Frankie & Benny's in Preston

We stopped for tea her on a Saturday. It wasn't busy, very chilled. I was most impressed by the latest Vegan menu they offer.. there was so much choice! I was looking forward to trying the new Vegan hot dog but sadly they had sold out. For dessert I highly recommend the 'No Cheesecake'. Overall a great experience. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. We all left full, happy and would visit again.

Visited on valentines day. Special valentines menu was very basic so opted for the main menu. Food was good and delivered in good time.

We were seated by Steven who introduced himself and took our drinks over then served by a young girl called Emily or Emma (not quite sure) who was very enthusiastic. The food was brilliant and cheap when you download the Frankie and Benny’s app.

Our waitress, who I think was called Jade was lovely. Our complaint was regarding the quantity of food, it was tiny. My husband had to go across to MacDonalds to get another burger as his meal was smaller than our daughters child meal. The toilets needed a good clean too.

Great experience! Steven took us to our table and was very pleasant, he also asked if either of us had any allergy’s which I’ve never been asked before and think is very good thing to do. We were served by Cameron who was hilarious and very efficient. Food cake quickly and was really good. My toblerone cheesecake was the highlight for me at the end of the night it was sooooo tasty! Will be coming back for it again.

I came into your deepdale restaurant on Monday with my family. Myself and my daughter have a dairy allergy and my wife is trying to go vegan for January. I was very pleased to see the vegan menu provided to us with a wide range of choices! It was perfect for myself my daughter and my wife. The mushroom ravioli was delicious and my daughter had a great time as she always does at frankies!

This is my second time writing a review for Deepdale Frankie and Benny’s. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, particularly Joe who took our orders and looked after us throughout the duration of our stay. He was extremely helpful in giving us suggestions of what to have, and catered to all of our requirements. Our food was served quickly and was delicious! Joe checked up that all of our food was good which we appreciated. He is a credit to the team at Deepdale Frankie and Benny’s and we definitely will be returning because of his great service.

We just visited Frankie and Benny’s today and had the meat feast sharing platter starter. It was the perfect size for lunch and we had a lovely waiter called Cameron who was very attentive.

We visited today for my sons 11th birthday with his friends. We ordered mains off the menu , milkshakes etc. We wanted to order desserts but only had 25 minutes and we had to leave for laser quests. We asked the server would we have time and she said yes. We ordered 4 deserts. 2 arrived after 5 minutes the other 2 including my sons for his birthday arrived just as we needed to leave. The others had been eaten - why was there a 20 minute delay in serving the 2 desserts ? My son was upset we stood up while he tried to eat some of his Sunday. we were late to laser quest and missed a game. I asked why and was told it was a new chef - that’s it off you go - one of the worse cases of service ever. We asked for a balloon each and did not get one yet other kids similar age did , we asked the server and she said yes and then never bought one. mediocre food but this was expected.

From the moment we sat down Scott greeted us with the widest smiles and a burst of enthusiasm. Keep up the good work..you're an assert to Frankie and Benny's.We enjoyed our food, our surroundings and the service.

We were very well looked after by Aidan on Saturday 5th October. We had a party of 8 teenagers turning 16 and had lovely food, drinks and the staff made it special by welcoming our table decorations, cake and singing happy birthday. Excellent service from Aidan and the whole team. Happy teenagers Well done.

I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant as it provides good food and fantastic service. Today I was served by a lovely waitress (Jade). Who welcomed us with a huge smile.

We took our elderly grandparents for a meal last Friday , the staff were wonderful from going in to leaving , our food came at different times , the staff couldn’t apologise enough and gave us all a free dessert , lovely gesture! Jade our waitress was lovely polite and so helpful , a credit to the company. And Mike the manager was really professional, we will be back , in fact we are going again tonight because the food was delicious 😋

Was greeted by a guy who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Looked miserable when serving throughout. He took ages to bring the drinks even though it was quiet. The food was fine (bland) and I didn’t get offered cheese with my pasta even though at another table they did get the option.

Visited recently during a night with friends, walked into a restaurant with great service and nothing was too much for them. A couple of my friends had eaten here recently, and was saying how good it was. They didn’t disappoint.

Lovely meal after we had been shopping. Resturant lovely and clean and nice choice of tables including booths. Our server Matt was a fantastic young man. Well manered and very friendly and efficiant. Not very often you get such a good server.would definately go again.

We arrived at F&B; Deepdale to a warm friendly welcome. Got seated very quickly in a comfy booth. The food was delicious. 4 starters and 2 mains plus drinks. Service was excellent. Our servers were friendly, polite and professional. They accommodated all our needs and then some. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will be going again.

Amazing place to eat, all the food was absolutely delicious and it all came out piping hot and fresh. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for us, it was such a lovely experience. If you’re ever in the Preston area I would highly recommend the Deepdale branch for an amazing customer service experience and such great food and drink. I have to give special thanks and appreciation to Katie and Joe as they made our visit even more fun, relaxing and far superior to any other restaurant I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much and I hope you get the credit and acknowledgment you deserve!

We visited the Deepdale branch of Frankie and Benny’s during an overnight stop in Preston on our way to Blackpool.

Very friendly service. Milkshakes by Beccy were awesome. Service was quick and food as expected. Didn’t feel Richard which was great. Definitely will come back if only for the shakes

This Frankie and Benny’s is one of the best in Preston. The staff are wonderful; they are extremely attentive every visit, by always asking if we need any drinks or anything else throughout the meal. All of the staff were very helpful by giving their recommendations on what to order. The atmosphere the staff creates makes me feel very welcome and want to return again and again.

Good tasty food at decent prices, lively atmosphere and plenty of deals on also good discount with nhs card.

Went to use a Groupon voucher. Charming and efficient team. Delicious food. Great music and ambience. Only challenge was that steak over cooked. Replaced very quickly. Highly recommend.

Called on a Saturday night for something to eat. The place was very quiet. Our server was lovely. We had off the menu where you pick a pizza & a few dishes of pasta. One was carbonara it was very dull & tasteless like all the other dishes. You expect it to be very good due to advertising as a Italian

I have visited Frankie and Bennys many times with the family. The restaurant décor is nice. Garlic bread with cheese is always a must have, absolutely delicious. The milkshakes are always a favourite around my table. Usually go with a discount code which makes it good value. I probably wouldn't go at full price as i do believe the menu is slightly overpriced for some of the items. One thing that seems to reoccur on my visits is that the staff always seem very unattentive and unenthusiastic about their jobs. Maybe if the staff loved their job they would bring the restaurant alive and really make a big difference to the business.

Nice venue, friendly staff and great food. We used the Groupon special offer for the a la carte 2 course meal for 2 for 19.99. Great value. I think we got about £50 odd worth out of it. Brilliant.

Tucked away on a retail park. Plenty of parking areas but not great if it's pouring down as I got wet from my car to the entrance (even with an umbrella). Food average for the price. I was here for a 30th birthday celebration and we had a little cubby hole for all seven of us, quite good really. The staff, especially our waitress was really attentive and helpful as one of our party has a food allergy. Overall, I say reasonable as I do not like these establishments. I much prefer a proper restaurant style. Am I a snob or what?

I usually go to the one at the capital centre as it is close to home and after being disappointed there the last few times we decided to try this one.

Average food. Staff are teenagers who stand together in a groups laughing and giggling rather than serving paying customers. Save your money

Visited this restaurant using a Groupon voucher, which made it good value for money. Friday early eve it was quite busy. Good food, excellent friendly service. Good choice on the menu.

It was fantastic and one of the ladies that worked there kindly cut up my pizza, which I would of struggled cutting, because I have high functioning autism. The tables were clean and the service was quick. My mum and Kevin both enjoyed there meal and I enjoyed my pizza.

We are regulars at this Frankie and Benny's restaurant as it's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal as a couple or as a family. The manager Mike and his staff really look after us well and it's a bonus if we are served by Jade as her bubbly nature always puts us in a good mood.

Came here on a quiet Wednesday lunch.. had the Tuscan soup vegan and delicious... Followed by the super grains salad ..good portion size really tasty.. really impressed..not been to Frankie's for years was the vegan menu that brought me back and I will be back again. Shout out to the manger ,blond lady who was on her own she nailed it friendly efficient good quick service .. thank you

I've been here many times now and love the new arabiatta. They hands down have the friendliest staff ever, and the food's great value for money once you download the app, or get meerkat 2 for 1 deal. Haven't yet tried the new vegan menu but only heard good things :)

Had a really nice time here on Tuesday night. We had ordered a few cocktails with our waitress and they would come quite soon after. Our pizza/pasta combo was delicious too, a fan favourite as always, will return soon!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very efficiently by Will who allowed us to pick where we wanted to sit and the service provided by both Jade and Charlotte was excellent. Overall a very nice evening out.

We come for breakfast on a weekly basis and our usual waitress, Charlotte, always goes out of her way to give us the best possible service. She is always friendly, happy to stop and talk to us and is one of the reasons we continue to return to this Frankie and Benny’s every week :)

Great service and good food. The pizza was amazing along with the kids meals, our eldest loved the meatball burgers. Fair price for the food and excellent staff & i would recommended it.

Serious risk of cross contamination. Vegan dishes not vegan and bacon served to a vegetarian. Over an hour wait on mains. Service recovery is non existent. I honestly could not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Try the Blackpool branch.

Lunchtime break with a friend, we came to Deepdale Frankies a young girl Charlotte came straight over (very bubbly sweet) sat us on a nice round table and asked if we wanted drinks or to look at the menu, the manager (Mike) came over with drinks minutes after we ordered. The food was great the drinks were quick over a happy lunch break!

I like the food at F&B.; This time we had pasta and it was delicious. We also tried the fully loaded chips with cheese and bacon. The bacon could have done with being crispy but overall, it was very good. However, after that, we waited over 20 minutes for two lava cakes (that by the way were not worth the wait, as they were dry and tasteless) and we only got them as I had to complain about it taking long. I asked one waitress to check for us if it was still going to be long, but she never returned to let us know. That's when I asked to see the manager, who said simply "they were too busy". Not good enough. The least they could have done was come and let us know that it would take a while, we then could have chosen to order the dessert or not. The manager was also useless. Not impressed and do not intend to come back. What a shame.

We waited here for 70 minutes and in that time we only received our starters. We had to flag down a team member to get a second drink. When we told them we had to leave we were told as a goodwill gesture we wouldn't have to pay for our starters? Are you serious? Very let down.

After a 21 minute wait for our food and drinks to be ordered, my spaghetti came cold and the meatballs were rock hard. My boyfriends pizza wasn't cooked and full of flour as thats all he could taste. Disappointing visit, do not reccommend this restaurant at all.

Haven't been to Frankie and Bennys in years. Used to go all the time (when we lived in North Wales) and it was a treat. Mamas cheese bake and house potatoes, nice choices of non meat Calazones in a quirky unique setting, loved it!

We went early sat night as a family. On Arrival the service was good they put two tables together as four adults and two children. The staff catered very for the children needs.

Went along for a late lunch using the £19.99 groupon voucher. We were shown to a lovely booth by the window. The food was great and the service from Jade was superb! Very helpful, attentive and friendly service. If there is a staff award then we think she should get it !

Good food and staff. Service quite slow considering the place wasn't busy when we arrived. Not keen in the strawberry daiquiri, very sweet and tasted cheap.

Just been to the the Frankie and Benny's in Deepdale and must say the service was top notch. Mike and Charlotte both deserve top credit, handled everything perfectly and will definitely be coming back mainly down to the service I go from these two. The food was on point as well, can't wait for more vegan options.

Sent one meal back - a pizza that had more flour on it than most restaurants use in a year. Ribs were stone cold so we didn't eat that. The bill arrived and we had been charged for the pizza that was sent back and the replacement and the same drinks were on the bill at different prices so please make sure you do check the bill.

We had a great visit today, we were served by Mateusz who was remarkably professional, friendly and courteous. The food was surprisingly good for a lunch time menu - we particularly enjoyed the boneless buffalo bites and garlic bread with cheese! We were also able to sample some great Halloween themed cocktails - 5/5 would visit again

I was given a voucher to use at Frankie and Benny's as a gift. As is my usual habit I checked out the recent reviews. To say I wasn't looking forward to dining there was an understatement! The reviews were awful. Well I need to right a wrong! The restaurant wasn't busy so we were able to pick where we sat. Our drinks order was taken within 5 minutes. The drinks arrived promptly. Our food order was taken by a lovely waitress. The starters arrived within 10 minutes, hot, tasty and plentiful. Our mains were next, served hot and with good portion sizes. We were all too full to order desserts. What a pleasant surprise! We will return!

Came to Deepdale for a spontaneous look around and ended up eating here. I've been to Frankie & Benny's restaurants all over the UK and this one was basically a carbon copy of the others.

Visited here after a bit of shopping on the retail park. Never been here as we tend to go to the capitol centre one. Ordered my usual salmon with jacket potato and greens. Such an improvement on our usual one. I was actually served butter with my jacket potato, lemon with my salmon. The veg was beautifully season. My salmon was succulent and not dry -as it tends to be at capitol centre. Husband said his pizza was better and clean plates from the boys must have meant they loved it too. We were looked after by Matt who was friendly and attentive and even helped us to work out which voucher would be better for us to use. Tip well deserved! A credit to the restaurant.

Matt from Deepdale was a brilliant server and made us feel completely at home! Excellent experience with a lovely breakfast!

Came in for a light bite with a friend and from the moment we entered, Charlotte ensured all our requests(mainly mine) were met. Food was good but this experience was elevated to a significantly higher state because of the level of service we received from Charlotte. Too common are the days of miserable hospitality staff so it's refreshing being able to have gem of a human being make you feel welcome and warm.

We've eaten at the Manchester one before so we thought we will try the Deepdale branch. Mistake... We are not picky eaters, we eat all types of cuisine as well as Mcdonalds,KFCs, kebabs at 3am etc, this is by far the worst meal I've had all year.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Will, who was friendly. We were then greeted by Charlotte, her warm and charming demeaner was so lovely to see and we felt very attended to. Wonderful staff, on point every time! Charlotte is a star. Fully reccomend!

The manager, Mike, was very attentive and made sure we were attended to at all times. Becca, the bartender was also incredibly helpful and served us with some top notch cocktails

We came here as a family and from the minute we walked in we were faced with lovely smiling staff . We were taken to a booth and given menus .. however we were waiting a while to order drinks but no problem then it took a while for the drinks to arrive ..but still everyone who spoke to us were so friendly.. The starters were lovely and the nice young supervisor saw we had finished and asked if we wanted our mains and then cleared away ... The problem which bothered me was me and my husband didn't have a dessert as we were sat for over half am hour with empty plates in front of us and had to find a member of staff to order the little boys dessert .so didn't get to look at drawer menus for us and by this time It was getting really late . once again the staff member was lovely. So my suggestions would be more training . They have the customer service down to a T when dealing with and talking to customers but the actual service side is very lacking there was only 4 more tables in the restaurant. I wish them the best of luck and hope they get some training to help them achieve 5 stars

Great staff and excellent customer service. Have eaten here a few times since it has opened but never left feeling completely satisfied with the food or service until now! Staff certainly worked together and ensured food was served promptly without any delay. Thank you to the gentleman, Will, who served our table. Very polite and welcoming.

Excellent service by Charlotte and food decent for the 2 for 1 price through Meerkat Food. Not sure I would be happy paying full price but good at half the cost.

This was a convenient meal at Deepdale. As such, the choice is limited when you’re here and someone chose F&Bs;?! Anyways, suffice to say that its hands down the worst food I’ve eaten in a long long time. It reminds me of a school cafe; the lack of taste, like warm food and no quality to speak of. McDs is far better and that’s saying something.

on arrival got seated on a booth. took them forever to come and take our drink orders and when they did they got it wrong.

Came in for an evening meal, very good service from the manager throughout our time there, starter of garlic bread was massive and also the crab and cod bites were very nice. Special request for no mushrooms in the mushrooms sauce (I know) was no trouble at all. Would recommend

Called for lunch on a Monday (3 of us). Wasn't busy but we waited 20 mins for our order to be taken. Nothing on the menu explained (regarding offers). Felt like I was a real inconvenience to the staff for being there. Asked for more refillable drinks during meal, which came after the meal ended. Had cajun chicken wrap which mostly consisted of red onion ! Fries were just warm. Won't be back!

Today we went to have a meal at this restaurant. It was not to busy so we were seated and served within minutes of our arrival. Food was great and new menu was fab. Staff were assertive but not intusive. If this is the standard we experienced we will definitely be going back. Price matches the quality and quantity of our orders.

Visited as a last minute decision for a Saturday night tea as our oven had broken. Wasn’t going to write a review but thought I would in response to the poor reviews the restaurant had had.

Arrived mid week for lunch. Asked to order drinks by waitress straight away. Asked for Pepsi max she said what size? I said large. Ok drinks came looked at lunch menu and saw refillable soft drinks £2.99, That's good I thought. Ordered lunch was lovely and came quickly as it was very quiet. Asked for a refill and was told " no you had the large, only the standard are refillable!" So I paid £3.19 for a large non refillable instead of £2.99 for a regular with refills. Felt very ripped off. No tip left.

Visited today for fathers day, I pre booked a table as I thought it would be busy & we are here on holiday. Staff were all lovely, seated us straight away & took our drinks order. The girl serving us was nice & helpful & our food came out very quickly. All of our party of 6 had beautiful well cooked food couldnt fault a thing!! Lovely family meal.

Well absolute disgusting my grand daughter was sat in her princess dress and no body turned up and they charged £5 for this even better that can't even be assed replying to my emails myself family and friends use to go here quite a lot but no more absolute disgusting have guts to reply

I booked a table for Saturday night. It was my daughter and her best friend birthdays. Reserved a table for 6.30, resturant not busy at all, about 15% full at the most. Waited 20 mins and not even a drinks order taken, with 3 young children this is not acceptable, so we ended up waking out and going KFC over the road. Used to call in here regularly, but will not be doing again!

This is the third time we have been here and every time the service is very slow. The staff are very polite and the food is good but they are very understaffed. We waited 40 minutes for a children’s ice cream. This is not acceptable at tea time as it is nearing their bedtime. This is the last time I will be visiting.

this place was amazing the staff dan was amazing and a good host, he was a a** waiter and cant fault him, well done dan, a good chat and laugh with!! the staff was amazing with the kids too!!

We visited F&B; this evening for a family meal. We walked in to be greeted by a queue or of 2 other groups waiting to be seated. Whilst we stood there we were walked past without any sort of acknoelwledgement. When we were finally seen to we were informed that there would be a 15 minute wait for a table even though the restaurant was less than half full! Absolutely ridiculous , so we've moved across the road to Pizza Hut where we were greeted with a friendly smile, seated in seconds and our order taken within minutes.

Went for a quick lunch yesterday, service was diabolical and we were there an hour and a half for a two course meal. Won’t be going back.

We went in as a family of 4 seated straight away as it was quiet. Ordered drinks then waited they came and took are order and we received our starters and finished them before the drinks arrived,the mozzarella sticks were over cooked the chicken ceaser wraps had more lettuce in it then chicken the staff didnt even come and ask how the meal was this is byfar the worse F&B; IVE EVER BEEN IN WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Wasn’t overly busy. Minimal staff on, over an hour wait for food. Would not recommend. Ordered mozzarella dippers, these were over cooked.

Went last night and although the place was half empty the service was dire and it took an age for food to arrive...when it did it was awful !! Dry inedible chicken, totally cremated steak and burnt chicken wings! Give this place a miss, total waste of 50 pounds [and that was with 40% off !!!]...needs to get its act together... PRONTO !!

Me and my family came in here after a bit of shopping in deepdale. We were swiftly seated which was promising as we thought it might be a bit of a wait as it was 5pm and the tea time rush. After 10/15 mins of waiting our drinks orders were finally taken, we weren’t to bothered as we were sorting our hungry son out anyway so didn’t mind. But after this is all went down hill. We waited 30 mins after our drinks order for our drinks to be bought over to us which is ridiculous, we could see our drinks on the bar for about 15 mins before someone bought them over. They were plonked on our table and before we could ask if we could order food the guy walked of without saying a word. We then waited another 10 mins before someone came and took our food order (this was the only staff member who actually seemed reasonable) unfortunately we had decided by that time we were going to finish our drinks and leave it wasn’t worth the bother .... or wait! He apologised and understood. We packed up and went to the till to pay and leave, we were stood waiting to pay for another 10 mins, walked past by members off staff at least 10 times including the manager all who ignored us. It was very clear we were waiting to pay. In the end we explained to the person on the bar we weren’t paying as the service was awful, to which they just agreed. We only got one apology of one member of staff all night who wasn’t even a manager, every other member of staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want your custom. At no point were we told there was a wait on food, we were basically plonked on a table and ignored. If you want customers at least act like you do, or find some new staff who have skills of talking to people! I had a better convocation with me 7month old!

Me, my wife and sister in law popped in for breakfast. My wife was having trouble opening the door and holding our little girl (we just wanted to get inside as it was freezing) and the manager walked straight past us. We stood at the door whilst the staff wondered around, the manager was waiting on sauce from the serving counter but could see us but let us to wait anyway. We were then seated by the manager who couldn’t find us a table (it was clear that he wanted us to sit in a specific part of the restaurant) we asked to sit at one of the 20 odd tables that were free and you could tell he wasn’t pleased. He gently threw down the menus onto the table and whispered “someone will be over to take your order” we sat for 10-15 minutes and nobody came to take a drink order, we thought it best to leave as it felt like we were a burden.

So disappointed. Used to be a treat to take the kids here when they were younger and it was always enjoyable if a bit pricey. We usually went to the Capitol Centre branch or occasionally on the Prom in Southport. The Deepdale branch is quite new and the Manager from the Capitol Centre seemed to have moved here so when we visited when it first opened the service was good and food was ok. Not sure what has happened but checking online it appears the owners have decided to go for the cheaper more kiddie-centric market following a tough couple of years financially. The menu was dull, they have managed to remove what little atmosphere there was, however contrived, and poor staffing. Jake, our waiter was sweet but must have had a few spillages as his uniform was grubby. The food, when it eventually came, was lukewarm, poor quality and very overpriced for what we got.

Visited the restaurant with a friend. Very friendly service from Manager Steph. Food came quickly and was good value for money on the lunch menu. The new style of menu is not very eye catching though it looks quite childish.

Visited Frankie and Benny's yesterday for a spot of lunch before doing some shopping. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by a lovely girl who seated us and explained the menus to us.

I have been here a couple of times when I have shopped at Deep dale and can say every time I have been disappointed by the customer service, or lack of!! I cannot fault the food, always very nice and I normally chose from the lunch menu which is good value for money. The service and staffs attitude however lets it down massively. On my first visit here we ordered drinks which didn't come until our main courses arrived, even though we had asked twice during our starters. My sister then ordered a second lemonade during her main which never arrived but the staff didn't seem to care when we mentioned it and still tried to charge us for it when we came to pay. When we mentioned it never arrived she huffed and said she'll take it off the bill. On my previous visit the service was so slow and they were very quiet, which they normally are and I cant really say I'm surprised given the service people receive. We had our starters and our mains, we then decided before our plates were cleared we would have a dessert but before even clearing our plates the waitress presented us with the bill?! my mum told her we actually wanted to order a dessert, she walked away and returned with some menus. We ordered, ate our desserts and again, without even clearing our plates presented us with another bill... talk about pushy!! the only saving grace for this place is that its really the only restaurant with a variety on deepdale, the rest is pizza, Nandos and fast food. I personally wouldn't recommend dining here as the service is so poor.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went here for lunch. Waited 15 minutes for two glasses of Diet Pepsi. Starters- garlic bread was stone cold, chicken goujons- Luke warm, complained and didn’t even get an apology. Main course- pizza, spaghetti and meatballs- ok, side of fries- cold. Ordered a refil, waited 10 minutes, asked again no apology. Wasn’t asked if we wanted a desert. Asked for bill, waiter walked passed and just put it on end of table, didn’t come back so grabbed another waiter and gave it to her. Got up to leave and first waitress came running across and asked how we would like to pay! Told her we’d given it to her colleague and left. No tip and we won’t be going back!

Number 1) 2 waiters (1 manager) and 8 customers

Not quite sure what the priorities of the staff were but it certainly wasn’t to serve customers! We went in and it was not very busy. We were waiting a good 5 minutes before a staff member came over to ask “are you waiting to be seated?” I held my tongue as I was going to respond with “either that or I’m your new doorman!” We were seated by the young waitress that told us she would be back in a few minutes to take our order. 10 minutes later she was still wandering around clearing tables. She was quick to take other people’s money though! It was a struggle to locate any other staff members so we decided to leave. 3 other couples left with us as they were still waiting to get served. KFC was miles better!!

Went here last night for the little lads birthday treat as it was where he asked to go. The place was freezing cold, had to sit there with our jackets on. Starters came and my "loaded" potato skins were cold so we had to send them back and where the "loaded" comes from , I really don't know as there was just a small covering of cheese on them. Main courses came and must say my wife loved her burger and the boys enjoyed their foot longs. Unfortunately mine was as bad as the rest of the experience. I ordered steak and fries and there was more fat and gristle on the steak than meat. The chips were poor and the garlic butter to accompany the steak was disgusting. It is not butter but tasted like some very, very cheap margarine which spoilt the small bit of meat I could find on the steak. Truly rubbish experience and will not be visiting ever again. You go to these chain diners with an expectation which to be fair is not very high but this was even worse than I could have imagined. Wish I 'd gone to Nando's, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway or even Greggs next door as anyone of them couldn't have been as poor as this place.

Been here a few times and 12thdec was the last. meal not good and the place was freezing had to keep my coat on it was that cold. I saw a few people walk out and saying it was cold. Will be finding some where elsa to go from now on.

I really want to like Frankie and bennys but keep being let down by awful experiences.... first the Blackpool one (2 times) and now the new Deepdale one! Time for me to give up and not go to Frankie and Bennys again.

I took my daughter for the first time after a trip to the cinema, never again ! 8 quid for a child's meal consisted of a few dried up chicken nuggets and literally 6 fries ! My 12 quid crispy chicken burger was as dry as a bone with a tiny bit of salad on the top and a small had full of fries. Not even decent chips . Then a bill for 25 quid including two cokes. I could of got better for less than half the price at mc donalds or any local pub or eatery. How do these places get away with serving crap like this then ask for tips ! But it was busy, why do people go . This was my first and last.
