We visited yesterday for daughters 10th birthday and immediately from walking in the manager was amazing! He was very attentive and really made her birthday meal special. He offered us the "birthday table" which was a really lovely touch. We hadn't informed him about the birthday but he had seen her badge . The service was great and the food delicious! The waitress was friendly and attentive. However the most impressive thing to note about our visit was the way the Manager Tim handled a situation where a male came in asking for free food as he had recently been released from prison. Although the man was clearly agitated and Intimidating in nature, Tim was professional and swiftly handled the situation requesting the man leave the premises without disturbing the customers. He actually managed to persuade the him to leave quite discreetly without attracting any attention from the customers. Tim remained completely calm and once the male left, Tim went back to engaging with each and every customer.The safety and the dining experience of the customers remained his number 1 priority. I first visited this branch 17 years ago for my 21st birthday and have visited numerous times since and I can honestly say this was my favourite visit of them all. I'm not usually someone to write reviews however I genuinely believe that if it wasn't for Tims actions yesterday, our experience could have been very very different and I really hope that he receives the recognition he deserves.

Place was short staffed, but that didn't stop them all being very helpful and friendly. Orders taken, one of the dishes were incorrect but they were every good in fixing the issue. The food was very hot and tasty.

Was served by Jordan. He was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and made our experience at frankie and bennys an enjoyable one. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Overall a nice evening meal

Decided to take my elderly mother to Frankie and Bennys Ashton for New Year’s Eve and I cannot praise my server Jordan enough, I’ve never seen her smile and laugh so much. He was super friendly and really funny making her laugh and really engaging with both of us making it an amazing experience. Food was reasonably priced and was really good big thanks to the team. 👍🏼

Came in for a meal on my own, food was delicious and the server ciara was amazing , she recommended the pizza which I really enjoyed.

Came with some friends for some lunch and a catch-up after a round of bowling and I couldn’t fault anything. The waitress Ciara was great spot on with everything and was absolutely lovely! She made sure if we needed anything else and if everything was okay. When we did need something she was on it straight away, it wasn’t super busy the day we came but the customer service really was excellent. Thank you Ciara! Also the food was great so credit to the chef that was on, will definitely come again!

The waitress (ciara) I had was so lovely and kind, she took our orders seriously and make sure we got our orders on time. She made sure nothing was left out. She was delightful to chat to and I’m please to say one of the best I’ve seen in the food industry big praise to the young girl.

Friendly staff, really nice food and came fast

Overall great visit but could have felt alittle more festive inside (Atmosphere) ok not all celebrate Christmas who go in but suggestion just put some Christmas songs on and make it alittle more child Christmas friendly. We come here every Christmas eve the kids and ourselves love it just this year felt alittle more bar humbug for the kids. Most annoying thing is I booked this in August as it said book now and all adults will receive a free glass of perseco this was not presented to us at anytime but was on the receipt? I didn't book it for that but this should be highlighted on the booking and acted upon for the guests.

We choose Frankie and bennys mainly for the kids as there is always a good choice for them but also due to one of my children being celiac. They have a better choice than most chains on the kids menu with the mains but all the deserts are gluten free. We had excellent service on our visit and were not kept waiting long for food and drink orders

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. We came in as a large booking late evening which is never easy for front of house staff or the kitchen. They took really good care of us and made sure we had a lovely visit. Would recommend and dine again as customer service was brilliant. Didn’t get the staff names but it was two ladies. Thank you

Came for a catch up with my friend for some lunch, Maise our waitress in Ashton Frankie and bennys was very attentive, topping our drinks up when we needed new ones, brought our food really fast, she was dead nice & smiley; very professional, food was great, we will be back. Thanks Maisie ❤️

Not impressed at all, expensive crap to be fair, completely ruined our meal with stupidly loud music food all deep fryed in grease, if I wanted a crappy takeaway I could have stayed at home

Was very quiet when we went for my birthday which suited me fine, friendly and helpful employee, didn't have to wait long for food or drinks for our table of 6, and the food was delicious and enjoyed all round.

My First and last time in this place .. mac&cheese the worst experience ever, carbonara was spicy and without the flavor. 0/5..

Not very nice food with pretty poor service, first and last time of visiting. Expensive food that doesn't always match the description, children's meatballs and pasta was virtually inedible. The only good bit was a small bluelight card discount.

Visited recently with my daughter who has additional needs and a few of her friends who also have additional needs. We asked to be seated slightly out of the way as to not overwhelm our group, which the staff were very happy to accommodate this. The service was prompt. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Very pleased with the whole experience. Will be visiting again!

Didn't have food, just called in for a drink before the cinema. Friendly service, especially from Martyna. Was made to feel very welcome.

What has happened to the spag bol and meatballs? Meatballs are like the ones you get in ikea. Dry. Starters, wings and garlic bread, no side plates we used our napkins. Music shocking, what happened to the old music? Paid £60 for two of us. Not to be repeated. @Ashton Moss.

Myself and my husband. Both vegan really enjoyed the previous menu but the new menu lacks choice and flavour - we will probably just go bella italia next time. Also, it was a warm day but the amount if fruit flies was excessive and really of putting. The staff were very nice and the cocktails were great.

Janka was attentive to our needs and asked if there was anything we required without being overbearing and listened to our feedback as part of the meal wasn't to our tastes.

Garlic bread hard in the middle, shame as that was my main course.. didnt ask to change because it was only the middle and normally never go wrong but really disappointing. Service not as quick as usual which is surprising considering it's quite empty, I would say, considering other weekends. Got 1 order wrong mild issue. They gave garlic bread instead of mash. Asked for a take out box and had to re ask another waiter who got it. Our current waiter could of been busy already doing a few things before hand maybe, unsure would never wish to discredit her. Service with a smile, polite. Drove 28 minutes to be here with high expectations of a quick nice tea like many other times but unfortunately not tonight. Not worth having to stop for petrol on way home 😔 Other than the above, my kids enjoyed the milk shake. Very much so! They loved the pudding vegan ice cream and finished all there main course other than crust off a pizza ( kids )

Tim was very helpful and ensured our food was as we wanted.

You just have to try the New York Cheesecake with a couple of scoops of Ice Cream

Shocking did I already say shocking we only ever have bad experiences at this 1 the 2 others we use are way better. Took a while to acknowledge us at the door Sat us down next thing my ears where bleeding they had turned the happy birthday song on so loud even the staff complained. Waited another 10 minutes and bo one came to ask about drinks. There was about 4-5 tables in max. We walked out

We waited half hr before being asked did we want drinks then ages for them to arrive.we had to ask for our menus but once ordered the food arrived fairly quickly the mains were lovely but my daughter had a warm cookie dough with ice cream when I asked for the waitress she turned and said I know you're waiting on ice cream" with a tone, what I wanted to say the cookie dough wsd cold it not been heated to which in a tone said I know it's been heated I did it myself. The guy working there and the supervisor are and have always been lovely but this young girl with glasses needs training up she has a bad attitude we won't be returning

Amazing service, quick turn around. Didn’t take a picture of my families orders (they had pizzas) amazing too! Food was hot, decent price for decent food! Definitely under-rated and will be coming more often :)

Really quick and good service. We had a choice of where to sit. Food was tasty and good portions. It was a Monday early dinner so was quite quiet. Everyone was friendly and polite I think we were served by Chloe and Maisie. Thanks to them both!

We came for a little surprise party for a 7 year old and as soon as walked through the door the staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us to make a little special. Food was lovely. Im unable to remember the names of staff but all in all was a fab evening made a little special by the staff so thankyou !!!

Came in on a whim after an afternoon in Manchester with my gran, both very hungry due to the fact I had been working. We were seated in the perfect place, service was speeding and the waitresses were absolutely lovely. The food was fabulous, as always. The food was much cheaper than the places we looked at in Manchester too. Will definitely be back 😁

Came here for my grans birthday a few weeks ago, admittedly, I was unimpressed by the interior. However, that was straight out mind the second that our server, Emily, attended to us. There could not have been a greater example of “service with a smile”. She had no problem giving recommendations based on our own personal preferences, and catered to our every need. Will definitely be dining here.

I came in for lunch with my partner and Kelly was so friendly and attentive. She really made sure we were well looked after from start to finish - such a credit to the restaurant!

The staff were really friendly. The food was cheap and really tasty. Ordered the Brooklyn bundle and a garlic bread which fed four people for under 40 quid. Couldn't eat anything else afterwards, can't fault it.

I was meant to get a vegetarian pizza the waiter brought a vegan. Afterwards she went to check if it was vegetarian and she brought back the same pizza which was vegan saying it’s vegetarian. Them my two friends asked for vegetarian and they got a totally different pizza which was way more appetizing.

The food was terrible the waiting time was horrendous the I threw up right after I ate the pizza was not scrumshis and hated this place

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and appreciated the quiet ambiance upon arrival. The food was served quickly, and the service was polite and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant, complemented by nice music. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely!!!!. Nice friendly staff. Guided me to an excellent mock tail, which really went nice with the chicken carbonara,, followed by an excellent chocolate brownie

I ordered a meal for me and my family from here via deliveroo. The delivery bag was sealed but on opening it half my order was missing. What was delivered was dry and bland apart from the childs garlic bread which was cremated well beyond being edible. The portion sizes provided were tiny compared to what would be provided in restaurant.
