The best restaurants serving American food in North West

Very disappointed with my order went and collected it and asked if it is fresh they said yes. But then I saw him re cook my wings in the chip fryer pizza tasted salty.

Currently waited over 2 hours since ordering the pizza, had to deal with the staff lying over the phone saying it had been sent out and would be ‘10 minutes’, then after 2 hours they marked it as delivered (a lie) and refused to pick up the phone at all. Still haven’t got through to them to get a refund. Scam.

Ordered a peri burger and a half peri platter the peri marinations was just perfect. One of the staff recommended a tiramisu and I didn’t expect the quality to be as good and as rich and for the price and portion you can’t go wrong.

Pants my wifes kebab on pitta had twice as much meat as mine. Will not order again as bad service. It use to be good but not now.

UPDATED- I wish I could give you 6 * Great staff and 1st among equals after a 3 nights stay and breakfasting daily.-Do not be deceived by the ordinary appearance outside of the pub as this is a great 'Spoons and far from being a "typical 'Spoons". Excellent service and a great atmosphere make this one of the best 'Spoons I've been in

Very quick service, food was perfect, served attentively by Chloe.H would recommend coming here, the lunch menu is a fair price too.

Brought my nana here for lunch around 12pm place was very busy but every member of staff was warm and friendly. Warned when ordering food there might be a 40 minute wait but that was made clear and there was a sign. Woman who took my order really friendly and upbeat. Smile on her face. Even when I asked for coffee at a busy bar she kept a smile. When I went back for extra sugar another lady handed it me with a smile. Food came out hot and cooked well in 20 minutes. BOGOF made it great value. Again servers were very friendly polite. Asked if we needed anything else. Attentive even when it was a busy rush. Lovely place for food although busy tables were spotless and the staff were working hard. I hope the pub bosses read this and commend their staff for making it a lovely experiance and the staff should be rewarded for the excellent feed back.

Myself and best friend had been to the cinema . And by the time we came out so we decided on frankie and bennys . And boy we were so glad we did !! Our server turned out to be a manager . And I must say ... what an asset to your business! Made us feel so welcome . My friend is very pedantic with food but with the recommendations given she cleared the plate . Thank you so much for making us feel so special ❤️ we will be back Our visit was on Tuesday 8th October xx

El Welkin on Whitechapel es uno de los seis pubs Wetherspoon repartidos por el centro de la ciudad y este es el pub Wetherspoon más cercano a la calle Mathew. Este pub luminoso tiene un interior moderno con zona de estar en la planta baja y en el primer piso. Hay excelentes accesorios y características que se relacionan con la historia de esta magnífica zona del centro de la ciudad y cómo este pub Wetherspoon recibió su nombre. Este Wetherspoon's ofrece, como todos los pubs Wetherspoon's, una brillante gama de comida y bebidas a buen precio. Visitamos aquí temprano en la tarde en un día frío helado y este lugar estaba muy ocupado, pero nos las arreglamos para encontrar una mesa donde tuvimos una comida y algunas bebidas. En nuestro viaje a aquí tuvimos un par de pintas de Sharp's brewery Doom Bar que eran excelentes y donde bien de precio como teníamos dos C.A. M. R. Un token que tiró 50 peniques por pinta. Es un bar Wetherspoon brillante que está en una excelente zona del centro de la ciudad y es un excelente lugar para visitar para una comida o una cerveza o dos antes de visitar la calle Mathew. I had such fond memories of this place but I am sad to say that I won’t be going back. It has completely lost its vibe and atmosphere. The decor, music and lighting used to be spot on and gave the vibe of Italian New York. Now the clinical white lights, stripped decor and ultramodern music has left this place feeling more like a canteen. It just doesn’t seem to know what it is anymore. The place is grubby, with broken seats in the booths and dirty floors. The food was overpriced, basic with cheap ingredients. The chicken tasted like the cheapest frozen chicken. The chicken stack had squeezy cheese with what appeared to be over processed bacon of some form. I question what percentage of pork it actually contained as it had the texture of a soft plastic. The fries were fine. The food took 45 mins to arrive. The staff were pleasant but I could feel they didn’t have the love for the place. I understand that though as the place looks like there is no investment from the top. I got the vibe that there is no effort in this place as there is an expectation of a constant stream of cash coming in from the shoppers. I don’t think there is any care if people return. My advice is don’t bother with this place. A real shame for what once was a good place.

The 3 times my partner and I have been down to Blackpool we eat here every time the food is amazing , worth the money and the staff is so friendly and helpful , excellent service and nothing is too much for them . We have a laugh with 2 members of staff everytime we are down Aaron and Harvey r soo funny just their banter. We highly recommend this place

Excellent food and service, everything catered for perfectly and still at a reasonable price. Our server Alaina was fantastic, professional, friendly and very helpful!

Seemed like a standard chain restaurant, food was average and the price was higher than you’d expect considering, I’m guessing this is due to location. No apple pie on the menu…. and it’s an America restaurant! This being said the staff are fantastic and very helpful but the menu let it down.

We love this frankies and bennies and always visit even though its over 50 miles away The staff are always lovely fast service and amazing food This time there was a bill discrepancy and its not been a good visit this time i had a taste card which is 241 on starters mains and deserts yet they only took it off my starters and desert i tried asking the server why this was as there was no mains taken off and he said its the way it does it and i shown him the t&cs and still wouldnt get it So im not too happy
