Crunchy Chicken in Tameside

I went and bought chicken burger and wings on Sunday 24 teatime it’s now Friday 29 been sick and got diarrhoea from this place and I am a diabetic type 2 not eat since Monday this place need shutting down I will be contacting the council plz AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Loads of places do pizza much better than the pizzas available here, and the chicken is nothing special - most of it went in the bin, including nearly all of the pizza. That's twenty-three down the swannie with little to show for it. Won't be ordering again (first and last time).

Customer service abhorrent. Phoned them to ask how long it would take for delivery. They're like stop wasting my time. Ridiculous. Will not order from here again!

Today I bought 10 hot wings and large chios. When I got home the hot wings were so dry and hard like they had been sitting in the warmer the whole day. I called in to speak to the manager and I was told he has gone home. I told them my complaint and they said there is nothing they can do as they cannot see my order. I offered to bring back the hot wings and they to me that I am wasting their time and they will not accept the food back. They refused to give me any names and dropped the call o me. Such horrible customer service....bad food this time around!

Really rubbish takeaway, ordered food they didn’t even give sauces, forgot my drinks and chips and then tries to blame the customer for there own mistakes!

Honestly my go to takeaway every time I want to order. The burgers are absolutely gorgeous and the wings are just the best. Only thing I would say I don’t like about it is no milkshakes but apart from the rest it’s honestly so good.

This used to be best Chicken Shop in area! Since new owner took over things gone bad fast. Rude customer service!!!!! Food quality poor Chips cooked more than once... And most of the time you get something you didn't order, cheese in my case. When I told him I didn't order cheese, owner said that I talk too much!!!! Very rude attitude! This in not how you treat customers. Very disappointing.

So far worse take away I ever ordered! pizza greasy and tasteless,mayo on burger reminds wall paint or someting,cheap. customer service rude! used to be best chicken in town.I guess new owner got more important things to do then taking care of customers .

Ordered 3 meals. 2 were ok but the hot wings meal was awful. The batter on the wings was so salty I nearly threw up. When I rang the shop they couldn’t care less and said oh next time you come will give you free wings!! Would rather starve! You’ve just lost a customer and your not even worth my one star!!!

Most of my food tasted nice but the chicken was pink and bloody near the bone. You could tell by the taste they had been sat in the warmer a long time. Made me unwell for a few days as the chicken wasn't cooked properly and I didn't notice till afterwards. Would have been nice but that spoiled it.

Really nice, I had tower burger meal and my pal had piri piri by her meal both with fries and can of choice , both really good at half the price of kfc, would highly recommend although staff very miserable but don't let that put you off, 10/10 for food but 5/10 for staff

The delivery driver is a maniac! Just reversed out onto me on Stockport Road, then proceeded to head towards Droylsden. Jumped 3, yes THREE sets of red lights...didn’t get him any further because I ended up behind him again... so if you get a delivery from a guy with a beard and glasses in a red Toyota Yaris TT with an 05 reg plate....please tell him I have videos of him potentially killing someone as he makes his delivery. I will be visiting the shop with a dvd after I’ve sent it to Ashton Police Station for review.

I normally love this place but this time the chicken piece came pink and the chips were very soggy. The chicken strips tasted like stale bread not very good all round, quite disappointed in them

I would avoid this place! My food was over 30 mins late and when I called the shop to find out where my food was they kept advising it was on it way but also said I was lying about what time the food was ordered at! The food was cold and wasn't tasty at all. Avoid this place at all cost!

The staff is nastyt insulting many of the clientele terrible customers service. For me is a big fat cero.

The food is ok. Perfect for a quick meal when your on a dinner break. The staff are an issue as they smoke behind the counter which should not be allowed to happen especially when many young children enjoy the food there

Very nice food for reasonable price. Burgers are good especially Zinger. Pizza is also very nice. Wont recomend kebab from here. Naan bread is small as they are not a kebeb place. Rest all food is nice and staff are helpful and nice.

Not a very got service will nt be ordering from here again! Double paying me for my meal bringing a single of what i ordered when I payed for a double. Excellent Food Quality , just ordered a chicken steak burger , delicious and nice staff

The chicken here is excellent, especially the Zinger burgers. Pizzas are very tasty too, but not the best thing they sell. They're a little light on the chips in meals, but they are very nice for takeaway chips. Food has always been piping hot. My only complaint is that we've had a couple of incorrect delivery issues with some past orders, but these have always been rectified very quickly over the phone.

Ordered via Hungry House for whole family, deliberately ordered over £25 to qualify for the free pizza advertised. Food turned up (15 mins late after they had already extended delivery time), no pizza, chips cold- although had clearly been hot at some point as the polystyrene boxes had melted and the chips had spilled everywhere covered in melted plastic. Children's popcorn chicken was so bad even the dog wouldn't eat it- and trust us her standards are not high! Called up and the guy didn't want to know and was quite rude. Just avoid this place like the plague, there's no shortage of takeaways in Ashton, any of them will be better than this!!!

Really bad service by one of the staff, all I will say is check your change as the menu they changed to but the staff forgot to read the new prices. Rude staff who got it wrong and answered still did not answer apologise. Will not be going back.

Firstly they started taking other people's order whilst I was trying to explain that an item was missing. They then rang me back and didn't even understand what I was trying to explain. He just started reading my order out to me. When I told him that the meal was missing he told me he would send it. I rang back 20 mins later and he said he's not sending it because he doesn't believe me! Who in their right mind would lie about a peri wrap meal!? It's £3! It wasn't about the money it was about the fact that my sister didn't get her food and was sat there hungry waiting to see if it would come or not. And he didn't even have the courtesy to tell me he wasn't sending it. He told me I was lying and hung up! I have ordered from here many times and had lil problems here and there such as the pizza being slightly burnt or there being a drink or two missing. But this was the last straw! Save yourself the aggro and order from somewhere else!

Food is below average! Staff don't know what they're doing and customer service is non existent! They don't even bother giving you change if it's less than 10p, they just keep it, I know it's not much but they shouldn't be doing that at all!

Food wasn't cooked properly, The cake was frozen! The tray was coated in oil for my main meal. Definitely won't bother buying from here again. Although the gelato milkshake was nice.. maybe the only decent thing from this shop. Also my overall order was majorly delayed, I collected from the store and when I arrived they hadn't even started my order, the shop wasn't at all busy which should of been a red flag.

The person who delivered it dint work for take away but worked next door and did them a favour witch was nice but shouldn't offer delivery service if can't do them selves

Added 30 minutes into our order but came not long after the original time. Pizza was slightly overdone and had slid down the box but was still tasty. Would order again.
