his job or customers, Server ever! Failing that, it was a town centre fast food restaurant, what more do you need?

The young lad serving has an awful attitude ordered large fries and there must have been 20 fries in bag not even half full when I challenged this even just muttered something and put another 10 in bag wouldnt go back with his attitude would put anyone off going there

Passed Burger King on way to train station- In 63 years on the planet I have never frequented this outlet, thought I should pay a visit. Initial impressions were good and staff good. Ordered “Whoppa” + fries. £5+. To say meal was hot would be a overstatement, lukewarm - near the mark. Quality was OK - quantity was fair. Overall assessment is that I shall probably give it another 63 years till I make my next visit.

It's much better quality than that other place with the clown with the red hair.

Today 27/12/2019 at 17:20 I collect my food two meal's of chicken & bacon Royal chicken, they are was totally cold, bacon was very all and cold... Fries chips was like two days old... Staff was not friendly. One of staff said to me (You will eat in?) I said to him Yes. But one of member women prepare my food in take away bag, and said to me you can not eat in side, because is clean now... before I buy then not informed me. That was the last time when I visit there... I'm disappointed...

Its fine, it's a burger king. Location is handy.

Took 9 and a half minutes to prepare a single Whopper. However, it was fresh and tasty. Another note, staff at the till does handle food after touching money.

Very quiet, yet the staff were more instead in chatting then working. To top it off the food arrived cold.
