Had a good experience and the food was 10/10

Ordered meals with shake but no shakes were recieved

When I ordered the food it said 15-30 minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive! This is a ridiculous increase on time as to what was advertised. The food quality was really poor because of this.

Soggy smash burger and no chips once again, typical

Chicken was uncooked and gave me something I didn't ask for instead of what did order, awful.

Great range of drinks, live sports on tv, very kind & nice bar-staff.

Came here recently for a milkshake. Tasted amazing and service was outstanding! Will be coming back

Dinner was excellent! Sylvia was an amazing server. Lots of good food! Steaks were cooked perfectly and we received our food in a timely manner.

I totally get that Europe isn't a huge place for NFL games, so I'm willing to cut them a little slack. That said, I showd up early to a Sat game night, asked the bartender/server on the main floor if they could put on a Patriots game. He said, no, not upstairs but downstairs, shouldn't be an issue. Plenty of TVs, nothing much going on tonight. Me and a friend of mine didn't ask until close to game time. Not a huge Euro sport so I get it. When I asked, the guy quite literally laughed in my face and so no chance. Despite us making up over 50% of the room at the time. I get it, truly. NFL is not nearly as popular. But anyone on the bottom level sucks

The Black Bull is very dog friendly and has a lovely menu with several meals that have disappeared from most pub menus. The small portions option includes a good selection of meals and they are not that "small". Reasonably priced meals and very helpful staff completes the overall satisfaction of our visit- with Digger the dog - to the wonderful Black Bull pub. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
