Good food and service but there's a lot of flies in here

I was ordering food from there this woman at the front was a jerk I was mad she treated me like trash compared to everyone one else shouldn't hire idiots like that

Some items were missing and wrong and the entire order was cold. This was due to the delivery driver doing at least 2 deliveries before me.

Food was cold as it was just n with the cold drinks. Missing items off the order. £10 burger was terribly small and dry. Terrible.

Awful food! Will never order again. Freezing cold. The food bag looked like it had been dropped and we didnt get the full order!

Don’t bother ordering ice cream unless you want your burgers cold and your ice cream as soup…

The food did not taste fresh. The chips were cold and dry, tasted as though they were yesterday’s leftovers. The bun on the burger was dry and hard. Disappointed on the quality of the food I received this morning!!

food never arrived, called the restaurant and was told the driver had not arrived. Explained that just wat was showing driver at the restaurant and food was being prepared. I asked how they knew this when they had no even taken my reference number.I was then told preston was busy then they hung up .£20+ down in the wallet.Person I spoke to in restaurant useless.Dont order from here.Waiting for refund which I'd better get,and I mean all of it.

Order was almost an hour and a half late, I went for a run and got back and it still hadnt left the restaurant. Delivery driver was nice, food was still warm enough but the maximum expected delivery time was 10:45 and it kept changing every 5 minutes and the food finally arrived at 11:35

Sent one meal out the 3meals I ordered rang and got told to take it up with just eat

Waited over 20 minutes for our food before asking how much longer it would be. Staff response was ‘we don’t know…we are short staffed”. I requested a refund at this point…the manager didn’t seem interested and gave excuses about being short staffed and that he personally was new to the role.

Very slow service with staff taking their time over taking orders. On ordering was told the only cold drink was Coke…no other options available which isn’t good when you can’t have sugar or caffeine! 20 minutes after ordering I asked how much longer our food would be only to be told they didn’t know as they were short staffed! I asked for a refund and the manager came over who seemed like he couldn’t care less about the poor service…when I asked him about it he said “I’m new and we are short staffed” as if this made it acceptable.

Food stone cold. Ordered a double whopper meal and got a single! First and last time ordering.

Girl named Jess who served us need to improved her customer service skills no smile or any positive energy coming from her. Food was ok never coming back because the whopper taste exactly like McDonald’s cheese burgers, overpriced and overrated.

Was told a 30p sauce packet does not qualify for an eat-in seat. Despite my efforts I was forced to buy a 99p small drink which is not even food! It's a beverage! Unbelievable, I shall be buying my sauce packets elsewhere from now on.

Walking in to order, there was two girls in the office who just looked at us and turned back around. The shift manager came and served us. There were a number of items which were out of stock. The bins were over flowing. No napkins available and the bathroom were dirty. The staff were walking around the kitchen area with their own personal coats on and then told the shift manager that they were going out for a cigarette in the same jackets they have been wearing amongst all of the food. The food was cold when it arrived and someone else had complained about their food being cold.

Half the order was missing and what did arrive was cold.its not as though its cheap food so the least we can expect is the burgers not to be like cardboard

Food disgusting no staff all in office not very tasty

I'm not sure if this is standard for burger Kings, as it was my first time having it. But we saw the advert for the melts and thought they looked good. The reality was unfortunately very disappointing as you can see from the pictures. Plain, bland and chewy burger meat. I couldn't finish it. I couldn't fault the fries though, they were good

I can understand that customer service is a very draining and challenging job from time to time. however, there is never an excuse to be rude or react in such an unprofessional manner. me and my partner ordered food and did not get a receipt (which was not a big deal) but when collecting our food, the girl who discharged the food shouted a number and we asked “sorry what order is that we don’t have a receipt”? and she abruptly says the order of the meal and slams down a receipt. rolls her eyes and walks away with no thank yous or goodbyes.

My food hasn't arrived. Please get me another delivery

Had the misfortune to go to this establishment on Thursday. I was met by customer service I can only describe as pathetic,cold chips luke warm burger served by staff who did not care ,don't care appalling

Ordered food via the burger king app on Sunday, order went through & money taken from my bank. Get to Burger King to find shutters down & closed. Why didn't they say on the app they weren't taking orders??

Went here today and it was lovely , I’m quite fussy and changed quite abit on my burger and they was very attentive , nothing was to much trouble , everything was very fresh , and they was very nice and polite with my child , the manager on shift was very attentive making sure everything was okay , very polite and bubbly will definitely visit again :)

Rish served me I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was very helpful - helped me pick one of the new chicken melts and was amazing! Deffo coming again

before the mention about the issue, i was a chef trainer at nandos for 4 years. What i saw i wanna write it. Shift manager touched to food with naked hands. No hairnet, no gloves. She putted some food to fryer with naked hands. Where is the food hygiene, where is the health and safety. What is the funny thing she is a manager. Burger King i can give you training about the validness, health and safety and food hygiene as a free. UNBELİEVEABLE. I am serious about the training. If you need you can forward this message by mail.

Fed up of ordering things and only part arrives I ordered 6 onion rings and didn’t get them what iss going on every time I order from mc Donald’s or kfc this always happens do you all not read orders and get them right

Went to Burger King in St George’s today (28th December). As I entered there was a sign saying no fizzy drinks, there was quite a wait and it appeared there was only one person serving. When talking to the server they said the machine had broke but they had limited fizzy drinks in bottles (different coke variety’s and sprite), they didn’t have any milkshakes available despite it being advertised and when asked they said the machine had been broken for sometime now. The worst bit about our experience was the disabled toilet. The door was locked by radar key but a member of staff quickly supplied it. As we entered the smell was pungent, there was poo and wee all over the toilet and it was evident that the toilet was not cleaned in sometime. There was nothing to suggest that the toilet was monitored either. The toilet itself was broken and visible air bubbles were rising up from the toilet. It was so disgusting that me and my mum both wanted to be sick. We made a quick escape as the smell was overwhelming and we needed fresh air so we didn’t complain in person at the time.

The food was cold and I didn't want to risk heating it up. Otherwise I'm sure it would have been very nice had it been delivered 10-15 minutes earlier.

Double Whopper and large fries were both cold when they arrived.

Ordered from burger king last week was over an hour late and the food was cold and missing items, little boy really wanted it for his treat after being good at school, he has ASD so will only eat certain foods and he really wanted it so try again and they miss my burger off which was nearly £9 you can’t make this up!

Took an hour for delivery and food was lukewarm at best when it arrived.

Delivery delayed and then driver couldn’t even follow delivery instruction. Marked it as delivered so I had to around to the next street to get it. Instructions were clear enough and now my food is cold. Would like a refund!

Time the food was to be delivered kept changing and took more than an hour from ordering. On arrival the food was cold. The delivery driver apologised for the delay.

Just eat driver brought wrong order. Clearly delivering too many orders at any one time, my order £6 more expensive, had to argue with just eat for refund

The food here was great as always, nice and hot and tastes amazing. The staff were amazing as always, Stephen C on the till was lovely to talk to, will definitely go here again

Ordered double melt box meals with loaded fries fresh and hot staff cheerful and helpful had a slight issue not concerning food and staff attended to it promptly

Ordered at 12:35. Arrived at 14:40. Shocking. Customer service from the restaurant itself was good, but the driver and just eat was awful.

Avoid at all costs. The staff are rude and don't listen to instructions after repeating it. Food was awful and the chips tasted bland and undercooked.

Food was great, nice and hot and the tables were nice and clean. Great job to Stephen, he was a pleasure to talk to and went out of his way to help us

Chips were too salty didn’t my order had a missing iteam. Dont like the fact that bottles are the only option were as 5 guys or macdonalds use paper cup like u get a in a there own restaurants

The cardboard smells badly or smoke on all the order. Need to look at where these are stored

If I could give 0 I would. Its a shame you can't upload photos. Less than half a box of fries in boxes. most of them where so small they'd gone hard when cooked. Despite driver arriving on time Both the burgers & chips were stone cold and laced in so much mayonnaise they were soggy & dropping to bits. You would think they'd atleast send napkins having charged more in service charge than the delivery. Il be asking for refund and won't be ordering again.

Food was not very hot edible but not hot....

The just eat driver was great. No issues with him. The restaurant however, not so good. Missing 2x kids meals, when you’ve got hungry kids, not ideal.

Just wanted to say how wonderful Stephen C has been at the St George's BK, always so happy to help and serves with a smile. An asset to the team.

As per normal stupid mistakes… order is marked as delivered but nowhere to be seen tracking went offline in the wrong place and then marked as delivered I was stood outside on the street waiting absolutely terrible
