Food and service was great. Both kids finished their meals, adults meals were both finished too. Was really nice

Very young inexperienced staff, some orders were wrong. Very loud music. Food was overcooked and not presented nicely. It was very expensive.

Not very nice food with pretty poor service, first and last time of visiting. Expensive food that doesn't always match the description, children's meatballs and pasta was virtually inedible. The only good bit was a small bluelight card discount.

Visited recently with my daughter who has additional needs and a few of her friends who also have additional needs. We asked to be seated slightly out of the way as to not overwhelm our group, which the staff were very happy to accommodate this. The service was prompt. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Very pleased with the whole experience. Will be visiting again!

Didn't have food, just called in for a drink before the cinema. Friendly service, especially from Martyna. Was made to feel very welcome.

Myself and my husband. Both vegan really enjoyed the previous menu but the new menu lacks choice and flavour - we will probably just go bella italia next time. Also, it was a warm day but the amount if fruit flies was excessive and really of putting. The staff were very nice and the cocktails were great.

What has happened to the spag bol and meatballs? Meatballs are like the ones you get in ikea. Dry. Starters, wings and garlic bread, no side plates we used our napkins. Music shocking, what happened to the old music? Paid £60 for two of us. Not to be repeated. @Ashton Moss.

Friendly staff. Our server was Janka who was very nice.

Janka was attentive to our needs and asked if there was anything we required without being overbearing and listened to our feedback as part of the meal wasn't to our tastes.

Garlic bread hard in the middle, shame as that was my main course.. didnt ask to change because it was only the middle and normally never go wrong but really disappointing. Service not as quick as usual which is surprising considering it's quite empty, I would say, considering other weekends. Got 1 order wrong mild issue. They gave garlic bread instead of mash. Asked for a take out box and had to re ask another waiter who got it. Our current waiter could of been busy already doing a few things before hand maybe, unsure would never wish to discredit her. Service with a smile, polite. Drove 28 minutes to be here with high expectations of a quick nice tea like many other times but unfortunately not tonight. Not worth having to stop for petrol on way home 😔 Other than the above, my kids enjoyed the milk shake. Very much so! They loved the pudding vegan ice cream and finished all there main course other than crust off a pizza ( kids )

You just have to try the New York Cheesecake with a couple of scoops of Ice Cream

Shocking did I already say shocking we only ever have bad experiences at this 1 the 2 others we use are way better. Took a while to acknowledge us at the door Sat us down next thing my ears where bleeding they had turned the happy birthday song on so loud even the staff complained. Waited another 10 minutes and bo one came to ask about drinks. There was about 4-5 tables in max. We walked out

We waited half hr before being asked did we want drinks then ages for them to arrive.we had to ask for our menus but once ordered the food arrived fairly quickly the mains were lovely but my daughter had a warm cookie dough with ice cream when I asked for the waitress she turned and said I know you're waiting on ice cream" with a tone, what I wanted to say the cookie dough wsd cold it not been heated to which in a tone said I know it's been heated I did it myself. The guy working there and the supervisor are and have always been lovely but this young girl with glasses needs training up she has a bad attitude we won't be returning

Amazing service, quick turn around. Didn’t take a picture of my families orders (they had pizzas) amazing too! Food was hot, decent price for decent food! Definitely under-rated and will be coming more often :)

pizza tasted like card board, tasted like £1 frozen iceland pizza but i stupidly paid £13 for. The garlic bread is of same poor quality. never am i ever going to a frankie and bennys chain again

Really quick and good service. We had a choice of where to sit. Food was tasty and good portions. It was a Monday early dinner so was quite quiet. Everyone was friendly and polite I think we were served by Chloe and Maisie. Thanks to them both!

We came for a little surprise party for a 7 year old and as soon as walked through the door the staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us to make a little special. Food was lovely. Im unable to remember the names of staff but all in all was a fab evening made a little special by the staff so thankyou !!!

Came in on a whim after an afternoon in Manchester with my gran, both very hungry due to the fact I had been working. We were seated in the perfect place, service was speeding and the waitresses were absolutely lovely. The food was fabulous, as always. The food was much cheaper than the places we looked at in Manchester too. Will definitely be back 😁

Came here for my grans birthday a few weeks ago, admittedly, I was unimpressed by the interior. However, that was straight out mind the second that our server, Emily, attended to us. There could not have been a greater example of “service with a smile”. She had no problem giving recommendations based on our own personal preferences, and catered to our every need. Will definitely be dining here.

I came in for lunch with my partner and Kelly was so friendly and attentive. She really made sure we were well looked after from start to finish - such a credit to the restaurant!

The staff were really friendly. The food was cheap and really tasty. Ordered the Brooklyn bundle and a garlic bread which fed four people for under 40 quid. Couldn't eat anything else afterwards, can't fault it.

I was meant to get a vegetarian pizza the waiter brought a vegan. Afterwards she went to check if it was vegetarian and she brought back the same pizza which was vegan saying it’s vegetarian. Them my two friends asked for vegetarian and they got a totally different pizza which was way more appetizing.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and appreciated the quiet ambiance upon arrival. The food was served quickly, and the service was polite and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant, complemented by nice music. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely!!!!. Nice friendly staff. Guided me to an excellent mock tail, which really went nice with the chicken carbonara,, followed by an excellent chocolate brownie

I ordered a meal for me and my family from here via deliveroo. The delivery bag was sealed but on opening it half my order was missing. What was delivered was dry and bland apart from the childs garlic bread which was cremated well beyond being edible. The portion sizes provided were tiny compared to what would be provided in restaurant.

Not been to a Frankie's for ages. Went Sunday 19th May after Cineworld, and we both went with Salads. I had a Classic Caesar with Mediterranean Grain, Tom had Mediterranean Grain, again with chargrilled chicken. Light, tasty, plentiful, very nice indeed. Good service, brilliant. Thank you.

Staff are really friendly always have a smile and will do anything to help you enjoy your experience. Manger is amazing always looks to be supporting the staff and making sure every table of people are happy . Food is great would really recommend this frankie and bennys as it’s a great atmosphere to be in !!!

Lots of variety for both breakfast and dinner to choose from with the food being at great standard. The service is always amazing with staff being very helpful and friendly. Never had an issue in the many years I’ve been visiting

Lovely food and amazing service, always make birthdays feel upbeat and special! They have some amazing members of staff, one such as Maisie who was so polite and really attentive to our table. Came here for a birthday meal last week, staff were extremely accommodating to us and sang us happy birthday! the food was great now they have new kitchen staff and a new menu and not too pricey.

The Staff were very Pleasant and very Friendly. Clean and relaxing Restaurant. The food was very Good! I had the Rack of Ribs, Delicious! Fell off the bone and plenty of meat. My husband had the Burger and upgraded fries, Mum had the Lemon Salmon with tender stem broccoli and mash. Both thoroughly enjoyed everything! Then what can I say about The Waffle! Enormous! Definitely for sharing and tasted homemade! Delicious. 5*

Unwelcoming cocktails where not what they where meant to be the Mac my son said was very plain was more like milk and Mac the wife said her pasta was very bland and the sausage had no taste at all I never got the pepper corn sauce the chips where boarder line raw you know when you air fire chips and they start burning on the outside but still a little raw in the middle well they never got the burt ends they where still floppy the brisket beans where like they over cooked them and the sauce had dried out of the beans the steak had no flavour the fat was solid and in rubber only thing that gave it flavour was the pepper corn sauce I never got the ribs where Iceland microwave ribs no checking on how the meal was the rectify it I did call several times for someone but no body came I reluctantly paid the £105 but on the plus side it wasn’t raining inside and the nuggets where good didn’t take photos as I don’t want to remember this meal

Wife rang at 10 am to to ask what te breakfast finished was told 11.30 to 11.45am Arrived 11.25 Was told breakfast was finished told them we had rang to confirm time She said yeah well we're busy very abrupt and psycastic towards my wife NO customer care at all no apology or nothing obviously we left We used to go on a Sunday for breakfast but never ever will we set foot in that place again So if your going for breakfast 1st make sure you understand the times 2nd make sure they are not busy

Manager who was serving delivery driver last evening was very rude to him seen delivery guy s waiting outside for 20 minutes and nobody was caring about it she was very rude to riders I request to everyone plz don’t waste ur money for delivery from there and I request person who owns this business plz look after ur business

Manager don't know her name refused to give me food and most likely her daughter who is blonde shouted at me saying I can see u nothing is ready when obviously it was when I told the manager big over weight women that blonde girl shouted at me she refused to give the the food. Rude manager and staff and police was there the night before and before that as well.

If I could leave less than one star I would , absolutely diabolical food. Genuinely the worst meal I have ever been served in a restaurant. The food is undercooked and not even a colour that seems appropriate for human consumption - horrific tasting also . Staff are dismissive and rude . Not at all like any other Frankie & bennys i have been before . Would not bother to waste money here .

Disgusting service order three meals and they only brought out to. They brought out one late which was too late to eat.

Terrible meal last night , possibly the worse pizza I ever had , don't mention the garlic pizza bread , went on the £12.90 2 course menu but still got charged full individual price , no draught beer so had a bottle of beer each at £5.10 so basically £10.20 a pint, dirty seats , old food in side and rear of fixed chairs. Just horrible !!!

Well that was just terrible. Pizza appeared to have been microwaved & the other food served was a fair way below average. The prices suggest F&B hold themselves in high regard, sadly it's a long way off the mark. Definitely avoid & get better food & value elsewhere.

Went with my 2 daughters for my Birthday..the food was over cooked .and the order was wrong .wouldn't recommend.

The place was really understaffed we were greeted by Janka on the way in and she showed us to the table took our drinks order, served our drinks took our food order, served our food, cleared our plates she did everything and seemed so over stretched but kept such a calm professional manner and was lovely. The food took a while to come but was nice and we were given some money off due to that. Thank you Janka your a credit to your Job !

Bin coming for years went last week prices have gone ridiculous for food and drinks 1 pint 3 lemonades 17 pound wow, the most ive ever spent. Menu on food had bin changed and food was different wasn't over impressed, me n family wont be going back shame really ive always gave frankies and good place to go to many people but not now

Was very nice went for a birthday gathering so was nice for birthday girl ordered pizza and when I got it was burnt underneath but was happy to change it just couldn't start at same times as others but was only 5/10 min behind I probably won't go back cause its pricy for what you get
