Very upset as I was told the tuna 6 inche dose not come on the meal deal must be the only subway that dose this as I been to many subway that offer the tuna on the meal deal the food was good but just found this rule to be stupid

Tried to order a “make your own sub” with steak and my own choice of salad to which the worker replied “you have to have the steak the way the Philly steak is” and I said I will pay extra to take off the onions then to which he ignored me and shouted at me and my partner. Absolutely horrible service and I’ll never be going back he should be sacked for the way he spoke to us. After pointing to the “make your own” option he just laughed and ignored everything we said or made sly remarks. Refused to pay for the sub as it is not what we wanted. That member of staff should be ashamed of himself.

quick and fast the delivery guy was amazing and very polite

No turkey breast in the turkey breast salad. The best part of the salad is missing from the salad.

When delivery arrived the delivery person told me there were bad staff on shift and they had forgotten something from order. I then opened my delivery and all the subs looked they had been smashed together and looked quite unappetizing.

Great they called to say they did not have the cookies I wanted so chose different. Thanks

The store I'm afraid was filthy, the food was just ok, not the hottest due to being sat on the counter waiting & there wasn't even a lot of people there, however they were friendly

Was served by "maheen" one of the worst people I've come across in hospitality. Looked like he didn't want to be there and sounded like it too. The salad looked old which doesn't reflect the "eat fresh" I expect at subway. I used to enjoy chatting to the staff here but since the recent staff turnover it seems that only the old staff I'm used to are properly trained to do their job and are doing their best given the circumstances. I have been in on occasion recently and it seems that trainee staff are left on their own or not being given the time to be shown what to do. It's a shame really, one of my favourite places to eat due to convenience working in the city centre, I may travel that extra further to the miller arcade and see if they're any better.

So I have had several years of both working and ordering from here and subway in general with the constant cuts to the sandwiches that we pay for is atrocious I ordered a bmt so why did I get 5 sal and pepperoni instead of 6? May not seem like a lot but it's what I paid for. Same with tuna, they are meant to use a set size and still use the smaller white ones. Been a long day and the unprofessionalism of "Maheen" and company was ridiculous.

Food came in the time frame it’s said but all of the subs that was asked to be toasted have come stone cold and not even been put in the oven to toast them as the cheese isn’t even melted now I’m having to wait now to warm it up myself

we got the wrong food. pre ordered at 1045- asked for 1150 delivery- arrived at 1230 disappointing to receive the wrong food- one person had no lunch as she ordered a veggie option and the 2 incorrect ones we received were both meat. rang subway directly and the girl on the phone was not bothered at all- will not order from here again.

would rate zero but is not possible. customer service appalling even from an assumed manager considering she was not wearing uniform. Was very rude and from a fellow hospitality worker, i would not dream of speaking to a customer the way i was spoken to today. rate subway in general just bad choice of hiring.

During my uni lunch break, my friends and I went to subway as we had a few vouchers (2 dine in for £7.99) we always use those vouchers but when it came to pay, the lady behind the till was so rude and mean to us, just because she didn’t know how to scan the offer, she blamed us for holding the queue down even though it was her fault. She made us very uncomfortable when she started apologising to ppl behind us about the wait, excluding us. And when i asked for a bag, she threw our sandwiches with the across the counter and said “I’m too busy so u can deal with that”. That’s obviously not a problem, if you ask nicely, but she was so rude. This visit was made on 23/2/2023 at 12:40-1 so i hope someone can check CCTV to find the lady behind the till that day and investigate this further as that attitude will result in a lot of customers never going back to subway!!!!

I love subway. It is my favourite fast food and this store is the best of them all. I tend to drop every day.and almost all the staff are realy friendly and even remember my name. But I do have to say a huge Thank You to Alex, Blue, Beth and Rachel in particular. They provide fast and reliable service. They always greet me with a smile. They truly are good nuggets.

Great meatball sandwiches loads of salad etc

Nice polite workers but the service is really slow, if you want to go here for a lunch break you're going to be pushing for time with how long they take. Instead of letting me pay for my (ready) order they started making someone else's order until I had told them to sort mine out first

Didt recieve tub of gravy i was looking forward now dry hash browns paid 1.99 so could i have refund back

Absolutely terrible service from Just Eat. Bad mannered driver who was busy on the phone, gave the wrong order, rubbish customer service from Just Eat who have no chat or phone option and restaurant is careless that they have no contact with the driver to chase up issues.

Holla I'm back. I've been here twice and I can honestly say this place is a disgrace to subway. I've been to subway in over 5 countries and 10 cities and this place is the absolute worst. First experience: Came here 8 weeks ago, 1 hour before closing. There was one worker and I was the only customer. I ordered a combo with a bottled drink and paid. The worker gave me the bottle drink after paying and it was warm. She says to me "sorry our fridge is broken". Would have been nice to know this before I paid. Its ok I like hot drinks with my hot sandwich. Sat down and every seat was dirty, crumbly and stained worst than my toilet and I haven't cleaned my toilet in years. Floor looked like I was navigating a place in kitchen nightmares. Meh, maybe a once off experience. I trust subway. I do. Second experience. Came here 8 weeks later, 3 hours before closing. There were two workers and four customers, I was the 3rd. It took 22 minutes to order and get my food, an average of 7 minutes per sandwich. My ex-wife moved faster than that. Ordered a combo and a bottled drink. Guess what? Fridge broken again. Whats new, I like hot drinks with my hot sandwich. Will history further repeat itself? I scanned around for a seat and everyone single table in the store had a sign saying "Do not sit, reserved". Guess its booked for a wedding reception, lucky couple! Its fine, I'll just eat outside on the street with the other hobos. When i left I had to check to make sure I actually went into subway.

They didn’t have ingredients so I initially wanted to cancel my order however I could not do so therefore I changed it slightly and this ended in the chicken not being cooked properly, the nachos were ridiculous and wedges were normal not crinkle

Doesn’t know how to make a proper subway

Food was missing nachos , had the wrong bread. The sandwiches were awful as the filling pushed out the sides. One meatball was completely solid and the rest gritty. Very unhappy with the quality of the food. The delivery time was good though.

I would have given it nothing if I could . Went at 5-30 thought I’d go sit in and eat whilst waiting for my husband I’d be there 30mins tops The girl put notices on the tables not in use I asked why ? she said closing soon !! I Replied you don’t close till 7 that’s an hour and Half away , her reply was ,there’s only two of us and I’ve already cleaned the tables so you can’t use them anymore. So I left and went elsewhere that closed at 7 and was made welcome , I’ve complained to subway let’s see if I get an answer

How hard is it to read an order

It took the driver 15 mins driving in circling a around my flat and he couldn’t bother ringing me. He then shouted when I flagged him down to say there’s only a minute left and he wouldn’t have delivered after that when it’s his fault. My food came so cold

Food was never delivered subway refused to help and can’t get through to just eat at all!

The bread was completely changed on every single sandwich and had no contact to ask if this was okay or not which left my son unable to eat his meal due to allergies and not knowing what type of bread it was or what was in it. The Penwortham branch phoned me and asked if it was okay to change something on my order so I don't see why they could not do the same to avoid this wastage at my cost

Fuming! I've ordered quite a few times and usually really good. Last couple of times they've missed most of the order. So someone has been sat here with no food. And when you ring, instead of making it and sending it out. They tell you to go through just eat for a refund. Not good when someone is left out and everyone is eating. This time they not only missed someone's food they also didn't read properly who had what on what.

Please never let that driver ever deliver my food again. He drove 30 minutes away from the restaurant to drive 20 minutes to my house. From the restaurant to my house is a 8 minute drive there’s no need for him to drive 30 minutes away

Forgot vegan cookie but sandwiches great

Really not happy with my order no meatballs or the cookies that come with the meal have turned up as well as the filling in the sub being practically empty seem like someone just slapped it all together and rushed it out to us

I received the wrong cookies, ordered 3 raspberry cheese cake cookies and got 3 chocolate ones which I didn’t pay for! My food was once again cold.

My sub was cold, when I asked for it to be toasted. Was cold then half was through it, it was stone cold.

I was missing my cookies the food was cold didn’thave cheese which I payed extra as well was not toasted no salad just plain when asked for onions and jalapeños £23 and went in bin fuming isn’t in it

Most of the food was cold wrap was ok but hardly any chicken in it not worth £4.40.

Taste just like any subway, sadly very little sauce on the Salad, my sandwich was also missing guacamole which I paid extra for and they delivered the wrong cookies, our least favourite ones at that :( could have called us and it would be no problem we would have happily picked different cookies if you don't have the ones we ordered, thank you for throwing an extra one in although we don't like these ones so a bit wasted on us. Food came late but we did order at tea time so understandable. Thanks for your hard work nevertheless

Delivery driver was really rude. Didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t look at me, just stayed talking on his phone, then passed me the bag of food and walked away.

Only thing good was they delivered area was very friendly customer Orientated. As for the food well it was Luke warm not hot better packaging next time the drink was wrong so not happy I don’t know why I attempted to order via just eat or Subway.

Nice food but would be better if you put the sauce on the sun rather than give a tub

Vegan cookie put in a bag with chocolate cookie, meaning the vegan and non vegan cookies where touching making the vegan cookie inedible to your vegan customer.

The low ratings are due to them sending completely the wrong sandwich. The receipt attached to the box was correct the contents of the box were not. Someone somewhere in Preston has a very nice Turkey ham sandwich!

The food was nice but our order was wrong and nothing much could be done about it

A side wasn’t included in the delivery but was paid for and on the receipt, and another side was very overcooked (meatless meatballs) and didn’t include the jalapeños that I’d asked for

My meal was lovely apart from my crisps were completely missing from the order.

Don’t think it’s their fault but the order was totally wrong ordered nachos with just salsa it came with loads of jalapeños, and the subs didn’t have cheese and both of mine were cold..

Ordered a sub stack for £1.69 extra and never received it. Slightly disappointed in this.

Waste of money. Paid extra for guacamole on my sub and it wasn't on it. Don't know if my bread was toasted too long or just stale but it was completely hard underneath. Ordered 2 double chocolate cookies and they sent the wrong type of cookies which were also nearly rock solid. Delivery guy was fine though just the actual food was very bad.

I ordered a salad box and the lettuce looked old and the portion was tiny compared to normal

The heated meat had congealed and so I couldn’t even eat half of the food. There was no cutlery and the amount of salad put into the box was abysmal.

They forgot two items on my order

Food arrived cold and soggy, restaurant wouldn't answer their phone whilst their driver drove around Queen's Court- stopping in costa's drive through and even had a passenger in the car after being 20-30 minutes late and claimed there was traffic when there is none and I only live a 10 minute drive away. Absolutely awful; probably won't order from this subway ever again.

I ordered the meat feast and they'd run out of meatballs so they added more of the other meat which was really nice. Also packaged very well. It was a tad late so everything was cold by the time it arrived but all in all good service

The instructions I gave were clear. And even if the driver found them confusing, it says in capital letters bispham street. Instead I was told I did something wrong? Also never got my Doritos. Food is good.

My order was wrong and also missing items. The restaurant was unwilling to remedy this upon calling to sort it out. What a disappointment!

Unfortunately we didn't get the sauces we ordered but it didn't take away from the freshness of the salad.

My order was completely wrong when it arrived. I asked for a 6” meatless meatball marinara, nachos, pot of meatballs, and a 6” steak and cheese. You have sent me: 2 x 6” meatloaf sub things (which I didn’t specifically order) I have no nachos and they were the one thing I was looking forward to the most! Luckily the 6” steak and cheese was right.

Driver took no notice of the note I put on the food saying that the entrance is around the back. Luckily I have nice neighbours who are willing to come and give me it. Food was good though, Just-Eat drivers are rubbish, and I'm aware it's not the fault of the restaurant.

I received my order but was missing my cookies so I rung the store to try and either get a refund or to see if they could deliver them. The person on the phone swore at me and told me to ring the delivery driver (which he was rejecting my call as I had already tried this) as he said he must have stolen them. Absolutely disgusting and poor service.

absolutely ridiculous when im waiting around an hour/an hour an half altogether for 3 buttys to arrive to my house, 2 being small kids ones. paid £20 for our food for it to come cold, not with all the salad asked on it, around 3 salads missing I had asked for (bare in mind I like a slight bit of spice so was furious when my butty was plain because my jalepenos were missed) and somehow the top of mine was like soft bread but the bottom was slightly over toasted? tasted awful. couldn't even get an explanation as to why my food was so late and delivery time kept changing. not a happy customer.

when my first order didn’t arrive, they wrote a lovely message and sent a couple extra cookies with the next order. Thank you for that - made up for just eat being awful 😊
